One Loudoun is one of our favorite places to go in Loudoun County. It has a great mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and open space, so it works for a family outing, date night, or just walking around and grabbing something to eat. We love that there’s always something to do without it feeling too overwhelming. It’s clean, well-kept, easy to walk around, and has a fun community feel. The kids enjoy the space and energy, and there are plenty of good food options for everyone. It’s become one of those reliable local spots where we know we can go and have a good time. Definitely a great destination for families, friends, or anyone looking for a nice place to spend a few hours.

Live near and spend a good amount of time at One Loudoun, great restaurant options and certainly more coming. Eddie Merlots is a favorite, easy to get in and out of and parking is always easy to find! Looking forward to more places opening up and the area developing more!

I bring my own Ammonia free (Tints of Nature) made in England; hair color. Ms. Amina has been doing my color & cut since 2018. She does a GREAT job and a very pleasant person. I think this is a GREAT place and every one is so nice.

We went to Momo & Grill roadhouse and the food is pretty good and the decor and ambience is warm and cozy. Service was excellent. They do add 20% tip automatically and add also add card processing fee to Sales tax on the tab

I had the steak and eggs for brunch. It was good however that cut of meat had more fat around it more than usual which made it less enjoyable. The service was good. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The way things are now prices are up everywhere so I’m not surprised to pay almost $100 for 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The staff is very friendly.

We visit Ashburn Town Square often as our preferred pharmacy is there as well as we could grab a delicious breakfast bagel or some sushi from Chin Chin cafe, and for some Asian grocery you have the Lotte plaza as well. They have a bunch of other places like Manhattan pizza, GNC, Frozen yogurt, karate classes, dentist, etc. One complain I have is that the plaza needs a face lift and some of the stores need some decent upgrades, it looks like it’s run down and getting degraded.

I visited Lotte Plaza . This place has whole lot of Indian , Japanese groceries . The Mochi Ice creams are available here too . They have every Indian ingredient. They have Readymade Samosa , Idly , Dosa batter, Fresh Paneer , Haldirams Roti, Paratta. And many more . All varieties of Rice are available .

Ashburn Town Square Ashburn Town Square is one of my favorite local spots to visit. It has a great mix of shops, restaurants, and outdoor gathering spaces that make it easy to spend some time whether I’m running errands, grabbing a bite, or just taking a walk. The atmosphere feels lively but not crowded, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The variety of places to eat and shop means there’s always something for everyone. It’s a convenient, enjoyable place that I’m happy to visit again and again.

There’s a Cold Stone Creamery, Peet’s Coffee, CAVA, Chipotle, MOD PIZZA, Nail salon, and a Whole Foods.

Ton of places to see… not a damn place to park. My hat is off to the Einstein that designed this like a metro station was right around the corner.

My go to place whenever I visit VA…lovely atmosphere, yummy food and best ever pad thai and duck rolls.

Peets Coffee is nice, clean and has friendly staff. The music it too loud though.

Went to Cooper’s Hawk restaurant for my birthday dinner with family. There is a great variety of restaurants in this shopping complex. Chipotle, whole foods, cooper hawk, pizza, Baker’s crust, Italian, cava, there’s something for everyone and everything we have eaten has been great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to Ashburn! Haraz Coffee House has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The pistachio latte is outstanding rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced with real flavor instead of artificial syrup. I also tried the traditional Harazi coffee and an Adeni chai, both excellent and uniquely spiced in the best way. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable with good seating for working or catching up with friends. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Outdoor seating is a nice bonus when the weather cooperates. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different from the usual chains. Will definitely be back!

I visited for the first time since they recently opened, and I was very impressed. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I wish this new place great success and would definitely recommend stopping by!

Went early in the morning before the rush and loved how quiet and relaxing it was. The Turkish coffee was bold and flavorful. Also enjoyed the cappuccino, pistachio ricotta cake, and avocado arugula toast. Everything tasted fresh and the vibe was really nice. Definitely coming back! 🥰❤️

Visited today around 3:00 p.m. on a Monday, and as a self‑proclaimed chai guy, I was excited to see that Haraz Coffee House offers multiple renditions of chai. I told the server to set me up with whatever he thought was best, and without hesitation he said, “No problem, I know exactly what you want. This is our best chai.” That confidence alone set the tone. The drink delivered exactly as promised — hot, flavorful, and genuinely enjoyable. It hit the mark for what I look for in a chai, and I appreciated that it was served at the perfect temperature, just like I asked. Service throughout the visit was consistently friendly. The staff had an easygoing, welcoming energy without feeling rushed or scripted. The location itself is a standalone spot a bit removed from the typical strip‑mall setup, which gives it a more intentional, destination‑style feel. It’s a nice change of pace and adds to the charm. Overall, a great first impression. Good drink, warm service, and a location with character. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their chai lineup.

What a wonderful evening at the coffee house. My first time trying this place and the reviews did not lie. This place is awesome. Sat outside enjoying the light breeze, delicious lattes, tiramisu and pistachio cheesecake. Will definitely be back because there is so much more to try.

