Such a great indoor play area. Weather it’s too cold or too hot outside. The place is kept clean and sanitized and shoes not allowed. They have an area where you can take a break and eat( they allow outside food). They also have great party rooms. It’s definitely Luna( my daughter) approved .

I also appreciated how well-maintained the play areas were and that there was plenty of seating for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. It’s the perfect place for playdates, birthdays, or just a fun family outing. An absolute lifesaver for parents! HyperKidz Ashburn is fantastic. The very first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean the entire facility is, and all the equipment feels brand new and incredibly well-maintained. There is loads of fun packed into this place for kids anywhere from 0 to 10 years old. They have great designated zones so the tiny babies/toddlers can play safely away from the older, more energetic kids. The vibe is wonderful too—it's a very friendly environment where both the kids and the parents feel welcome and comfortable. It’s the perfect go-to spot whether it’s a scorching hot summer day, a freezing winter afternoon, or any rainy day in between. Highly recommend!

This review is for Michael Johns and his delivery crew for Liberty Safe & XCAL. Michael had fantastic communication, even while he was traveling out of the country for vacation. The process was simple and straightforward. It was really nice being able to walk into XCAL to view the comprehensive lineup from Liberty. A wide range for every budget. The delivery guys were professional, efficient and clean. They installed the dehumidifier and lights here at my house and it looks great. I was speaking to a couple other safe distributors/resellers and Michael/XCAL was by far the best value. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed myself at XCAL in Ashburn. They have a nice, modern facility that is very organized and well kept. The staff there was professional, friendly, and very patient when answering all of my questions, taking their time rather than rushing me. I thought it was especially impressive how safe and detailed-oriented they are; they take your comfort into account regardless of whether or not you are experienced with it. Their equipment is top-notch, and they have a very positive environment. Absolutely one of the best spots around.

I recently joined Xcal as a member. Having had memberships at other shooting ranges, all I can say is Xcal beats them hands down. The facility is extremely modern, clean, and completely on point for a 21st century indoor shooting range. In my opinion though the staff definitely makes the difference. Everyone is polite, professional, and welcoming. No attitudes, just geniune gun enthusiasts enjoying what they do. I'm glad I joined and look forward to many years as a member. Cheers!

Took my son for his first time at a range. Every staff member from the front desk to registration to RSO’s were polite and informative. The entire facility is clean and inviting so don’t worry about brass building up around you; without being intrusive it was swept away when needed by the staff. We are already planning a return trip next week and I appreciate the option to shoot everything from a 22 to a 50cal. Prices are reasonable, especially for the amenities and we definitely will be looking into a membership.

Awesome place. Super friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to assist my sons shooting pistols and automatics for the first time. Went with my family of 5 from Australia in April 2026. No issues with my sons 8, 13 and 14 shooting a variety of firearms including automatics. Very safe and fun. Would love to come back again!

I was able to visit this gym because they are hosting the Tactical Strength Challenge in October. What a nice gym! They have the latest in equipment and everything was very neat and clean. They had plenty of space for everyone and giant fans to keep everyone cool. A really nice looking place!

Dropped in at Old Glory while in town for work. Facilities are great, from the large lobby to the very well setup workout space. Coaching was solid and very proactively talked with me about working into their current lifting cycle or taking an alternative route as they were at a pretty heavy stage in the cycle. All in a solid gym, with great staff. Would definitely drop in again, and could easily call this gym home if I lived in the area.

OGG has the best facility and coaching staff in the DMV. My middle school daughters play lacrosse and have been looking for strength, agility and speed training. We have tried Capstone, perfect performance, and healthy baller. These gyms were either tiny or coaching staff was mediocre. Never got any meaningful feedback, homework, development progress reports, nothing. My friend told me about Parisi speed school hosted at OGG. OGG is night and day difference. Coach Frank and Corey are legit trainers – they teach the fundamentals, work them hard, and importantly explain what the drills are for. As a bonus, the coaches are so interactive, I’ve never seen that level of personal attention before. They also teach communication skills and personal accountability, skills that we didn’t expect they’d be learning at a gym! Finally, coach Frank has raised awareness of social media and the college recruitment process and what’s involved. After each session, coach Frank would take 10-15 minutes just explaining what they did and what they need to work on. After having been through multiple training facilities/brands, the buck stops here. The gym is also a cross fit facility and I see lots of active and former law enforcement and military members training there. I live in falls church, VA, and it is a 30 minute drive one way on the 267 toll road. My girls train twice a week – but despite the the distance and toll costs – so so worth it. I hope and pray that the coaches stay with OGG for 5 more years!

