We had a great experience at Ashburn Pediatric Dentistry today. My daughter underwent a dental procedure, and the entire team was caring, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, made sure she was comfortable, and kept us informed throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the kindness and patience shown by the doctors and staff. As parents, it’s never easy when your child needs dental work, but the team helped make the experience much less stressful. We’re very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Ashburn Pediatric Dentistry to other families.

This office was recommended by another parent. Our sone needed a few baby teeth extracted as adult teeth were coming in. The office is clean and hospitable. All staff we interacted with were kind, informative and friendly. Our son was completely comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless. Added perk is kids can watch movies while in the chairs with ceiling mounted tvs. Would recommend this office for any kids.

I really love the office and staff. My oldest is a bit sensory sensitive and is a bit scared of the dentist. Ari was quick and assured him. My youngest is a bit wiggly in the chair and Kiara did great keeping her attention. Dr. Patel had great conversation with both, which is very appreciated. Would recommend 10/10

I’m truly impressed by the level of service I received today at Kaiser Permanente. I already knew that my doctor, Dr. Gopi Masalia, was wonderful, but today I had another exceptional experience at the laboratory. I would especially like to recognize Jane at Station #3. She has the gentlest hands! I honestly didn’t even feel the blood draw. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made the experience so easy and comfortable. If you have a child, teenager, or adult who gets anxious or has difficulty with blood draws, I highly recommend asking for Jane. She is truly exceptional at what she does.

From the moment I walked in, Amir made me feel incredibly comfortable, heard, and cared for. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and possesses a wonderful bedside manner that is rare to find. Very Disappointing Experience with Dr. Martin (OB-GYN). My wife is currently 26 weeks pregnant, and unfortunately our experience with Dr. Gill has been extremely disappointing. This is our second pregnancy, and Dr. Martin is aware that we previously experienced a miscarriage. Because of our history, we hoped our concerns and our baby’s well-being would be taken seriously. Instead, we have often felt our concerns dismissed. During appointments there is very little discussion about baby’s growth or development. Most visits consist of briefly checking the heartbeat. We want to understand how our baby is doing, but we leave appointments with more questions than answers. My wife continues to suffer from severe nausea at 26 weeks. We’ve asked if medication or something could help, but we were told just to continue prenatal vitamins, without discussing other treatment options. A doctor should carefully listen to patients and take their concerns seriously. Smiling and being friendly is appreciated, but that shouldn’t replace careful evaluation, communication, and appropriate medical care. Pregnancy, especially after a previous miscarriage, requires attention, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, we did not feel heard or properly cared for. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Dr. Martin. We sincerely hope future patients receive more attentive communication and the level of care that every pregnant mother deserves.

Excellent experience from start to finish. As parents, we were nervous about our 6-year-old undergoing general anesthesia, but everyone made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Ali and Dr. Steve took great care of our daughter during her dental surgery, and everything went smoothly. The front desk staff was also friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We are grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this team.

Huge shoutout to Dr. Lan, Iris the hygienist, and the amazing team at Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry in Ashburn! We were there today for Karter's visit, and they made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. Iris was wonderful and gentle with the cleaning, and Dr. Lan is always so patient and kind. My kids had a great experience here! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Atmosphere is very light and fun. They got balloons after their cleaning and coins for a little toy vending machine, which they really enjoyed. Super happy we found this practice!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Lan and the entire team for the exceptional care they provided to my little daughter Anna. She had severe baby bottle tooth decay that was progressing extremely quickly. At another clinic I was told that all of her cavity teeth would need to be removed. I was so devastated by this news!! When we came here from the very beginning I was explained that they would do everything possible to save her teeth rather than remove them. I am incredibly grateful for the skill, precision, and care with which Dr Lan treated her. Knowing that all of her teeth were saved means the world to me as a mom🥺💔 I was also deeply impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was organized. My daughter (she is 2) needed general anaesthesia and I was nervous about that. But everything was fine. She even didn’t have any rebounds. Because cavity was progressing rapidly the office scheduled us for the earliest available appointment at the hospital. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional and helpful and I ddeeply appreciate that. Thank you everyone at the office really much for your help and support. NOVA has been great, and I don’t think we could be happier with the experience we’ve had with both of our kids. We’ve done orthodontics for both and the process and overall experience has been outstanding. The team at NOVA is always friendly and has out our kids’ nerves at ease when they’ve had a new experience with braces, x-rays, photos, etc. Dr. Maria is exceptional and brings humor to every visit making it feel like a casual conversation rather than an orthodontics process. And she always takes the time to explain what’s going on the the kids which has made them much more comfortable!

