I highly enjoyed my first visit to Loudoun Eye last Friday. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the staff having engaging, helpful conversations with patients about frames, lenses, and insurance coverage. My previous optometrist felt very hands-off by comparison, leaving me to figure those details out on my own. Dr. Tyra conducted my eye exam and was fantastic. She explained every step of the process and the reasoning behind it, which I deeply appreciated as a new glasses wearer. Loudoun Eye is now my go-to clinic, and I highly recommend them.

It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve been coming to Loudoun Eye Associates. The doctors saw my kids grow up And I saw their kids grow up. They’ve made the experience of going there fun and it is a truly a family atmosphere. Excellent pricing and talented staff.

Dr. Park was patient, thorough, personable, and above all, highly skilled & compassionate. An optometrist on his staff (Casey) really took the time to work with me in selecting a pair of prescription sunglasses based on performance and aesthetic considerations, while working within my 'retired guy' budget. She's as knowledgeable as she is personable, and just a joy to work with. Loudoun Eye Associates also stocks a pretty great selection of frames, and overall, the practice appears organized and well-run. Highly recommended.

My children and I just had our first appointment with this office, and it was a great experience. From check-in to the exam to the finding of new glasses, everything went smoothly. The staff were all very friendly. Definitely give them a try if you’re in need of an exam and new specs.

I am writing to complain about my experience during my eye exam appointment today at 12:30 PM. The white lady (front desk) who assisted me was extremely unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Before properly verifying my insurance information, she immediately told me that my insurance was not accepted. She did not appear willing to take the time to check my coverage thoroughly. Her attitude made me feel dismissed and unwelcome, and I felt as though she was trying to rush me out rather than assist me. What makes this even more concerning is that I went to another LensCrafters location afterward, and they accepted the exact same insurance without any issues. This leads me to question whether my insurance was ever properly verified at your location. I also want to express that, as a person of color, I left feeling that I was treated differently because of my race. I cannot know her intentions, but the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel discriminated against, and that is deeply upsetting. No customer should leave an appointment feeling disrespected or unwelcome. LensCrafters has been my preferred place for eye care, but after today’s experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I ask that you investigate this incident, review how I was treated, and take appropriate action to ensure other customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I paid a lot of money for my eye exam, and after everything, I still cannot see properly with the prescription I received. I understand that I arrived about 20 minutes late, and I take responsibility for that. However, Kiana handled the situation very poorly. She wasted a significant amount of my time going back and forth about rescheduling my appointment instead of helping me. The entire interaction was frustrating, and I felt that my time was not valued. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, an accurate eye exam that would actually help me see clearly. Unfortunately, I received neither. I’m very unhappy with the service and the overall experience.

I saw glasses online and since a store was nearby l decided to stop by. I like the huge selection but my mind was made up when I entered store. The sales person was polite and listen to what I wanted. She did not try to upsale me. I highly recommend the store in One Loudoun. Will rate the glasses when they arrive. Update: The glasses arrived in 2 yes two days. They were single vision so I guess that was easy for them to handle. Love my new glasses now time to order sunshades.

We have Kaiser and first appointment was a month out. We got a next day appointment at WP. Also could rush the glasses. And everything clean and modern equipment. The real prices of glasses will be higher with ad ons. The doctor and employees here are knowledgeable and welcoming. They made the experience pleasant.

I have worn WP glasses exclusively for 12 years now. The location in One Loudoun is my best experience so far. Team is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Pham is the best I have ever met. If you need an exam and/or glasses, go here first.

I rarely write reviews, but she is the best optician I have ever met. She kept adjusting the temples of my glasses again and again, listening carefully to my concerns. After understanding my personal situation and health needs, she patiently made multiple adjustments. She is truly the best I’ve encountered in over 20 years of wearing glasses. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name.

Awesome Experience, got my eye exam and no puff of air! New technology was sweet. And then the glasses were great prices for what I already like to wear, and they had sunglasses that clipped on my glasses, all very affordable. I did have to file my own claim because I used Aetna… but otherwise great choices!

My experience was very bad. They sold me a pair of sunglasses for more than 200$ (but one week later I found exactly the same one at 49$ on Amazon. And in addition to that she didn’t tell me the benchmark i bought wasn’t appropriate considering the thickness of my lenses (in the picture you can see). I felt so stupid discovering the real value and so disappointed for the final result 😕

This was by far the most distressing experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. Despite calling ahead for specific lenses, Dr. Mandana Manesh pushed every costly option, disregarding our needs. When we questioned the product, her demeanor turned shockingly hostile—culminating in her calling the police simply because we stood firm. No one should endure that. I urge everyone to think twice before setting foot in this practice. "I’m ok you sharing the information in this public forum! Dr. Manesh is so amazing . I came to see her as an emergency stye appointment where they were able to see me the same day. I'm definitely coming back for my annual check up here. She explains things very well and actually gave me a maintenance plan to avoid my recurrent styes. Highly recommend her. The front staff is also so kind and patient as well, they've been so good with my special needs daughter who I've had to bring to my appointments.

A Wink & A Smile is a great husband (dental) & wife (vision) duo, located conveniently just down from One Loudoun. Always great service and care on both sides of the practice and the staff. I've been going for over a decade and am always pleased with the results. This recent visit was for my annual eye exam. George was kind enough to tighten up my frames while I had my exam. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to answer my additional questions. Highly recommend.

