My dog has been going to Dogtopia Canton for years. She loves it there. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Such a great daycare experience here with my Great Dane. When I first started bringing him, he pulled me away from the building due to separation anxiety and was terrified to go inside. After a few weeks of regular visits, the staff had worked with him so much that he pulled me TO the door for the remainder of time using their services. We experienced the sweetest staff and really appreciated having Dogtopia so close to where we lived at the time. We would definitely go back if we are in Baltimore again.

Yesterday while at Daycare, my Buddy got a deluxe bath/blowout and had his nails clipped. They did a great job! He was a clean, fluffy, happy boy when I picked him up, and he took many naps once he wa home. My thanks to Houndstown and their groomer, for a job well done!

Our Black Lab Puppy, had his first Meet and Greet on the 11th of December. I was able to view him on the webcams. He was having a ball with all the other dogs. Bruno was scared to be around other dogs and the barking. Now he hears neighborhood dogs bar and is not scared. He also approaches other dogs when he goes for a walk, where before he use to cower by me feet until we passed the other dog. The personnel there were friendly when they picked him up and dropped him off at the front of the building due to COVID restrictions. Bruno seemed happy to be with other dogs once he was in the Dogtopia dog environment. We signed Bruno up for 5 more visits and will see about getting more visits for him as we monitor his progress and demeanor once he gets home from every visit. First Meet and Greet session was very good and seemed to be a lot calmer at home for the next few days. We don't know about other Dogtopia sites but we would definitely recommend Dogtopia of Canton.

Loved the cameras. And the team was very responsive on email which is important to me. Was able to see that the employees kept the areas pretty clean and even took the time to give a doggy report card and answer any questions at pickup. Dog came out smelling normal which is AWESOME compared to other places I’ve tried near college park where there are no camera and the dogs smell like straight urine

We can’t recommend Pack Place K9 enough! Our Border Collie puppy, Linkin, has endless energy and a very strong personality. Before training, he was definitely running the house, and we knew we needed someone with real experience who could help us understand how to properly train such an intelligent, high-energy breed. From the moment we met Jimmy, we knew Linkin was in great hands. Jimmy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. Linkin absolutely loved going to training, and it was obvious he enjoyed every session. One thing we especially appreciated was the communication. Jimmy kept us updated every step of the way with videos, photos, and even personal phone calls to explain Linkin’s progress and what we needed to continue working on at home. It gave us so much confidence and made us feel like we were truly part of the training process. The progress Linkin has made has been amazing, and we now have the tools and confidence to continue building on everything he learned. The lead trainer, Jimmy, is a miracle worker. But not only that, he teaches you step by step through instructional videos that he makes every day he spends with your dog, how to get the same great positive results in your own home. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, hard working, and reliable. He took a reactive dog and inspired her to feel calm around other dogs. Jimmy understands dogs and is able to earn their trust and cooperation quickly. You can trust him to deliver exceptionally well!