Going to the orthodontist isn't always something people look forward to, but Dr. Ulrich made every visit stress-free and my made my Invisalign treatment plan feel like a walk in the park. We first saw Dr. Kodu and we really appreciate his "new parent" talk. But Dr. Lamb is our main pediatrician. This review is more about her. She is great, realistic and patient. She talked through vaccinations and the practice is willing to do a spread out vaccination schedule. Our son is 9 months so take this with a grain of salt. But we have never had a issue with the front desk. I am saying this more because of all the negative posts that are a few years old.

Dr. Kodu has always been there whenever there is an health concern for my kids. His expertise in the field is amazing. Dr. Kodu and his staff are always there whenever we have a question. They answer questions with utmost care and responsibility. We are very grateful for their service and support.

The doctor is nice but their admin is a mess. They sent me another child's medical records when I needed a school form. After that, my daughter's name was wrong in their system. Most recently I pulled her records and it says that she has an undescended testical, which is biologically impossible in her case. Needless to say, we have switched pediatricians.

Dr Alykhan was very thorough, listened carefully and addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, kind and I will definitely recommend everyone to visit him.

I went there in a urgent care situation on a weekend. The doc proved to be a highly experienced and very professional.He took extra time to help. I recommend him.

The doctor was completely confused on the diagnosis. It could be this, it could that. Should have sent me to ER right away after the chest X-rays, but wanted to continue brining me back to the office and do irrelevant tests. A few days later, I ended up in an ICU in a much worse condition, that could have been prevented. Office is also very unprofessionally run. While I was waiting, the doctor was discussing medical issues with a patient right in the waiting area! Talk about HIPPA violation. I also had issues with insurance billing as they could not figure out how to bill the right medical codes. Overall, I would recommend staying clear of this practice

Not only was he compassionate and thorough, but he also took the time to listen to all my concerns and address each question with patience and empathy. After being misdiagnosed by another doctor, Dr. Alykhan carefully re-evaluated my symptoms and accurately diagnosed my condition. Despite only meeting him at the clinic that day, it was clear he cared about my well-being. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate urgent care doctor in the area.

The front desk staff and nurses were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Chung was very thorough and carefully checked my child’s condition. All the tests and prescriptions were handled quickly and efficiently. We visited late at night when all the pharmacies were already closed, but they kindly gave my child the first dose of medication right away and arranged for us to pick up the rest the next morning, which we really appreciated. My child had been constantly touching his nose, causing the wound to become irritated. Dr. Chung noticed it right away and even prescribed an ointment to help it heal faster—something we hadn't even thought to ask about. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and professional. I was especially impressed by how accurately and promptly Dr. Chung diagnosed and treated my child. Because of this experience, this will definitely be our go-to place whenever our child gets sick on weekends or late at night. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were on vacation for my daughter’s softball tournament and my three year old came down with an ear infection. His primary suggested an urgent care. Every interaction with ABC was amazing they kept in contact with me via phone every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Going into the office was probably the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere. We are only here for a short time but i highly recommend this urgent care to everyone. The dr was amazing from the moment he walked in the door although my 3year old was feeling so down he managed to make the appointment fun for him and even got him to smile. I wish we had an urgent care like this in PA. Thank you everyone in the office

I have worked in Pediatrics my entire nursing career and can confidently say there hasn’t been a better place to bring my sick children. I travel an hour to ABC for sick visits every single time. The staff is knowledgeable and hand selected as pediatric focused and the compassion and care received is unmatched. 10/10 recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Charmaine and Noelle! The level of care, attention, and professionalism they gave my ten-month old daughter is incomparable. Charmaine made sure our concerns were heard and validated. Her follow-through was excellent. She wasn’t quick to discharge- she took her time to accurately diagnose and treat. It is clear that she was born to do this, but what I loved most about her is her humanness. She even went as far as helped me pack the diaper bag and helped me carry it to my car because we had a late night discharge. Where in healthcare can you find this level of kindness and humanity anymore? Needless to say- don’t look further for pediatric urgent care.

