This company went above and beyond the call of duty to tow my car safely and professionally. They arrived earlier than expected and waited on me to get back to the location. My car was immobile, but the tow company had all the necessary equipment to get my car. The driver was amazingly skilled at parking my car safely. Kudos 👏

The tower was very professional and friendly. He communicated me what he was going to do and listened to my inputs. He took his time to analyze the situation and determined what was best for the car. He towed my Tesla out of a tight garage to the service center without a scratch. Overall, it was an excellent job!

The service I receive is definitely a five star rating! The gentleman who assisted me name was Mohammad and he was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease with my results. He gave Impeccable information about what type of battery I needed and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Great tow service provided, they reached out directly from my roadside claim and ensured they had the right location. The representative was easy to communicate with and the dispatch didn’t take long to arrive. Within 45 minutes I was safe from the highway and reached my tow destination. They also worked with my insurance so there was no out of pocket cost for tow. Finally, I was able to ride with my vehicle and the tow truck to my destination. 10/10 highly recommended!!

They quoted me an extra $60 just because I said my car had some small splitters under the bumper. Did not affect driving it up the flatbed at all. Competitors did not even bother asking me such silly questions.

After I raised concerns about damage caused to my car during a tow, instead of handling the situation professionally, he became rude, dismissive, and condescending. He repeatedly talked down to me and even insulted my vehicle by calling it ‘trash,’ which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. What should have been a straightforward conversation about resolving damage turned into an argument where I felt disrespected and ignored. Rather than taking responsibility or showing any concern for the customer, the attitude I received was defensive and arrogant. I would never recommend dealing with someone who treats customers this way, especially when they are already stressed about damage to their vehicle."

After getting a text messsge on the ETA 57-87 min and waiting the time estimated I call the office The women who answered said it would be another hour. One hour later called again and she said the driver hadn’t but would call when he was on his way. NO CALL Received another text after another hour wait he would arrive in 20 min. NO SHOW Tried to call the office and I was put on hold and she never came back. So 5 hours later I have canceled thru my cars emergency road side service plan.

Great service from this company. The driver was on time and had great communication. We used their service in conjunction with Vehicles for Change. Priority picked up our vehicle and did great work. Preston was very nice and even double checked the vehicle to ensure we got all our personal belongings out.

Priority towing helped me out of a very rough situation when my trailer shredded (the picture doesn't accurately show the damage) a tire on i-70 outside of Mt. Airy MD late evening on the Friday before memorial day 2024. As if the holiday weekend was not enough of a problem, the complexity was further compounded by the fact that my equipment trailer had a lot of weight on it. After initially declining the job due to complicating factors (it was very understandable that they declined the job) I got a call from one of the managers, Matthew, while he was at the gym where he asked for additional information in an effort to help me out. Matthew went above and beyond what I expected and took time out of his busy life to talk through several potential solutions with me and then orchestrated between multiple people and really helped save me. The amazing dedication didn't stop there. One of the drivers, Charles, was supposed to be off Sunday May 26, 2024, but agreed to come in and work on his day off just to haul my load. I was able to meet Charles at the drop off location for the trailer and he was able to put it exactly where I needed it. Charles was extremely professional the entire time and really helped me out of a tough situation. Priority towing has shown amazing dedication and customer obsession across multiple people at the company. I highly recommend them for any towing needs as they went above and beyond to help me. Once again, thank you Matthew and Charles.

What an awful towing company. They have a contract with my HOA and they wrongfully towed my vehicle on Super Bowl Sunday and started my Monday by inconveniencing my wife to drop me off to work. It’s funny because I had them not only not charge me for towing my car but I had them bring me my car back lol. They knew they messed with the wrong one. They tried so hard putting up a fight to get there $210 release fee where I had to call th sheriffs dept and my HOA to tell them they are in the wrong. Their driver who dropped my vehicle even said idk why they towed your car you weren’t blocking any fire hydrant. They try to take advantage of people if I hadn’t wasted 6 hours of my work day in between phone calls with the sheriffs office in my HOA they would’ve just made me pay $210. Do not use them they’re receptionist is very rude and hung up the phone on me. Thank you for bringing my car back lmao do this bs on someone else!!! You guys know my tag number plz try to tow me again!! It’ll cost you to tow me.

great service, ok customer service. was on hold for 20 minutes for a receipt, and i think the guy forgot about me. i thought during the hold it was difficult getting that receipt, called back, got it done asap, sucks but oh well. that i definitely did not like from a business stand point.

Nice to know that they have a "deal" with our HOA to troll our neighborhood at nights looking for anything and everything to be able to tow over as everyone in the community is talking about it now and some have been unfairly towed. I'm sure the HOA is getting their fair cut out of it. Furthermore define what "unauthorized" exactly means..we are NOT required to place parking decals. I will never recommend or use this company. NEVER!

I was locked out of my car while visiting relatives in MD and Felix came to my rescue within 30 minutes. He unlocked my car quickly and safely for $100. He was communicative about when he would arrive and told me to stay out of the heat- it was @100 degrees outside! Very nice and professional.

These guys are Amazing! I needed five cars relocated. I called and spoke to Mike who knew better than me what I needed. He sent two types of trucks. Tim and Cali showed up to my house at the exact time I requested. I had a mess in my yard with things in the way and cars parked in awkward locations. One car was car was very difficult and I told the guys I didn’t care if the bumper got damaged, I just need it moved. Tim said Nope, we will not be damaging anything. Tim and Cali came up with a game plan and executed it like Pros. I was so impressed! This is the only towing company I will be using for now on. I highly recommend them.

I was just on 495 by the 95 north exit and one of your drivers ran me into the shoulder forcing his way. Into the fast lane. The back of your truck came within inches of hitting my hood. I honked my horn, then your driver BREAK CHECKED ME almost causing a 3 car accident. I have everything recorded on dash cam, and I have the license plate number. I will be reporting this. This is unacceptable behavior.
