I had my old wood windows replaced by Washington on Windows. Brandon, the salesman, was very clear and informative about the products they offered and the timeline from purchase to completed install. The status of the order was regularly communicated and when the windows arrived locally, I was able to choose an install date that fit my schedule. Joon was the team lead for the install for the day and the results look great! Before leaving for the day, he led a walk through of the finished project and ensured I understood the functionality of the new types of windows that I purchased. The project was completed on schedule with no apparent defects at first glance. The job site was left clean with no noticeable debris from the work. I’m writing and posting this initial review within an hour of completed install, meaning the product I purchased has not had time to deal with weather, nor have I had to use my warranty for any reason.

Young and his crew did a phenomenal job at replacing and installing our new windows! They took time and care to place tarps down to prevent less dust on our floors, respected our place by taking off their shoes indoors, cleaning the windows, and triple checking that the windows are fully insulated! They were very quick and efficient, but made sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean up after themselves as if nothing happened. Lastly they explained to us how to clean and use our windows! I highly recommend them if your need new window replacements!

Joon and his team installed a bathroom window today. They were wonderful…in by 9:00 done by 12:15. Very efficient, neat and professional. Joon always checked in with me to get my feedback on things. Always making sure that we were on the same page before he did anything. I really appreciated that. All in all, an outstanding job done.

What an extraordinary difference! Before, none of the condo's windows closed properly or opened easily; now they're fully functional & offer the bonus of energy efficiency & superior noise reduction. The windows fold inward, so it will be easy to clean the outside (which is essential because we're on the top floor). There wasn't anything I needed to do to clean up after installation — the team took great care to protect the floors & pick up both inside and outside when the work was finished. We're grateful and happy to support a local business owner who went above and beyond to get us what we needed, quickly, at a great price, + a 50-year transferable warranty. There was no high-pressure sales pitch where both owners needed to be present; the owner met with us and explained his product and why he believes in it. We used American Screen & Glass to replace our back porch screen. Smooth process with estimate (Fred) and scheduling (Debbie). The new screen looks fantastic and the crew did a great job overall. They did leave a good amount of scrap nails around from demo. Somewhat to be expected anytime this type of work is done. Also a little disappointed in a few of the trim pieces they reinstalled. That was the plan if all looked OK, but would have liked communication and the option to replace with new trim (at our cost of course). But…all in all…they did a nice job and we are very happy with the work. Would recommend and not hesitate using again.

These guys are great. They came out on a holiday weekend to repair a leak from our roof that put us out of our nursery. They are kind and responsive.

We first reached out to Prime Exteriors after a wind storm tore off some of our siding, expediting our plans for a full exterior remodel. From the start, Morty and his team were incredibly responsive and professional. Within days of the storm, one of their crew members tarped down the exposed side of the house while we finalized the details of the larger project. That early responsiveness set the tone for the entire job. The project ultimately included new siding, replacement of every window and both exterior doors, trim work, light fixtures, and fixing several problem areas we’d noticed since moving in a few years earlier. Our front door frame had rotted so badly that it couldn’t support a storm door, and the back door had a noticeable gap between the trim and the foundation. They worked like a well-oiled machine, and the house has never looked better. Roland came out and gave me an honest, transparent quote after I had interviewed eight different companies—both big and small. Some of the larger companies gave me outrageous prices, but Roland saved me money while still delivering top-quality work that will last. Roland and his Team completed a Provia front door and surrounding trim installation on my home and it looks stunning. This company is top-notch! The owner took considerable time helping us understand the functions and features of the replacement windows. We were initially considering a competitors product which involved a high-pressure pitch (this price only if you buy today). Star's salesman was not like that instead making only side by side comparisons of features and financing. The install crew were fantastic. We had settled on an install date just 3 weeks out but the installers called a few days ahead of time looking to do the install earlier due to weather considerations. We had to move the install out due to personal plans. On the day, the installers arrived just as their time window began (who does this?). Their action was poetry in motion. Polished, efficient and in less than 8hrs…done. A few days after the install, we began notice just how bad our old windows really were. The temperature drop from the front to the back of the house was gone. This time of year the thermostat is usually set at 74. After the install it feels warmer set at 72 and at 68 overnight. I am well pleased with this company as they model a level of integrity that is hard to find in the marketplace these days.

An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards. Very hardworking crew and they did a phenomenal job. They also said they would be there between 8-9 in the morning on the day of installation and they were already out of their vehicle and ready to go when I opened the door at 8:02am. Most punctual group of contractors I’ve ever seen! I am also renovating my entire house top to bottom and one thing I’ve learned is that almost nothing is level or plumb, except my newly installed windows! Made putting my widow casing on extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated! From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough. Nicest people. I went with the ProVia Aspect windows and they are gorgeous. They also capped the bay window and garage door surrounds for me with PVC so they will never rot again and did an amazing job! I’ll be calling them next year for a roof replacement.

I am a repeat customer and worked with the Hodges team on a couple of occasions to 1) replace my home’s front door and 2) replace the French doors leading out to the deck. The sales consultation was super helpful. And the installation? Well, it was exactly like you see in so many home improvement shows: everything is perfect and looks great. I’m sincere about that. I recently had the 7 windows on my townhouse replaced. Hodges was amazing from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable when they came for the estimate and answered all questions I had. The windows were received from the manufacturer in a shorter time frame than the original estimate and the install day went great. The installers were able to quickly adjust to a few issues relating to removing the old windows (they were the original windows) and still completed the install in one day.
