NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. They sold me a Porsche Macan S with a bad engine, the engine needs to be replaced after using the car for less then 10 days. I took the car to Porsche to diagnose the issues, they gave me a long list of problems wrong with the car I am pursing legal actions against them. They also lied to me that the company that financed the car required for me to purchase an extended warranty. The finance company has denied this. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

I’d been looking for a specific year/model Volvo for the past 6 months and used Auto Tempest to send me an alert if anything came up in my piece range/mileage within 300 miles. Somehow, I got a notification on a car from Beyer that is actually 400 miles away. Fortunately, I went ahead and decided to check out the car. I contacted Ellie at Beyer, and she’s been nothing but outstanding through the whole process. She took a video of the car’s undercarriage and when I had a concern about something on the CarFax she contacted the dealership where the work was done and got a copy of specifics on what was done on the car. I drove down to Dulles the do the test drive and everything was great, but a check battery light came on after the test drive. Arjan, the service rep, ran some diagnostics and found that the car needed a new battery, so they went ahead and replaced it for me. After I bought the car and was driving back to NY, the traction’s control light came on, so I called Arjan and he walked me through the menus to turn the traction control on. Overall, a great experience and well worth the trip!

I am extremely impressed and please with the hassle FREE car purchase at Don Beyer Volvo at Dulles a couple of weeks ago. The sales person, Justin, was most professional and made this purchase the easiest one I ever had in the past many decades that I been buying cars! It literally took me no more than 45 minutes from test driving the Volvo to driving it out as an new owner. We agreed on a price and he did NOT play games going to "get/talk with the manager" as he made the decision to accept my offer. Extremely professional at all levels. The car is only few years old, but it is in mint condition and I am very pleased. One thing that I noticed with the car when I test drove it that it had ~ a quarter of tank of gas and when I completed the purchase, I noticed the car had FULL gas of tank when I drove it out! Little things like this shows they truly care about their customer an NOT cheap at all! And, I give the finance manager A+ as well for getting the paper work so fast/clear and painless! She was 100% professional.

Car buying is always a stressful process when going into a dealership, but Don Beyer Volvo Dulles and specifically Matt Kesterson were patient, listened to me, and won my business at the end of the day. For context: I was probably one of the most difficult customers they had to deal with given that (1) I was Upset for over 4 years of owning a 2022 Volvo XC60 T8 extended range that had many weekly glitches, recalls and restarts typical of the Android/Google first generation adoption by Volvo for customers widely documented and (2) I was ready to walk away from Volvo to BMW for their reliability and already had a car picked out. I was visiting Volvo to give them a final chance to win me back. And they won my business for giving me an amazing deal that more than met my expectations: I ended up with a 2026 Volvo XC60 T8 Ultra Black Edition that I am loving so far. Also, I like how Matt not only is my salesperson but he also can be my service advisor, and told me if I had any problems just to reach out to him. I think this is a brilliant model for sales reps to also be service advisors since they can have ongoing relationship with the customer. If you have a Porsche, you'd be a fool to go to any other shop than Intersport. Before I found out about these guys I was bouncing around multiple shops trying to get my suspension upgraded & fix my 997.1's unexplainable weak start (it was not the battery or alternator). This whole process wasted months of my time and thousands of dollars with no luck, when I finally brought my car to Intersport it was like Porsche heaven. Omar, Artist, & Matt took great care of me and had my car back on the road running good as new in 5 days. I will not be taking my 997 to anyone ever again.

I purchased a 991.1 that was located in FL. The car had been sitting for about 8 years and was not drivable. I worked with Intersport and they set up transport from Florida to their location in Virginia. The transport went smoothly. The car needed a full intensive service with new parts, fluids and tires. Matt walked me through the whole process and sent me photos of the progress and kept me in the loop when I needed to make any decisions. After a few days the car was ready for pickup and was like new. The car had been brought back to life. Everything went perfectly. Beware of this dealership. They promote a thinly veiled image of luxury, but in reality, provide a very poor customer experience. I came to Exclusive Auto Group to investigate buying a new Bentley Bentayga. When I arrived at the dealership, member of their staff was walking in – I followed. She sat down and proceeded to play on her phone. I stood for a minute or two before she looked up and asked "oh, did you need help?". I expressed interest in buying a car, she told me to go upstairs and maybe I could find someone on the sales floor. Hmm… great customer service. When I text messaged them expressing interest in their cars via their website, I was messaged back by an automated message complete with poor grammar and missing template items. ", we appreciate your inquiry about the . We'll be in touch the next available hour to discuss this remarkable vehicle. In the meantime, do you have any questions you have by replying to this message." Shortly after I received a message from the same number. It was from "Juliette". She followed up several times at odd hours and always promised to help, however she could never further my requests. It became clear that I was either talking to an AI chat-bot or someone that didn’t have any authority to help with anything besides passing on a message. Smelling something fishy, I decided to buy well kept pre-owned Range Rover Sport as a litmus test before purchasing the new Bentley Bentayga. I needed a car to take my dog on muddy adventures – this fit the bill nicely. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Trevor. I requested to see the car because I wanted to buy it. He told me it was in the shop and that I could not see it. However, the used car sales manger, Andrew, could help me on Monday. I was displeased, but played along. Were they really going to push off someone willing to make an immediate purchase? I messaged Andrew expressing my intent to buy. He got back to me and said that we could talk Monday. On Sunday night, I saw that the car had sold. I texted Andrew asking if the car had been taken down in anticipation of my offer. He affirmed that was the case and that we could talk in the morning. On Monday morning I arrived at the dealership only to be told that the car was sold to a different buyer Sunday night. I asked for an explanation as to why the sales manager promised me the car, but it was sold to a different party. He could not provide a good answer. I asked for the dealership manger’s card. It was provided hesitantly. His name turned out to be Mehdi Soltanian. I reached out to Mr. Soltanian, expressing my frustration and asking for assistance. I received an out of office email requesting that I reach out to Omid Azizaldin at EAG. I did. To date (a week or two later), I have not heard from either party. It’s obvious that the dealership is only interested in your business if you are going to spend real money and that they don’t value the time or put in the effort to build a relationship with future customers. I’ll be taking my money to a different Bentley dealership.

I visited the dealership to inquire about purchasing an Aston Martin Vantage. Since this was my first purchase of a luxury vehicle like this, I wasn't sure what kind of experience to expect. To begin, the dealership itself is absolutely beautiful. Luxury cars, exotic cars, F1 race cars, and more. Beautiful Artwork – yup. A cocktail bar – of course. I would have enjoyed the dealership even if I wasn't interested in buying a car. It's bright, modern, and spotless – including the service area which is clearly visible. Next, the people – everyone was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There are endless options when buying a car like this and we were guided through the whole process. To be fair, I have to mention that the process was not without a hiccup or two (which were not really under their control). It was how they dealt with these issues that was the most impressive part of my experience. Everyone there, especially Mehdi, Bouch and Regina, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. They made me feel like I was their only customer and didn't stop until I was totally satisfied. If you are interested in a luxury vehicle, you should definitely have this dealership at the top of your list.

I recently took my Aston Martin in for service. I was truly blown away by the level of service I received from Hind Shaker (Service Advisor).