I recently broke a tooth. Dr Reardon quick assessed my problem. Made a temporary and had my new cap back in two days! Today my smile is back and I could not be more pleased. I cannot say enough great things about this incredible team! I brought in my Meta AI glasses to have my prescription lenses swapped out — not exactly a routine job, and they handled everything with such professionalism and care. During the process, my frame suffered a minor scratch. I had already signed a waiver acknowledging that risk. But without hesitation, they replaced the frame entirely, completely free of charge. I was quite surprised. In an era where customer service often feels like a transaction, this kind of generosity and accountability is almost unheard of. This team didn't have to do that. They were fully covered. They did it anyway, because they genuinely care about their patients and stand behind their work. That speaks volumes about their character and the culture they've built. I have been going to Ashburn Vision Source since I was a little kid. The staff and Dr. Hinkle run an amazing office. I’ve been doing Dry treatments for the last year and I have noticed a significant improvement in my dry eyes. I highly recommend The Dry Eye Clinic and Ashburn Vision Source.

Dr Hinkle is amazing and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with dry eye and I went to 3 different doctors before coming to Ashburn vision source and no doctor was able to help. I’m so happy I found this office and I highly recommend it. Very nice staff and great customer service.

Antoine has been the definition of professional, stylish, helpful and reliable. From special requests to repairs (kids and glasses don't always mix) he has never disappointed.

I showed up for an appointment which I had canceled by mistake. Fortunately I was accepted and appointment went ahead without a hitch. The eye examination was efficient and thorough and my suspicion that my vision had deteriorated was confirmed. I was also pleasantly surprised to see more modern equipment used for assessing the development in my left eye. My wife expects to have her annual exam at the same location.

I recently had to change my eye doctor due to a new insurance policy, and I am very happy about the change and feel lucky that I found Dr. Doran! He was quite knowledgeable and kind helping me to decide the right power for my contact lenses. Janet (at the front desk) was so professional and warm taking care of everything I needed to order the new lenses. The place is very clean and quiet (which I really appreciated). I am so glad that I found this place!

Dr. Doran is absolutely amazing! He’s personable and takes his time to work with you to get your prescription just right. Also he thinks outside the box to solve problems. I’ve never been able to wear contacts because of my astigmatism. I’ve went to many doctors over the years who said, "oh, I can get you into contacts" and they were wrong. They were never able to fit me into contacts that worked for me. Dr. Doran however was able to think outside the box and deliver! I’m super impressed! Additional Janet, the receptionist, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. She has a no nonsense way about her but also very personable which is refreshing. I know I’m always in good hands when I come to Clarity Eyecare with both Dr. Doran and Janet!

I purchased expensive frames at a different location and went there 3 times for adjustments to no avail. I went to Clarity and asked if they could help. They did immediately. I asked how much I owed and they indicated zero. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I made the mistake of having my brows and eyelashes done before I went on a anniversary vacation with my husband. The results were absolutely disastrous. I looked like I had overgrown, and war torn, black caterpillars above my eyes. I’m blond so that was fun. (Truly, I looked insane. It was giving, I have returned from conquering Prussia, and own my own cast of falcons.) I spent the next two weeks constantly applying castor oil on them, trying to fix the damage done. And my eyelashes were curled too tight, and I think the solution was left on too long? Because what lashes didn’t just curl in a complete circle backwards, just broke off. Live and learn. But be careful. I can’t speak to every individual who works here obviously, but my experience was horrendous. I’m six weeks out and my eyelashes are starting to grow back. They’re coming in all different directions. I looked ridiculous for good four weeks. Never never never never never again.

I recently visited this studio for a brow lamination after searching for a place closer to home. The location is convenient, parking is easy, the studio is very clean, and the interior is beautiful. The pricing is reasonable as well. Those aspects definitely deserve recognition. I want to mention that I rarely leave negative reviews unless I am extremely disappointed. In this case, I am. The service felt very impersonal and cold from the moment I arrived. I understand that not every appointment needs to feel like a social experience, but there was no consultation or effort to build rapport. I tried engaging and asking questions, but the interaction felt indifferent. More importantly, the quality of the work did not match the price or expectations. I paid $80 for brow lamination and threading. I specifically asked for fluffy, brushed-up brows. There was minimal consultation beyond a quick question about trimming. Too much hair was cut, the brows are uneven, and they are not fluffy as requested. The result does not look professionally done. Additionally, the threading was barely done. I still had noticeable side hairs that I had to remove myself afterward. Since brows frame your entire face, precision and attention to detail are extremely important. This appointment was done by Durga who said that she is the owner, which made the outcome even more disappointing. Because the studio itself is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located, I am giving two stars instead of one. However, I would not return and cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I also like to keep track of where I go, and writing a review helps me remember my experiences clearly.

I recently decided to try contact lenses, and both Haley and Dr. Samiei were incredibly patient, thorough, and encouraging throughout the process. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident, and I never felt rushed. I have also seen Dr. Slavin, who is absolutely wonderful, and I know Dr. Casella personally. Had a great first-time experience at MyEyeDr in Ashburn! Dr. Cassella was super nice and very knowledgeable about all the ways in which researchers (like me, and others who use screens a lot for work) can protect their eyes to prevent eye strain (and neck pain!). Cindy was also great — she was able to price match Costco and get me an annual supply of contacts for nearly 50% less than what I’ve paid in the past (not to mention free sunglasses)! All in all, a great experience – would highly recommend for those looking for a quick and easy appointment and renewed prescriptions.