We have been patients of Dr. Lynda and Dr. Crystal for 10 + years. I have two children on the spectrum and both had traumatic experiences with previous Dentists. From the very first visit, the entire staff was welcoming, accommodating, understanding of my children’s disabilities. They offer a wide range of support services to make sure that my children have the regular cleanings, exams, and x-rays that are recommended. Beyond that they are the most caring human beings I could ever ask for. Both my sons have had extensive dental work, some that was required outside of their office, and they checked in with me, supported me, and recommended experts that were as equally caring of my autistic sons as they were. You cannot ask for a better staff or expertise of Dentists than this office. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I’ve taken both of my children to Ashburn Children’s. I waited a long time with my first son to find a provider who would do a proper tongue tie release procedure and Im SO glad we waited until we found Dr. Lynda. She released his oral ties at 15 months old – almost unheard of in the airway dentistry world!! This speaks to her incredible talent and expertise. We travel 90 minutes one way to this office – it is well worth it. I know our children are being set up for success with their mouth development and Dr. Lynda truly treats each child like her own!

We’ve been driving 4 hours one way to see Dr. Lynda and her team for 7.5 years now. Her knowledge and expertise around tethered oral tissue is unparalleled. She has treated all 4 of my boys and we still look forward to our visits at the "Dentist with the tree". When you find a doctor that treats the whole child and not just symptom after symptom, you have found all you need!

We have been under Dr. Lynda’s care for 18 years. She is amazing! She treats my son like her own- always working toward the best solution for his overall health. She is accommodating, flexible and at the end of the day – she CARES. Not only about my son as her patient- but our family in general. Also love Ms. Patricia who has been another main care provider- the entire team is super!!

Dr. Moats at Capital Area Pediatrics is phenomenal! I love her bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot through our preventative care sessions and our son has definitely benefited from her care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience with the doctors and nurses at this pediatric office has been very positive. Unfortunately, my experience today with Lynet, the front desk supervisor, was extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and unprofessional. My 7-month-old daughter is sick, and we were late to her appointment because she had an accident right before we left home. I spoke with the office because I knew we were running late and was told we could still come because the appointment had been moved to 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, I was already extremely worried about my sick baby and had tears in my eyes. Instead of showing compassion, Lynet yelled at me in front of other mothers and their babies and told me that if I was late again, they would no longer see my daughter. Her tone was incredibly rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate for someone working with sick children and their families. I understand that punctuality matters, and I have been late before. However, I have always communicated with the office and asked whether we could still be seen or needed to reschedule. There is a respectful way to address that issue. Publicly yelling at and humiliating a mother who is there with her sick baby is not acceptable. What made the situation even worse was what happened afterward. My husband contacted the office because he wanted to speak with her manager. Only after learning that my husband was going to speak with management did Lynet call him to "apologize." She did not apologize to me—the person she actually yelled at—or to my daughter. Instead, she used the call to justify her behavior and shift the blame onto me. It felt less like genuine remorse and more like an attempt to protect herself from being held accountable. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic respect, empathy, and professionalism. My daughter was sick, and neither she nor I deserved to be treated that way. The doctors and nurses have been wonderful, but excellent medical care does not excuse unacceptable behavior at the front desk. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously.

We had a great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care in Ashburn! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet and even gave me a list of local pediatricians since we’re new to the area, which I really appreciated. Our nurse, Kris, was awesome! She explained everything to my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable. Dr. Charles was wonderful as well—very personable, kind, and patient. She showed my daughter what she was going to do, talked her through everything, and explained everything clearly to me. Such a positive experience from start to finish. If we ever need pediatric urgent care again, this is definitely where we’ll be going!

Had a Nursemaid’s elbow issue with my 2.5years old son… got to the facility at 9.50pm and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk lady, Nurse Assistant and the Physician were very helpful and attended my son promptly. Thank you to all again.

My daughter was sick and she was quickly taken inside for treatment! The nurses and the doctor took care of her and helped her to feel better. They are the nicest people and always showing what is to be a good professional. They realized what the issue was and treated her accordingly. Always grateful to know where to go when you need it.

We had a good experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We waited about 45 minutes with my 4 month old, and there were 2 people before us when we arrived. When we finally got taken back everything moved pretty smoothly and they ensured we sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was open late at night. The doctor was very kind and the appt went smoothly.
