Hyper Kidz is one of our favorite places to visit! My son absolutely loves coming here and always has the best time. There are so many fun activities to keep kids entertained, and it’s a great place for them to run around, play, and burn off energy. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Every visit is a great experience, and my son never wants to leave. I highly recommend Hyper Kidz to any parent looking for a fun and safe indoor play place for their kids!

Such a great indoor play area. Weather it’s too cold or too hot outside. The place is kept clean and sanitized and shoes not allowed. They have an area where you can take a break and eat( they allow outside food).They also have great party rooms. It’s definitely Luna( my daughter) approved .

Hyper Kids is an amazing place for families! The facility is clean, spacious, and has so many fun activities to keep kids of all ages entertained. My children had an incredible time exploring, climbing, and playing, and they never wanted to leave. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. I also appreciated how well-maintained the play areas were and that there was plenty of seating for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. It’s the perfect place for playdates, birthdays, or just a fun family outing. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hyper Kids to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and exciting indoor playground!

An absolute lifesaver for parents! HyperKidz Ashburn is fantastic. The very first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean the entire facility is, and all the equipment feels brand new and incredibly well-maintained. There is loads of fun packed into this place for kids anywhere from 0 to 10 years old. They have great designated zones so the tiny babies/toddlers can play safely away from the older, more energetic kids. The vibe is wonderful too—it’s a very friendly environment where both the kids and the parents feel welcome and comfortable. It’s the perfect go-to spot whether it’s a scorching hot summer day, a freezing winter afternoon, or any rainy day in between. Highly recommend!

I hope i can attach a picture of the beautiful wrapping they have done for some presents we bought here. So many stores have now lost that personal touch and that boutique feel. I appreciate the selection of unique toys, the friendly staff and their wrapping service! Super happy with my purchase. You have to go here and support such a cute small business. Toy stores are sooo rare to find now a days!

In this day and age of online shopping fueled by technology, convenience and price wars, it is a rarity to see a mom and pop toy store brave it out in the midst of a community where probably 80% of the residents are Amazon Prime members. Not only do they exist, but they also excel. There is a certain charm in walking around a physical store where not only can you touch and feel the merchandise, but also realize the thought that has gone into the arrangement of the same. When that gets amplified by excellent salespeople who are knowledgeable about their products, the experience is memorable. We buy birthday gifts here and this time the experience was as sweet as always. Highly recommend!

That is my first time in this store I feel not welcome from sale person my kid run around the store that make them think we make a mess because that sale person feel like I am about to pay after she finished custom in front of me she try to get out and let other sale do and other sale person not even polite to me I won’t come back no worry. I just hope manager or owner review cctv in store to see how they serve customer differently

Fantastic local gelato and ice cream in downtown Staunton. Old time ice cream parlor theme. Friendly staff. Super easy free 2 hr parking streetside. Great flavors. Choices change monthly. Full flavor gelato. One of the best gelato places I’ve been to in the southeast. Fresh made cones. Nice baked goods and coffee/espresso.

This store had a lot more than we thought it would have for babies and kids of all ages including things for adults. I love supporting local businesses instead of Amazon or Walmart. Especially in this time where small businesses need our help to survive. I spent close to $1400.00 here today and got a very nice amount of things. The lady who was working was very friendly, knowledgeable and awesome! She even wrapped everything so noce it looked like it came straight from the north pole! No bull. We have been shopping here for years. We will be back for sure!

What a beautiful new store! We stumbled upon Mon Chouchou while grabbing coffee at Goosecup. While it’s a higher price point, the brands, designs, and quality are top-notch with many beautiful European children’s designers. As someone who at times struggles finding quality, cotton clothing, the shop is a welcoming site. Gorgeous dresses for little girls, especially for special occasions. All reputable brands with quality materials even for toys. The store is beautiful and everything is laid out in a very organized way. We came in just wanting to check it out, and ended up buying a couple unique items that we really liked. We also appreciated that the owner was courteous and kind, giving us freedom to roam and make up our minds before we completed the purchase. Will definitely stop by next time we’re in the area.

