I had the best experience working with Jeremy at Ashburn Service & Tires. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I came over from another chain shop that I did not trust and wanted his opinion. He took the time to clearly explain the work my car needed, ( turns out my engine mount on my mini cooper was busted!) He answered all my questions kindly and made sure I felt comfortable with the pricing! Jeremy even offered me a free ride serve back home that day, ordered the part immediately to get there on Monday since the weekend was coming up, and my car was ready to go by Monday afternoon with a passed inspection. He kept me updated the whole time and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone not just honest but super kind and truly a rock star in this industry. I definitely will be going here from now on for anything my car needs! I normally don’t like writing reviews, but this place deserves it. Jeremy helped me today to get my emissions inspection done quickly. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely get the family owned vibes every time I come in. I have never felt pressured to spend more money on unnecessary services. They have always been very straightforward. I was having an issue with my car that three or four other places missed, and not only did they find the issue, but they worked with our warranty, so our out-of-pocket expense was limited. It is a relief to be able to take my car where it’s clear they just want to help me fix my issue.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Jeremy, Alex, and the team! They were very transparent with me on what my car needed/didn’t need to get done, and their prices are very competitive compared to others in the area! Plus, they are so friendly and really make you feel taken care of. They’re not out to up-charge you or make you feel bad for not wanting to service something your car doesn’t need. Definitely returning as I think I will only get my car serviced here from now on.

I have been hesitant to write this review, but wanted to share my experience. I've been coming to this shop for safety inspections for years without issue, but first experience outside of that left me disappointed. I love coming to this shop because everyone is sogenuine and friendly. I brought in four aftermarket wheels (loose, and not on the vehicle) ready to be balanced. Due to the nature and value of the wheels, I normally take them to a specialty shop for proper care and I knew taking them here was a risk outside of my routine. Based on what I've experienced at this shop before, and the reviews written online,I thought it would be just fine. I'm telling you, the people here are top-notch. At least from what I've experienced with the folks at the front desk. All four wheels came back with varying levels of scratches and marring. It appears the damage was caused by pressure cup/outer cone that attaches to the outside of the wheel. On one wheel, one of the weights was barely hanging on. I will say though, the wheels are properly balanced, so at least there's that. Although the damage is cosmetic, my wheels just don't feel the same (sentimentally) anymore. If you're a car guy, you likely understand. I brought it to the attention to one of the service managers and confirmed there was damaged done and asked what I wanted to do. I requested a refund which was promply granted (thank you). Although in hindisght, I probalby should have escalated the situation to be properly compensated, but I just didn't have the energy. I figured I knew this was likely going to happen, so it's on me. If they're still open to working something out, I'd absolutely love to. If you have standard wheels, You're good to go here. They will definitely take care of you. But if you have aftermarket wheels or wheels you put in extra care and effort into, I'd recommend taking them to a shop that specializes in that kind of work.

I just learned about this new bike place in Ashburn, and it was super timely because my son was due for a new bike! We walked in and immediately saw the perfect bike for him! He did a little test drive, and it was a winner. We also got a helmet that fit perfectly as well as a bike lock. The owner/manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be back for my own helmet! Love this place!

So incredibly impressed by this shop. I’ve wanted to get into road biking for the past year or so and had been exploring Facebook marketplace, but with limited knowledge, felt like going to a shop was a better move. Boy did that turn out to be the case! Tyler worked with me for a few hours this past Saturday and got me hooked up with my first road bike and I’m now hooked. So incredibly professional and an amazing demeanor. They’ve got a customer for life and I highly recommend checking them out!

My experience was actually 5 stars! First I called to ensure I could drop off and have my bike back soon. The technician could not make any promises but once I dropped off I was immediately given an assessment and cost estimate. I was able to get my bike back the following day and it was like riding a new bike. The work was expertly done and the estimate was on target.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chris, the mechanic is great. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my bike and got it back to me quickly. Prices are reasonable, too.

