We went for the first time for my husband’s birthday and rented two bays with their party package. For 12 people, the value was incredibly fair. I couldn’t believe how much food they served, and we had plenty of playtime as well. Our waiter was highly attentive and took great care of us throughout the event. The drinks from the bar were delicious too. We did wait quite a while at times, but it was very busy and we were having so much fun that it honestly didn’t bother me much. There was also an issue when we checked in at the host stand, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right , far more than we expected. Because of that experience, I would definitely come back. The customer service all around was great. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and my sister even visited this location because of my experience. 10/10 experience!

Nice place! I initially came to try flying at iFLY, which is next to the building, but I had to wait. So, I decided to spend some time at Topgolf instead. I went there as a walk-in without a reservation and encountered an interesting pricing policy. I arrived at 16:30, but the prices change every hour. I wanted to come back after my iFLY session, but since walk-ins can't reserve a spot due to the price change at 17:00, I needed to download an app to register. I did that and secured a table. The atmosphere is nice, and the place isn’t crowded. The service is fine too!

Company Event and they loved it. But the people on the in take desk were very disorganized. The Event was planned and booked 60 days in advance for 9 Bays reservation 54 people 4 to 6. I had to go to the desk 3 times to ask about what bays and when was the event coordinator coming down to guide me to our reserved space. Drinks were great but the food was subpar for the prices.

We had a great time at TG Loudoun! We rented 2 bays for 9 of us and played for 2 hrs. We had a variety of foods to include nachos, buffalo chicken dip, wings, fried Mac n cheese balls and funnel cake sticks. Everything was delicious and a good time was had.

We booked a time and went there for 1.5 hours. It was easy and everything went well. We did have a hiccup with the game though since it wouldn’t track some of the really poor shots. Oh and of course, we had a really outstanding shot and it didn’t register that at all either so that was disappointing. Other than that it was fun. I would recommend this place.

Mr. Robinson

My son and I made a visit to this bowling alley and let me tell you I actually enjoyed everything we picked a time when it was least crowded and everything was excellent. We were greeted by Keisha who once we explained this was our first time. She smiled and assisted us in every way from shoe rental to lane placement. Smiles the entire time and never faultered about questions asked or answers. This is what happens when someone does their job properly you enjoy your experience and yes we did. One individual made me want to go back again and the lanes were clean and it was a nice friendly atmosphere. We went on a non busy time because we didn’t want to be rushed but I think even if it was busy she’d figure out a way to make our experience memorable. If you haven’t been please go I highly recommend this place ( there was one take away that was at the end of my visit the men’s bathroom looked very unkept no paper towels the soap dispenser was broken and it basically looked like no one had taken care of it for a few days)

They had a remodel some years ago and the place looks pretty new and clean. We went here and on the weekend and it was a bit crowded of course. Got a 2 hour slots ahead of time, easy check in process. When we got to the lane, we ordered our food. The table was shared between two lanes were pretty small. We got 2 drinks and wings with spicy peach flavor. Pretty decent wings for a bowling place. Over all experience, we enjoyed it and would come back.

We have come here often as a team and spend good money with this bowling alley. Tonight we came to bowl, and no server came to us. They acted as if we were not there. We had to order from the kiosk to get any service, and even then, they wouldn’t bring all of our order. I’ve never seen it this run down when it comes to service. The manager lady was as rude as can be…she seemed overwhelmed and unable to give a care to good service. Again, unusual for this location. She couldn’t figure out her own machines and when I asked a simple question, she hit me with the “I’m the manager so if I can’t, they can’t” answer with as much attitude as possible. All that were with me were shocked at how she handled it. So, our business will not be coming back, even though this was a favorite. We will go to another location and give them our money. So unfortunate, but sometimes businesses make it easy to leave.

My kids love coming to Lucky Strike! The lanes are brightly lit and clean, food is great, and they love the arcade. We were lucky enough to meet one of the employees (or maybe she was the manager? If not, someone give her a promotion/raise!!!) tonight who was so incredibly kind to the kids when they needed help with one of the prizes (squishy fruit balls are so popular)! She really made their night 🙂

The bowling setup and lane were great, and the food was amazing! It was nice that the lane could accommodate one player with bumpers, so kids could join the family fun and score well too. However, the front desk staff tried to sell a higher-priced package even though a weekday offer was about to start in just 5 minutes. It would’ve been more customer-friendly if they had informed us about the offer and suggested waiting until 7 PM to book. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it’s a great place to have fun for about 2–2.5 hours with a group of four.

i went here for the first time last weekend. it looks so sleek and fresh in there. it seems like a fairly new place, the shoes looked brand new and were clean. the workers were so kind and assisted us promptly with all our needs. they have cool games at the arcade, you need a game card for them. the bowling experience was really nice. the only issue i had was the food wasn’t that great, the fries were piping hot and tasty. however, the birria tacos that i got weren’t that flavorful and the sauce that came with it was extremely oily and tasted unpleasant. i would definitely go back though to bowl.