Great Store – From a Dad I’m not the type who keeps tabs on children’s clothing stores, but Mon Chouchou Baby & Child in Leesburg is excellent. As a dad of two, I found a great selection of high-quality clothes that look good and hold up to everyday wear. Picked up great outfits for my son and daughter — their mom loved them too. Added bonus is they have a great selection of toys, books and gifts too that kept my kids busy while I shopped. Friendly, low-pressure staff made it quick and easy. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for the first time today and it was amazing!!! They were incredibly warm and welcoming and they had an assortment of beautiful things to shop from! Bags, jewelry, home goods, you name it! Beautiful store to shop for yourself or a great gift! Highly recommend and we will be back!

I stopped by Mon Amie Amy completely by accident while heading to Harris Teeter. I noticed the exterior and thought it was adorable, so I decided to walk in, and I’m so glad I did. This might honestly be my new favorite store. It’s a beautiful gift and home décor shop with clearly high-quality items and a huge variety of products. There’s truly something for everyone. Every corner has something unique and thoughtfully curated. The customer service was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends, and I’ll definitely be back.

Been coming here for years, and always stop here as my go-to for whenever I need a gift for ANYTHING! It’s so beautifully curated! I’ve shopped gifts for teachers, housewarmings, baby showers, and even my husband’s birthday!

Staff at the donation center were very rude, inattentive and unresponsive. I showed up to drop off neatly folded clothes in a box, but when I asked the gentleman at the donation tent where to place my box of clothes, he just grunted and ignored me as he continued to rummage through some other donations. When I tried to ask again where to place my box of donations, he continued to ignore me so I left and won’t be returning to donate here. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff working at this location.

Not sure how shopping here is anymore but their donation staff is super pissy. I came at 4:30 once and they said no, we’re closed. I told them the site says donations are open till 5. They just said well we’re closed. So I left. They are super picky about what they accept (no books?!) and they are pretty rude in general. One guy thought I was giving them trash…it was a paper bag with new shoes in it. I poured the shoes out and he stared at me like I wanted to donate the paper bag. He looked at the paper bag and said “no trash”….okay man. Going to take donations elsewhere. Why are they so cranky and flaky on the donation times?

Please train your staff outside at the receiving donations table. The parking lot was empty and I was trying to drop off some donations with an infant in the car, I am unable to park in a designated spot and carry the box and the infant just to drop off baby clothes and toys. Your staff was not helpful and kept wanting to enforce that I park and walk over. Instead of offering to either take the box from me or help in any way. Will be donating to goodwill instead.

The selection wasn’t terrible, and the staff were friendly, but I don’t think anyone has cleaned that place in 6 months or more! The floors were filthy and need vacuuming. The dressing rooms had huge piles of dust and hair. The whole place just felt depressing.

Sadly, the list of things they don’t take is longer than the list of things they do. I was turned away again today trying to donate two very nice rugs!! Save time and go to Salvation Army or Blue Ridge hospice instead.

We love this store! They always have items in-stock and the staff is especially great! Specifically, Louis was of great assistance today while I was shopping for two boys (6 years & 8 months). My boys grow fast, and I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help me!

I came to the store to shop for clearance items that Ive seen online. Fortunately Adriana mentioned to me about the instore sale that was going on. Having twins, I ended up taking advantage of the instore deal that I wasnt aware until Adriana mentioned to me. She also helped me with getting the designs that Im looking for and helped with sizing as I wasnt sure. She was extremely patience and greeted everyone very warmly. She made my shopping experience truly awesome as I manage to get some really cool shirts for my boys. Thank you Adriana.

I had such a great experience when I went to Children’s place today. Babelyn was patient, helpful and kind as I chose clothes for my son. She helped me figure out what sizes of shorts I should try out with my son. Exceptional customer service. Thanks!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is an exception; I feel like I have to. Last weekend I visited the Children’s Place store at Dulles Town Center, and this lady went above and beyond in helping me out. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She showed me and recommended some kids’ clothes that I am looking for. FYI, prices in this store are great and reasonable. She seemed to be alone working at that time because she was helping one customer after another and was able to give excellent service to all her customers. She is excellent at her job. I feel so bad because I completely forgot her name, but I know she is from the Philippines. I don’t know if she is the manager, but she is the best!

Bought few hundred dollars worth of clothes and accessories from Carter’s online and in store in last 2 months for our soon to be arriving baby. Went back to return one of the defective clothing, unfortunately we didn’t have the tag for it. Sales person was rude and condescending. Didn’t even let us explain anything, cut us off mid sentence. Not sure, if these are the customer service standards that are followed by the Carter’s. Definitely not going to recommend this store to anyone.