Onelife Fitness in Ashburn stands out as a modern, well-equipped facility designed for both fitness enthusiasts and newcomers. The gym boasts a spacious recovery room, ample strength training options, and a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by clean, contemporary locker rooms and sauna. While the indoor lap pool remains under construction, the overall layout and high-quality equipment—including diverse leg and glute machines—ensure a productive workout experience.

The staff’s professionalism and the gym’s strong air conditioning contribute to a comfortable environment, though peak hours may require patience for machine availability. Minor details like mirror alignment and limited accessibility for shorter users are noted, but the facility’s value-driven membership and family-friendly amenities—such as the Kids Club—make it a standout choice in the area. Pretty nice for a brand new location. Had to dock a star since the indoor lap pool hasn't been completed yet. The recovery room is very nice & large…but there isn't a dry cold plunge bed. The men's room lockers are spacious…as is the sauna. There is no steam room, though.

So far, so good. This is a pretty nice gym with beautiful new equipment. Danyal and all staff on site are very professional and helpful. Compared to Sterling and Brambleton, a strong point of this location is certainly the selection of leg/glute machines including pendulum squat, plate loaded hip thrust machine (that does not have the airplane seatbelt mechanism that can be limiting/uncomfortable), Bulgarian split squat machines, etc. There are also a large amount of squat racks and typically one will be available. Locker rooms are gorgeous and very clean and same can be said for the studio spaces and lounges. AC is strong and it never feels too stuffy despite the smaller space and pool on site, something I frequently notice with other gyms and the Sterling location. A few cons that I am continuing to monitor the status of include the fact that this isn’t a huge space and the crowds can be intense at times, including non-peak hours. I frequently am among members lining up to wait for machines with someone already working in. Additionally, some of the machines are not usable for shorter people including myself (around 5’2) at all or are consistently left racked on the tallest setting (ex. Pendulum squat) where I cannot get it to the point where it is usable without asking someone to climb into the machine and re-rack it on the lower setting. Another thing to note is that the mirrors are all pretty warped if that matters to you. It’s a small thing but it kind of gets in my head and I’ve heard multiple fellow members comment on this as sections of the mirror can be more flattering than others to say the least, haha… Overall, Onelife is a great addition to Ashburn and given the price point I prefer it over the other options in the area.

I have a few suggestions that I hope management will consider. First, opening at 4AM instead of 5AM on weekdays would be a huge benefit for members who work early or prefer to workout before their commute. And on weekends opening at 7AM instead of 8AM. Many nearby gyms offer earlier hours, even 24/7, and I think this would make Onelife even more competitive. Second, would love to see the Kids Club hours expanded especially by offering childcare on Sundays. As a parent, it’s disappointing that the Kids Club is closed on Sundays, and the current hours can be limiting. More flexible childcare hours would make it much easier for families to consistently use the gym. It would also be wonderful if occasional Parents’ Night Out event is offered, similar to what LifeTime and The Fitness Equation provide. It’s a fantastic way to give parents a chance to enjoy an evening out, and create an even stronger sense of community within the gym. A special shoutout to Nika in the Kids Club. My toddler absolutely loved spending time there because of her. She is wonderful with children and a great asset to the team. My toddler felt uneasy going in but when I came back to pick him up an hour later, he didn't want to leave. Overall, I’m very happy with my membership and appreciate all the hard work that went into creating such a beautiful facility. The recovery area is a huge plus, and so far the gym has exceeded my expectations. I hope these suggestions are considered as the club continues to grow.

I've been involved in fitness in one form or another since I was 14. I stumbled upon the functional fitness methodology in my mid 30s and have yet to find another form of fitness that compares. Chasing my fitness aspirations has taken me to gyms/boxes around the country and a few in Iraq, but none have kept me inspired and focused on coming back quite like TRU=Strength. Admittedly, there was no one week trial for me I was all in on the place from my first call to Seth. Whatever you're waiting for stop! Whatever you're apprehensive about, get over it! Good gym. It is a little over priced. With that being said, I highly recommend this gym invest on some hyrox equipment such as ski machine and a better sled. Is tuff to train for hyrox there with the equipment they have. I’m training for hyrox but at time I’m considering going to a different gym that has hyrox equipment. Just a recommendation.

