I had the best experience working with Jeremy at Ashburn Service & Tires. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I came over from another chain shop that I did not trust and wanted his opinion. He took the time to clearly explain the work my car needed, ( turns out my engine mount on my mini cooper was busted!) He answered all my questions kindly and made sure I felt comfortable with the pricing! Jeremy even offered me a free ride serve back home that day, ordered the part immediately to get there on Monday since the weekend was coming up, and my car was ready to go by Monday afternoon with a passed inspection. He kept me updated the whole time and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone not just honest but super kind and truly a rock star in this industry. I normally don’t like writing reviews, but this place deserves it. Jeremy helped me today to get my emissions inspection done quickly. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely get the family owned vibes every time I come in. I have never felt pressured to spend more money on unnecessary services. They have always been very straightforward. I was having an issue with my car that three or four other places missed, and not only did they find the issue, but they worked with our warranty, so our out-of-pocket expense was limited. It is a relief to be able to take my car where it’s clear they just want to help me fix my issue.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Jeremy, Alex, and the team! They were very transparent with me on what my car needed/didn’t need to get done, and their prices are very competitive compared to others in the area! Plus, they are so friendly and really make you feel taken care of. They’re not out to up-charge you or make you feel bad for not wanting to service something your car doesn’t need. Definitely returning as I think I will only get my car serviced here from now on.

I have been hesitant to write this review, but wanted to share my experience. I've been coming to this shop for safety inspections for years without issue, but first experience outside of that left me disappointed. I love coming to this shop because everyone is sogenuine and friendly. I brought in four aftermarket wheels (loose, and not on the vehicle) ready to be balanced. Due to the nature and value of the wheels, I normally take them to a specialty shop for proper care and I knew taking them here was a risk outside of my routine. Based on what I've experienced at this shop before, and the reviews written online,I thought it would be just fine. I'm telling you, the people here are top-notch. At least from what I've experienced with the folks at the front desk. All four wheels came back with varying levels of scratches and marring. It appears the damage was caused by pressure cup/outer cone that attaches to the outside of the wheel. On one wheel, one of the weights was barely hanging on. I will say though, the wheels are properly balanced, so at least there's that. Although the damage is cosmetic, my wheels just don't feel the same (sentimentally) anymore. If you're a car guy, you likely understand. I brought it to the attention to one of the service managers and confirmed there was damaged done and asked what I wanted to do. I requested a refund which was promply granted (thank you). Although in hindisght, I probalby should have escalated the situation to be properly compensated, but I just didn't have the energy. I figured I knew this was likely going to happen, so it's on me. If they're still open to working something out, I'd absolutely love to. If you have standard wheels, You're good to go here. They will definitely take care of you. But if you have aftermarket wheels or wheels you put in extra care and effort into, I'd recommend taking them to a shop that specializes in that kind of work.

I stopped by Valvoline in Ashburn today (6/23/26) for multiple services and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely focused on taking great care of both me and my vehicle. They handled everything efficiently while keeping me informed and comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated their hard work, friendliness, and attention to detail. We have been taking our cars here for a few years and it has been a great experience. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and the prices are fair with no attempt to upsell but simply inform you of what is needed for manufacturer suggested recommendations. If they can't perform a service they are upfront and honest. Great team and highly recommend.

Came in for a long overdue oil change and the staff was all exceptional and courteous. But most importantly for me, they informed me of the options that I had for services I needed done, but did not pressure me into getting everything right away. They just gave me all the information and made suggestions.

Joanna and Jaimonte definitely know what they are doing. I get an oil change every couple of months and no one has ever provided such excellent service. My car also sounds better 🙂 thank you!!