I would like to start with do not hesitate to trust them in the process and have Jimmy trained your dog!. I remember the first day I walked with my dog having no control over him. Jimmy really listen to my needs and the dog as well. I think the price! Is great and he has giving my dog such a great foundation of commands where I can continue with his training and fulfillment. I wish I could give Pack Place K9 1,000 gold stars!!! My husband and I were referred to Jimmy at Pack Place K9 and we cannot say enough good things about this place and Jimmy!!! We were on the fence about taking our 4 month old aussiepoo puppy to petco or spending thousands of dollars on police-like training(which she really doesnt need), we couldnt find a middle ground until our friend told us about Jimmy at Pack Place K9! Jimmy walks you through the psychology of dogs and trains YOU so you can continue to see growth even after the program. We enrolled her in to the puppy training program which was 3 weeks(2 full days/week), we dropped her off according to her morning routine and were able to pick her up after our work day. Jimmy is super thorough and communicates everything he does. I loved that he checked in every day while she was there to send pics/videos of her progress/socializing with other dogs. She is much more comfortable/confident around other dogs since she gets neutral supervised hangout time with other dogs in the program/passed the program. Which is much better than the experiences she’s had at dog parks with misbehaved dogs/inattentive owners. We have seen a huge improvement in not only her behavior (no nipping, less reactivity, obedience) but our relationship with our pup since Jimmy taught us the proper dynamic between human and dog. Our pup respects us and wants to be with us and learn. Jimmy taught us how to make training fun for our pup and how to fulfill her so she’s not acting out of boredom. We plan on continuing her training here and using their daycare services because all the staff here is amazing!! We had a really amazing experience with Pack Place K9 and the owner Jimmy for our dog Toby! We got Toby as a puppy during COVID so he was definitely under socialized and struggled with reactivity. We decided to look into a training program and found Pack Place. During our first meeting, Jimmy immediately impressed us with his professionalism, expertise, and experience. Right off the bat, he had really great insights for what we could be doing differently as owners to help manage Toby’s behavior, and we felt really confident signing him up for the orientation program with training. Jimmy’s training philosophy really emphasizes building a genuine and trustworthy relationship with your dog, which was definitely apparent with Toby! He was definitely nervous at first but by the end of the program we could tell he really enjoyed going to day camp and having new experiences, like trying agility exercises and meeting new dogs. Throughout the process, Jimmy sent us many video and photo updates personally and even took Toby to different environments in the area to help with his socialization. He really went above and beyond, providing us with tools and knowledge we needed to be better owners. I really felt like he genuinely cared about Toby and our needs. We now know how to manage Toby’s reactivity a lot better; Toby is a lot less reactive on walks and the socialization he’s gotten with other dogs has been a complete game changer. I cannot recommend Pack Place and Jimmy enough for anyone looking for any type of support with their dogs!! It has been worth every penny. We’ll be continuing to send Toby for day care since we can tell it is a really great addition to his life 🙂

I rarely write reviews, but when you find people you trust with your dog, you want to give them a shout out! We’ve been using Woofie’s every 2 to 3 months for the past year, and Jorge P. and Michael M. are truly our favorite groomers for our mini Goldendoodle. They’re professional, friendly, incredibly caring, and always quick to respond, whether we’re scheduling, rescheduling, or simply checking on their arrival. His appointments take 2 to 3 hours, and I really appreciate the time and attention they put into making him look his best. Before a friend recommended Woofie’s, we tried multiple groomers without ever getting the cut we wanted. After several disappointing experiences, I eventually started grooming him myself, which gave me a real appreciation for how much work goes into bathing, drying, and getting the cut just right. Finding Jorge and Michael, who consistently get it right, has been such a relief! The mobile service costs a little more, but for us, it’s absolutely worth it. Having them come to our home saves him the stress of spending hours in a cage surrounded by the noise of a busy grooming facility, while making our lives much easier. Most importantly, the quality of the grooming has been better than anywhere else we’ve tried. Woofie’s is lucky to have Jorge and Michael, and we couldn’t recommend them more!

I enjoyed everything about this process with Woofie's. It was my first time using them, so of course I was a little anxious about sending my fur baby to someone new. The Woofies team made everything easy, from the scheduling, to pricing, to notifications regarding the groomer, to finally the great job done by Jorge. Jorge was very attentive to what I wanted in terms of a cut and in the end, Reba looked great!

My dog, Dakota, is obsessed with Christina. My parent’s dog, Stella, literally jumped into Christina’s arms when she saw her. The girls used to hate being groomed but absolutely love the mobile pet grooming from Woofie’s. Book with Christina! She’s truly so sweet and kind to our girls and makes them feel so comfortable. They also always look fabulous.

Michael is always prompt and friendly. The dogs love him And are so excited when he visits. He does an amazing job grooming our golden and is so patient with the frenchie who doesn’t love the dryer. We love Woofie’s!