The gym is not overly crowded during peak hours of 5-6pm. Basketball courts are not crowded either , which is amazing. Would recommend, gym has everything you need and the hours of operation are better than other gyms in the area. Very pleased with the gym and the only minor thing I would mention is that it can be hot inside the gym in the summer due to all the windows and the weights being on the 3rd floor. They do give you access to the blinds to quickly pull them down which is great.

Overcrowded with bunch of kids that set on their phones and occupy equipments. Equipments are old there are always a few machines broken every day. Bathroom and sauna are nasty 🤮 showers drains get clogged when you take shower and when someone else takes shower next to you their nasty drained water comes to your shower. If you signed up for one of their 1-3 years scammy membership trap, good luck canceling it. They will sue you in the court. I had a horrible experience with this facility. I signed up for their 2 years membership program in chantilly ( this location much better cleaner and less crowded). I moved to Leesburg, so I start using their Ashburn location. After using it for a month, I was completely grossed out of this location. It was just waste of time to even drive there. I couldn’t get a full workout done. I requested to cancel my membership because the chantilly location was far for me and this location was overcrowded and dirty. First it was very hard to get hold of someone to speak with. Their front desk are teenagers that only checks in people. There is no office or manager on the floor you can speak to. You have to call or email. I probably called 10 times. Every time I was asking to speak to manager to cancel my membership they were not available. My numerous emails went unresponsive. Their manager finally responded asking me to pay the full 2 years worth membership amount or they will deal with me at the court. I ended up paying $1500 to cancel my membership. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We just had our daughter’s birthday party here, and it was amazing! We had 32 kids and their parents, and everyone had the best time. Our party pros were Raleigh and Sofia, and they were outstanding. From planning and prepping to serving and cleaning up, they were wonderful. The pizza is so good! All the arcade games work! Can’t recommend this place enough, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Kids aged 11 and 8 loved it. I think it about $35 for 2 hours or $50 for the whole day for each kid which i wouldn't pay, but we got a good deal on a summer pass for 2 hours a day for 3 months for $80. There are 4 or 5 good slides. 2 with minor jump at the end into a soft mat. The high ropes course is great but a little small and limited for all summer, but for 1 day or 2 to 3 hours it is plenty. They have cool video games spread around to make more money – $8 for the smallest photo booth i e ever seen. They also have about 20+ very unique climbing walls with varying degrees of difficulty. Adults can pay $20 for an hour in a massage chair or/and buy a can of beer or sit and relax or get some work done in several different areas of the "Park." Go at least 1 time if you got the $$ to spend.

We went to Up! Ultimate Adventure Park for a birthday party. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but it worked out. It was quite busy since it was a Sunday afternoon. It took about 10 minutes to get harnesses fitted for rock climbing. There were many activity options, including 36 themed climbing walls with various shapes and difficulty levels. They also had a ropes course & zipline about 15 feet high with different obstacles to walk across. The kids were secured to the safety rope the entire time. One of our kids tried it, got a little scared, and decided to come down, which was handled well by the staff. Our kids especially loved the suspended cargo net jungle gym and slick slides. We felt safe to let the kids run around without too much supervision. The birthday party room was small but workable. Adult guests had to stay outside due to limited space. The second floor had additional seating with sofas where adults could relax. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained overall.

This is one my kids favorite places. They spend hours exploring all of the different climbing walls. Each wall has a creative theme which keeps the kids interested in what they see as different challenges. The auto belay system means my kids can climb each wall safely on their own.

This place is loaded with tons of awesome activities, toys, books, and interactive games. Eileen is one of the owners and her customer service is unmatched. We’ll be back. Highly recommend!

My boys absolutely love WRTS Loudoun! There's so much to do for all ages and all abilities, separate spaces for arts/ crafts, and even a toddler area. The play place is clean and the staff are so kind and engaging with the kids!! It's definitely our new go-to spot 🙂 Highly recommend!!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday at We Rock the Spectrum and had a wonderful experience. The facility was very clean, well organized, and extremely family-friendly. The private party space made it comfortable for our group, and it felt nice not having to worry about crowds. The kids absolutely loved the different activities available. The zipline was definitely a big hit, and there were plenty of play options that kept everyone entertained throughout the party. Overall, it was a great place to host a birthday celebration for young kids. The children had an amazing time, and the environment was safe, fun, and welcoming for families. I would definitely recommend We Rock the Spectrum for birthday parties or family outings.

