Had an amazing experience with AZ Tech Services. I cracked the screen on my MacBook and they were able to quickly order the part and get it replaced in a very timely manner — even on a holiday. The communication, professionalism, and overall customer service were top tier. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about taking care of their customers this well. Super impressed and highly recommend them to anyone needing computer or MacBook repairs.

Visited the store earlier this week to increase the laptop storage which got full after phone data copy. During the appointment the AZ Tech technician was able to figure out the folder that occupied most of the storage. Deleting that folder made lots of space on the laptop. And this entire consultation was not charged since it didn't require storage upgrade!, Absolutely stunned with the amazing service & gesture! Highly recommend AZ Tech Services!

The guys at AZ Tech were super friendly and completely competent. They quickly confirmed the problem with my laptop, and ordered the right part. When I dropped off the computer after the part arrived, they completed the repair almost faster than I could drive home. I am totally satisfied, and will use AZ Tech again!

I have been a client at Elite Wellness for a number of years- and it keeps getting better. I have done one-on-one training, massage, and now I am working through an injury with Jean. We laugh and work through the injury, while he provides recovery steps + stretching options outside of our sessions. The knowledge and care that is taken during my sessions is spot on. And the best part is that everyone that works at EW is the real deal. McKenna (owner), Ben, Anthony, Oya and Jean are amazing.

I first started coming here about 6-7 years ago for my own personal recovery due to physical nature of my job. I would do cryotherapy, massages and compression boots as well as some of the other services offered. Then I realized they did training for all athletes and their approach came from vast knowledge of anatomy and actually knowing how they body works. I started brining my kids in for training and the attention to detail on showing them the proper fundamentals, techniques and making them understand why. It's a comfortable atmosphere where it feels like you're visiting friends, they're super accommodating to the point where sometimes I pop in unannounced and they still fit us in. It's a place that I have no hesitation referring for recovery or training. The Hughes's are lifers!

I recently had my third acupuncture session with a massage for my neck tightness from working out. Bahar was an amazing therapist with her impressive credentials and skills. She listened and asked questions about my issues. Recommended the combination of massage and acupuncture. Wow! Just like the trainers, the massage therapists at this place are top-notch. Based on Bahar's recommendations, I had 3 sessions of this treatment, and my neck pain and tightness have been improving. She will explain what to expect from the treatment and the part you also have to do on your own. That's very helpful for recovery and prevention. I highly recommend Elite Wellness and Bahar for both massage and acupuncture.

I attended an initial fitness assessment. Elite Wellness is a well run, professionally managed operation. It's super clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the depth of technology that they utilize in assessing an individual's "fitness" and looking forward to seeing a detailed analysis and a recommended plan tailored to my individual needs.

Elite Wellness has been my family’s trusted place for all things recovery and overall fitness, the consistency of their care speaks volumes, I’ve been a client since 2018 when competing in triathlons and now one of my daughters is doing her ACL recovery program with them. They are so personable, listen to every need and extremely caring. I also love that we can do everything we need in 1 location.

Prior to signing up for lessons, I had little to no driving experience and was extremely nervous behind the wheel, but after completing 4 one-hour lessons with Ms. Laquisha, I was able to become more confident in my ability to drive and even passed my road skills test first try. I highly recommend Drive Well Driving School for anyone from learning to drive or needing to regain confidence on the road. I signed up for it after already acquiring my driver’s lesson, but I had lived in the city for multiple years and was out of practice. I was very nervous driving on the road and so I completed 10 private one-on-one driving session. Thanks to this class, I regained my confidence on the road and I’m a much better driver than I ever used to be. Highways, lane transitioning, and parking are a lot easier. I wish I had taken this class when I was trying to get my learner’s permit and drivers license. Each class is reasonably priced and timed, with either 60 minutes or 75 minutes. I recommend the 75 minutes since time can really fly by in an hour and it gives you more time to drive on harder roads. If you or someone you know is looking to master driving in the Northern Virginia area, then Drive Well Driving School is a perfect fit!