Overpriced and awful customer service! We came here at 3:00 on a Friday and it was mostly empty. Maybe 7-8 lanes were in use and they insist on cramming everyone in the middle lanes. Once we started playing, I asked for bumpers to be put up. The man behind the counter said he’ll be right over. We waited but he never came back. Finally another lane nearby got another worker to help and I got her attention to remind them. The fact they still require workers to do this is crazy when this should be automated per bowler like at other lanes. Customer service in the bar area was no better as the man made it seem like we were inconveniencing him by ordering food and drinks; he took his time with acknowledging us to begin with and when he finally did he didn’t make us feel comfortable. Upon checkout, I stood at the counter for roughly five minutes while the two men chatted behind the counter about what looked like nothing to do with the bowling alley but even it is were about the alley, they didn’t acknowledge me or let me know they’ll be with me soon. Then $130 charge for 2 adults and 2 kids playing 2 games each seems a bit pricey in general, no less for a middle of the weekday experience. Needless to say, we will not be back to these lanes or likely any of the local Lucky Strike locations.

String pins. The greasiest house balls I’ve ever touched. No centralized ball racks so you’re at the mercy of whatever size balls are left at your lane. All the balls are drilled the same (aka if you want x-small finger holes, you can only find those on the 8 pound balls). Kids playing on the lanes and no one cares. Table service is pretty non-existent, and if you order through the QR code you’ll eventually just have to flag someone down to address your order anyway. And then they will look at you like you have 2 heads when you ask for the pitcher you ordered 20 minutes prior. $5.99 for a glass of Diet Coke?? The AC works. That’ll be the only positive thing I can report. Thanks, Lucky Stike. Glad this is the future of bowling.

The best Lucky Strike around. Clean and spacious, with good bathrooms, and delicious food. The lemonades are a hit with my team. My group tried Leesburg and found it tiny and hard to bowl without getting frustrated at the lanes and overall noise. Sterling has good music playing all the time at a better volume for chatting and cheering. The staff is quick and friendly. The balls are always clean, and the lanes are well kept. The birthday parties look like fun and the staff come directly to the lane to help throughout.

Celebrated my son’s sixth birthday here and he had a blast. We chose the smarty sparks option and the kids loved making slime and elephant toothpaste. We added on bowling which was a hit! The owner Mary Ann was helpful, responsive, and made this experience an amazing one. 10/10 recommend!!

We had such a wonderful experience hosting our daughter’s 5th birthday here! Maryann was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, which made planning so easy. One thing we loved is how flexible the space is—you can truly tailor it to what you want. We brought our own decorations, but honestly the venue is already so cute that you don’t even need much. We added the dance and karaoke options and the kids absolutely LOVED it. It was so nice to arrive, set up a few things, and be ready to go without any stress. They also handled all of the clean-up, which was such a treat as parents. Our daughter and her friends had the best time, and we’d definitely recommend this spot for a fun, effortless party!

We had a wonderful experience at party a la kart. The ‘kitchen creation’ activity was unique and an instant favorite among the kids and parents. Mary Ann was so nice and at the same timer flexible about accommodating all our needs. Highly recommend having kid’s parties here.

Our birthday party here was an absolute hit. Mary Ann and Stella made everything feel smooth and effortless from start to finish. Stella has a wonderful eye for décor, and Mary Ann is an incredible coordinator. They were so gracious about stepping in and filling gaps when we were missing a few decoration pieces, which made a huge difference. One moment truly stood out for us: when Mary Ann called us over to watch our daughter perform. It meant more than I can put into words. Who even thinks of something like that in the middle of a busy event? That level of thoughtfulness and presence turned a lovely party into a lifelong memory for our family. Cannot recommend them enough.

