I’m truly impressed by the level of service I received today at Kaiser Permanente. I already knew that my doctor, Dr. Gopi Masalia, was wonderful, but today I had another exceptional experience at the laboratory. I would especially like to recognize Jane at Station #3. She has the gentlest hands! I honestly didn’t even feel the blood draw. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made the experience so easy and comfortable. If you have a child, teenager, or adult who gets anxious or has difficulty with blood draws, I highly recommend asking for Jane. She is truly exceptional at what she does.

I am truly grateful to everyone here, from the nurses to the doctors, for your dedication, kindness, and heartfelt care. You have all taken such good care of me, and I sincerely appreciate everything you have done. A special thank you to Sunny, who took excellent care of me during my IV infusion at the Ashburn office. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Amir at the Kaiser Permanente facility on Yukon Drive in Ashburn. From the moment I walked in, Amir made me feel incredibly comfortable, heard, and cared for. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and possesses a wonderful bedside manner that is rare to find. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made the appointment feel rushed. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. The facility itself is clean and well-run, but Amir’s outstanding patient care is what truly sets it apart. I had a wonderful experience with Jen today! I’m usually a difficult blood draw and often end up getting poked multiple times before anyone can find a good vein. Jen was skilled she got it on the very first try! she was so kind, cheerful, and full of joy that she made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you

Very Disappointing Experience with Dr. Martin (OB-GYN). My wife is currently 26 weeks pregnant, and unfortunately our experience with Dr. Gill has been extremely disappointing. This is our second pregnancy, and Dr. Martin is aware that we previously experienced a miscarriage. Because of our history, we hoped our concerns and our baby’s well-being would be taken seriously. Instead, we have often felt our concerns dismissed. During appointments there is very little discussion about baby’s growth or development. Most visits consist of briefly checking the heartbeat. We want to understand how our baby is doing, but we leave appointments with more questions than answers. My wife continues to suffer from severe nausea at 26 weeks. We’ve asked if medication or something could help, but we were told just to continue prenatal vitamins, without discussing other treatment options. A doctor should carefully listen to patients and take their concerns seriously. Smiling and being friendly is appreciated, but that shouldn’t replace careful evaluation, communication, and appropriate medical care. Pregnancy, especially after a previous miscarriage, requires attention, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, we did not feel heard or properly cared for. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Dr. Martin. We sincerely hope future patients receive more attentive communication and the level of care that every pregnant mother deserves.

