I would like to share my experience at the Reston Wiygul location. It was such a positive experience the staff is warm and welcoming when you walk through the door. They let you know they are going to take care of you and answer all questions and concerns. They even watch the door to assist customers that may be older and need a little help getting out of their cars by helping then in the building. They did great work on my car I left happy. I recommend this Wiygul team highly.

This is my go-to place for anything related to my car! I’ve been coming here for my inspections, and after becoming a recurring customer, they’ve even patched my tires free of charge, which I really appreciate. What I love most is how transparent they are about the work. They always call ahead to discuss any recommended repairs, and you can also check everything through their online portal and approve the work before anything is done. There are never any surprises. They’re also incredibly fast. Most of the time, my car is ready the same day or the next day. They even offer an Uber ride home if you need one, which makes the whole process really convenient. On top of all that, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely continue coming here and highly recommend them.

I normally absolutely hate dealing with anything car-related, but Wiygul Automotive Clinic made the entire process completely painless! They came directly to my apartment to pick up my car, arriving right on time and being incredibly friendly. Their estimate was completely transparent, breaking down the exact costs for parts versus labor. I especially loved that they didn't proceed with any repairs until they got my explicit approval, and they even offered to bring the car back to me if the costs wound up being outside my budget. That kind of honesty and empathy is so rare in the auto industry. To top it all off, they went the extra mile for me when I was out of town, dropping my car off further than their typical radius just to help me out. I went into the Reston Wiygul location yesterday, knowing I was going to be spending some $$ to get my vehicle up to safety/reliable standards. As a woman, I'm wary of the whole dynamic of being spoken down to and taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repairs. I immediately felt that I was in good hands upon the first conversation I had with the team. The assistant manager (Favio Torres) was so patient and humanizing in explaining the work that was needed and why. The whole team was incredibly so present with everyone that walked into the shop and clearly had a great rapport w/each other as well. I will absolutely recommend this location/team to friends and family. Wiygul won a new forever customer. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

My new car and a trash can decided to try to occupy the same space at the same time (okay, my son may have played a role). It did not go well 🫤. There were 2 distinct ridges in the metal, and I was worried that ‘dent’ repair would not work and I would need a more complex repair that included repainting the door. Getting an estimate was easy and the process was explained. I left my MDX for repair while I was out of town, and it was ready ahead of schedule and looks fabulous! It surpasses my expectations and I’m so glad I used the Dent Shop.

Amazing experience with the Dent Shop in Ashburn, VA. Had a small door ding on the passenger side of my sports car (my toy), and it was close to the door pillar so impossible for me to fix myself. Found the Dent Shop, and they were INCREDIBLE. Great business, great customer service and, most importantly, GREAT WORK! I will be a customer as long as I live in the area!

I had a great experience at Wiygul Automotive Clinic in Herndon. I had my oil changed and all of my brakes done, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I have been to Wiygul for various services and inspections. They have always been open and direct about findings and recommendations…even on a couple items that I repaired myself. This most recent visit was for a state safety inspection. Jimmy was extremely polite and coordinated with the entire internal team. Upon my arrival, I was greeted politely and they knew exactly what service I was there for. Made for a very relaxed experience.

Warranty tire replacement, I went in cold, never done business with them but Goodyear basically sent me there. They had NO trouble helping me get my (brand new) tires replaced under warranty, rebalanced and done in a reasonable time. Juat drove 250 miles and they feel good! Very happy with all the folks at Wiygel, will go back whevever i need service! They made me a customer!

Sunday evening we got a small chip from a road rock. By Monday morning, it was gone. We chose Patriot Glass from our insurance website options because we prefer to support local businesses. Best choice we made. The technician called and came to our house first thing Monday morning and fixed it fast. Fully covered by insurance, zero deductible, and the windshield looks perfect. We were only in town for the weekend and called Patriot Auto Glass on a Saturday morning after multiple rocks chipped the windshield on Friday. The owner, Mike, told us to get the car to him before 11:30 because they close at noon and he would see what he could do. We weren't sure if the chip could be repaired, but Mike did a great job and didn't have to replace the windshield. We had the car back by noon and can barely see where the repair was made. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

I brought my car into Mike Delaney at Patriot Auto Glass hoping I didn’t need a windshield replacement since we were leaving to go back to NC in a few days not to mention the cost. Mike was able to repair it quickly and for far less than I expected. I would recommend Patriot for high quality and fast service.