Mary Ann at Party a la Kart is passionate about what she does, has the creative mind for it, and wants to ensure her clients are happy. Our Hot Wheels/Lego-themed party was at a very busy time for year – I was overwhelmed and a bit nervous about how everything would come together. I felt comfortable talking to Mary Ann about my concerns. She was understanding, supportive, and kind, and her calm nature and confidence about her work helped put me at ease. I trusted her to do what she does best and let go of my worries. She listened to my son’s interests and was able to capture them all in the various activities she came up with, and made sure the kids had fun! Those in attendance commented positively on the party and praised Mary Ann, who was hands-on and led every aspect of the party. They were also impressed with the venue – Karter School is such a unique place and set up for kids to play creatively. I’ve already recommended Party a la Kart to a number of others and will continue to do so.

We just had our daughter’s birthday party here, and it was amazing! We had 32 kids and their parents, and everyone had the best time. Our party pros were Raleigh and Sofia, and they were outstanding. From planning and prepping to serving and cleaning up, they were wonderful. The pizza is so good! All the arcade games work! Can’t recommend this place enough, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Kids aged 11 and 8 loved it. I think it about $35 for 2 hours or $50 for the whole day for each kid which i wouldn’t pay, but we got a good deal on a summer pass for 2 hours a day for 3 months for $80. There are 4 or 5 good slides. 2 with minor jump at the end into a soft mat. The high ropes course is great but a little small and limited for all summer, but for 1 day or 2 to 3 hours it is plenty. They have cool video games spread around to make more money – $8 for the smallest photo booth i e ever seen. They also have about 20+ very unique climbing walls with varying degrees of difficulty. Adults can pay $20 for an hour in a massage chair or/and buy a can of beer or sit and relax or get some work done in several different areas of the “Park.” Go at least 1 time if you got the $$ to spend.

We went to Up! Ultimate Adventure Park for a birthday party. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but it worked out. It was quite busy since it was a Sunday afternoon. It took about 10 minutes to get harnesses fitted for rock climbing. There were many activity options, including 36 themed climbing walls with various shapes and difficulty levels. They also had a ropes course & zipline about 15 feet high with different obstacles to walk across. The kids were secured to the safety rope the entire time. One of our kids tried it, got a little scared, and decided to come down, which was handled well by the staff. Our kids especially loved the suspended cargo net jungle gym and slick slides. We felt safe to let the kids run around without too much supervision. The birthday party room was small but workable. Adult guests had to stay outside due to limited space. The second floor had additional seating with sofas where adults could relax. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained overall.

Up! Has been our favorite new destination for our summer camps! The kids love all the clean and well maintained climbing walls, high ropes course, and slides! Also has fun activities for kids that don’t do great with heights. The staff is also very active, kind, and attentive, which is hard to find nowadays. Easy to book and set up, the party rooms are very clean and spacious too. Highly recommended if you’ve never been before!

This is one my kids favorite places. They spend hours exploring all of the different climbing walls. Each wall has a creative theme which keeps the kids interested in what they see as different challenges. The auto belay system means my kids can climb each wall safely on their own.

I would give Lucky Strike six stars if I could. I was there for an event and every aspect of the experience was top level. The menu was genuinely impressive, far beyond what you would expect from a bowling alley, and everything we had was both creative and delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was attentive, proactive, and incredibly friendly, making sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. They set a high standard for what hospitality should feel like. The games were a blast, and the overall environment made it easy to relax, connect, and build deeper relationships. It is not just a fun night out, it is an experience done right.

Enjoyed my time at Tysons! We’re a family of 5, with a range of abilities and ages. Tysons Corner lucky strike has free parking, an amazing large and bright entrance! We love their lanes, very wide and spacious. You can choose who you want to have bumpers, they also have a ramp to help those with challenges! Our kids absolutely love it! From the food, to the drinks! Their pizza is hot and crispy and delicious ingredients, we also get the nachos the chips are always warm and crispy! The chicken wings. My fave is the mango margarita! Over all fun for all ages and abilities. Our waiter, forgot his name, young blonde guy was super! He would see how much we’re ordering and kept checking on us!