Outstanding Care – Truly the Best Hospital Experience I’ve Ever Had My recent visit to Reston Hospital was hands down the best care I have ever received in any hospital. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were incredibly kind, gentle, and compassionate. They never once made me feel like a burden or as if I was asking for too much. Every question, concern, and request was handled with patience and respect. They were also amazing when it came to accommodating my family’s visits, which meant the world to me during my recovery. I never felt alone, and that level of care made a huge difference in my healing and comfort. I want to give a BIG shoutout to Katty — she truly went above and beyond for me. My experience would not have been the same without her. When Katty was on shift, I knew I was in the best hands possible. Wow, what an absolutely incredible surgery team! A huge thank you to Sandy, my pre-op nurse, and Caryn, my discharge nurse—you both were beyond phenomenal. From Dr. Haines to the anesthesiologist, circulating nurse, PAs, and everyone supporting behind the scenes, I am so thankful for such exceptional care. A special thank you to Sadi Malike in Pre-Admissions as well. Even though my initial surgery date was canceled, Sadi made it possible for me to reschedule just two days later. Reston Hospital runs a well oiled machine. We were very pleased with their organization, attention to detail and friendly and thorough staff. There are so many details from the pre-op paperwork and pre-surgery interview phone call to the way the whole day of my surgery ran smooth and on-time. I have previously posted a very detailed dissatisfied review but today was different. My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Emergency Department team at Reston Hospital for the exceptional care my mother recently received. We arrived by medical transport and were welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. The security staff greeted us warmly, and the receptionist’s smile immediately put us at ease during a stressful time. I would also like to recognize the registration representative who assisted us during our visit. While handling the administrative and insurance aspects of our care, she remained patient, professional, and reassuring, making us feel supported from the start. To our surprise, there was virtually no wait time. We were brought into a room almost immediately, and the quality of care was outstanding. Nurses Jasmine, RN, and Susana, RN, were compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. They treated my elderly mother with dignity, respect, and patience, ensuring she was comfortable every step of the way. We were especially grateful for Dr. David Kruse. He carefully reviewed my mother’s extensive medical history, recent surgeries, rehabilitation stay, and prior hospitalizations, performed a comprehensive examination, and ensured every necessary precaution was taken to rule out infection, pneumonia, and other serious concerns. His calm demeanor and attention to detail gave us tremendous peace of mind. I would also like to thank the two radiology professionals who came directly to my mother’s room to perform her X-rays. Their kindness and gentle approach were greatly appreciated, especially given the challenges of caring for an elderly patient who has endured months of hospitalizations, surgery, rehabilitation, and medical appointments. Before we left, Derrick kindly assisted my mother into a wheelchair with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. His kindness did not go unnoticed. This was not our first visit to the Reston Hospital Emergency Department. Over the years, especially during my mother’s recent health challenges, we have experienced long waits and delays, and we understand the tremendous demands emergency departments face every day. What made this visit different was the efficiency, teamwork, professionalism, and compassion shown by Dr. Kruse and the entire team. From arrival to discharge, every person we encountered treated us with respect, empathy, and genuine concern. They saw not just a patient, but an elderly mother and a daughter doing everything possible to care for her at home. Over the past several months, my mother has endured multiple emergency room visits, surgery, hospitalization, and rehabilitation. As her daughter and caregiver, there have been many moments of exhaustion, uncertainty, and worry. During this visit, the staff gave us something we desperately needed: reassurance, confidence, and hope. My mother is a retired teacher who has lived in Fairfax County for more than 40 years. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to educating students, volunteering, and serving this community. Seeing her receive such thoughtful care meant more to our family than words can express. Dr. Kruse and his team have earned a loyal supporter in our family. ED was exceptional. The wait time is minimal and the staff caring & friendly. Have since been back for an out patient procedure and again could not have been happier with our care. Stone Springs is by far the best hospital facility we’ve experienced!

Checking in was good. Facility was nice. Pre-op nurses were good. Post-op nurse I was not impressed with. He didn’t communicate well. He failed to provide me with some important information. I also didn’t like the fact that I felt rushed to leave the facility. I had paid for up to 23 hours of service/monitoring and you could have let me stay there another hour or two.

StoneSprings Hospital Center is an outstanding hospital. The campus is beautiful, the building is modern, and the interior is bright, clean, and welcoming. Parking is very convenient, making visits and appointments much less stressful. The medical services are efficient, and patients can receive care quickly. The doctors, nurses, and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide support. I would especially like to recognize the Mental Health Services team. They are caring, patient, positive, and supportive. Their kindness, encouragement, and genuine concern for patients create a comforting environment where people feel respected, understood, and valued. The team provides not only excellent professional care but also emotional support that can make a meaningful difference in a patient’s recovery journey. I recently had hip replacement surgery at Stone Springs and my experience was completely positive. From the pre-op visit through discharge, all information given to me was clear and informative. The staff was friendly, caring, and supportive, and communicated well with me and each other. My family and I are grateful for the excellent care I received during my overnight stay at Stone Springs.

Took our 2 month old son in because he couldn’t keep his milk down. We were anxious to bring such a small baby in but we received fantastic care with zero wait time to be seen. The staff was great with our baby and were efficient while being gentle with him. They did a thorough job of ruling out all possible conditions and then sending us home with a solid plan for follow up. We will readily bring our kids back here if they ever need it!

