Wonderful bird store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; I always learn something new when I go. The products are first- rate as my neighborhood birds can attest to; they empty my feeders on a regular basis, and I only fill the feeders with WBU food. I just wish I could buy everything in the store!

We stopped in after several years.to buy a new bird feeder, food and pole configuration for our bird house. Karen and the manager could not have been more helpful and creative. They took a lot of time in helping us figure out the best solution. They were great!

Love this place! They have everything you could need or want for wild birds. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. It's a great store for anyone who enjoys feeding and caring for wild birds. Highly recommend!

My cousin was in town and wanted to gift our daughter a bird feeder. He found Wild Birds through a Google search so we stopped by. I cannot remember the sales person’s name but I was surprised to see their tag said "in training". The sales person was SO knowledgeable and helpful. They walked us through all of the different feeder options and food options. My daughter has been beyond obsessed with the feeder and all the birds who visit. I highly recommend stopping by!

The Ashburn store for Wild Birds Unlimited is fantastic. They have a huge selection of products and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are our "go-to" for taking care of our backyard birds!

Excellent selection of pet foods for my young rescue cat. Lots of good recommendations on-site. My cat loves their Stella&Chewy’s Freeze Dried R.A.W. Coated kibble cat foods. Chicken is her favorite. It makes her coat super-smooth, soft and shiny.

It was bit hard for me to find this place at first- but don't let that deter you! This is a boutique type pet store that has some of the dog foods you wouldn't find at the big box stores. They have toys and treats and it is just an inviting place to go. They do allow dogs to come in the store! They also have bags outside with a little grass patch in case your pup needs a break. They had a great food program that you should inquire about as well. I believe if I bought 12 bags of a certain type of dog food, I got one free. Don't quote me on this- but they write down every time I come so I know I am earning towards something! Really like this place. It was also voted "Best of Loudoun 2017" which means I wasn't the only person to dig this joint!

I have been purchasing Sassy Woof/Sassy Meow products for over 4 years now. We are a big fan of SassyWoof we love the variety of products that they have and that they have so many different cute prints! The Warner Brothers collection is one of our favorites! We had an issue with one of our orders once and customer service was fantastic and super quick!

Absolutely obsessed with Sassy Woof products for my 10 lb mini dachshund! The quality speaks for itself compared to other brands! Not only are their products durable and affordable, they have the absolutely cutest designs and colors to match every outfit or season! Morgan at Woof Gang is the best! This was Chiku’s first grooming appointment, and she made it such a wonderful experience. Chiku is a mini Goldendoodle, and after I showed her a reference photo, she groomed him exactly the way I wanted—he looked perfect! She was patient, caring, and Chiku absolutely loved her. Morgan even went the extra mile and sent me grooming photos, which I really appreciated. He came home looking adorable and smelling amazing. Her attention to detail and genuine love for dogs truly show. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Wood Gang! This was our dog’s very first haircut, and the entire team was incredibly patient and kind with him. As nervous dog parents, we really appreciated how well they cared for him and made the experience positive. The grooming itself was done surprisingly quickly, and they even gave us a 15-minute heads-up before he was ready for pickup, which was so helpful. And the haircut? Absolutely adorable! He looks fantastic. The shop itself is also the cutest space. You can tell they truly care about both the dogs and their owners. We’re so happy we found them and will definitely be back!

We love Wolf Gang Bakery! It’s such a nice, intimate grooming salon and shop. We were shopping around for a great experience in Ashburn and we are so lucky to have found them. Our dog Nero has never looked better and his grooming lasts forever. We now do a full every other month and mini in between. There is no comparison. Come here for your pet needs!

"We knew our goldendoodle had some matting and discussed it openly with the groomer before the appointment. We specifically chose Woof Gang because it markets itself as a premium boutique grooming experience — the kind of place where you pay more for patience, communication, and individualized care instead of a rushed ‘assembly line’ shave-down like you’d expect at a big box pet store. We were told to expect roughly a 3-hour appointment. Instead, after barely more than an hour, we received a text that our dog was ready. When we arrived, our dog had been completely shaved down — unevenly at that — with virtually none of the coat preserved. To make matters worse, we were charged a ‘de-matting fee’ despite the fact that no meaningful de-matting appears to have been attempted. The explanation we later received was essentially that brushing through the matting would have ‘taken too much time.’ That’s exactly the problem. We paid boutique pricing ($145) expecting boutique-level effort and care, not the fastest possible shortcut. What’s especially frustrating is the completely contradictory communication from staff and management: * At pickup, my wife was told all groomers are the same experience level. * When I called to complain, the manager (Jamie) suddenly explained that not all groomers have the same skill level, and that a ‘more skilled’ groomer completed the job much faster than the person who did intake would have. * We were also told the dog was too matted for real de-matting, despite the fact that this was never clearly communicated during intake as an unavoidable full shave. If a full shave was truly the only humane option, then say that upfront before starting. Don’t set expectations for a thoughtful grooming session, rush the appointment in one-third the quoted time, and then charge extra for de-matting that never happened. Jamie was polite, but the apologies felt rehearsed and empty. No accountability, no adjustment to the bill, and no meaningful resolution — just ‘I’ll have to speak with the owner.’ The before-and-after speaks for itself. We trusted Woof Gang with our dog because of the premium reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed, misleading, and entirely inconsistent with the level of service they advertise."