🎉 A Memorable Birthday Celebration at Lucky Strike Tysons! 🎳 We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Lucky Strike in Tysons, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, the manager on duty was incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating. His presence and professionalism set the tone for the evening and made us feel truly cared for. Our server, G, provided some of the BEST service I’ve experienced in a long time, consistently checking in with our party, anticipating our needs, and contributing to the joyful energy of the celebration. What a surprise! A truly fun departure from Dave and Busters! I’m telling you guys, this place has what you need for a cool little getaway for a guy’s/girl’s night out or a frustration-free, family outing. It’s got a little bowling alley, surprisingly large laser tag arena, an assortment of addictive arcade games, legit VR games, oh yeah… the restaurant is actually VERY GOOD. Good drinks, accommodating wait-staff having, tacos, beer, calamari, and burgers. They serve a pretty banging breakfast. Bring your friends and/or kids, don’t sweat the small stuff, let go and have a blast.

This rating is based on the bowling alley and restrooms. This is not the place you want to go bowling. I’ve never seen anything like this. They have 4 lanes. The balls are terribly nicked up. The lanes are short and it’s dark in the corner. The rolling ramp for kids is made of PVC so it splits at the end from the weight of the ball, making it go crooked into the gutter most of the time. The pins are on strings so they tend to fall when the machine is placing them. Then they reset over and over till all the pins stand up. Also, our balls kept getting stuck at the end of the lane so everyone needed two of the same weight ball. My kids love to bowl, but no one had a happy face bowling here. The kids wanted to stop before we even finished our first game. In addition the place smelled like sewer. The smell came in waves over by the bowling alley. We think was coming from the bathrooms because the womens bathroom was disgusting and smelled bad. The guys that ran the bowling and ticket counter were nice, but the facility was sub par at best. I would not recommend.

I’ve been to The Zone many times before and haven’t really given too much thought about how great their food was until today. Just to give everyone some background about how much I enjoy this place. I recommended this for our company’s Christmas Party and no one complained to the party organizers, so I take it as everyone enjoyed it, normally there’s always someone complaining. I had my global team building excercise here of mid 30s and 40 yr old and everyone enjoyed it and I had some picky eaters in that team and of course my kids birthday parties. It’s a perfect balance of fun, drinks and food that is good for almost any pallette, it’s portioned right, plus not overpriced. We always feel like we had a great time and a great meal after the day. The restaurant and bar area is nicely tucked away from the fun area so if you are just stopping in for food and drinks, it’s not too loud in that section. This Fire Zone shrimp was amazing, hint of sweet, spice, creamy, crispy, just so good. I ate more than half of it and I was suppose to share it. They have ribs, this one I find people like to debate what makes good ribs.. but If you like, fall off the bones (less mess on your face), tender, juicy, ribs, sweet smoke BBQ sauce then you’ll like their ribs. We certainly enjoyed it.

Fun place to go for the dads and kids, nice for your Birthday, and Mom’s can have wine at the bar. The laser tag rooms are a bit small, but the newest arcade games make up for it. Fun weekend and even more fun Wednesdays.

Love this place! Every time I go out to visit family, we play laser tag for hours. They have a huge variety of arcade games, 3 lanes of bowling, and even food as well. Good prices too. Parking has to be across the way in a parking lot, since street parking right out front is only 2 hours, and extremely limited.

Walked up at opening with no reservations and they worked us in. Good food (pizza) and soda pitcher deal. Service was good, checked in numerous times. Definitely an improvement over previous times. Happy we went today!

We recently hosted our daughter’s 13th birthday party at Lucky Strike, and it was absolutely wonderful! Planning a party for young teens can be a challenge, but the staff here made it effortless. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive, kind, and organized. They made sure the girls had everything they needed, from the bowling shoes to the snacks, allowing us parents to actually sit back and enjoy the celebration. The atmosphere was perfect for the age group—fun, high-energy, and modern. Thank you to the whole team for making her milestone birthday so special. We will definitely be back!

Came to this Lucky Strike and I unfortunately had a horrible experience… I brought my friends to do unlimited bowling for a couple hours, and we were told we had to wait over 30 minutes which was understandable since it was 9 of us… so we decided to get balls for billiards while we waited… until an hour later I went to check to see if it was ready and I was told that we were taken out of the wait when we requested the balls for billiards. Which was confusing to me because I wasn’t even told… and did not receive a message from them either about a cancelation. And the guy at the front desk (I don’t remember his name) noticed I looked upset at the fact, Because we hadn’t requested to be taken off. So he offered to put me back on the list and that the next available lane would be ours… I accepted that offer in hopes we would get sat in about 20-30 minutes… another hour passed and we were still waiting… we decided to cancel and leave. I felt very unappreciated and unvalued as a customer and I wish they could’ve at least tried to make up for the inconvenience, but even that felt like too much. I understand how the wait works and if you have no idea how long the guest are going to be there for you should never give a estimated wait time.

