Honest Tom’s Auto Care

Honest Tom’s provided excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I brought in both of my vehicles for new tires and alignments, and their tire recommendations were spot on. Both cars now have a noticeably smoother ride and better overall feel. The technicians also found some loose cables in my front suspension and took care of them before they became a bigger problem—what a save! I truly appreciate their attention to detail and honest, expert service. Highly recommend Honest Tom’s!

I had been going to this garage for state inspections because they were convenient to my home. Victor, one of their customer service representatives always treated me very professionally and with great courtesy. When the garage I had been using for years closed their doors, I decided based on Victor's great service to give Honest Tom's a try for my regular service. All of their staff communicate very well, they provide the service agreed upon on time and at fair price. They have earned my business. I recommend that you give them a try.

Honest Tom's is, without a doubt, the most convenient and efficient auto care experience I've ever had. I’ve completely stopped going to the dealership—they are now my go-to shop for every issue. For crying out loud, it's in the name! Victor and the team deliver every single time and consistently go above and beyond. Incredibly friendly atmosphere and unmatched honesty. Ditch the dealership and start using Honest Tom's—you won't regret it.

This is our second time using Honest Tom’s. They slipped us in while others couldn’t. Took care of us quickly, sent photos of the issues and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. In our case it was a very old vehicle and they helped us to get done at a reasonable price given the potential complexity and extensive labor. That level of knowledge, attention and customer awareness is greatly appreciated!

Took my car here after winning a raffle at Crooked Run’s Pickle Fest. The experience did not disappoint! Needed a lot of repairs done and they were very upfront with my car’s needs; they told me what needed to be replaced immediately, and what could wait until my next appointment with them. They went above and beyond on my metal baby, and I am very thankful for JP and his crew, along with Raul and other front desk staff that assisted me during my car’s visit. My experience was very good, and I would recommend Honest Tom’s to anyone in the area who needs to get their car serviced.