This is the best of the best! I can’t put in to words how amazing the people are that work in the Loudoun INOVA children’s ER. We were in a terrifying situation and they took immediate and professional action. They saved my daughter’s life and did it with calm, polite, caring and rapid actions. This is an amazing hospital with the best people. I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. Thank you to all of you! You are truly the best people!

Nothing short of amazing. Obviously, no one likes to end up in the children’s ER for 5h… but if you have to go, come here. Very efficient Checkin, short wait times to be seen by the Dr., and really really great nurses. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, accessible, just a very impressive experience all around. I’m grateful to have such a fantastic facility so close to home. Thank you Inova!!!

The whole experience from the ER to our admission stay was phenomenal. We waited no longer than 5 minutes in the waiting area. Emergency room Dr. Ramkellawan was absolutely amazing!!! She listened to all of our concerns and her bedside manner was extraordinary. She was so gentle and I will never forget seeing my daughter extremely lethargic in that hospital bed as she was examining her while rubbing her head for comfort. You can tell she truly cares for her patients. The techs Sam and Kyle were also very sweet. They did a great job placing her IV and being patient with her. After admission, the pediatric floor was another amazing experience. I hope I never have this sick of a kiddo again that requires a hospital stay but if I do, I know I will be driving the 50 minutes just for this hospital!!!!!!

Bezu was amazing taking care of my sweet girl! She made she that she was untangled with her cables, brought her toys, let her sleep when she needed rest, and me too! I really appreciated her positive attitude and her being an advocate for my little girl when she needed something. Thank you lady!

I have a chronic condition and need an emergency room visit every year or so. I always choose this ER, rather than the big hospital (which is literally 2 minutes from my house so would be much more convenient), because of the care I receive here. It is so much faster, the nurses and doctors are awesome, and the imaging staff is super efficient and kind. The traffic here is always low and it’s a 10/10 compared to the "big" hospital. Even the security staff are compassionate and helpful.

I went to the Inova Ashburn ER last week, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with care and concern. The doctor on staff was Dr. Visintainer, and she was very calm and reassuring when she told me that I had a mass in my chest, likely benign and congenital. The nurses and other medical staff who administered meds/IV and escorted me to the CT scan were wonderful. The medical professional who conducted the CT scan was excellent. Note to people complaining about time spent in ER: IF YOU ARE NOT ACTIVELY DYING YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT. Be thankful (but of course advocate for yourself if necessary). My one critique:it was difficult at times to hear what the person at the check-in/check out window was saying. A microphone could be helpful. Hope I don’t ever have to come back, but it’s comforting to know that this is not far from our house.

On March 3, 2026, around 3:30 in the morning, I ended up in the emergency room after a trauma. Dr. Kavitha Cherukuri was the physician who treated me that night. She and the team were extremely prompt and efficient. They ran blood work, CT scans, chest scans, and everything necessary to make sure I was okay. Within about two hours I had been fully evaluated and cleared. When you’re dealing with an emergency, that level of speed and organization is exactly what you need. In the past I’ve been to emergency rooms where you can sit for hours because it’s busy and it feels like nobody cares that you’re there. This experience was the complete opposite. The process was fast, professional, and very well handled. Hopefully I never have to go through another emergency, but if I do, I would absolutely return here. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had in an emergency room setting. It’s not a place anyone wants to be, but if you ever need emergency care, this is the kind of team you want taking care of you.

Nurses were so rude and dismissive, very unprofessional,started talking about me in the hallways loudly that I could hear with my door closed in the room, violation of hippa. Not a single person there but kept me there for 5 hours without checking on me even though bp went low kept calling for a nurse and no one came. They wanted me to stay longer said I could be an "urgent patient" but didn’t check on me once or do any treatment for 5 hours. Never again however the doctor was very kind and apologetic.