Dogtopia of Dulles is amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The staff truly cares about the dogs and always makes both pets and owners feel comfortable. The facility is clean, organized, and full of positive energy. Milo absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and always comes home super tired but so happy after a full day of playing. We previously had a horrible experience at another dog daycare, so we were very nervous about trying again. But since Milo is still a puppy, we knew he needed safe socialization and playtime. Trying Dogtopia Dulles turned out to be the best choice we could have made! Their first free week really helped Milo get adjusted and comfortable, and now I’m sure he will be excited every time he goes. We are so grateful to have found a place we can truly trust with our puppy!

I would 100% recommend Dogtopia of Dulles. We went for 4+ years for our dog Bear. They were always so caring and loving towards Bear whenever we were there for boarding or weekly daycare. They understood her temperament as Bear got older and knew when she needed some time to self to rest.

They have very friendly and reliable staff. I trust their supervision and personal touches for my furry family member.

My Golden Retriever is young with lots of energy. If there is a ruckus happening, he is ALL IN. The staff will break them up and continue to let them walk around. However, if it keeps happening after 3x they put them in what I call 'time out' (the pens around the room). After a few minutes, they open the pen and allow the dogs to continue. This usually are okay after that. I love the way the staff knows my dog even though he is part-time (2 days a week). I do 'house' my dog at Dogtopia when we go away. I always sign up for a bath and nail "spa" whenever needed. It is such a nice, friendly place!!

I’ve been a customer at Dogtopia Frederick for almost two years, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things were handled at the end. I reached out via email and never received a response, which unfortunately reflects the lack of communication we experienced overall. The few times I encountered the owner, the interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. The main reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the incredible staff, especially Manager Michael Ferrari, along with Phoenix and the other coaches, who always treated my dog, Luca, with genuine care and kindness. They are truly the heart of that location. However, the sudden announcement that the facility was closing, with only one week’s notice, was shocking and deeply impersonal. It made many of us feel like we were just numbers rather than valued, long-term clients. I expected more transparency and presence from the owner, especially during that final week, to acknowledge and speak with families who had been loyal for years. But never saw them. My biggest concern is also for the staff, who were given the same short notice to find new employment. They deserved far better. I’m sharing this here in hopes that my experience is heard. If you are currently a customer, it may be wise to have a backup plan, just in case. At Frederick, the staff made all the difference during that last week. Without them, this experience would have been even more disappointing.

I really appreciate that they have an outdoor space for the dogs, but there’s very limited transparency regarding what happens during daycare or boarding. I have two dogs, and both come home worse for wear as both dogs consistently come home sick from boarding. There’s also no transparency regarding availability which can be frustrating — we were once approved for boarding, but after circling back we were told that we were actually low on the waitlist. While Affectionate is fine for daycare, I think your money is best spent finding a trustworthy Rover or alternative dog watcher for boarding.

Trainer Tom from Affectionate Pet Care comes highly recommended! He has done absolutely amazing work with my dogs and has truly transformed our home. Trainer Tom didn't just help my pups with commands, but also provided a lot of emotional support for them, helping them become more confident in different environments. Not only did he help train my dogs, but also me too, taking time to teach me how to better communicate and read the cues of my dogs. If you are looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and gets incredible results for both you and your pets, ask for Trainer Tom!

The staff at APC takes great care of our dog, especially Tom Ghobashi, one of the trainers. He has had a dramatic impact on our dog, improving her behavior and making her less reactive. She loves going to APC to see Tom and all her other human friends.

Our dog has the best time at Affectionate Pet Care. He is a high energy dog and they take great care of him when boarding and for day care. We also use their grooming services – Vida is fantastic! She is so kind and great with our dog. He always comes home so clean with the perfect 'haircut'.

