I am extremely grateful for the professionalism and overall performance of this dealer MIKE and his associates were amazing! I already sold myself on a bike Mike ensured me he handpicks bikes and he sure does. I received a great deal on my 5,000 mile GSXR 750 and was happy to realize it was tuned and had a nice exhaust… I refuse to buy a quiet bike for safety reasons. Nonetheless they delivered the bike to me from Sterling VA to Woodbridge VA it’s in the photos I’ve never been taken care of before as much in my life from a dealer. Unfortunately, I was riding one day and the tip fell off the bike after purchase and MIKE was so eager to help and didn’t leave me hanging… I will in fact be doing business with Mike again in the fire and will recommend ALL of my people to MIKE and his associates.

Purchased my dream bike from Mike and Emily at MG Motorsports. The transaction was seamless and everyone was nice and friendly. A few days later, I noticed some screws missing. Happens with used things. Mike reimbursed me the price of the screws without even looking at the bike and apologized for the inconvenience. I then had an issue with a stuck screw. I drove the bike down to MG, and Greg fixed the issue and installed my tail tidy, free of charge. I rarely write reviews, but the folks at MG Motorsports definitely earned this.

I love Motorcycles of Dulles. Everyone here is so inviting and friendly with an absolutely no pressure approach to things. They LOVE talking bikes and will happily engage in a great conversation. The dealership is very nice and a cool place just to hang out. If you want to sit on different bikes to get a feel for them, no problem. Want to test ride one, again no problem. I bought my first Triumph here when the location first opened in 2015. When Triumph released an updated version on my model I knew I had to add it to my garage and there wasn't a second thought on where to go. Come see Will DeWeese and I promise you he will take amazing care of you even if you don't purchase a bike. He made the process so easy and painless. Truly the best buying experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The Finance Manager, Laura Rymes made the serious part of buying so easy and when finished I wasn't ready to leave. Tried out Arai and Shoei helmets. Wonderful experience with Byron who was very patient and knowledgeable too. Incidentally these guys change the cheek pads for a better fit. Also got to see the entire range of Triumph bikes

Bought new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. Highly recommended dealership. I’ve been riding bikes for 17 years. In three different states. And this is by far the best dealership I’ve worked with. The owner is salt of the earth and helped me when he didn’t need to. The service crew are talented and experienced. My salesman Will DeWeese was honest, knowledgeable, and worked around my crazy work schedule. Plus he gave me a heck of a deal. Even the office staff, specifically Laura Rymes, made my week. It’s so refreshing to deal with people that treat you like they actually care.

I've ordered several times from MotoMachines for my Honda NT1100 and they're always quick to ship and delivery quality items that are well packaged. I especially appreciate the Hepco & Becker items that are engineered and made in Germany. Yes, you can get knock-offs cheaper but will they hold up when your bike actually tips? MM are good folks to deal with and they respond to inquiries quickly as well.

I have ordered multiple sets of Hepco & Becker pannier mounts from these glorious people and they have never let me or my not-normaly-touring-bikes down!

So I ordered a set of hand guards. They were apparently a little behind on order fulfillment. HOWEVER, there weren't running behind in either customer service or email response. I inquired where things were at after a few days of not receiving an email about my product shipping. In less than 24 hours, someone got back to me and let me know what was going on. Later received my guards and they're awesome. I would have bought more from them just because they have things I'm looking for. After that quick response, plus the fact that they're a small business, I'm definitely buying more from them. Great job guys and I'll be getting more when my budget allows.

I have made a few purchases through Moto Machines over the last year or so. All experiences have been great! (The Hepco Becker crash bars for my S1000XR are high quality, and look great!!) These folks are very pleasant to deal with on the phone. Email communication is excellent. I had a small snafu with an order, but Raz and Noah made everything right, no questions asked. In today's world, it's a breath of fresh air to find a company with this kind of outstanding customer service! Looking forward to shopping here again – thank you guys!!

I just learned about this new bike place in Ashburn, and it was super timely because my son was due for a new bike! We walked in and immediately saw the perfect bike for him! He did a little test drive, and it was a winner. We also got a helmet that fit perfectly as well as a bike lock. The owner/manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be back for my own helmet! Love this place!

So incredibly impressed by this shop. I’ve wanted to get into road biking for the past year or so and had been exploring Facebook marketplace, but with limited knowledge, felt like going to a shop was a better move. Boy did that turn out to be the case! Tyler worked with me for a few hours this past Saturday and got me hooked up with my first road bike and I’m now hooked. So incredibly professional and an amazing demeanor. They’ve got a customer for life and I highly recommend checking them out!

My experience was actually 5 stars! First I called to ensure I could drop off and have my bike back soon. The technician could not make any promises but once I dropped off I was immediately given an assessment and cost estimate. I was able to get my bike back the following day and it was like riding a new bike. The work was expertly done and the estimate was on target.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chris, the mechanic is great. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my bike and got it back to me quickly. Prices are reasonable, too.

Great shop! They fixed up my 30+ y.o. GT mountain bike and it rides so smooth now. I was worried they would push for an expensive overhaul given how old the bikes was, but they gave a very reasonable and sensible quote to fix up my bike. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alan who instantly knew my bike from that era.

Ali runs a great business. Brought my Street Triple RS to get a 600 mile service. Ali got me on the schedule and the bike was ready for me in about an hour to pick up. They are by appointment only! Get your bike to them at the scheduled time and they will give you professional service and have you back on the road in no time.

