I already sold myself on a bike Mike ensured me he handpicks bikes and he sure does. I received a great deal on my 5,000 mile GSXR 750 and was happy to realize it was tuned and had a nice exhaust… I refuse to buy a quiet bike for safety reasons. Nonetheless they delivered the bike to me from Sterling VA to Woodbridge VA it’s in the photos I’ve never been taken care of before as much in my life from a dealer. Purchased my dream bike from Mike and Emily at MG Motorsports. The transaction was seamless and everyone was nice and friendly. A few days later, I noticed some screws missing. Happens with used things. Mike reimbursed me the price of the screws without even looking at the bike and apologized for the inconvenience. I then had an issue with a stuck screw. I drove the bike down to MG, and Greg fixed the issue and installed my tail tidy, free of charge. I rarely write reviews, but the folks at MG Motorsports definitely earned this.

I’ll be totally honest here. There is a complete reason why this is the five star shop. Last year I came here to get my rearview mirror attached after it fell off on my BMW. The owner helped me reattach it free of charge only because it was taking longer than anticipated! 2026 rolls around and on July 4 a tree fell on my Acura, causing the windshield to be cracked. It was probably fait that brought me back here because they were the lowest price and they did a fantastic job! They gave me all the options for which type of glass I wanted and where they would source it. Henry and the lady at the front desk have absolutely great communication either through text or always keeping me in the loop. The owner removed all my attachments and stickers on the windshield and even provided new adhesive for my dash came in radar for free! On the way out, I was even offered pizza! Absolutely coming back here for all my needs. Thank you again.

This place is the absolute best! Cheaper than other quotes. I Called on Saturday, they gave me monday slot because I couldnt do it Saturday. It took 30 mins total to replace my windshield. Super nice staff/family. They didnt ask me to leave a review, I asked them to leave one to help others. This is the kind of place you want to deal with. All sensors for my ev windshield were addressed. They told me they would remove my dash cam and ezpass and replace them. They gave me new velcro for ezpass and an entire bag of sticky backs for my dashcam wires for free. Everyone there was smiling and happy to help me and super courteous and thank me for my business. Told me to say hello to my brother(he happened to get his rear window done there, which I found out on my way there) this is the spot people, seriously.

Sunday after coming home from a car wash my car made a weird sound and I heard a snap. Lucky for me I have AAA and was able to get my car towed unfortunately AAA shop doesn’t work on Tesla’s. However after a simple google search I found Scandia, they have been super helpful from start to finish. I literally dropped off my car at 10:00 am and it’s not even 5 yet and the vehicle is ready! Let me tell you the fact that I just saved so much time and the cost was very fair and reasonable. I’m sure Tesla would have charged me triple. You guys rock, great business, thank you may God bless you guys in the next life too

Great experience with Auto Scandia. The Volvo dealership recommended some repairs that didn’t seem right, so I took my vehicle to Auto Scandia for a second opinion and they saved me $3000. I will be using them for future services. The staff was also incredibly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very happy I found Auto Scandia!

My 2020 Bmw X7 M50i is all set. Ryan was awesome being the middleman between myself and my warranty company. We resolved the huge issues with my X7 and it runs beautifully. This company went above and beyond the call of duty to tow my car safely and professionally. They arrived earlier than expected and waited on me to get back to the location. My car was immobile, but the tow company had all the necessary equipment to get my car. The driver was amazingly skilled at parking my car safely. Kudos 👏

The tower was very professional and friendly. He communicated me what he was going to do and listened to my inputs. He took his time to analyze the situation and determined what was best for the car. He towed my Tesla out of a tight garage to the service center without a scratch. Overall, it was an excellent job!

He was patient and went out his way to assist me with my extra request due to the nature of my situation. I 100% recommend this company for their high quality service, affordability and timely response.

Great tow service provided, they reached out directly from my roadside claim and ensured they had the right location. The representative was easy to communicate with and the dispatch didn’t take long to arrive. Within 45 minutes I was safe from the highway and reached my tow destination. They also worked with my insurance so there was no out of pocket cost for tow. Finally, I was able to ride with my vehicle and the tow truck to my destination. 10/10 highly recommended!!

They quoted me an extra $60 just because I said my car had some small splitters under the bumper. Did not affect driving it up the flatbed at all. Competitors did not even bother asking me such silly questions.

After I raised concerns about damage caused to my car during a tow, instead of handling the situation professionally, he became rude, dismissive, and condescending. He repeatedly talked down to me and even insulted my vehicle by calling it ‘trash,’ which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. What should have been a straightforward conversation about resolving damage turned into an argument where I felt disrespected and ignored. Rather than taking responsibility or showing any concern for the customer, the attitude I received was defensive and arrogant. I would never recommend dealing with someone who treats customers this way, especially when they are already stressed about damage to their vehicle.”