It was my first time, at Valvoline I thought I only needed an oil change so I went in price is 105-110. At Walmart it’s 30-60 depending on type of oil with hours of wait time 2-4 hours even with an appt. While Valoline is a little more, you stay in car and they walk you through everything- I mean every single thing! No matter how small or big, no charge for checking and educating you!! Who does that?! I got oil change. They scanned my vin, and oh boy- red here and there. I found out I have 2 filters in the car that were original manufactured (I thought Walmart had changed on last service- they didnt!) NICK showed me the proof! He also suggested other services and at 4:45pm was honest with me about leaving at 5pm and my tire rotation was needed but he worked with his tech to ensure I could give it some time. HELLO TEAMWORK! HAI- was fast and a genius. I felt like a minutes had passed but he did hours of work! Fluids changed, oil and radiator and engine stuff and on top blades. I felt like a pit crew was IN ONE MAN! Why you would trust anyone else doing services behind closed doors while you wait is now a thing of the PAST. if I pay for work, I need to see the receipts. Why wouldn’t you want to show your customer, Why….not? GOODBYE other places, HELLO VALVOLINE. VERYY HAPPY! Don’t waste your time hours and hours, pay for the quality and fast service that IS AVAILABLE AND DOABLE. VALVOLINE PLEASE come to Northern VA we deserve you!

This is by far the best med spa I have ever been to and honestly probably the best in Virginia! Everyone is always so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. One of the things I appreciate most is that I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or pressure me into adding services, which is something I have experienced at other med spas. I always see Neyda, and she does a fantastic job. She consistently does amazing work and always makes sure I am 100% happy with my results. Amy, the owner, is also incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and it is clear she truly cares about her clients. I also have to give a special shout out to Cathleen at the front desk. I absolutely love her energy, and she always makes me feel so welcome!! The spa itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough. there’s a reason they are always awarded Loudon’s best med spa!!! 💖

I recently visited Amy's Aesthetic and Wellness for a Hydrafacial and vitamin IV, and it was such a great experience. Skylar did my facial and Neyda handled my IV, and both of them were amazing throughout the appointment. I had been feeling a little run down lately and wanted something that would help me feel refreshed, and this combination honestly did the trick. My skin looked great afterward, and I definitely felt more energized. What I appreciated most was how accommodating they were with my schedule. I was short on time, and they were able to do both treatments at the same time, which made everything super convenient. Skylar and Neyda were both friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable at what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and making sure you’re comfortable. I've been going to Ashburn Auto Care for years, Lacey and his team are fantastic. They're very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and respectful. The prices I've been quoted for services here were pretty much always more affordable than competitors, and I've never once felt in any way upsold or decieved. Lacey explains any issues comprehensively in ways a layman can understand, offers options to move forward with maintenance and/or repairs, and has even shown me how to keep up with maintenance myself to avoid potentially costly damage. The staff are friendly, reliable, and efficient and I recommend Ashburn Auto Care to everyone I know in the area for their trustworthy, upstanding service, especially other women and anyone who may be afraid of being taken advantage. They clearly take pride in honest work and exemplary service.

They have been my mechanic for years , they are consistent, fair and upfront with potential issues. Their learned advice about cars is vast , certainly helpful when you trying to keep your car for 300k miles. They are so trustworthy that it becomes to be a little difficult to get walk in service without appointments which is a credit to them as they do get quite busy.

I have started going here after my neighbor’s recommendation and dissatisfaction with a well known auto service group. Ashburn Auto Care service was great and fairly priced. In addition to the oil change I asked for a check over as I’ll be taking my 120k+ car on a 4,000+ mile trip in the near future. It’s all good to go. Thanks again!

Consistently great service, super friendly and very competitive pricing. I have had a couple of vehicles serviced here including an older vehicle for which parts are harder to source. In all cases they have gone above and beyond to chase things down and I have been very happy with the results. Several friends had recommended them and I can see why.

There's no shop in the Loudoun county area id recommend more than Ashburn auto. They helped get my car back on the road after faulty work was done from a previous shop. And faster than the estimated time to fix with very reasonable prices. Very likable and trustworthy owners. Five stars🌟

I bring my own Ammonia free (Tints of Nature) made in England; hair color. Ms. Amina has been doing my color & cut since 2018. She does a GREAT job and a very pleasant person. I think this is a GREAT place and every one is so nice.

We went to Momo & Grill roadhouse and the food is pretty good and the decor and ambience is warm and cozy. Service was excellent. They do add 20% tip automatically and add also add card processing fee to Sales tax on the tab

I had the steak and eggs for brunch. It was good however that cut of meat had more fat around it more than usual which made it less enjoyable. The service was good. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The way things are now prices are up everywhere so I'm not surprised to pay almost $100 for 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The staff is very friendly.