Great shop! They fixed up my 30+ y.o. GT mountain bike and it rides so smooth now. I was worried they would push for an expensive overhaul given how old the bikes was, but they gave a very reasonable and sensible quote to fix up my bike. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alan who instantly knew my bike from that era.

One of my favorite shops! Staff is always friendly and they offer a variety of brands and flavor, so you’ll definitely find what you’re looking for 🙂

I love this store. It has almost everything you need for your home, project, gardening, etc. They have such a large variety of items, you could be in this store forever just looking at everything. I do furniture refinishing and they always have what I need to complete my projects. The staff is so helpful when I have a question and eager to assist. There is a restroom in the back of the store that is large enough for wheel chair access.

I’ve been to many Home Depot stores over the years, but the Ashburn location is by far one of the best. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. When you ask a question, they don’t just point you in the right direction, they take the time to understand your project and make sure you’re choosing the right items. Today I went in to buy a refrigerator for our garage, which I thought would be a simple task. Debi, from the appliance section, who is also a U.S. veteran, assisted me and explained exactly what a garage-ready refrigerator is, which brands are reliable, and walked me through the warranty, delivery, and other important details. She made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. She also helped me find the other items I needed. I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Debi and the entire team at Home Depot in Ashburn. Keep up the great work! 👏

This Home Depot is clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes shopping convenient and efficient since items are easy to locate. However, while I noticed associates greeting and assisting other shoppers nearby, I was not acknowledged at all, which left me feeling overlooked and less valued as a customer. Consistent customer service would make the experience much better.

Today I rented equipment from the Home Depot Tool Rental in Ashburn, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Aran. Even though he was clearly short-staffed and handling multiple customers, he still took the time to work with me one-on-one and made sure I fully understood everything. Aran was extremely patient and thorough in explaining how to use the equipment, especially when it came to safety. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I was comfortable and confident before leaving. That level of attention and care is rare, especially when someone is busy. What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to help despite the workload. He stayed calm, answered all my questions clearly, and made himself available if I needed help later. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. Aran is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for customers. I would absolutely recommend renting from this location because of him.

This place has always been consistently good in the 15+ years I’ve lived in the area. Keep up the good work. I also had a good experience recently with their 3rd party storm door installer, RFI. I will give a review on that separately, but the arrangement for storm door setup and purchase went very well at this HD. Good job!

This place is great. Erika was super helpful. I bought a mini dv cam that had a glitch with the cassette and she was so helpful in helping me find a replacement camcorder. She is also very knowledgeable in film cameras, and assisted me in finding one that fit my needs. The whole experience was very seamless and her customer service and patience was outstanding. Stopped by Ace Photo today for a couple of small fixes to my Nikon Z8 and 70-200 lens foot. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was happy to pay but they fixed both items at no cost. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to help. They are also well-stocked with the newest equipment and used items too. Highly recommend to check them out.

I was truly touched by the service I received. I brought in two rolls of film, with some recent photos from a family member's birthday who shortly after the photos were taken, had passed away. I was hoping to develop this film and share the photos with family in time for the memorial service. I was anxious when I saw a sign on the door that film development was on a slight, but planned, delay. It meant my photos may not be ready in time. When I asked to confirm when the film may be ready, and shared the reason why I asked, the gentleman who was helping me immediately made a note. I was simply requesting for the rolls could be developed in a few days time – an uncertainty based on the sign on the door – but due to his kind service I received my developed film the very next day – not only in time but sooner than expected. I did not catch his name, but it was a lovely exchange. I am so very grateful for this act of kindness. Thank you!