I really enjoyed taking my PCA course through Moon River. The course was easy to navigate, and the material was presented in a way that made it easy to understand and remember. Everything was organized and straightforward, which made the learning experience feel manageable and enjoyable. I would definitely take another course through Moon River in the future when I have the opportunity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy to follow and informative course! I also want to give a special shoutout to Julie, who was so helpful every time I called. She was always kind, patient, and willing to answer any questions I had, which made the entire process even better. I really appreciated her help and support throughout the course!

Honestly one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. The instructors were amazing and kind and made everything easy to understand. I could tell they actually cared about helping me understand and succeed. What really stood out to me was the way they went far beyond just the state-required overview. I actually learned many real CNA skills, what the job and lifestyle are really like day to day, and skills that will stick with me outside just the certification. The content was engaging and genuinely useful, not stuff I’d just forget the second the course ends. If you want to actually be prepared for a career in healthcare and not just check a box, Moon River is the place to go. Highly recommend 10/10.

I got my CNA Certification here during Winter Break and it was an easy process and class. All the instructors were very nice and helpful with teaching us. They always answered our questions and gave us tips and tricks on how to be successful as a CNA. During clinicals, our instructors would check in on us and answer any questions we had and make sure we were all okay. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody!

Honestly great experience! I worked with different instructors for each training day but everything still felt very consistent and I felt like I was learning everything I needed to know. All the instructors were so nice and were open to answering any question you might have. Everything is very organized and they’ll let you know what steps you need to take to complete the program. Highly suggest!

I recently completed the PCA course and had a great experience! Lessons were easy to access and to follow, and I liked how it was 100% online and I was able to complete at my own pace. I learned a lot and feel confident in my knowledge on how to help care for others!

American Top Team Ashburn is fantastic! Coach Greg, Coach Lyndon, and Coach John are all extremely dedicated to their students and programs. They have programs for beginners all they way up to advanced students and many classes available for those with a busy and hectic schedule. They’ve done a wonderful job setting the facility up to be one of the premier training spots in the entire DMV. Can’t wait to see what’s next for ATT Ashburn!

My nearly 4 yo daughter did a full day, week-long camp here last week. The days were split with training (wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing) and play time. She said it was "a lot of work," but it was also a lot of fun! I was impressed by her strength and endurance (8 hr days…with out a nap, OMG!) which were nurtured by Coach Dan and Coach John. These coaches demonstrated amazing patience and talent for teaching and coaching. They also encouraged the older kids to be leaders and models for the younger ones. I highly recommend!

Took my son up here from 5 hours away to prepare for an upcoming fight. Wasn't disappointed, the work was top notch and Coach Bratelli was great with my son. Big thanks to the team there

American Top Team in Ashburn is an incredible place to level up skill in Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, wrestling, and so much more.. The staff are comprised of world champion competitors, yet once you walk in, you are treated like family. That cliche is not a joke. You are respected, taught with patience, intelligence, and understanding; coaches stay with you after class to discuss your individual skill and goals. Make no mistake, this is a serious gym when it comes to preparing to win tournaments and matches; but the most important thing I’ve learned being a member here is that winning is a team effort; and it’s a byproduct of integrity, discipline, and the will to succeed. All of these are principles are reinforced by ATT inside and outside the gym doors.

I love this lake. They did a excellent job with the landscaping… some shady and some sunny areas on the trail creating a nice balance of tempatures for cooling on a hot day. I love the variety of flowers and there are turtles, birds, fish what you might spot while walking the trail. The trail is 1.5 miles, but you don't really notice it because there is so much to see as you walk.

Been a member for over two years. But lately noticed couple of issues. The steam room has not worked since December. Also, the same with one of the fitness equipment. I do understand needing maintenance. But 5 months out of service, with no reponse for a plan/date to fix is unacceptable. Other than that experience, I did like the place!

Good gym but alot of machines do not work, also the Leg press doesnt have any weight on it I think its broken. But they did not leave a note on it or anything. Needs improvement in the machine area but overall good

Easily the best gym I have ever been to. Extremely pleasant atmosphere and I give my utmost recommendation. Very inspirational and welcoming environment. The gym staff are Amazing, Michelle is always so welcoming and always with a smile on her face.

