Stopped by Ace Photo today for a couple of small fixes to my Nikon Z8 and 70-200 lens foot. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was happy to pay but they fixed both items at no cost. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to help. They are also well-stocked with the newest equipment and used items too. Highly recommend to check them out.

I was truly touched by the service I received. I brought in two rolls of film, with some recent photos from a family member’s birthday who shortly after the photos were taken, had passed away. I was hoping to develop this film and share the photos with family in time for the memorial service. I was anxious when I saw a sign on the door that film development was on a slight, but planned, delay. It meant my photos may not be ready in time. When I asked to confirm when the film may be ready, and shared the reason why I asked, the gentleman who was helping me immediately made a note. I was simply requesting for the rolls could be developed in a few days time – an uncertainty based on the sign on the door – but due to his kind service I received my developed film the very next day – not only in time but sooner than expected. I did not catch his name, but it was a lovely exchange. I am so very grateful for this act of kindness. Thank you!

Visiting from out of town and was really excited to visit a store that looked like it would have a ton of used goodies and was ready to buy anything that piqued my interest. While they did have a good variety of options, not a single soul asked if we needed help until we were about to disappointedly leave. They joked with a customer asking them to send more people in because they weren’t busy but even though we visited the Leica case multiple times and other various cases discussing what we were interested in looking at, no one asked how we were doing or if we wanted to take a look at anything. Just tells me they weren’t eager to make a sale. We were in there for over 30 minutes and I should’ve walked out with nothing but unfortunately needed a few essentials for my trip. Easily missed out on a $700+ sale but at least they got my $150 I guess.

We had an incredible experience working with Catch Motion Photography for a dreamy engagement shoot at the National Gallery of Art! From our first discussion until the day of the shoot, the team was extremely responsive and communicative with making sure my vision for the shoot was understood. I used AleLuna service for my daughter sweet 15 . Alejandro and his team are the best. They are very professional. Service included Video, photo and album every thing came out beautiful. We also did a pre shoot before my daughter quince . We were able to choose from a list of places where to go. We chose library of Congress. Picture turned out gorgeous. I also had their Photo Booth and my guest really enjoyed it and made memories. They communicated throughout the entire process was excellent . AleLuna is an amazing company. They just did my daughter’s Quince this past weekend. From the start their communication and made clear what to expect. They exceeded my expectation’s and highly recommend using them for all services. My only regret is not using their video services. If you’re on the fence about videoing, do it yourself will regret not! All of our guests complimented how amazing they were and were surprised they could access the photos the next day!

After a poor experience with a photographer for my first pregnancy where we wound up canceling the maternity shoot due to very poor communication, we were reluctant to try again for my second pregnancy. I’m so glad that we did and that we went with Bloom Images. Sylvia was very easy to work with, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. She found a lovely spot we hadn’t been to before, and gave us a lot of time to get wonderful photos. She was also so patient and kind with our 3 year old, who was a little rambunctious and wasn’t easy to photograph. We wound up with many gorgeous photos of our growing family – our biggest challenge through the whole process will be narrowing down which of the 160+ photos we would like in our final package!

We got to work with Lynn to capture photos of our senior, special needs pup. Being blind and hard of hearing, Nina is not the easiest pup to photograph. Lynn was very patient with Nina and was able to capture great pics of her. We also love our artwork display, and Nina is thrilled to be elevated to super model status. Thank you very much! Lynn is an awesome and creative photographer! She made our session enjoyable and light hearted. I was not only impressed at her skill in using the camera, but also how she was able to engage with our senior dog in order to capture his special looks and adorable personality. Lynn was so great to work with! Although I didn’t attend the shoot, I coordinated it for my husband and his dog and she more than exceeded our expectations. I’m very picky when it comes to photos of our pets, I want their personality to show through the photo and Lynn was able to accomplish that. We will definitely be using her in the future for our other dogs.

What can you say about Lynn except that she is exceptional. She is talented, friendly, skilled and kind. Lynn knows how to make my scared dog comfy, my wild dog calm and has given us so many great photos to cherish. The onsite locations are creative and beautiful. Her studio is easy to find, easy to park and has some super cute props. We love our dogs, and so does Lynn. That is clear in her photography.

They were super responsive and answered all questions we had, and for the night of the event they took care of all set up, had an attendant man the booth the entire time, and took everything down and cleaned up.