I could not be happier with our experience at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming today. My 6 month old 50lb Bernadoodle named Rowan, went in and saw Jamie, and our experience was phenomenal from top to bottom! Unfortunately, we did not go see her or Woof Gang for his first groom, and I wish we had! We went with a different company, and we had a really difficult experience with his first groom. The experience left both myself and him very nervous for another one. His first was only a partial groom with that company in order to introduce grooming, and I had been dealing with repercussions of that groom at the vet for the last few months since Rowan had gone (lack of communication throughout, nicks from grooming tools in sensitive areas, ear infections, my puppy now being anxious around grooming tools, etc.) Need less to say, I went in to Woof Gang today so nervous for a full groom appointment, after what we had been going through. To my complete relief and elation the staff at Woof Gang were so patient, accommodating, understanding, and kind, and especially our groomer Jamie! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Embarrassingly, I was so nervous, I had forgotten his vaccine paperwork at the house! They were so kind and understanding, they let me text it to them, and then bring them the hard copy when I returned to pick him up! It was so incredibly nice of them! As we spoke before the groom, Jamie really listened to every concern and request when I arrived, and made me and Rowan feel so welcome and heard, especially with all of the complications of the last groom so fresh. I left him at his appointment feeling so at ease and like he was in wonderful hands, unlike with the other company. He came out looking fantastic and exactly as I had requested. The best part was seeing my pup look so unbelievably happy and relaxed. I could tell that he absolutely loved Jamie and he just kept giving her kisses, and he was more than content to go with her anywhere! No signs of the nerves, anxious behavior, or red "whale eyes" like with the other company either! What a relief! She was a wonderful communicator and very knowledgeable from beginning to end, and she walked me through all of the feedback and how his groom went. I cannot thank Jamie and Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming enough! We will absolutely be returning and the experience today has earned our trust and loyalty as a customer. Also, I just want to mention that their baked goods are made with such care and love. My son enjoyed picking out a beautiful baked treat for his puppy to enjoy when we got home. This was the proverbial icing on the cake! Rowan loved it! Lastly, I’d like to mention that the price was also unbelievably reasonable for the service provided! Especially compared to the fact that the other company charged double only for the partial groom, compared to what Woof Gang’s price was for the full (and Rowan was twice the size and coat)! I want to thank Jamie and Woof Gang so much for taking such wonderful care of my fur baby and for helping us to have such a positive experience for the whole family. This is absolutely a groomer I would trust with my puppy as he grows, and I would recommend Jamie and Woof Gang to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, supportive, patient, and caring groomer! I cannot recommend them and Jamie enough!

Really love this place. Customer service is awesome- I’ve had so many bags of food specially ordered and Ruth and Maria are always on top of it. They have a huge variety of treats and dog food brands and can answer questions/ give recommendations.

Happy Hound is hands down our favorite place to bring our dog for a wash. We come here regularly, and it’s always a great experience. For just $20, you get access to a full self-wash station that includes everything you need—high-quality soaps, excellent drying equipment, and a super clean setup. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They clean and reset each washing station after every use, so every time we come in, it looks and feels brand new. The entire place smells great, which is a huge plus for any pet facility. They also have a great selection of dog treats and toys, especially for larger breeds, and my dog is always excited to walk through the door—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and welcoming place to wash your dog, Happy Hound is it. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Thank you to Bianca (I sincerely hope I remembered your name right!!) for her help when I stopped by today and bought a blanket for my girl. It was a perfect fit and she approves! ❤️ Well try to stop by to show it off at some point! Other than the blanket, there were some really high quality toys, treats, and food options that I will most likely take advantage of in the future!

Met the owner while we were there, she answered all my brother's questions with great information. Amazing selection of very unique designs for collars and leashes. There was a nifty dog toy I'd never seen before, a dog sized version of the cat fishing pole toys. My brother's dog is enjoying it! Even a small little cat section as well. Will definitely be coming here again. They aslo have 2 bath stalls where you can give your pupper a bath. She told my brother "we dont carry anything here that we wouldnt give our dogs" and being that it is a local small business, it is their decision, not some big corprate buyers of what they carry. Great atmosphere!

The owner of the store helped me with my dog's diet more than many vets. She knows her products and her recommendations are always helpful. The staff are always available and nice if i need it too. The dogs get samples and treats too so they adore our regular visits 😉 highly recommend.

Kim and her team are fantastic. We have fed our dogs a raw diet for 20+ years, or a combination of high quality kibble/raw kibble. DGN has a wide assortment of products, including holistic and herbal nutritional products. If they don't have it in store, it's likely they can order it. Highly recommend.

Love the selection of natural products. A lot of dry food options and treats! We buy the Oma's Pride frozen raw food and it is reasonably priced with a great selection. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always clean, organized, and well stocked!