Recent bad Experience at Urgent Care. We have been coming to this urgent care for a long time, as my husband has been seriously ill and has required frequent visits. Over the years, this facility has always taken exceptional care of us. we have never experienced any issues, and the staff has consistently been professional, compassionate, and thorough. This place has truly been a reliable support for our family during very difficult times. The nursing staff, as always, were absolutely wonderful, attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. However, our most recent visit was a different experience due to the physician on duty. He was dismissive and inattentive, neither listening to our concerns properly nor explaining anything clearly. The most shocking moment came when he suggested that my husband take a medication that is contraindicated for kidney disease patients. When we brought it up, his response was deeply disturbing, he implied that since my husband’s kidneys are already at end stage, it shouldn’t matter. We were stunned. Thankfully, the nurse did not administer the medication and in that moment, she demonstrated far more clinical judgment and care than the physician did. I will not mention the name because I do not want to ruin anyone’s career but I feel this needs to be shared. This one experience stands out because it is so unlike the standard of care we have always received here. We sincerely hope this is addressed, because this facility and its wonderful nurses deserve better and so do the patients.

For my family, these people are literally life-savers. My wife and I have been staying here with our newborn son for 3 days. During our stay, the service here has been nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member has been extremely positive, caring, and professional. The accommodations, such as the rooms and the food are great! The outer campus itself looks clean and modern. This has been an amazing experience that I will never forget. Thank you, Inova Loudoun!

ER is not good here. It’s actually terrible but then I’ve heard that INOVA is the best hospital in the V area, but I guess only the INOVA Fairfax one is the best one in the DMV area It is freezing in the emergency room, even with the warmed up blankets, but I had a great experience with the nurse who I met in mid September

Two stars because the nurses have been super kind and are doing the best they can. Doctors don’t seem to look at the files or communicate, they pop in and ask if I got my MRI yet. Shouldn’t they know? I’ve been sitting here since 4 am not allowed food or water waiting for their one MRI. It is now 7 pm. Don’t come here if you need anything requiring an MRI. I should be out of here by now, not miserable and still waiting!

I gave birth on 7/19 and As every first time mom, I was so nervous about how my labor and delivery was going to go. The nurses at the birthing center were so comforting and kind. I normally faint at the thought of walking into a hospital and they just made my L&D so comfortable and honestly enjoyable. I loved how they tried so many different positions to help me with contractions and just made me feel at peace and calm throughout it all. I wouldn’t have wanted to deliver anywhere else. One of the nurses, sierra, who had to leave early due to shift ending, checked on me in the postpartum room which was so sweet. You can tell the nurses love their job.❤️😊

I have been using Inova Primary Care for years. I am now 77. The doctors are wonderful. Today I had a wonderful experience with two people, Taylor and Kristen. I did not know how to navigate the various technical things to get an online appointment. Since I needed information for a next day test, I needed a lot of help. Taylor was amazing. She was kind and took the time to walk me through everything. Kristen did my online appointment and was able to order medicine I needed. I wish everyone was as nice as they were. Two wonderful persons. Thank you.

I have been coming to this primary care office for over seven years, and I have always been very satisfied with the care and service I receive. Everyone who works here—from the front desk staff to the doctors—is kind, professional, and truly caring. Today I was assisted by SAMUEL, and he was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. He made my visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care and a wonderful team.

I loveee this Inova location. I have been coming here for the last 7 years. Dr. Pylypko is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough, makes me feel heard, and addresses my concerns. Everyone working there has been fantastic.

I was not sure how I would do a rating on Inova because a week ago my wife showed up early and was told no nurse or NP or anyone was going to be in until 1 pm and so we had to go to Vienna Urgent care where there was no issue. Today however after an hour wait for a walk-in I was seen and the nurse and Doug was efficient and courteous. I will rate it based on both visits and hope management can figure out what happened a week ago.