We can’t recommend training at affectionate Pet Care enough. We were struggling with our dog’s extreme anxiety and reactivity which caused her to bark, growl and jump at strangers. Tom understood our dog’s personality and tailored the training perfectly. He taught us how to handle her and she is so much happier and content. We also were so pleased with Jenn who helped our dog with increasing her confidence and decreasing anxiety.

After our cat Cannoli had a seizure in December and was diagnosed with epilepsy, we needed to find a pet service with medical training to give her twice daily pills. I was drawn to Fetch because of how detailed their intake form was—it’s clear they care about highest level of service and that gave me peace of mind. Javier was selected as Cannoli’s caretaker and came by to do a house visit to get to know her, her routines, where to find everything and how to get in and out of the house since we have an alarm system. He’s done one visit thus far and did a great job with meds, food and play time — and plenty of details and photos in the Fetch system. J also love how easily I can book future visits online. We’ve already booked him for other dates throughout the year and cannot thank him and Fetch enough!

Our rescue dog Harley has been walked by Fetch folks since we adopted him 4 years ago and we're very happy with their services. Their office staff members are friendly, organized, and easy to work with. Harley weighs 85 pounds and is very strong, and he is very friendly with people but can be reactive with some male dogs. We have been grateful that Fetch screens the walkers to make sure there's a good fit. Highly recommend!

Excellent care for my kittens. I have two kittens, one 6 months, the other 11 months. Fetch has taken great care of them on two occasions including one long weekend, and one 10 day vacation. Fetch is thorough and they ask lots of questions, not only about vet coverage but also about things like where you keep your cat carrier. They send daily updates and lots of photos of the kitties. Both of the care givers clearly love animals. Highly recommended.

Have had a great experience working with Fetch! to help with ad hoc dog walks. Excellent communication from company and walkers, and our dog is always very happy! Particular shout out to our primary walker Dana who has been so wonderful to work with!

The absolute best dog car service we've ever used. We are regular dog walking clients and I'd highly recommend Fetch. They always take such good care of our two dogs and our dogs absolutely love their dog walker from Fetch! They also treat their clients so well and we love the attention to detail and small things they do throughout the year to appreciate their clients.

Woofie’s has always taken wonderful care of our dogs! We’ve had different sitters over the years and they are all incredibly kind and communicative. They always do everything they can to provide coverage last minute if we need it. And on the couple of occasions when there have been issues (always on our end!) they’ve been committed to making sure that our pets get the care they need. I also love that they post photos of the pups!

We love Woofies of South Riding. We use them for grooming and dog walking. My dogs get so happy to see Michelle and she does a fantastic job grooming our doodles. Our dog walkers are amazing but I like to have consistency and Tom is our main walker. He is amazing with them and my boys love him. I like that Woofies South Riding tries very hard to schedule my boys with the requested groomer and walker and ensures to have a back up the boys have seen before. Definitely would recommend!!

We had a great experience with Woofie’s of South Riding-Aldie-Centreville-Chantilly and especially with Kylee, who took wonderful care of our Black Lab, Olivia. Olivia became extremely stressed while having her nails trimmed, and I really appreciated how Kylee handled the situation. Rather than simply pushing through to get the job done, she stopped and contacted us to explain exactly what was happening and asked whether we wanted her to continue with the rest of the service. That showed a great deal of professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for Olivia’s well-being. I was able to come out and help calm Olivia so Kylee could finish her nails, and after that, the remainder of the service went very smoothly. Kylee was patient and professional throughout the entire process, and it was clear that Olivia’s comfort and safety were more important to her than just completing the appointment. It is reassuring to know that when we entrust Olivia to Woofie’s, their team is paying attention to her behavior and will communicate with us rather than forcing her through something when she is clearly uncomfortable. We really appreciated Kylee’s judgment, communication, and care and would definitely recommend Woofie’s to other pet owners.