I went to return 2 items that I ordered online and did not fit. The associate saw me come in while she was organizing and saw me standing at the register but did not come to help for a while. Her demeanor was very rude. I actually wanted to exchange one of items for a larger size and I asked her at the beginning of the conversation. She cut me off and asked me something else. She was about to process the return and process the WRONG AMOUNT (a lesser amount). I told her I paid more for the item and had to point to the receipt. Then I asked her AGAIN if she had a bigger size and she said no. BUT she didnt even check in her system or even bother to check her store. it was just a very rude encounter.

Sales person was condescending while trying to bill the purchased merchandise last evening. Just to identify from the other sales person – She is a brown female. She was absolutely rude.

I have 4 children that I have always shopped for at Carters. After my interaction with Carrie at this location I will no longer be shopping at any Carters location and am more than happy to take my business elsewhere. She interrupted me and held her hand in my face while I’m was trying to explain that my return was well within the 90 day return period (which she embarrassingly later realized after checking my receipt). I could have gotten past that however when she seemed annoyed by my crying infant, I had enough. Extremely disappointed in the poor customer service here. Your job is simple Carrie. Punch some numbers in the cash register and keep it moving. You don’t need to run your mouth so much.

I showed up 5 minutes before the store closed and the doors were locked. I understand wanting to close on time but locking the doors early isn’t acceptable. I knocked since I saw two employees in the store. It is 2/22/22 and there is very high wind outside so I struggled to communicate and kept putting my ear to the small gap between the doors. I could tell they did not want to let me in but they did. I quickly looked at some shoes and then the clearance area as Betty was insistent I only had a couple minutes. I was asked “do you have everything you need?” after maybe 60 seconds of being let inside. I asked the cashier if they normally close the store early and she said that they locked the doors 3 minutes early. I said that is not true because I was there 5 minutes early. She said according to the store clock it was as she walked to the side register to attempt to look at the computer. I showed her my phone (time set automatically) and it said 6:59. I showed her the credit card machine that was installed in their store and it said 6:59 and she told me I had to get away from the counter. I asked if she could simply acknowledge she made a mistake and she wouldn’t reply. Note to management: review the security footage and check the time. Educate Betty on when the store closes and how to see tell what time it is. I do not believe the “store clock” is wrong, I think she was just caught in a lie. An apology or something would have avoided this negative review. P.S. Claudia let me out and she was nice. She didn’t throw her manager (I presume) under the bus but she was at least apologetic.

Bought multiple items from the this but DO NOT buy any items with “pieces” I got 2 items with pieces and both did not have a complete set. Items dont seem to be quality checked However I did get books and a few clothes that were a good value. Below are pictures of a “full piece puzzle” and a hot wheels set with 2 missing pieces. Very disappointing you cant shop here and be assured that items are good quality.

I don’t recommend this consignment. The sealed items I purchased, and couldn’t verify their condition, were in poor condition. I bought a rusty, broken umbrella, a ripped blanket, and two empty slime sets with stones and they were already used. Everything ended up in the trash. Please check the condition of the items. Never again.

Amazing deals for new moms and old moms alike, as well as for anyone else shopping for the kiddos. The sales happen all in one day, twice per year. The first part of each sale is full price, then later they go to half price, then there’s the Dollar Dash in the late afternoon when everything left goes for a mere dollar (or 4 for $1 if you want books or CDs!) There’s a big equipment room with strollers, cribs, big toys, bicycles, motorized vehicles and such that sell for 75% off during the dollar dash, too. Pack a lunch and get in line because the savings are incredible.

Amazing is the best way to describe Little Flower Consignment Sale!! It offers the most beautiful clothes (many with tags, never been worn), large items like strollers, toys, books (etc….). Definitely the most organized, efficient and friendly consignment sale EVER. Looking forward to the upcoming March sale!

The absolute best place to buy and sell children’s clothing. I am able to get just about everything my kids need for their seasonal wardrobe or at least a good start. It is like trading up. I sell what they can’t and get them new stuff. Win-Win! I am also always surprised at all the other things we get like bikes, plasma car, books, puzzles, backpacks, etc. Don’t just think little kids. My tween/teen daughters get Holister jeans, AE tops, lava lamps, a desk..lots of things for them too. All around a great sale!
