Good parking, very simple to use (just use metro card to pay), lots of parking spaces available and very reasonable rates. Station and train is also clean and safe.

The parking lot is ample, and $5 is okay. The issue is when it rains, the walk from the parking to the station sucks. Also, whoever laid the foundation cement did not level it, and it’s a pool house. The lowest bidder government work takes the prize for all the failures.

Easy parking to hop on the metro to DC, Dulles, or work your way (via a metro transfer) to Reagan. I've never had any safety/security concerns while parking there. There are multiple handicapped spots on each level near the elevators. The garage pedestrian doors by the elevators are not automated. If a person in a wheelchair cannot navigate a door, they'd need to go about 40 feet up the parking row on the first floor where there is a doorway w/o a door. No overnight parking, so if working a night shift, you're SOL for metro parking.

Yes!!! The Metro has made it to Ashburn! It’s 3 miles from my house and so happy about that. I took some photos regarding wheel chair access. Getting to the metro from the kiss n ride looks seamless. There is an elevator you can use to get from the parking lot to the metro area. There’s a parking garage very close. Getting to the metro parking can be accessed via Claude Moore or Croson lane. These are photos from the South side, the North side can be accessed via Loudoun Station.

I experienced a theft. Please ensure your vehicle is secured and locked at all times. An individual accessed my parked car and took my wallet and cash. While this location is generally favorable, it may not be ideal for pedestrians or cyclists who plan to remain after dark. Exercise caution is super needed.

Starts for: plenty of spots, a port-a potty, an informational sign about Belmont Ridge, and picnic tables. Would be great if they could add a trail map sign that shows distances to rest stops and road crossings, and even better would be some shade for hot months or storms and a tree or some flowers or something else pretty to look at. And a water fountain with a dog fountain.

Absolute worst porta potty experience of my life at the one by this parking area on the W&OD. It was heinous. There was poo flung onto the walls, the seat, everywhere. Also someone put their leftovers in the toilet. Yuck. I decided not to take photos because it was just too gross.

Used for a quick little walk, had a mercedes sprinter 3500 an was actually able to use a parking space so overall good parking however limited parking as it was mid day during the week I'm sure this lot overfills quickly. Porta John nice trail access. Seemed great.

Convenient tools and rest spot. No natural shade. Air pump probably needs a new head or the head needs some maintenence… it broke my valve stem. Figured I'd leave a review while waiting for a ride…

I myself was not there to put the car in but it is excellent. I wish I had known about neighbor before. The process is simple and completely online. I did everything overseas. If I had a question it was answered quickly. The location in downtown ashburn is perfect. Its a covered new shopping center parking deck. The spaces are seperate from the ordinary shoppers spaces. I wish I had known about this 2 years ago.great service and well run ! Thanks!

Left my car 3 months storage with neighbor in Ashburn, VA and I had no problems at all. Great location and the place has a security guard that drives by several times day and night.

This parking space/garage has been fantastic for us. We travel to the area often and being able to store a car with easy airport access has been a game changer. No issues. Safe area.

Storage here worked very well. Was able to select a very secure spot, no issues at all. I will definitely be back to rent again in the future!

The best place to park for a run. Can run five miles in either direction on crushed gravel trails before crossing a major intersection.

There are plenty of parking spaces, lots of tree coverage and many picnic tables. The long line of backed up cars to get to the lot is caused by the toll booth, not from lack of spaces. Be patient – 20 or so min inching forward and you'll make it.

Since 2015 the trail users have become a combo of decent people and narcissistic AHs…

Amazing cycling path. It's my favorite trail to bicycle, has good greenery for the entire path.

Freebie parking + red-green lights signaling unavailable vs. available parking slot + a tally board noting # of slots available per parking level = well-organized parking garage. Only negative is not the garage itself but with too many cars failing to adhere to reasonably low speeds, the garage borders on non-pedestrian-friendly.

For those who own tall vehicles: the main gate is 8 foot 2 inches tall. Once yoh pass the headache bar at the front, take an immediate left to park in the taller section of the garage. If you continue forward to the 2nd deck, the height reduces down to 6 foot 10 inches. Parking is free.

the parking garage is the parking garage that i park at every time i come to one loudoun. it is so reliable and so amazing to park at. the lights really help in finding a parking spot not that i need help since there are always open spots.

Clean restrooms and friendly people

SCAM. Parked here on the evening of 09/29/2023 for a weekend in DC. Paid in advance for the full weekend. They towed me anyway. I was then rudely accused by the security manager of not paying and when I produced proof of payment on my phone his tune suddenly changed. The story suddenly became that the lot was closed for an event on Saturday. I explained that had there been signs telling me the lot was closed, I would not have parked there obviously. They then claimed that there were signs. I then pulled my dashcam footage showing that there were NOT signs saying the lot was closed. But also why was I allowed to pay for parking on your site for Saturday if you knew you were closing the lot that day???? Despite providing proof that there was no signage, they are still refusing to reimburse me though they cost me hundreds of dollars because the towing costs were insane. I have communicated with them via email, but their response times are atrocious and it's pretty clear that they are in the business of doing this on a regular basis. Unfortunately there are few parking options in that area, but if they are gonna tow without warning, it would be cheaper to Uber there every time. Not a decent company at all. Unwilling to own up to mistakes. I recommend avoiding if you can.

Very unclear signage and goes against their advertising. Location states they are a 24/7 facility, however, will close the lot without proper signage/notices posted clearly at the entrance(s) causing unnecessary and wrongful towing. Establishment also allows persons to pay for said parking during instances/events in which the lot is closed to the general public, again, causing the customers to be towed on top of costing them money that was accepted and approved them for parking by facility’s own electronic system.

The garage gate was open today when I arrived with a sign saying "free event parking," but I got lectured for not having a ticket when I left because apparently the free parking was only for specific people who got an email from the garage owner?? The staff member at the gate told me "Nothing in America is free. Just because the gate is open and the sign says free parking does not mean you should park here." I also didn’t understand why he was so rude when I said I was happy to pay for parking I just didn’t have a ticket since the gate was open when I arrived. His first words to me were "I’m sick of repeating myself" after I assume he had told the same story to all the other cars who were in the same boat as me trying to leave tonight. The staff working here have never been anything except rude and unprofessional so I will definitely park somewhere else to use the Ashburn metro next time.

Scammy. But no other options for parking if you want to metro in to the city. Went in to the parking lot to park and didn’t see instructions for how to pay. Website on signs only included monthly pass, no day pass. Signs posted advertising $75 barnacle fee. We were going in on a weekday afternoon and decided to risk it. Got barnacle on car. Was not 75 to remove but 275. (200 refundable deposit? To be refunded… at an undisclosed time) so… apparently there IS a QR code to scan for paying but only on one signpost at one entrance. (We went in the other that’s closer to the metro)

Nowhere shows fees charged, and we pay 5.95$ for 40min. One of machines would not take my card and no one to help. Stay away. Restaurants around won't give you any credit towards parking time. Sounds like they are intentionally trying to scam people.