Staff caring and very professional. Responsive to dogs needs and work with dog parents to ensure a successful enjoyable daycare experience. My dog loves it there. When she arrives, she is treated like rock star! She doesn’t even look back at me when lead to play room. I leave her knowing she will be well cared for. She is always exhausted when I pick her up and normally sleeps all the way home!

Dogtopia Herndon has a wonderful caring staff and a large indoor play area for your dog to play and interact with other dogs. The staff makes a point of making doggie daycare fun by planning special events for the dogs during the week and celebrating throughout the year with fun photo ops of your dog on special days and holidays. My dog Sophie is always super excited to go play wth her friends at Dogtopia!

Milo, who is a very timid boy and anxious at times, has grown very fond of all the staff at the Herndon Dogtopia. He runs right up to them and gives them kisses, where in most encounters with other people, he hides behind me. Dogtopia Herndon has become Milo's second home. Thank you for the spoiling of Milo and for open communication channels.

The Herndon staff is always there to help me. They love each and every dog that visits them. This is like my dogs’ 2nd home. This is the only people that I trust with my two little ones. I love and respect each and every one of the staff. They are like leaving my dogs with family.

Everyone is very friendly and they give you honest feedback about your dogs behavior, which is most appreciated! It is also very clear how much they love and care for your dog! On top of that they also give you tips on training and things you should keep an eye on and reinforce. Truly a great addition to our puppy’s life!! When I leave my puppy there I know she is safe, having fun and being very well taken care of.

Waggy Walkys is dependable, flexible and oriented towards the needs of dog parents who lead busy out-of-home lives but care deeply about their dog's day -to-day needs and experiences. Excellent communications and warm and friendly walkers are the icing on the cake. Special thanks to Jose who really goes above and beyond! Easy way to tip walkers. Affordable rates for today's market, although still a cost we deal with. Wish there was a rewards program to get like a free walk every 20 walks or something. Love them anyway!

I have had a very good experience with Waggy Walky’s. I find the booking process easy and the management happy to accommodate many of my last minute needs. I especially like the walker for my sweet little chap. I feel he’s in good and caring hands all round!

Fur get me not has so many classes that you can't go wrong. Started Jazz off in puppy manners and it was such a blast for the both of us. It helped me get a head start on his training, which I still use to this day. I can't speak highly enough of the puppy/teen socials. The trainers host these play sessions and help the owners recognize puppy play language. If you're looking for a safe , fun place for your puppy to get socialized, this is it.

Great class and a wonderful experience! Brianne was very patient and knowledgeable, and I learned so much. The class was well organized, and the pace was perfect. I highly recommend Fur-Get Me Not to anyone looking for dog training!

I have been working with Brianne for the past 6 months on my dogs reactivity, and she's truly been a lifesaver. My dog is an 80 pound German Shepherd, and her reactivity was breaking me. Brianne has so many tricks up her sleeves and is so patient that we can now walk across the street from a dog! It's amazing what she did, and I highly recommend working with Brianne!

We are loving the daycare services! Our 9-month old puppy started a few weeks ago and the team has been wonderful. It’s obvious that the dogs’ experience is their #1 priority. Our girl was a bit timid and overwhelmed at first, so they had us keep her in weekend sessions (when it’s less busy) until she was comfortable enough to move to weekdays. We really appreciate that they did this rather than just throwing her in the deep end. They always give us a full run-down of how her day went, and give us great tips of what we can work on to improve her experience. The report cards we get with each session are an adorable keepsake. Last time we dropped her off, she ran straight to the play area without even glancing back at us! She’s always happy and exhausted when we pick her up. Definitely recommend you try this place if you’re looking for a daycare that really cares!

My dog loves it here! He always has the best day and is exhausted when he gets home lol. I love that they do cute activities for the holidays, make training recommendations when needed, and have pretty much everything you need. I love how they divide the groups based on size, temperament, etc, because our last daycare just put all dogs together in one big group, which was overstimulating for him at times. I can’t recommend them enough and every staff member has been SO sweet and helpful.