I drove 40 minutes out of my way to this company, drawn by their patriotic name and positive reviews—but my experience was very disappointing. When I dropped off my $70k luxury SUV, I told them it was my "baby" and asked them to take extra care. I would have even paid more for attention to detail to match the condition of the car. The car came back with old urethane residue all over the dash and fresh, sticky urethane on a few spots of the body. A cap for one of the windshield arms was missing. Initially, they told me they lost the cap and offered a small discount for the part, but they later found it on the garage floor and replaced it. They also tried cleaning the dash with a brush instead of using a vacuum, which I had to point out would not properly clean the HUD. Despite providing a list of parts and requesting all OEM components, they skipped replacing a spacer at the bottom of the windshield. The windshield sits higher than the original, and the top seal moves in the wind. They advertise a "lifetime warranty," but I seriously doubt it would actually be honored—any small chip in this area could void it before you even need it. On the positive side, they were responsive when I raised concerns, but after how the car was delivered, I was hesitant to bring it back. Overall, this is not the level of care expected for a high-end vehicle.

I was back to jiffy Lube because one of my tires on my pilot was making an unusual noise. I thought maybe that the tire was out of balanced and when I got there, the manager that helped me before was right outside the bay and came over immediately. I told him my concerns and the sound that I was having he immediately felt along the tire and realized that the tire was cupping what just do probably to alignment, but he said he could switch it for the back and that way you wouldn’t hear the front and I thought exactly what he thought that there was no sense at this point Doing an alignment as well just let the tires wear the way that they are Which was they weren’t showing that much where I’ve had this in to do a tire rotation earlier in the Summer and again all we did is just move one tire or two and it basically took care of the noise because it wasn’t right out front where you hear it. This location with the manager Arthur battles really does care. And has a lot of experience to be able to recognize what the problem is immediately I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anybody they’re fast efficient and right to the point friendly and easy-going you can’t ask for anything else.

Very bad experience this afternoon it almost cost me my car. I changed oil and usually they check all fluids but the didn’t I drove my car for few miles and temperature gauge went high stopped a side asked ChatGPT explained everything his diagnosis was check the cooling fluid and I’d was empty if Jeff’s lube I filled that as they promise always "we fill all fluid" don’t trust them anymore.

My tire had gotten flat and with this being my first experience at a Jiffy Lube, Chris was amazingly transparent, supportive, and answered all my many questions. It was an absolute delight to, not only be treated like I know my car but to also not be shamed when I ask questions. He demonstrated and provided deep insights on my tires and what to expect in the future. I will be coming back again! THANK YOU for your help i appreciate it !!

I recently visited here in the morning and there were only 2 people working. Arthur and Dom. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, but they gave me the fastest and most thorough oil change I have had here. I've been here before and had 4 to 5 people work on my car and not perform the service as well, not to take anything away from those visits, they were great too, but I'm still just shocked by this recent visit. You guys are great!

Came in for an oil change and it was quick but they left oil finger prints on my seats and the side of the door. I would recommend going back and checking everything before giving the car back to the customers.

If you have an exotic or specialty car that needs paint correction, partial respray, a wrap removed, etc., and you're not sure where to take it, these are you guys. My wife brought our 85 Ferrari in to remove some racing graphics and get the nose panel repainted, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Perfectly blended the correct year shade of Rossa Corsa, and I'd challenge anyone to point where the new paint starts and the OEM paint ends. And while they were at it, the mounted some new tires for me too!

I took Tim our high-mileage SUV to get an an axle replaced and some regular maintenence items taken care of. He came recommended to me from someone I trust. The work was done at a high level and reasonably priced. He understood we were taking care of the vehicle for the long run, and offered helpful observations about its condition and suggestions of future work to consider without a hard sell. I’ve wanted to find someone I can trust to look after our family rides. Tim has become that guy for us.

If you have a Porsche, you'd be a fool to go to any other shop than Intersport. Before I found out about these guys I was bouncing around multiple shops trying to get my suspension upgraded & fix my 997.1's unexplainable weak start (it was not the battery or alternator). This whole process wasted months of my time and thousands of dollars with no luck, when I finally brought my car to Intersport it was like Porsche heaven. Omar, Artist, & Matt took great care of me and had my car back on the road running good as new in 5 days. I will not be taking my 997 to anyone ever again.