Ali was the most patient with me having to reschedule for faults on my end, as well as provide sound advice on ordering the correct parts. I initially went in for a front/rear tire swap, and brake work, when I acquired the right stuff, and had me in and out no problems. Also, I want to note that he called me as they put my bike on the lift about some questionable chain health and wanted to confirm service before continuing. Some shops will just tack on labor before even consulting. Short story long, Ali and tech on shift (I unfortunately can't remember his name, but he looks like he could be a WWE pro wrestler), were the bomb dot com. Quality work, fair prices, and good folks. See y'all for the next time I get a nail in my tire!

Was unable to ride for 2 months AND had to move. This led to a great experience with Gemini’s tow team. Ali was thrilled to find I had a running carbureted bike. After a little love for the chain, I’m now healed up enough to ride. Know I’m crazy. Part of me wants to ride enough just so I can have a good excuse to visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid dudes. Helped me with an electrical issue on my XSR900. Transparent pricing and didn’t take me to cleaners on markups for parts. Had my bike back in no time and is running great. Highly recommended.

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I was told I could pick up my motorcycle before 5 p.m., so I took time off work, hired a towing company, and waited over two hours at the shop. No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn’t fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn’t going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Update: I took the bike to Harley dealership and they were able to fix the bike with exact same parts that Gemini motorcycles asked me to fetch. This proves they weren’t capable and charged for something they weren’t qualified to do.

They were very kind to me when the e-brake fix didn't go according to plan. The brake levers are still a bit finicky and the ebrake often catches — I just make sure it's fully disengaged when I need to otherwise it shuts down the power to the scooter (A Nami Super Stellar). They didn't do the other things they said they were going to do like tighten up the stem and put a cable management sleeves over the cables — I had brought in some spare silicone sleeves just in case but the young fella who took the order said they would take care of it. However, I commend them for making up for it, monetarily. I hope they can improve/be more consistent given the other reviews — I have a feeling I hit them at the wrong time — and/or they didn't take the proper notes when I came in). For me they are the only official game in town since they are the only official Nami supplier in the area. Alas, I live over 50 minutes drive away which they knew coming in.

Took my son’s electric scooter her because it was making a loud squeak. They fixed it while waiting. We have another scooter with worse problem and we discussed it while we were there. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and his honesty will save me money, as i know more about our e-scooters. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rob Ashburn Bicycle Repair! I initially called him for a simple flat tire fix and to get a tune-up on another bike. What truly impressed me was his thoroughness: he went above and beyond by identifying and addressing some critical recall issues on one of my bikes, making it safe to ride again. Rob is incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, and clearly possesses deep knowledge of bicycles. His attention to detail and commitment to safety are remarkable. WOW, I have a new bike! Rob is great, he comes to the customer! He is prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. Rob did a full tune-up, and replaced my tires and tubes. Then he explained all his work, and did a test drive of the bike. I wish I had done this a long time ago.

Rob was fantastic. Truly knowledgeable and concerned about your bike. He gave very helpful tips on maintenance and upkeep. So much better than dropping your bike off at a local shop and having it tuned up by who knows who. Fair prices and great service.

Very professional grade work. Owners George and Lisa are very talented and prudent with their communication. They let me know the rates from the start and were willing to inform me of any issues or potential adjustments with pricing as well as provided me with alternatives. Facility was really cool with motorsports themed decorations. I personally got my performance headers installed on my 2011 BMW 328i, as well as a full suspension refresh/ custom exhaust work on my 1998 Honda Prelude. With this facility, your vehicle (bikes included) are taken care of and properly serviced. 11/10 experience, will be a recurring customer.

I took my drift car 1hr 30min from home to this shop after coming across the shop owner at a drift event. After consulting and asking questions I decided to take George’s word for it and got a lot of maintenance that was due with my car over the winter despite not really knowing anyone at the time. This shop is super knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly, when I showed up for the first time to drop my car off it was pretty busy (owners, friends, customers) but everyone there was very welcoming and made me feel good about leaving my old drift car in their hands. Throughout the days I consistently got updates on my car which I really appreciated to see (I felt like I was part of the process which was awesome) and because my motor is pretty much untouched and +30 years old many gaskets and "while you’re in there parts" got recommended/replaced while showing me. George also noticed my horrible hacked up wiring job I did and offered me to redo. Overall George and Lisa were super honest, professional, and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I left with my car very satisfied and impressed with how great my car felt having it at 100% again after taking it to a drift event recently. I definitely plan to be back with any issues I have and don’t feel comfortable doing/trying myself, I’m also hoping I can save up enough to turbo my car someday because this is the only shop I trust to touch my car in the future. 10/10 experience!!

I have taken my car to Hardcore a couple of times. There are a few aspects of their business: custom motorcycles, restoring custom cars, and I have had some body work done a few times. Each time, my car has come back perfect and in a timely fashion. The price was fair too. Will definitely use them again.

Sometime in October of 2019 I fried a lifter in my 2013 Road Glide, and was in the market for a rebuild. I stumbled across Hardcore Choppers and met Dave, who walked me through the rebuild process, and found the best option for me and my budget. After a full rebuild, my bike rips, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. 10/10 would recommend.

Had let my 94 Softail sit for a few years after I moved, and of course now that the weather is nice I decide to take it for a ride and it ran horrible (I guess I should just be glad it started!) Dave figured the carb was nasty and it was, also replaced the coil, plugs and did a complete service – the neck was loose before but didn't realize it was a regular service item. She runs great and is way more stable now, all around better than when I got it! If you like customs check out their showroom, always plenty of cool choppers in there too. Highly recommend!