Walk in clinic is a deception, they will use you as a slot filler to put you on the end of the queue. Your wait time may be hours before you get called or may not get called for the day at all 😕

I am writing this review to warn others about the serious lack of communication and patient care at this practice. My experience with the office has been deeply concerning. It took nearly two months for the doctor to review my blood work, and it only happened after I was forced to call the office three separate times to demand attention. This is an unacceptable and dangerous delay in care. Despite my repeated attempts to get a respond were consistently ignored until I became persistent. When I do manage to get someone on the phone, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of urgent medical needs. Their only response to these critical delays is to blame staffing shortages. While I understand that healthcare offices are busy, "being understaffed" is not an excuse for medical neglect. In a medical setting, timely communication is not an optional luxury—it is a requirement for safety. Failing to review blood work for two months or provide necessary medication puts patients at risk for serious medical emergencies. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of the staff toward the health and well-being of their patients is completely unacceptable. I would caution anyone seeking reliable, professional medical care to look elsewhere. A practice that prioritizes excuses over patient safety is not a place you can trust with your health.

Had my PCP recommend I go downstairs and use this facility’s lab for an X-Ray. I asked th price and was told it would only be ~$200. Got my results a week later, along with a $1000 bill, $700 after insurance…. Called billing and after finally getting through they told me I’m out of luck and they wouldn’t adjust the bill. I even explained how the out of pocket rate they have posted for this XRay is $500, so I would’ve been better off without insurance. Still no luck. I would’ve never had the X-ray done here had my PCP not quoted me $200. The average Xray price in the DMV is $350. I much rather would’ve gone to an independent facility for cheaper rates and immediate results. Edit – I’ve reached out to the email below and have been waiting a response for over a week now. Avoid this primary care provider.

They were very efficient and thorough in getting my daughter's problem addressed. They were also kind and compassionate while taking care of her. We're very pleased and appreciative of how they showed they care about their patients!!

Needed ultrasound imaging and tried FRC but delays as usual so tried Inova and they had an appointment the next day at the Health Plex in Ashburn which also has hospital facilities as well as PT on the second floor. Front desk decent although they seemed worried on small white tape doctor used to spell diagnostic issue. Fortunately no issue with technician and procedure done quickly and efficiently and rep[ort made available later in my chart

Excellent ER team across reception, triage nurse, phlebotomist, ER Doc, radiology techs, and ER floor nursing staff. Extremely efficient triage procedures — took blood samples, swabs, and vitals right after check in and before being assigned to an ER doc and room. The entire team was compassionate, communicated clearly, and delivered the care I needed to get me out of pain and back on my feet. I can’t thank Dr Cooper and team enough for their outstanding patient care on a busy weekday night! ❤️‍🩹

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my wife received at the Emergency Room of Inova Loudoun Hospital yesterday. She visited the hospital due to severe leg pain, but unfortunately, after waiting for a long time, she was seen by a doctor who appeared unprofessional. The examination was not thorough, and no effective medication or treatment was provided to relieve her pain. It is very disappointing because Inova Hospital is known as one of the advanced hospitals in the United States. Patients expect professional, attentive, and high-quality care, especially in emergency situations. However, our experience did not meet these standards at all. I strongly urge you to review this matter and improve the quality of care and professionalism of your staff to ensure that other patients do not face the same situation.

Was brought here a year ago for a medical emergency. This place took great care of me and everyone was beyond nice. The nurses were top notch.

If you have a straight forward problem, you will get help. If you have complicated problems then do your best not to go to the hospital. See your doctor or specialist first and get a plan in order before going to the ER. They didn’t contact my neurologist for any guidance, then wouldn’t provide the standard treatment for my issue. Be prepared to fight for the medical services you need.

Had to take my mother in for an extremely high blood pressure and the staff was incredibly kind and efficient. Take in was very quick, right on to bloodwork, scans, X-rays, etc etc. They were all very in-sync with each other and worked as a team. Also great to see that the nurses were either fluent Spanish speakers or understood enough to get by. Not obligatory but great perk to this hospital none the less. Got in around 6:30pm and was out by 10:30pm-sounds long but I’ve waited much, much longer elsewhere, with no where near the hospitality and care we received here. Thank you for all you do!