We had our daughter's birthday party here last weekend and can't speak highly enough of the support and care taken by Mia on the day to ensure that the event ran smoothly. Mia is a problem solver, helping make sure we could get the audio connection resolved in time and addressing any concerns and questions throughout the event. International adult figure skating competition. The facility is incredible. Thank you very much for hosting this event. Would be great to have a snack bar/ coffee shop. We spend 8 hours during the day between morning practice and afternoon competition

This has been our ice skating home since being referred by friends and neighbors. I know there are other rinks in nearby counties, but this one has all we need. The public skate was not too crowded and enjoyable for all levels of skaters. There are plenty of benches for getting your skates on or taking a break from the ice. We also enjoy the pizzeria with the view of the hockey rink. The food was good and service was quick. Skate rental was easy. I left 15min for checking in and getting skates – that was more than enough time. I also learned that though the default is figure skates, you can also request hockey skates for your rental, which made my son very happy. I've also visited the rink store in the past and appreciate the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. Our group had a great time and we look forward to returning, soon!

Patrick is the best!! I was having such a difficult time finding figure skates that fit well due to my foot size and width but Patrick was super patient and understanding in trying on multiple brands and sizes with me. He was also super knowledgable and really took the time to evaluate the issues I was having and come up with a solution.

Two rinks, and very busy there for the competition weekend. Clean and easy facilities. Upstairs for seating and viewing, both sides have seating inside the rinks, too. Vendors popped in for the Potomac Memorial NQS competition. They also have a Slice Theory pizza shop attached that opens up a bit later in the day. Inside, also a Memorial to the lost AA5342 flight skating team members from the rink. May they rest in peace.

I was back to jiffy Lube because one of my tires on my pilot was making an unusual noise. I thought maybe that the tire was out of balanced and when I got there, the manager that helped me before was right outside the bay and came over immediately. I told him my concerns and the sound that I was having he immediately felt along the tire and realized that the tire was cupping what just do probably to alignment, but he said he could switch it for the back and that way you wouldn’t hear the front and I thought exactly what he thought that there was no sense at this point Doing an alignment as well just let the tires wear the way that they are Which was they weren’t showing that much where I’ve had this in to do a tire rotation earlier in the Summer and again all we did is just move one tire or two and it basically took care of the noise because it wasn’t right out front where you hear it. This location with the manager Arthur battles really does care. And has a lot of experience to be able to recognize what the problem is immediately I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anybody they’re fast efficient and right to the point friendly and easy-going you can’t ask for anything else.

Very bad experience this afternoon it almost cost me my car. I changed oil and usually they check all fluids but the didn’t I drove my car for few miles and temperature gauge went high stopped a side asked ChatGPT explained everything his diagnosis was check the cooling fluid and I’d was empty if Jeff’s lube I filled that as they promise always "we fill all fluid" don’t trust them anymore.

My tire had gotten flat and with this being my first experience at a Jiffy Lube, Chris was amazingly transparent, supportive, and answered all my many questions. It was an absolute delight to, not only be treated like I know my car but to also not be shamed when I ask questions. He demonstrated and provided deep insights on my tires and what to expect in the future. I will be coming back again! THANK YOU for your help i appreciate it !!

I recently visited here in the morning and there were only 2 people working. Arthur and Dom. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, but they gave me the fastest and most thorough oil change I have had here. I've been here before and had 4 to 5 people work on my car and not perform the service as well, not to take anything away from those visits, they were great too, but I'm still just shocked by this recent visit. You guys are great!

Came in for an oil change and it was quick but they left oil finger prints on my seats and the side of the door. I would recommend going back and checking everything before giving the car back to the customers.