I purchased a 991.1 that was located in FL. The car had been sitting for about 8 years and was not drivable. I worked with Intersport and they set up transport from Florida to their location in Virginia. The transport went smoothly. The car needed a full intensive service with new parts, fluids and tires. Matt walked me through the whole process and sent me photos of the progress and kept me in the loop when I needed to make any decisions. After a few days the car was ready for pickup and was like new. The car had been brought back to life. Everything went perfectly. Omar and his Intersport team did a great job of restoring my 991.1 headlights. I could not believed how the headlights looked after they have been restored. I am recommending Intersport to my friends.

Matt and his team are fantastic. I have a 1970 911 and there are very few shops that can do quality work on cars like these, and these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they go above and beyond to provide quality customer service. I had bought a battery that turned out to be defective somewhere else, Matt’s team took the time and effort to exchange the battery for a new one. Just fantastic stuff I’m glad I found these guys. Purchased a 911 GT3 from Intersport and the process was as smooth as it could be. Raj was a pleasure to work with from my initial contact with them. He was quick to reply, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Throughout the process, Raj stayed in communication with me and provided answers to all of my questions. He even facilitated a conversation with the owner, Omar, who took the time to talk to me about the car which he had a special connection to. Despite being an out-of-state buyer, I felt comfortable enough to commit to the car and booked my travel to complete the deal. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by the impeccably clean and modern facility that is Intersport. The selection of cars they have is top-notch. I could tell that these were true enthusiasts who are truly passionate about these cars. Raj already had everything ready to go for my purchase. The car was even better than advertised and in exceptional condition. In the days following, Raj stayed in touch with me to ensure I was satisfied with the car. WARNING: Please avoid this shop for car inspections. It is not a trustworthy or honest operation. They failed my vehicle, claiming both front lower control arms were "broken," when in reality it was only normal wear and tear. They quoted me $2,500 for the repair—$500 for parts and an inflated $2,000 for 10 hours of labor. My technician later confirmed there was nothing wrong and said the job should take about 4 hours, not the 10 hours they exaggerated. I was prepared to call the State Trooper to inspect the vehicle at their shop to prove the car was fine. Their license can get revoked, but they were closed on Sunday. After reconsidering the situation, I decided it wasn’t worth pursuing further. This shop clearly inflates issues and labor time. I do not recommend them for inspections. I took the car somewhere else and it passed.

I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Before leaving my car, I clearly explained multiple times that I was not interested in any additional work. Later, I was shown a report indicating that my tires were worn and would eventually need replacement. I was told this was simply a recommendation. I specifically stated that I did not want to replace the tires at that time and even asked twice why I needed to sign the document. I was told it was only acknowledging the recommendation. Several hours later, I was shocked to learn that the tires had already been replaced and I was presented with a very large bill for work I never intended to authorize. What should have been a routine oil change and tire rotation turned into an expensive and stressful situation. The most disappointing part was the lack of customer service afterward. No effort was made to take responsibility for the misunderstanding, offer any meaningful assistance, or work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was simply told that I had signed the paperwork. Customers deserve clear communication and transparency before major work is performed on their vehicles. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time I've taken a car in for a safety inspection. I've never had an issue, but this time the inspector failed my car for a broken engine mount. This was shocking as the mounts were replaced by the dealership about 3 years ago and the car is driven on average once a month. I was quoted about $1,300 for the repair which is reasonable. When I got home I took a look at the suspected engine mount and could not see any obvious damage. I scheduled an appointment at the dealership to get a 2nd opinion and they stated that the engine mounts were in great condition. Update: Arrington from VA Tire & Auto reached out in response to my original review. He let me know that there have been instances in the past where dealerships overlooked an issue that they had flagged and invited me to have their inspector point out the issue with the engine mount. I took Arrington up on his offer as he seemed confident in his inspector's assessment. I'm glad that I did since their inspector pointed out the damage to the mount and explained how it might've been missed and how their inspections are much more thorough. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for honest and thorough repairs.

We've been using Virginia Tire and Auto for years but lately we've been disappointed with the service we have received at the Ashburn locations. Perhaps management has changed in the last few years but we ended up switching from the one by One Loudoun to the one by the Ashburn Ice Rink in Dulles. We were happy at the Dulles location for the last couple of years but at this most recent visit we were shocked to find out that the diagnostic for the check engine light being would be $185 and NOT credited toward the final work if we did it through them. I almost turned around and walked right out of the door when I heard that. They were a bit dismissive in their explanation for it as well despite it being a change from our previous experiences with them over the years. Fortunately, a code came up that meant we had to take it to the dealership because they wouldn't be able to fix it and as such we did not have to pay for the diagnostic. At this point in time will be moving on from Virginia Tire & Auto. Should the diagnostic practice change we may reconsider. – edited to add. While we appreciate you taking the time to call and respond, your the reply does not specifically cite when these changes have occured and whether those two comparable places waive the diagnostic fee should the work be completed through them. Fortunately, as customers, we can do our own market research and are not limited to staying within a few miles to get service on our vehicles. The dealership we are taking it to provides it as a credit to the final service which is what we have experienced at every other car service company in the past. Craftsman which they referenced, while more expensive for a diagnositic, also applies that diagnostic to services completed at the location.