This Pet Supplies Store is awesome! I went to the store early Friday, March 20th, 2026 morning. I believe the individual who helped me was Christine. She was absolutely fantastic! She greeted me right at the entrance when I walked inside the store. I told her I was rescuing a cat today and had a list of items I needed; I also mentioned how I was on a time crunch due to a work meeting I needed to attend. Without even hesitating, Christine said, "No problem, let's go" and walked the whole store with me helping me with every item. Not only was Christine so knowledgeable [both as a store operator and personal owner of a cat], but she was so kind, respectful, conscious of my budget constraint, and amazing at every step of the way. Christine was the exact type of person I was hoping to run into inside the pet store, which felt very daunting and intimidating at first to me, as I have never owned a cat. Through Christine's thoughtful and considerate approach though, I was done with getting everything in about 15 minutes or less; I thought it would take me over an hour! Christine deserves a raise, promotion to management, and should be a role model for new trainees, other store operators, and customer service in general, as she exemplifies the best in all of us. Two thumbs up for her and this specific Pet Supplies Plus that has everything I needed!

Great store all around! Christine and all the staff are awesome folks and always helpful. This location has a decent selection of cat food and treats, especially the varieties of Delectables and Churus I normally don't see in other stores.

Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.

Owner has wealth of knowledge especially when it comes to boxer breed. She was very helpful in selecting the right food for our 1 year old boxer. Their grooming services are great as well.

Very helpful dog living owners. Their service is friendly and prompt and the care to make sure they deliver for you, the customer. The go the extra mile. We had our dog washed and groomed there and he has never smelled so good and for so long! They are also quick. I dropped our dog off. And one hour later he was ready, cleaned, and furminated!

The groomer is very rude, we got our appointments confused ( appointment was at 12:15 they called us at 12:25 ) I apologized and asked if we can still bring him in since we live 3-5 mins away and they said yes. My husband went there and the groomer said he’s always late but we’ve only ever been there twice and this was the first time we were late so my husband left. I called to speak with the girl that called me and she said the groomer saw my dog had matting and didn’t have enough time . THE GROOMER NEVER EXAMINED HIS COAT OR EVEN TOUCHED HIM TO CHECK. DON’T tell us to come in and then tell us you can’t see us when we arrive .

Do not take your dog here to get groomed. They cut my dog twice now and made her bleed. The owner is cold hearted and would not talk with me.

No other groomers in the past nine years have paid so much attention to details as the groomers have the best in the area. We have four babies that we take monthly to Good Dog Rocky.

Could not find n get birds

I’ve been to grooming salons where the staff barely acknowledge customers, so this place felt refreshing from the moment I walked in. My dachshund needed nail trimming and a bath after digging around outside all week. The groomer noticed he was sensitive around one paw and adjusted how they handled him instead of forcing it. Pickup was delayed by about fifteen minutes because another dog had an accident during grooming, but they kept everyone informed and apologized sincerely for the wait.

We have always taken my dog Luna here and she’s had about 10-15 grooming appointments here and honestly we will never switch! Juan has made having a husky so manageable with all the shedding! We love bring Luna here and she is super comfortable with everyone who works here! The owners are so kind and super easy to work with! Vaccines are also quick and easy here! I strongly recommend! Juan is the best!!

Took my dog to this groomers some months back and I will not go again. I had called days in advance to schedule an appointment (which was supposed to be the first appointment of the day due to my dogs bad anxiety). I had spoken directly to the owner and he had confirmed. On the day of my appointment, I drop off my Teddy who is about a 30 llb Maltipoo. I was told it should take about hour and a half before I get a call to pick him up. After over 2 hours of waiting and no call, I decided to go back to the location and check on him. To my surprise Teddy was half shaved and back in a cage while another dog was at the end of his grooming (mind you I made the first appointment of the day, days in advance)I had to wait ANOTHER hour on top that and at that point Teddy was Overly anxious and back on the table. The groomer explained to me that that person had came from a further location so they decided to unprofessionally prioritize his cut and leave Teddy back in the cage partly shaved. At last the owner showed no professionalism about this situation and "solved" the issue with a $5 discount.

Bought my sweet boy from this store. I wish they had more information on him when we got him – age, breed, etc. They told us he was a lip ear, but he’s actually mixed. When we got him, they said 5-6 months old. He was actually 3 months. Nonetheless, nice owners & I love my rabbit.

We were able to take our 12 week old puppy, Dallas to get groomed at this place after calling a lot of places. Jay was above and beyond with helping us. She introduced us to their services and explained everything with perfect detail on the grooming part, but as well as vaccinations and other things. The lady who groomed Dallas was kind and treated Dallas with overall kindness. I felt comfortable with giving our puppy to her. It took about an hour or so which was perfect since we were running some errands. We received a phone call and went back to the place. She helped us get a new leash and treats for Dallas and as well gave us some advice and feedback to help his next visit to go even better. When we received him, he was absolutely adorable and looked stylish with the new bandana that they gave him and smelled SO GOOD. He was so happy and his tail was wagging so fast. Overall, the services were outstanding and the welcoming and kindness from the Cascades Pet Depot/hospital was 10/10. We will definitely be back soon.