Went there for a car inspection. Bil was incredibly helpful and took his time to clearly explain the issues found. The mechanics were also really helpful. They even went to research something further about my car model’s history in order to be able to answer my question specifically. Very high quality shop. I went in for an ordinary service but the team at Craftsman of Ashburn made it into an extraordinary experience! Ian and Zach were very welcoming and have a way of making you feel like you have known them forever. Their customer service, kindness, and professionalism is truly unsurpassed! Craftsman’s digital multipoint inspection report is magnificent (pictures and videos included) and the technician (James) who worked on my vehicle even came up to personally assure me that my car was in safe operating order. That type of reassurance and transparency is truly a rarity in the automotive repair industry! I traveled from Manassas to Ashburn for service at this location based on their positive reputation and will continue to do so without hesitation as they lived up to/surpassed every expectation! I’ve previously visited the Fairfax Craftsman Auto Care and had great experiences there. Happy to see the ashburn location has the same level of trustworthiness, reliability, and skill. Drop my car off for basic oil change in safety inspection and I received a full workup of the car’s health as well as recommended service items. When I drop the car off? Bill was very friendly and helpful letting me know what to expect as to when the work would be completed. This location also offers after hours drop off which is helpful if you are unable to get the car in between the posted business hours. Got a call later the same day from Steve and he outlined in clear, simple to understand language exactly what service he would recommend on the car while remaining objective and not pushing me to get unnecessary work. When I declined some of the recommended work, I was not met with resistance, guilt, tripping, or fear-mongering. It is very difficult in this country to find a mechanic shop that trustworthy, transparent, and reliable. Craftsman Auto Care manages to hit all three of these traits. This is the only mechanic shop in the state that I would be comfortable sending people who are not familiar with car maintenance or trades. My only complain is that the folks that run this shop do not also have a plumbing, locksmith, HVAC, and electrical business. They exemplify the professional and trustworthy nature that is so lacking in the automotive repair industry.

This review is to share my positive experience regarding a recent custom wheel alignment for my 2015 CRV. After installing adjustable coilovers, I required specific alignment values that many shops are not equipped to handle. I worked with Elliott, who was excellent. Despite my arriving on a Monday morning without an appointment, he was able to fit me into the schedule. Elliott genuinely listened to my concerns, took detailed notes on my specific requirements, and clearly explained the process — including the complimentary multi-point inspection and comprehensive vehicle health report. The tech who worked on the vehicle was very commendable. He took my specific alignment values and applied them to the vehicle exactly as it was written. There was no way I was walking out of there without personally thanking him, so I walked to the service bay before driving out and gave him a tip for a job very well done. I appreciate the professional service and am glad to have such a capable shop within walking distance. Now I know where to bring our cars when it’s time for service.

I came to get my inspection done for my car, it was also my first time experience with Craftsman, and it has been a very comfortable and easy experience! While waiting for my car to finish, I was sat in their waiting room which had coffee and snacks, as well as being super clean. Michael, from the Sterling location, also made sure that I was well accommodated and walked me through how detailed they are with checking your vehicle’s health, which was also provided in text on my invoice. He has made my experience even better and I’m glad I was able to find a great place to bring my car in!

Austin Kocher will always be my go to mechanic at Craftsman Auto. He is Trustworthy, hardworking, and just always has done top notch work for me. I just had my Jeep Wrangler lifted with new tires, spacer, alignment, balance, along with many other things and I couldn’t be more happy with how my Jeep is now. I can’t say enough good things about Craftsman Auto Care in Sterling. I’ve taken both my Subaru and my campervan here several times, and every single visit has been an excellent experience. Every time I’ve asked for help diagnosing an issue, the team has been incredibly kind, honest, and helpful—They took the time to explain what was going on, and thanks to their detailed insights and recommendations, I have been able to get multiple issues fixed by my dealership under extended warranties that I was unaware of. They helped me with diagnosing that a parasitic battery drain was occurring due to a 3G network issue and helped pinpoint a transmission leak. They had the car on the lift and let me go out to look at it myself and Craftsman Auto even printed out service bulletins for me so I could bring them directly to the dealership. That kind of care and transparency is rare these days. What really sets Craftsman apart is their genuine kindness and respect. I always feel like they truly care about their customers and never try to upsell or take advantage. As a small example of how they are very kind: one time, while they were working on my car, I had just been grocery shopping and forgot that I purchased something that had to be frozen so I asked if I could store it in their freezer during the appointment —and they kindly agreed! They even left a polite note in my car to remind me to grab it before leaving. That small moment, along with every other great experience, sums up why I trust and appreciate this shop so much. Craftsman Auto Care is a rare gem in the auto repair world—honest, friendly, patient, and professional. I’ll continue to bring all of my vehicles here and recommend them to everyone I know. I love Motorcycles of Dulles. Everyone here is so inviting and friendly with an absolutely no pressure approach to things. They LOVE talking bikes and will happily engage in a great conversation. The dealership is very nice and a cool place just to hang out. If you want to sit on different bikes to get a feel for them, no problem. Want to test ride one, again no problem. I bought my first Triumph here when the location first opened in 2015. When Triumph released an updated version on my model I knew I had to add it to my garage and there wasn’t a second thought on where to go. Bought new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. Highly recommended dealership. I’ve been riding bikes for 17 years. In three different states. And this is by far the best dealership I’ve worked with. The owner is salt of the earth and helped me when he didn’t need to. The service crew are talented and experienced. My salesman Will DeWeese was honest, knowledgeable, and worked around my crazy work schedule. Plus he gave me a heck of a deal. Even the office staff, specifically Laura Rymes, made my week. It’s so refreshing to deal with people that treat you like they actually care.