Visiting from out of town and was really excited to visit a store that looked like it would have a ton of used goodies and was ready to buy anything that piqued my interest. While they did have a good variety of options, not a single soul asked if we needed help until we were about to disappointedly leave. They joked with a customer asking them to send more people in because they weren’t busy but even though we visited the Leica case multiple times and other various cases discussing what we were interested in looking at, no one asked how we were doing or if we wanted to take a look at anything. Just tells me they weren’t eager to make a sale. We were in there for over 30 minutes and I should’ve walked out with nothing but unfortunately needed a few essentials for my trip. Easily missed out on a $700+ sale but at least they got my $150 I guess.

20260405 Took a bit to figure out where the pick up paking it… keep following the signs for pick up parking. It is on the right side of the building behind a covered metal staircase. The employees came out fast and was very polite. The veggies were fresh. This Whole Foods is conveniently located off Rt 7. I will probably pick up my groceries here from now on since Summer heat is around the corner, too hot for delivery.

I would like to know why they let employees lie down in the social areas of the supermarket. I don't think it gives a good image to the establishment

I absolutely love shopping at the Whole Foods in Reston. They consistently offer top-notch products, and the variety is incredible. One of my go-to items is their organic rotisserie chicken—it’s always perfectly cooked, flavorful, and makes for a great, easy meal. I’m also a big fan of Maple Hill milk, which is hard to find at many other stores, but Whole Foods always has it in stock. You can truly taste the difference in the freshness and quality of their organic and natural offerings. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean and well-organized. Definitely my favorite grocery store in the area!

Whole Foods seems to be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit. They’ve got a salad bar that’s incredible, and amazing warm food bar that changes throughout the day. Starting with breakfast of course but the food is really good. Their fresh baked bread is better than anything you could get at the normal grocery store. And their cheese selection is pretty expensive, considering the small area in the store. The meat counter is fine, not exceptional but it’s OK. Doesn’t seem as if they deal in much prime grade beef so expect choice grade for the most part. The produce department is solid, everything seems really fresh for the most part. Occasionally they have some questionable vegetables but nine times out of 10 it’s a solid choice. Tons of craft beers if that’s your thing, none of the big namebrand beers so just be prepared for that. The wine selection is great, and though most of their groceries are higher priced than a typical grocery store the wine selection seems to be reasonable in terms of price. They also have a large Amazon return section, that is well staffed and pretty seamless for returns. Really nothing bad to say about this location, it’s the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever been in.

This is, by far, the worst Whole Foods I've been to. The food bar is predominantly junk food and never has any variety. In contrast, every other store has fish and a much wider selection of non-fried food and boneless chicken. The soup bar is poorly stocked; popular soups are frequently empty. Same goes for the bakery. Complaints to management go unanswered. Visit Wegmans instead.

Rakesh has been so polite and extremely helpful in a time I was in dire need of help with printing some important documents that I could not print in my office as my printer broke. I was in a very tight time frame and he was quick, efficient and super calming. Rakesh is a true asset to your business.

Staff always pleasant, even when crowded they work efficiently. Often they will offer a cheaper or faster alternative for documents I need to send. Helped me with photocopies and putting paper in shredder. One time I struggled bringing boxes in and they immediately came to door to help. They support each other and always thank me. Best UPS store I have ever used!

For the most part, the team here are friendly. The food and service is awful. I get DoorDash a lot from this location and they forget something 99% of the time. Something as simple as no straw can ruin the entire order. My last frappe order I couldn't even drink because of this and had to wait for it to melt to drink anything. They put cards in your bag stating something is out of stock but DoorDash does not accept these cards and lost money. Sometimes the drinks are very watery and taste off. Possibly tap water but I can't point a finger on it. Would not recommend.

What the starbs, this place is actually the worst, unless you like nana bread. Omgoodness I love !NANA BREAD! Employees #goated, especially Avery the Starbucks matriarch. But Starbucks Corpees? I think not. Rage against the Starbucks machine! Free them! FREE THEM! When I come into Starbucks for some bannaner bread I want to see green paper flowing out of this joint, not into this joint. While the male cashier who took my order was pleasant and professional, the female employee with black hair who prepared my drink was dismissive and noticeably rude. When I politely asked for a straw, the interaction was extremely abrupt and unfriendly. I've had better experiences here in the past, but the lack of customer service during this visit was very disappointing.