This Pet Supplies Store is awesome! I went to the store early Friday, March 20th, 2026 morning. I believe the individual who helped me was Christine. She was absolutely fantastic! She greeted me right at the entrance when I walked inside the store. I told her I was rescuing a cat today and had a list of items I needed; I also mentioned how I was on a time crunch due to a work meeting I needed to attend. Without even hesitating, Christine said, "No problem, let's go" and walked the whole store with me helping me with every item. Not only was Christine so knowledgeable [both as a store operator and personal owner of a cat], but she was so kind, respectful, conscious of my budget constraint, and amazing at every step of the way. Christine was the exact type of person I was hoping to run into inside the pet store, which felt very daunting and intimidating at first to me, as I have never owned a cat. Through Christine's thoughtful and considerate approach though, I was done with getting everything in about 15 minutes or less; I thought it would take me over an hour! Christine deserves a raise, promotion to management, and should be a role model for new trainees, other store operators, and customer service in general, as she exemplifies the best in all of us. Two thumbs up for her and this specific Pet Supplies Plus that has everything I needed!

Great store all around! Christine and all the staff are awesome folks and always helpful. This location has a decent selection of cat food and treats, especially the varieties of Delectables and Churus I normally don't see in other stores.

Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.

Came in for a tire rotation on my GLE450. Waited over an hour and paid $35 for a service that was essentially useless for my vehicle — and nobody bothered to tell me that beforehand. What they didn’t tell me: the GLE450 has staggered fitment — different tire sizes front and rear — which means a standard front-to-back rotation is impossible. All they could do was a side-to-side swap on the same axle, which offers minimal benefit. A professional shop should know this upfront and inform the customer before charging for a service that provides little to no value for this vehicle. Instead, they said nothing, did the swap anyway, and collected the fee. No transparency, no explanation, no customer education. That’s not professionalism — that’s just taking money. I had to find out on my own that this service was essentially pointless for my car. Had they been upfront about this, I would have opted for a wheel alignment instead — something that would have actually made a difference for my vehicle. Because of their lack of communication, I wasted an hour of my time and $35, and still missed the service I actually needed. If you drive a vehicle with staggered tires, be warned: ask questions before you pay. This shop clearly prioritizes the transaction over actually serving the customer.

Came to VA Tire Auto today for state inspections, emissions and an oil change. I stopped going to the infiniti dealership about a year ago, started coming here and haven't looked back. They're efficient, reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. Shout out to Trav and Chris for making today stress free for me.

This review is for a satey Inspection. This is place is about as dishonest as an auto shop can be. I’m a former Certified Ford Tech. I no longer turn wrenches for a living, but I can do anything a car needs. I have a Dodge Journey I purchased at a police impound in Gaithersburg Maryland. Because it was an "abandoned" vehicle, it came with a salvage title. I took the car to Craftsman Auto for inspection on Jan 15. They failed it for some valid things and some not valid. I replaced/repaired the valid reasons it failed as soon the snow melted and I was able to work on it. THE STORY FROM HERE IS IMPORTANT!! I took the car to VA Tire & Auto a Ashburn farms next to Patel Brothers 4/27/26. The inspector, who is a very angry, and visibly unhappy man came to me and aked why it failed before. I asked w"hy does that matter?" That was nearly 6 months ago in Jan. I want a new ground up inspection. He LIED and said there is an open inspection in the system within the past 30 days. I said that is impossible. The car has been sitting through the snow until it melted, and I could fix it. He grumbled and walked away. They failed the car for a tie rod and right front Headlight alignment. I found it odd they didn’t put a fail sticker on the car. All I had was a receipt for the $20. No inspection paperwork AT ALL! I fixed both and brought the car back 5/11/26, 2 weeks later, for reinspection and a front end alignment (alignment is necesary after replacing a tie rod, I replaced all 4 of them). They called me and said I needed to pay another $20 for inspection because the mechanic never inSpected the car on 4/27. I asked why since I was charged $20and had a receipt saying "safety inspection," and they said "because there was an open inspection within 30 days and they could not open a new inspection." I made it very clear I DESPERATELY need a safety inspection and will pay whatever fee. I can't drive the car until I get a normal title which requires safety inspection first! This IS A DIRE NEED! I Hung up the phone, and went there and spoke to the manager. I showed him the paper work from the January inspection and asked why I was charged $20 for a "non-inspection" on 4/27. The manager changed the story. He said because it had been 15 days, I had to pay $20. It’s only $1 if you’re there within 14 days. The law is actually 15 days. Look it up- THEY LIED AGAIN! I vehemently pleaded for a safety inspection because I need it to get a regular, non-salvage title. I asked the manager if the car had been inspected yet because I want to charge the freon if it passes, but only if it passes because I will have to take it apart if it doesn’t pass. The manager said I should request that after the inspection. I agreed and left. When I went to pick the car up three hours later, I was told THEY DIDN'T INSPECT THE CAR!!! I asked why- they said they were not sure I wanted to pay $20. I vehemently pleaded to have the car inspected because I need the inspection to obtain a regular title so I can drive the car. I asked if I can leave the car overnight and get it inspected tomorrow. The clerk went to the inspector and asked if they can do the inspection. The clerk said The State Inpsector said, "No- the car will fail for the headlight not being lined up properly." Unfortunately, I had nothing showing the car failed this time. I only their word of mouth which they can easily deny that it happened. Basically- the inspector was refusing to inspect the car for god knows what reason. I took the car elsewhere and it passed with flying colors. I’ll be filing a complaint with the state inspection board over this. THIS PLACE IT HORRIBLE! Please have a look at the pictures I posted and ask yourself what is wrong with the passenger headlight that is a safety issue? This place is NOT HONEST and the state inspector in the first bay has a chip on his shoulder. If you take your car here, look at the man in the first bay closest to the front desk. He has a chip on his shoulder. He hates you!

