The Associates are very pleasant and helpful..Great quality and prices. The young lady in fragrance section was exceptional every visit, she was patient and enjoyed helping me with my selections .We even created a custom fragrance. 10/10.

I loved it. For the same price I spent on 2 perfumes at Ulta, I got 2 perfumes, 2 colognes, 2 room sprays, 1 body spray, and 4 customized perfume oils in beautiful bottles. Their prices are great. The shop is set up in a way that it’s easy to move around in. The staff was very kind and helpful when asked questions. 10/10 recommend!

Been meaning to try this spot for a while now & so pleasantly delighted I brought a friend to join me as well. This spot has so many beautiful & reasonably priced gifts & fragrances. You can also make your own custom fragrance combo for less than designer fragrances at the department store; we were so excited about our new custom perfume oils— would highly recommend!

I love this store. The selection of fragrances are impeccable. I feel like I’ve walked into the Dubai mall! The service is unbeatable, professional, personable, pleasant, patient and very helpful. I will shop there from now on. A second location would be welcomed in Woodbridge. 😚

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a friendly and genuinely delightful interaction while sampling a variety of oils and lotions. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. Sampling the oils and lotions was just as enjoyable. The textures were smooth, hydrating, and paired perfectly with the oils. I appreciated how they encouraged me to explore combinations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The kind that makes you want to return not just for the products, but for the interaction itself.

Some places you visit for the products… but you keep coming back because of the people. Every time I stop by this body oil spot, they’re always so welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. The scents are hands down some of my favorites, and they never miss when it comes to helping you find the perfect one. I recently moved a few hours away, but whenever I’m back in town, I already know exactly where I’m stopping. Good energy, great people, and scents that stay with you long after you leave. 🤝✨

The customer service here is amazing. The gentleman was so patient with me and let me smell as many oils as I wanted. I am so glad I saw this place on Tik Tok. This will definitely be my only oil place. Y’all need to come on in they are located right next to Target inside Forestville Mall.

I just had to come on here and leave this review. Body scent oils have been in forestville mall for quite some time now. One of the only businesses I know to still be standing strong in the mall and doing well. I must say this has always been one of my favorite spots to go get my oils. The oils have always been rich, good quality, and long lasting. They do not cut their oils like many other oil stands do and their always willing to work with you on pricing which is also decent. The store also provides other items like perfumes, soaps, and other natural products. You can even find some of the perfumes that are popular on tik tok in his shop and it is the real deal for a good deal lol. I will continue to come here for my oil and perfume purchases because they never disappoint. Even gave me an extra early birthday surprise for my bday in June. Thank you. I will definitely be returning but if you go tell em Keke sent you. My buddy will take care of you. Thank me later !!!

This was a great experience!! I came with My two cousins, my mom and aunt. Nati was very attentive and had such great opinions. He helped so much and I ended with a beautiful scented perfume. He was very enjoyable, had an amazing personality as well! You can truly tell he loves what he does. 10/10 experience and I would truly recommend.

If you are a perfume lover – do not hesitate or wait to visit! It’s so much and very much worth it. I recommend going with a friend as the experience was very special shared with someone. The price for the perfume was not bad at all for the size. Nati was a great Scentologist he provided a lot of knowledge, attention to detail, funny conversation, a made sure our experience was thorough and not rushed at all. I would gladly come back and highly recommend. PS – the perfumes are very durable and wear for a long time. We went early in the afternoon and by 11pm we were still heavily smelling the perfume we sprayed on ourselves! Not cheap quality at all.

I found Scense on Reddit and decided to buy 4 diffusers for myself, my wife, my uncle and my aunt. Everything arrived quickly and the scents were on point. After a little while my wife had an issue with her diffuser due to over tightening. Even though this was our fault, Scense sent us a new one to replace it. If you want your car to smell great for weeks then buy from Scense. If you want top tier customer service then buy from Scense. Tbh, there isn’t any reason to buy somewhere else.

Possibly the best diffuser out in the market now. Scent is spot on and not at all overpowering. Enough to keep my car smelling like leather without being too overpowering and cloying even in the summer heat. The intervals prevents me from being anosmic to the smell. A repeat customer for sure! Cant wait to try some more of the scents!

Absolutely wonderful product and will be a staple in my vehicles. I got the LV imagination and Ombre nomade scents….spot on to the actual fragrances them self. If I could give more then 5* I would.

First purchase from SCENSE. if you want a fragrance inspired scent for your car instead of the normal car air freshener, I would highly recommend these. Smell really close to the og and smell of quality oils. Highly recommend. Just bought 3 more.

Came to this store during a Friday afternoon and was very easy to park and get into the store. I had to do a return of a few dresses from an online order and the lady at customer service was super helpful. After my return I did go and try on a few more outfits and purchased a dress and the whole process was seamless. The fitting rooms were spacious and clean and the store was well stocked with multiple styles and sizes of dresses.

Macy’s is my very favorite source for home goods. When I moved, I needed (yes needed) new bedding and towels. Macy’s is where I went. Macy’s is where I got all I needed. The marvelous staff even helped me to my car with all my wonderful finds! Who does that in a mall?!?!? Great new stuff! Old school service! Thank you!

Beware 2 different parking lots! Bottom floor with the back room has one entrance from outside, North, and top floor has east and south entrances. I always take a pic of the entrance (examples below) when I enter to not get confused. Bottom floor has been taken over by toys! Walk to the 2 sections surrounding the bottom floor backroom for all of the toys. Tons of variety have been added to the displays of beds, appliances, and men’s clothing on the first floor. Escalator going up is still broken so go ahead and walk right outside the store into the mall to use the very close by escalator going up if you don’t want to walk up stairs.

This Macy’s is a very large store. I enjoy that you are able to get around without running into someone. Social distancing is in effect however some people still walks up on you without regards to the pandemic.