I spent an hour and a half here with my daughter tonight and spent about $150. Apparently tonight was play two games get the third free but since I didn’t ask for that when I got my shoes I wasn’t able to get the special. Which in my opinion is pretty ridiculous because it was advertised throughout the establishment. So, 3 games cost us $50 without the advertised nightly special that he wouldn’t let us partake in. We spent another $80 on 2 entrees, 1 order of fries, a soda and two beers plus 20% tip. We wanted to spend $10 on some games but he rang me up for $20 instead. (This was the second time he apparently misheard me, I forgot to mention he gave me a pair of shoes 3 sizes too small off the break) Our server at the lane was good but the older guy at the register made me a tad sour. After I called him out for my 3 grievances (all of which were due to him) he gave us $10 in game money. That doesn’t not make up for the $15 he overcharged us for the lane or the $10 overcharge in game money. I should’ve put up more of a dispute but I had my kid with me so I was more polite than I should have been. I’ll still be back since it’s conveniently located but will be better prepared for poor customer service. Probably eat somewhere first too. Definitely avoid service from the old head and ask questions about specials just in case that is some sort of ridiculous policy. I really think that was just him though, like who does that?

The management is excellent – they truly work like a beehive, organized and dedicated. The basketball court is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The fitness center is also modern and complete, though its location on the second floor is not ideal; in case of injury or emergency, safe and quick assistance could be difficult. The adult pool is wonderful and fully equipped. However, the children’s pool is very small and lacks interactive features. The seating for parents is also uncomfortable – the benches are hard with wooden backs, which feels more like a penalty than a place to relax 😅. There is only one birthday party room, which feels limited for such a center. Overall, while the design inside and out is modern and impressive, the overall scale does not match the level of Loudoun County, which should be among the very best. I truly wish the children’s pool here could take inspiration from the Chantilly branch, which offers great activities and an engaging environment for kids. That would make this center not only modern in design but also more family-friendly and complete.

The Ashburn Rec Ctr is nice because it is new, however it has some issues that the other PRCS Rec Ctrs don’t. I love that the walking track is so light and bright but surrounding the basketball courts means it is VERY noisy and chaotic. My friend almost got hit by a volleyball while we were walking the track! Not cool. I prefer the quiet of Claude Moore Rec Center track and their more private showering facilities.

Brand new Aug 2025. This place is huge and amazing! Plenty of room to swim laps, play court sports like basketball and pickleball. Take the family at least 1 time to enjoy the pool area that has splashpad type fun and a large area that is only about 9 inches deep, a basketball hoop for shooting while in the water, and a lazy river. 3 sizes of life jackets are available for non swimmers to use. There is a large hot tub right next to the pool for 16 years and older. The locker rooms are very nice and there is a large family locker room with a dozen or so changing rooms and the same number of private bathrooms. The upper viewing areas are very to nice also. They have a huge selection of workout machines and free weights. There is a 3 lane track on the top level also. Parking is usually plentiful but might be tight on a swim meet day.

The New Ashburn Recreation Center is truly a world-class facility! From the moment you walk in, you can tell a tremendous amount of thought went into creating a space that’s clean, modern, and welcoming for all ages. The amenities are outstanding—spacious fitness areas, top-tier equipment, bright studios, and plenty of room even during peak hours. The highlight for me is the aquatic center. The pool is immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfect whether you’re swimming laps, relaxing, or bringing the family for some fun. Temperature, cleanliness, and lifeguard presence are all consistently excellent. The water play features and separate lanes make it easy for everyone to enjoy the space without feeling crowded. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy being there. The entire facility feels safe, organized, and extremely well-maintained. Whether you’re into fitness, recreation, or simply looking for a great community hub, the New Ashburn Rec Center exceeds expectations on every level. Highly recommend—Ashburn knocked it out of the park with this one!

ARCC is a wonderful gym. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, especially Angela, Rick, Taha and Caroline. Miss Kerin in Kid Kare is the absolute best. My kids would beg to go to the gym every morning. There is plenty of equipment upstairs and the massage room is a nice break after a workout. I loved attending the fitness classes, especially with Doreen and Juju! I definitely recommend this spot to moms who need a break and a great workout.