Virginia Tire & Auto provided excellent service from start to finish. The process was fast, efficient, and the facility was very clean. Mohamed was especially helpful—he took the time to clearly explain the services and helped me understand what was best for my car without any pressure. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest and reliable auto service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this tire shop. I scheduled an appointment in advance and was clearly told that my tire would be ready by the appointment date. I took time out of my day to show up as scheduled, only to be told that my tire was not ready. What made the situation worse was that they claimed they had no record or paperwork of my order at all. No accountability, no explanation—just complete disorganization. It felt like my time didn’t matter to them. This kind of poor communication and lack of basic record-keeping is unacceptable, especially for something as straightforward as a tire order. I left without getting anything done and had to start the process over elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects reliable service.

My experience at Virginia Tire and Auto of Broadlands has been just excellent. I am relatively new to the area and this is just a very well run business. The staff are very polite and answer all questions the customer may have. The work is well detailed as are all the vehicle inspection points relating to your service. This is not a high pressure business; they just politely explain your options and if you ask their opinion they will provide you with an answer–not just trying to upsell you on a service or product you don't need. I highly recommend this business as I think it builds trust with the customer.

New customer; paid over $300.00 for 30 minutes of labor to re-route a brake line and install a $5.00 tension spring. This included the initial inspection fee of $175.00. Did not authorize service. In March 2026, I noticed a feint "rubbing/knocking" sound when turning the steering wheel to the left under load. Removed front left tire; inspected various components. I had just replaced the rotors and pads on both axles using my own tools a few weeks prior. Dropped off my car on a Friday morning at VA Tire & Auto of Broadlands, VA. Received a missed call w/ voicemail from a Customer Service Rep and called back to discuss. Learned that a brake line was incorrectly routed to front right tire, and that a $5.00 spring clip was needed. Shop didn't have this part in stock, but expected it to arrive Saturday morning. Gave me the option to leave car or come pick it up and return w/ it. I stated that I was leaving for vacation the following day (Saturday), and didn't feel comfortable leaving the car there. Stated that I would park it in my garage and bring it back the following Thursday when I returned from vacation. Arrived at the business after work, expecting to just pay the $175 inspection fee, but was hit with a $300.00+ bill (!). Turns out they did in fact have the $5.00 part, but instead of doing as directed, they installed the part after calling me and leaving a voicemail. Technically, I did not authorize this service to be done on this day, but what choice did I have? My first few impressions of this business were solid, as I admired the uniforms and business acumen. However, I have decided not to not return to this location based on this experience.

Extremely disappointing experience at VA Auto & Tire. I showed up at 6:55 AM for a safety inspection and was second in line. When inspections started, my car—a brand new Lucid electric vehicle—was actually taken in first and completed by around 8:14 AM. So far, so good. But then things went downhill. My car was just sitting in the parking lot while I was told to "wait for paperwork." Meanwhile, the person who was first in line—whose car was inspected after mine—was fully checked out and on their way by 8:40 AM. I had to follow up myself, and only at 9:07 AM did they finally call me to say my car was ready. No explanation. No urgency. No accountability. This isn’t just poor service—it felt dismissive and disrespectful. When you see others being prioritized ahead of you despite arriving later and being serviced later, it raises serious concerns. As someone who is not originally from this country, the experience left me questioning whether there was bias in how customers are treated. At a minimum, customers deserve transparency and basic fairness. This was neither. I would strongly recommend management takes a hard look at how they are handling customers—because this kind of experience is exactly how you lose trust. Herb and Manny were at the front office. Manny was the person who checked out the other customer at 8.40am who's car was inspected after my car. Herb has no regret and no explanation apart from saying that he was busy checking-in clients. Front office assistant Herb was rude, and Manny proceeded to check out another customer at 8:40 despite others still waiting in line. Why was i not checked out the same way???