Went there around 12pm on June 28th. The line for drive thru was nearly wrapping the building, so decided to go inside. When I went inside I saw 4 baristas just standing to the side/front chatting and giggling and 2 people absolutely busting their behinds behind the bar and at drive through window. I stood inside more than 10 minutes waiting for my stuff and the dynamic never changed. Still 4 girls just chatting and giggling near the front area and 2 guys (both tall skinnier guys with curlier / wavy hair) rushing as fast as they could at drinks and at the windows. Big shout out to those guys but absolutely sucks to see how long the wait was and how long this went on with zero help for those guys. Hope the manager sees this so they know who was responsible. Even after I walked outside when I finally got my stuff the line was still around the building and growing.

This has to be one of slowest Starbucks in the area. I truly don’t understand how they can be so SLOW! One car in front of me on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. With roughly 3-5 people inside, an it still took almost 15mins. Mind you the 3-5 people I mentioned walked out when I pulled up to the window after ordered. Smh that is just ridiculous.

Disappointing service and long wait times. The service was incredibly slow, but what upset me most was watching an elderly lady with a cane stand at the counter waiting a long time for someone to help her. The staff completely ignored her instead of stepping up to assist. Management needs to train the team to be more attentive and compassionate to customers, especially seniors who might need a little extra help.

This place could use some more cleaning, but overall, it’s a good place to grab a quick bite to eat or just want to take your kids out for an occasional dine in. It has really nice service workers who are really friendly, and the orders are really quick, 6-10 minutes. I also like that it has a play area to keep children busy while they wait for the food, and 2 separate bathrooms across the restaurant. Although needs a little more work on sanitation, it overall is a nice place with average food.

My fries and nuggets were not fresh. Lukewarm at best. I use the drive thru and eat in the parking lot so there was no wait for me eating. Very disappointed. What I would like to know if I went thru the drive thru again would I be given fresh food? Please answer. Cool fries and nuggets sucked.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to in my 43 years of existence. Food is always fresh, service is friendly and excellent, an awesome 2 story playground, and it's clean. I go out of my way to come here with my kids.

Placed an app order for curbside pickup. Arrived and sat there for a hot minute. Finally get up to go get my stuff… that's sitting on the shelf now luke warm. Ask what looked like the manager and replied in some gibberish while looking at me like I'm speaking to him in mandarin. Emailed the Micky D's feedback on the app… pile of worthless lip service. Emailed the local feedback Gmail address… pile of lip service. Of all of them in the area, this location is worthless and it seems the owner and larger corporate organization could really care less.

Lovely Starbucks location! Quiet and pleasant experience for my visit. They made the absolute BEST pumpkin spice latte that I’ve had in a long time! My son and I were comparing it to many others we’ve had and it was by far made the best! They didn’t have too much merchandise out — but I’m sure it sells out really fast. It was nice to see some beautiful Christmas themed items available 🎄🎅🏽

I pick up coffee from drive thru around 2-3 times a week and the experience is always top notch. yes, at times there is a back up. At times there will be an order her or there that will delay stuff. But the baristas and the individuals manning the drive thru station are always courteous and working hard. Wish them all the success.

Unfortunately, this is the closest starbucks to my job and as much as I like to get my coffee and sandwich in the morning every single time I come in this store, everybody is so rude as if I'm a bother. I never get a good morning or how are you doing. I walk up to the register to place my order and I get a blank stare, waiting for my order. No customer service. Today's situation was I placed my order and I saw them place other orders on the table and call them out but I didn't hear my name. I walked up and my drink order was their and a young lady placed my sandwich in front of me and said nothing and walked away before I could look up.

This is the only Starbucks that makes my coffee so delicious! The rest of the Starbucks in ashburn suck