20260405 Took a bit to figure out where the pick up paking it… keep following the signs for pick up parking. It is on the right side of the building behind a covered metal staircase. The employees came out fast and was very polite. The veggies were fresh. This Whole Foods is conveniently located off Rt 7. I will probably pick up my groceries here from now on since Summer heat is around the corner, too hot for delivery.

I would like to know why they let employees lie down in the social areas of the supermarket. I don't think it gives a good image to the establishment

I absolutely love shopping at the Whole Foods in Reston. They consistently offer top-notch products, and the variety is incredible. One of my go-to items is their organic rotisserie chicken—it’s always perfectly cooked, flavorful, and makes for a great, easy meal. I’m also a big fan of Maple Hill milk, which is hard to find at many other stores, but Whole Foods always has it in stock. You can truly taste the difference in the freshness and quality of their organic and natural offerings. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean and well-organized. Definitely my favorite grocery store in the area!

Whole Foods seems to be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit. They’ve got a salad bar that’s incredible, and amazing warm food bar that changes throughout the day. Starting with breakfast of course but the food is really good. Their fresh baked bread is better than anything you could get at the normal grocery store. And their cheese selection is pretty expensive, considering the small area in the store. The meat counter is fine, not exceptional but it’s OK. Doesn’t seem as if they deal in much prime grade beef so expect choice grade for the most part. The produce department is solid, everything seems really fresh for the most part. Occasionally they have some questionable vegetables but nine times out of 10 it’s a solid choice. Tons of craft beers if that’s your thing, none of the big namebrand beers so just be prepared for that. The wine selection is great, and though most of their groceries are higher priced than a typical grocery store the wine selection seems to be reasonable in terms of price. They also have a large Amazon return section, that is well staffed and pretty seamless for returns. Really nothing bad to say about this location, it’s the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever been in.

This is, by far, the worst Whole Foods I've been to. The food bar is predominantly junk food and never has any variety. In contrast, every other store has fish and a much wider selection of non-fried food and boneless chicken. The soup bar is poorly stocked; popular soups are frequently empty. Same goes for the bakery. Complaints to management go unanswered. Visit Wegmans instead.

Mercy was fantastic. Not only was she an excellent salesperson, but she also took the time to learn about me and my skin to recommend products that would truly work for me. I do like shopping and never have a bad experience when shopping here. I came here this past summer and asked for any advice on what products I should use for the acne that I was experiencing under my chin. A woman helped me out and picked almost every product that was close to $100, which I should’ve just walked out at that point, but I bought everything she recommended to me. My acne from my chin spread all over my face in the span of a week, and I thought to myself that maybe it was purging because of the new products. I told her that my skin was very sensitive, and she gave me the most irritating products I’ve ever used in my life. I know she was only trying to help and was very sweet to me, but my skin barrier is still damaged today after buying the products in June, and now I’m on medicated treatment for my acne, which I could’ve avoided.

She took the time to understand my skin type, concerns, and what kind of finish I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect foundation match. What really stood out was her patience and knowledge — she didn’t just pick a shade, she explained undertones, tested products on my skin, and made sure everything blended flawlessly. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely cared for. Thanks to Shanzeh, I walked out feeling confident and excited about my purchase. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

For this location: The person behind the counter had zero personality, zero customer service, and zero makeup on. She literally looked like she rolled out of bed threw on some black clothes and called it a day. I asked if she needed my number for my vip card and she shrugged pretended to type something and then asked for payment. Looking at my app my purchase was not included which means i lost those points. The person who helped me find products was lovely but she seemed to be pulled in many directions and over worked while other employees stood around talking in groups with other employees. For Sephora Corporate: Why even go into a store anymore?! Aside from the actual MUAs who care at to help me get matched or try new products I wouldn’t bother. Sephora is not what is used to be , they now seem to cater to the 8 year old who are using their parents credit cards. Not to professionals. They are just Profit and greed. Not for the love and craft of makeup artistry anymore . Congratulations Sephora you became a cliché.

On May 30, 2026, I visited this Sephora location and had a disappointing customer service experience. I politely asked for help finding a Sol de Janeiro lotion because I couldn’t locate it in-store. There was a photo of the product on the wall display, but it was not actually on the shelf. When I asked an employee for help, they seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I was told the product wasn’t available. I mentioned I had seen it in the store display photo so I was confused and asked if she could look in the draw below the display, she said no then I was asked to show it on the app. When I did, the employee started pressing on my phone without asking and then said it still wasn’t available. At checkout, I provided my phone number for my Beauty Insider account, but the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, and my points were not added to my account. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and not properly assisted during my visit, and the customer service did not meet my expectations.

Whenever I go to the Ashburn store Geeta greets with a nice smile and takes the order. She has lot of patience and answers all questions and gives good flowers and packs them so nicely. One time I ordered through phone and got the same service where even I asked several questions she did not frustrates but answered nicely. Very good service and I would suggest this store to all my friends

I’ve ordered garlands several times, and they were beautifully made, stayed fresh for a long time, and exceeded my expectations. The staff is always polite, patient, and helpful. They take the time to open & show fresh flowers and make sure customers are satisfied. Even during busy hours, they provide excellent customer service and never make you feel rushed. I am a frequent visitor and yesterday bought a garland to visit SV temple Pittsburgh for Srivari swarna mahotsavam. I was given clear instructions from an employee there on how to take care of the garland for it to be fresh as it was around 4hr drive. Pujari in the temple seeing the garland said that it is precious than Gold and Srivari alankaram with the fresh garland is a big blessing. I strongly recommend if anyone is looking for any small puja item to a big wedding event garland do visit vivek flowers as it makes us feel like home by providing all the necessities as per occasion and festival.