I mailed the following letter to Virginia Tire and Auto more than 6 weeks ago and no one has responded: Dear General Manager, We have been long-standing customers of Virginia Tire & Auto at the Ashburn Farms location and have historically relied on your staff’s professional judgment. However, we have experienced three service-related issues—two of them recent—that raise concerns about the thoroughness and reliability of your service recommendations. First, in July/August 2023, I brought our 2007 Toyota Corolla in for service prior to a planned cross-country road trip to Arizona. I specifically advised the front desk representative of the nature of the trip and asked that the vehicle be evaluated to ensure it was roadworthy. During that visit, Virginia Tire & Auto did not identify or advise us that the tires exhibited dry rot. While on the trip, the vehicle was totaled in a single-car accident, with tire dry rot identified as a contributing factor. Had this condition been identified at the time of service, we would have purchased replacement tires from Virginia Tire & Auto. Second, on November 20, 2025, we brought our 2016 Infiniti QX50 in for service. A battery replacement was recommended at a quoted price of $480. I declined the service due to the cost. At checkout, the representative realized the quote reflected two batteries rather than one. This suggests the estimate was not reviewed for accuracy or reasonableness before being presented. Had an accurate quote been provided initially, we would have proceeded with the replacement that day. Third, on December 17, 2025, we again brought the 2016 Infiniti QX50 in for service. A spark plug replacement was recommended. Upon further discussion, the representative acknowledged that the spark plugs had already been replaced in April 2024 and that the vehicle was not yet due for this service. This incident raises concern regarding whether service recommendations are consistently reviewed against prior work performed. While we understand that mistakes can occur, the cumulative effect of these experiences has caused us to pause before continuing our relationship with Virginia Tire & Auto. We would appreciate your consideration of a goodwill service credit and an explanation of how these issues will be addressed so that we can feel comfortable continuing to do business with your organization.

I had an oil change scheduled for 1:30pm a few weeks ago. I dropped my car off around 10:30am that day because I work in the same shopping center, so it was just easier to leave it for the team to get my car at the appointment time rather than me making sure that I could get out of work on time and bring it over for the oil change. I had discussed this with a member over the phone and in person. They wanted to make sure that I knew that you closed at 6pm. I said that that would not be a problem (as I get off work at 5pm and work on the same shopping center). I came back after work, around 5:15pm, and found out that my car hadn't even been touched yet. That was surprising in itself, especially since there wasn't a long line of clients waiting for inspections that day, and zip had left my car there all day AND had an appointment made for 1:30pm. I didn't have anything pressing to do, so I waiting for the team to do the oil change. When I got my car back, the additional perks that were stated online when I scheduled my appointment were clearly not done; my windshield was bot cleaned and my front floor/floor mats were not vacuumed. On top of that, there was a big greasy hand print/smear on my car door, my oil change reminder sticker was just dropped on the floor of my car, and bo replacement sticker was placed on my windshield. I usually don't comment or bring things up or leave reviews, but there was just a lot of things that had gone wrong and kept adding up.
