We were very pleased with the work that they did at our home for a move out cleaning service. The work was exceptional. Their price was excellent. They were also extremely accommodating when we had to move the scheduled cleaning date because of the movers timeline to an earlier date. I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to Patricia because I went to the apartment to look at the job after the move out clean. The floors were still dirty and the carpets looked like they were vacuumed quickly and poorly. I am quite disappointed mostly with the response given by Patricia. Instead of her understanding my disappointment she simply replied with "You don't appreciate it".. This is not about appreciation. It's about a standard for a move out clean. When I asked for the direct supervisors number 2x, instead continued to argue with me. I didn't reach out to her for an argument but to express my frustration and disappointment and instead of being understanding she wanted to go back and forth. I tried to reach out to discuss this between her and I first because I didn’t want to leave a bad review. Had the conversation been just that instead of an argument with her, this review would have been better. Sorry but this was a terrible experience, mostly due to the conversation after I reached out.

I hired Patricia and her team to perform a "Move out" cleaning at a townhouse. Patricia called me the morning of our scheduled cleaning to inform me that her team would be running late. They arrived a couple of hours later and performed the cleaning in a couple of hours. I'm happy with the job that they've done – and I would recommend them for similar cleaning services.

I was searching for a cleaning service for our move out. Came across this company and APS home cleaning services went ABOVE & BEYOND. She worked with me and gave me advice on what service I should get and ultimately what service would benefit me the most financially. She had my best interest in mind and didn’t want me overpaying for a service I didn’t need. Extremely accommodating and excellent with communication. If I could rate 5+ stars I would!

UPDATE 5/11 @ 5:22 PM Their reply is exactly why I am posting photos. This was not a "small number of touch-up concerns." Multiple areas of the home were still visibly dirty after the cleaning, and I have added photos showing the condition the home was left in. They also broke the handle on our refrigerator and scratched our brand new flooring. Those are not touch-ups. That is property damage. The company’s position seems to be that because they offered to come back, that should resolve the issue. When a company leaves a home dirty, damages property, refuses a refund, and then minimizes the complaint publicly, I am not going to invite them back into the home for round two. I stand by my review. The service was not completed to a professional standard, the home was damaged, and the refund request was refused. I posted photos so other customers can judge the work for themselves. ORIGINAL 5/11 @ 3PM We hired APS Home Cleaning Services to clean our home, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The team arrived unprepared, large sections of the home were still visibly dirty after they left, and the service was nowhere near the standard we expected from a professional cleaning company. Even worse, during the appointment our refrigerator door handle was broken and our brand new flooring was scratched. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they refused and repeatedly pushed to come back into the home, even though trust had already been broken. At one point, the response was essentially to take them to court. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The home was left dirty, damaged, and we were refused a refund.

DO NOT use this company, complete scam! I paid for full cleaning move out service. Two people showed up I confirmed if they would clean bathroom. She looked me right in my face and said yes, then they did not even touch the bathroom. The tub was untouched and dirty, floors not swept nor mopped, was dirt on the mirror, toilet not touched. I didnt get a pic of that since I had a flight out of DMV area and I had to clean it all myself, and was unable to drop off packages for shipping and had to throw it away since I spent my morning cleaning up after them! Also did not clean the freezer though I paid for refrigerator cleaning. I have contacted them about this and they havent replied and have completely ignored me! I also read other reviews afterwards saying the same they dont touch the bathroom and people have to clean up after them though they are supposed to! They looked very young too so be aware and save your money-they are SCAMMERS!

We have been using Issac's Maid Services for years now. Working full time and having children with activities almost daily makes it difficult to find the time to clean. Issac's prices are very reasonable, and I have referred them to friends & neighbors. They recently started a carpet cleaning, and I had been wanting to have my stairs cleaned. They came and got it done during our regular house cleaning service which made it very convenient for us. Wishing nothing but success for Issac and his crew.

We brought in my fiancé’s suit for a SIMPLE press with no starch and requested pant lines added. Instead, they managed to ruin the lapel and returned it looking sloppy, uneven, and carelessly handled right before our wedding day. If I owned this business, I’d be ashamed of the lack of quality control. This was supposed to be a professional service, and instead we got damaged formalwear for one of the most important days of our lives. I would never trust this place with clothing again and strongly recommend others steer clear unless you’re okay risking your garments being completely mishandled.

I’m never bringing my suit jackets or trousers here again. They butchered my stitched jacket, ripping the lining in both sleeves and tearing out the collar behind the neck. They didn’t hesitate to gaslight me the entire time I had to deal with them to get it fixed. Sloppy pressing on both the jacket and trousers is icing on the cake – if you bring something here, expect it to be ruined.

Today I picked up my brand new $400 comforter that I did not use yet. The staples they used to close the plastic bag also went through my comforter (in 6 location). They clearly didnt care for my property.

This dry cleaners ruined my suit, I had a black suit dry cleaned, when I went to pick up my suit, 4 buttons were broken. They offered to fix the buttons and when I came to pick up the suit the buttons were not aligned corrected. I asked them to fix it and they said no and they won’t return my money for the dry cleaning either. Customer service isn’t good. I would not recommend this dry cleaner.

From requesting the quote to getting the job scheduled was quick. I have 2 small jobs, running power to an attic fan and fixing a stuck vent cover, the work was done professionally. Antonio took his shoes off to when he came in to look at the attic fan which I appreciated since we had new carpet. And the work was done quickly and for a fair price

Hired them to replace an improperly installed dryer vent duct. They were friendly and did a pretty good job. They took care to lay down blankets and cleaned up afterwards. When I initially scheduled for an estimate they didn't show up until 2.5 hours after the scheduled time, nor did they contact me to let me know they weren't going to be there. Then I got in contact with them and they said they were on their way yet still showed up over an hour later than they said they would arrive. The quote they gave me was "Laundry room ceiling repair & fix the vent pipe $580. In case we have to opened outside the ceiling kitchen area adicional cost is $320". They did have to open the ceiling in the kitchen so I expected the total cost to come out around $900. After all was said and done the total was $1,120 which is about 24% higher than the original quote.

We bought an old abused condo and wanted to have it completely renovated before we moved in. The NoVA Handyman team visited with us twice and took down what we wanted, and then finished the whole job in a week. It took 36 gallons of paint, a bunch of drywall and grout, and they fixed all of the toilets and sinks for a steal. I would highly recommend Mr. Ramos and his team for general contracting work. They are really good at their job, fast, and reasonable.

Called to ask about a service. Was told they would need to come out to give a quote, in case there are complications / other more extensive work needs to be done in addition to the main job. When I asked if there is a typical price range for this type of job when it’s a straightforward installation, she disconnected the call. Very unprofessional.

Unprofessional, disappointing, incompetent, unresponsive… on and on! Called for a small job requiring drywall patchwork, some painting and they sent an employee out to only not follow up with confirming the job. The project was time sensitive and this is completely unacceptable business practice. I called the company again to see what happened and they said "we cannot do this kind of job, sorry!" And hung up on me! Do not waste your time!