I'm on week 3 at Burn, and I love it! The environment is completely judgment-free, and everyone is incredibly supportive. The constant high-fives throughout the workouts felt a little unusual at first, but now I find them motivating and encouraging. There's a real sense of camaraderie, and having others cheer you on makes a big difference. It's a welcoming community that helps keep you motivated and coming back.

Burn Boot Camp Ashburn has made such a positive impact on my physical, mental, and emotional strength. The workouts build confidence, ALL the trainers are incredibly motivating, and the community is so supportive. The childcare is a huge bonus and makes it easy to stay consistent. Burn boot camp Ashburn has changed my life in so many positive ways, I’ve lost over 50lb, built muscle, found a best friend at camp and grown so much as a person since joining 7 months ago! The classes are very size inclusive, regardless of your abilities or restrictions. The trainers are always willing to help and guide you and the whole environment is a very positive, uplifting and encouraging experience. The class times are very flexible whether you are a morning or evening person & the child watch is top notch!

I have been coming consistently for about five weeks. Two or three sessions a week. Mario Parks is my trainer. My body is totally different. How I am moving. How I am feeling. So good. The improvements in my golf swing has been huge. I am rotating the things I’m supposed to rotate versus struggling to rotate some sections of my body and overcompensating with others. I just completed my fourth visit, Mario is great, he does a great job communicating and explaining everything he’s doing. My lower back is already feeling better. Looking forward to the next visit and the many more after.

Be very careful about what you sign. I originally went to Stretch Zone because my hamstrings were tight after a long, cold winter, which was causing lower back pain. I scheduled the free 30-minute consultation/stretch online and was told to arrive early. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment, but my practitioner was still working with another customer. During that time, I spoke with Ron and explained that I’d likely need more than the initial stretch, so we discussed pricing for future sessions. Ron showed me a pricing card with different package options ranging from 4–12+ appointments and different per-session pricing. I chose the 8-session package for $400. With my appointment starting in just a few minutes, I filled out the paperwork Ron placed in front of me while he directed me where to initial and sign. At no point was I told this was a recurring monthly charge. I believed I was simply signing standard liability and membership paperwork related to the package I had selected. A month later, I noticed another $400 charge on my credit card. I immediately called to dispute the charge for services that had not yet been rendered and requested a refund. After several days, I was finally told no refund would be issued. To be fair, I’ll own the fact that I apparently signed a contract. My issue is not that paperwork existed — it’s that the recurring monthly billing was never clearly explained to me. Ron never verbally told me I would continue being charged $400 every month. Dre, however, is fantastic at what he does and deserves 5 stars all day long. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not believe Ron or the ownership handled this honestly or transparently, and I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere.  Additionally, if you look at the other reviews, you will see others that have had a similar experience.

I love this swim school. The teachers, Nevaeh and Adam, are kind and patient with my 3 year old son. They communicate clearly and are understanding! I love them both and my son looks forward to his lessons. I can’t wait to see my son keep learning to swim with both of them.

Very disappointing experience after being with Goldfish Swim School for several years. When we decided to stop our children’s lessons, we gave them the required 30-day notice. They later claimed they had lost or misplaced the paperwork and still charged us for a full additional month. When I asked for a refund, they simply refused. What makes this even more frustrating is that over the years, whenever they did not have enough swim instructors, they would change our children’s lesson dates and times whenever it was convenient for them. Parents were expected to adjust to their staffing problems, but when they made a mistake with our cancellation paperwork, suddenly there was no flexibility at all. After being loyal customers for years, I expected much better customer service and accountability. Charging a customer because your own staff lost the cancellation paperwork and then refusing to correct it is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is the reason we will not be returning and I cannot recommend this location.

We absolutely love Goldfish Swim School in Ashburn! Our 4-year-old looks forward to his lesson every single week and proudly tells all his friends about it. It has been amazing to watch his confidence grow week after week — not just in the water, but overall. The commitment is easy for busy families, and the make-up process is a breeze, which we truly appreciate. The facility is always clean, organized, and well run. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. You can genuinely tell they care about the kids and their progress. We’re so grateful to have found such a positive and supportive environment for our child to learn and grow!

