Good service and instruction in person but impossible to reach by phone or text message. I have been trying to reach ED (a technician) by phone for days with no success. Would really appreciate an email address or chat box to eliminate the need for a 30 mile trip to the facility in Ashburn VA.

I did NOT get medical medical equipment from my his company because the insurance timing didn’t work out (we had a short term guest, federal insurance process is long), BUT Chris was incredibly helpful provided me with multiple options, contacts, and helped me research other places for what we needed. 5⭐️ customer service experience in the lobby.

I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the poor service I received when trying to get my medical equipment updated. It took 3 MONTHS because they kept using my wrong phone number despite that I told at least 4 different representatives that they had an old number that needed to be deleted. Yet they were constantly emailing me and calling my alternate phone to solicit more business from me for supplies. Drove me absolutely crazy!!! I made constant calls and repeated myself constantly over several weeks to several different representatives to get a resolution. They’d say they’d follow up and no one did. The final straw was when I had to resort to irate customer mode out of sheer frustration. I felt sorry for the representative that had to deal with my frustration—even though I made it clear to her that I was not upset with her but was upset with any administration that allowed such poor service and follow through. The representative was able to help me. I got my equipment in one day because of her. It’s just disappointing that I had to be so uncharacteristically aggressive (borderline rude for me) just to get the most basic service to meet my medical needs. I expected so much better from this company.

Very bad customer service. I’ve been waiting on a walker delivery for 4 weeks. Every time I call it is very hard to get through the phone system and then when I finally got in touch with a person- there is a mix up with the work order. They blame it on my doctor’s office. It’s just a constant run around. Back and forth

I made a payment to them and then 3 days later they took an additional payment from a credit card I had on file 3 years ago. Called their accounting and got the run around. Will have to call the credit card company and have them dispute the second charge.

Use my experience to make your own expectations and determination for this company. I rented a CPM after ACL surgery. I received a phone call to rent equipment while I was in surgery. I apparently heard the message immediately following but have no recollection of it due to anesthesia. Received all following communication and coordination through text message. Received the machine same day, took less than 5 min to set up and explain how to use. They requested check or cash but able to do cc only when they returned to the office which would be a follow up call to collect the information. I elected CC. Received a receipt of payment through email for my initial rental window. The receipt was not email format friendly but did display cost, company, and equipment type. During rental period: machine was old and broken. Pieces broken. Plug bent. Would unplug during use (plug is in the back, furthest from me resulting in issues trying to get it replaced). Consistently moved away from me while working. Made loud grinding noises almost the entirety while using. Machine was not properly fit to my needs and only found out the last couple days of the rental through my physical therapy trainer after complaining about pain and inability to bend my knee past 55 degrees. Returned home to reset based on their recommendations and within 2 days increased to 80 degrees. Unfortunately this hit the end of my rental period. I received another text to pick up the machine. During this communication I mentioned my concerns and the issues with the machine advising it may need to be taken out of service. I was offered a new machine and to extend which, due to the previously mention situation, I felt forced to do. I denied the annoyance of getting a new machine and asked to extend 6 days (included a weekend) and inquired about the rental rate which I agreed to. In this extended period, I hoped to be able to work to the 90 degree goal I had by my dr. I was able to get to 90 degrees during the extended time. Unfortunately, coordination to pick up the machine never came from the company. I initiated the communication to pick it up. This resulted in additional charges. They gave me 30-45 min notice of them coming to pick it up. I left in the front porch with my door open to monitor it. The team member came up, grabbed the machine, dropped my invoice on my mat (piece of paper), and left. Same day as the pickup I was expecting a call to pay for the rental, since the company member did not stop to advise on the extended rental payment, only to see the charge on my cc already pending. They had not advised they maintain my information from the initial charge nor that they would be automatically charging me. Upon seeing this on my end, I immediately texted the company member I had been working with to ask about it. They advised the system kept it on file and they charged it. I was frustrated for not being made aware nor being asked to approve this action and immediately asked for my information to be deleted. The team member said they would “ask the company to do so” and I have to believe this company will comply to my wishes as there is no way to confirm. Overall – I would not recommend this operation due to the issues of the machine I had to rent at full price and the business practices of the company around rental charges. Gave 2 stars only because of their ability to drop off / pick up of the machine. Good luck if you try – hopefully you have a better experience and fewer missed expectations that led to my frustrations. Uploading photos of issues with the machine – will try to upload the video if able on the noise.