I kept debating on writing this review. We have been a few times with my 3 kids, and our last visit will be our last visit. I have a 4 month old that I tote around as I watch my 2 older kids and I had to feed her. The owner and her son I assume were uncomfortable with this. Her son first approached me asking me if I wanted a private room and I declined. The owner then came up to me and after multiple times of me saying I was fine. I was shuffled into the therapy room where I walked in and walked out. My husband and I both have to be one to one with our kids. The owner offered to help watch them.. Which is nice however she also has a job to be doing and cannot give them full eyes at all times. It’s 2026 breastfeeding shouldn’t offend anyone or be made to look down. Before this happened the owner also held my baby and made a formula comment assuming she was formula fed. I was caught off guard at her asking to hold my baby as well as we don’t usually let strangers hold our kids. Pretty unprofessional all around and it’s truly a shame. On one of our other visits it wasn’t an issue with me feeding my child. I don’t remember the man’s name who was working but nothing was said to me.

The Ashburn Recreation & Community Center stands out as a modern and well-designed facility, offering a comprehensive range of amenities for fitness and recreation. Its spacious basketball court and fully equipped fitness center, located on the second floor, cater to diverse athletic needs, while the adult pool provides a refreshing and well-maintained aquatic experience. The center also features a bright walking track, though its proximity to active courts may occasionally create noise.

While the family-friendly pool area includes engaging features like a splashpad and shallow play zone, the children’s pool remains limited in size and interactivity. The inclusion of a birthday party room and additional family-oriented spaces would further enhance its appeal. Overall, the center delivers a polished and functional environment, though some refinements could elevate its family-centric offerings to match its high standards.

The management is excellent – they truly work like a beehive, organized and dedicated. The basketball court is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The fitness center is also modern and complete, though its location on the second floor is not ideal; in case of injury or emergency, safe and quick assistance could be difficult. The adult pool is wonderful and fully equipped. However, the children’s pool is very small and lacks interactive features. The seating for parents is also uncomfortable – the benches are hard with wooden backs, which feels more like a penalty than a place to relax 😅. There is only one birthday party room, which feels limited for such a center. Overall, while the design inside and out is modern and impressive, the overall scale does not match the level of Loudoun County, which should be among the very best. I truly wish the children’s pool here could take inspiration from the Chantilly branch, which offers great activities and an engaging environment for kids. That would make this center not only modern in design but also more family-friendly and complete.

The Ashburn Rec Ctr is nice because it is new, however it has some issues that the other PRCS Rec Ctrs don’t. I love that the walking track is so light and bright but surrounding the basketball courts means it is VERY noisy and chaotic. My friend almost got hit by a volleyball while we were walking the track! Not cool. I prefer the quiet of Claude Moore Rec Center track and their more private showering facilities.

Brand new Aug 2025. This place is huge and amazing! Plenty of room to swim laps, play court sports like basketball and pickleball. Take the family at least 1 time to enjoy the pool area that has splashpad type fun and a large area that is only about 9 inches deep, a basketball hoop for shooting while in the water, and a lazy river. 3 sizes of life jackets are available for non swimmers to use. There is a large hot tub right next to the pool for 16 years and older. The locker rooms are very nice and there is a large family locker room with a dozen or so changing rooms and the same number of private bathrooms. The upper viewing areas are very to nice also. They have a huge selection of workout machines and free weights. There is a 3 lane track on the top level also. Parking is usually plentiful but might be tight on a swim meet day.

The New Ashburn Recreation Center is truly a world-class facility! From the moment you walk in, you can tell a tremendous amount of thought went into creating a space that’s clean, modern, and welcoming for all ages. The amenities are outstanding—spacious fitness areas, top-tier equipment, bright studios, and plenty of room even during peak hours. The highlight for me is the aquatic center. The pool is immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfect whether you’re swimming laps, relaxing, or bringing the family for some fun. Temperature, cleanliness, and lifeguard presence are all consistently excellent. The water play features and separate lanes make it easy for everyone to enjoy the space without feeling crowded. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy being there. The entire facility feels safe, organized, and extremely well-maintained. Whether you’re into fitness, recreation, or simply looking for a great community hub, the New Ashburn Rec Center exceeds expectations on every level. Highly recommend—Ashburn knocked it out of the park with this one!

ARCC is a wonderful gym. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, especially Angela, Rick, Taha and Caroline. Miss Kerin in Kid Kare is the absolute best. My kids would beg to go to the gym every morning. There is plenty of equipment upstairs and the massage room is a nice break after a workout. I loved attending the fitness classes, especially with Doreen and Juju! I definitely recommend this spot to moms who need a break and a great workout.

Been coming to ROCK Fitness for over 2 years now and love how the trainers are highly skilled and know just what I need to do to get the results I am looking for.