I especially recommend the private classes with Carson Lambia. The child gets individualized attention and progresses rapidly. Being able to stay afloat and swim 10 feet, is an achievable goal for a 4 year old, ensuring that in case of accidents the child doesn’t drown. I strongly recommend the Loudoun location as the management (Ms Ruby is very flexible and caters to their clients. For Goldfish, child comes first.

Our experience with them has been very bad. The coaches are not qualified and have no real experience in swimming training. They take a very long time between each level and the next, there is no proper follow-up, and there are no regular evaluations or tests. Update: The Goldfish team quickly contacted us to address the issue, and I appreciate their willingness to listen and take our concerns seriously.

Let me and other test takers schedule an exam when their office was closed. No one showed up to proctor and when called did not take responsibility for the mistake in their scheduling system. Absolutely unprofessional.

Nice receptionist and easy sign in, but there were constant noises from outside the testing room. Squeaking noises, leaf blower noises, walking and talking noises. It did not provide a quiet area for focus.

I have been to this exam center for two of my exams and I was able to give my all because of the facilities and the ease of processing before starting my exam. Thank you for making it easy!

I tested here last Tuesday and had a very bad experience, not with the test itself, but the proctor. I booked my test online with the test company and my appointment was at 2:00 pm. The testing company recommended I arrive 15 minutes prior to check in. I was attempting to open a locked testing center door at 1:46 pm, and I knocked, no answer. Waited 5 minutes, knocked again, no answer. Repeated waiting and knocking and testing the locked door until 2:01 when the proctor finally answered my knock telling me "You’re very late." I said I was there for 15 minutes knocking on the locked door! She proceeded to tell me she sent an email asking me to come earlier. I hadn’t seen any email, and at that point it really didn’t matter because it was 2:00 and I can’t go back in time and arrive at 12:30 or 1:00. An argument ensued that was me telling her I didn’t get her email and I just need to check in and take my test and her telling me that I should’ve gotten there earlier. She kept telling me to talk more slowly and to lower my voice, and I kept asking her to just check me in so I could take my test. At one point I said, "You should’ve known I didn’t read your email because I didn’t reply." She said, "Which is it – you didn’t reply or you didn’t get it?" I said "I didn’t reply because I didn’t get it!" I sincerely thought she was not going to let me take a test after it had been booked online for days and I had arranged to be off of work and have my child picked up from school so that I could be at the testing center. She finally got me checked in and I started the test about 10 minutes after 2:00. She said the testing center closed at 3:00, and I said that she shouldn’t accept appointments for 2:00 for a test that is allotted an hour and a half. Apparently her M.O. is to take the appointment then demand the test taker come in early with less than 24 hours notice, or in my case, no notice at all. I knew it wouldn’t take me long and I was right. I was done with my test in 24 minutes flat. I scored 91%, which I’m very happy about, because I was extremely unnerved, annoyed, and distracted while taking my test because I was almost turned away. The next day, I found her email in a spam folder. For the life of me, I cannot understand how anyone runs a business when they have their only door locked during business hours, and when they know they have a client coming in for a specific appointment. I cannot understand how I had been knocking on and off for 15 minutes and she did not hear. I felt as though she was deliberately sitting in the back room watching TV so she couldn’t possibly have heard the knocking at the door. If I wasn’t there at 12:30 or 1:00, which she so unreasonably asked me to do, then she should’ve expected me to be there at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. I cannot imagine what I, the client, could have done better to interact with this business other than what I did: knocking on a locked business door 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I sincerely hope this business is sold to different owners who actually care about their clients and about running their business. I have also lodged my complaint with the testing company. Reply to owner: how do you justify a locked door when you are expecting a client? How do you justify not hearing knocking on your locked door? How do you justify telling a client you should be expecting because they had an appointment that they are very late? Your employee caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress on my test day, and I hope other potential clients can avoid the same stress by testing elsewhere. You can also have a policy of leaving your door UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS, or at the very least WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. You can arrange the appointment times when they fit your business hours rather than emailing clients the day before and asking them to change their arrival time (especially because many clients emails will go to spam folders). I studied for 8 months and spent $10,000+ to prepare for this test. Do better or sell please.