There’s a quiet professionalism here that shows up in small ways. The space feels maintained, the atmosphere stays relaxed, and everything seems to move at a reasonable pace. It’s the kind of place where things feel under control without feeling stiff.

Strange parking lot situation, feels like more of an afterthought. There are a decent amount of shops and restaurants. Definitely try the dry cleaners here, they are top notch. Dog Gone Natural is great tooZ

There are lots of places to shop and fast food places are clean unlike other stores. Still they need to fix their parking situation.

Parking is good but you have to make a few immediate turns. It can get dicey when crowded. There is a Gas Station near the entrance. Amazing so clean. Giants has basic food items. Barber is good, though accepts only cash or cheques. Zinga is a good addition to the market place. There is also a good massage parlor, with a decent back and shoulder massage. Subway is also a nice to have near your house.

I don’t live in the Ashburn area but I was visiting my sister when we had to do some grocery shopping at the Giant supermarket near her home. I found this place to be very clean and easy to navigate. The Giant supermarket shares this review.

The gym charges top-tier rates, but it lacks the extras—no pool, no spa, nothing that justifies the high price compared to other gyms. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars, is because it wasn’t very crowded when I went in and they told me it was their peak hours.

I love the atmosphere of the mall. The parking is, however, limited. If you are visiting the mall visit Patel Brothers. That place is one of the great places to buy groceries.

The complex has groceries, restaurant and service center

This shopping center is kept clean with very few potholes are cracks in the pavement. The parking lot can get pretty packed during peak shopping hours at Patel brothers and if the shop gym is having an event. Multiple food vendors as well as nail salon, barber, dry cleaner, auto zone and gas station.

Look – it is a strip mall just like thousands of others all over the world. It is exactly 💯 as expected, no more and no less. Given that, three stars 🌟 seems appropriate and it is not a knock. It is simply an indication of the ubiquitous nature of the type.

Broadlands Village Center Broadlands Village Center is one of my favorite local spots to run errands, grab a bite, or just take a quick break. The center has a great mix of shops, restaurants, and services—all right in one convenient location. It feels clean, friendly, and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking and a relaxed, community-oriented vibe. Whether I’m stopping in for coffee, picking up essentials, or enjoying lunch, Broadlands Village Center consistently delivers a pleasant, convenient experience. Highly recommend it for everyday needs close to home.

Great location and a good mix of a grocery store, restaurants, post office, dollar store and other stores.

Aldi is great – great prices, good selection Most of the ‘store brand’ items you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between them and the sometimes much more $$ name-brand item. Construction in space next door makes parking a bit more crowded than usual, but still worth the stop.

Broadlands Village Center is an ideal area to shop, easy and exercise. The center has a variety of vendors for a typical day of shopping, but if you’re into health mode, then by all means go to LA FITNESS. This shopping center serves both the Ashburn and Broadlands communities with amenities for all to enjoy. The parking area is suitable for all sizes of vehicles and visitors. In addition, their is a gas station and automotive service center. Definitely, one of the better shopping centers in Loudoun County. So, don’t be shy and go there for yourselves – you won’t be disappointed. The Broadlands Village Center can easily become a need to go to location on your list of things to do.

I took a day trip to travel and eat the fish from this place. I’d seen a repetitive tiktok video of a girl eating the delicious looking fish sandwich and fish. So I scheduled a trip around trying it. The service persons were welcoming, this isn’t a review about them, this is solely about the fish. The cod. The cod fish is iffy anyway, it can go bad very fast if it’s not prepared properly. This cod was bad. My feelings were hurt. It was ridiculously greasy and burnt. There’s a difference between extra crispy and burnt and when you mix it with bad cooking oil it even worse. I had watched the young lady eating hers with pure envy and desired the same experience. I went to the Ashburn location. I can’t tell you how much this was a disappointment. The taste was very off and unfortunately I wasted my hard earned money for greasy unsatisfactory pieces of fish. The tartar sauce was absolutely delicious. The fries were cooked in the same oil or old oil. The 2 stars is for the hostess and the tartar sauce.

Well renowned chef – Rupa Vira opened her second Indian cuisine – “Celebration – the moden Indian cuisine” at Cameron Chase Village Center. They have delicious Indian menu with exquisite deserts that you should not miss. Bar tender is awesome and makes the drinks that are not available anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

I love the American Kolache store. The owner Jing is great and I am so glad she brought Kolanches to the area.

We enjoyed our visit here. The waitress was nice, and helped us decide on what to have. The food is as great, and the place is clean inside and out. Happy with the experience.

Nice little plaza with all you need for daily living.

We get our pizza shop at Rubino’s even though it’s much further away, because the pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are so much better than Scotto’s.

Nice open area shopping center. Plenty of free parking. Lots of places to eat nearby, too.

great place to take care of quick errands but drivers need to be more aware of pedestrians. That is the reason I gave 4 stars. Some drivers speed with no regards of families with little ones crossing the street or packing lot. Otherwise its a great plaza.

They have 4 places to eat , 1 supermarket . 1 pharmacy , one clinic , one salon. You need something ? go there 🙂
