I bought a Queen Size mattress from this store a couple days ago. I don’t know much about mattresses, but luckily Hoss was there. Hoss was the only employee working there in the moment but he was very knowledgeable and instead of just trying to sell me anything for his commission, he actually helped me pick what he thought would work best for me. The last time I will ever shop here. Ordered a 3 piece modular couch that was delivered yesterday. Immediately could tell something was wrong as the middle section did not look as plush and the color looked worn. Got closer could see that it was clearly a used piece of furniture as the fabric was worn and there was pet hair on it. Asked the driver what was up with it and that I was not accepting that piece so he called his manager. They said they would get me a new one but was unsure when at the time but had the audacity to ask me if I could just clean it. They took the middle section away but I had them leave the two ends as they were new and looked fine at the time. Technically these two pieces should fit together as it’s all modular and can be bought this way but the frames were rubbing and wouldn’t fit flush after trying. I later reviewed my driveway camera and the middle section was the only one to not come in a box but rather halfassed shrink wrapped. I called the store and spoke with a "manager" and they were the most pointless person to talk to no solution except maybe a new piece next week. Wasn’t even concerned about me being delivered a used piece. I asked about just cancelling the whole thing but they told me since I accepted the two pieces nothing could be done. They could care less and did not care to make it right in anyway. I asked for another manager and same thing except his only solution was to call the regional. I called regional and finally someone that apologized for the inconvenience and pushed to add me for next day delivery for the middle piece. I asked about the other two potentially being bent due to not fitting and how the Ashley site says 3 days from delivery to notice defects or damage for a return but apparently they are "independent" and don’t follow Ashley’s return policy and theirs is once you accept it that’s the end. Hopefully the new middle piece is fine and everything fits proper but this experience has me never wanting to step in this store again. The other rooms I need to furnish will be done elsewhere as they showed no care to make it right. Currently working with Corporate to get resolution on this whole thing and to hold someone accountable because as of this moment once they got their money they could care less about the customer or any issues that arise.

We visited many furniture stores looking for a bedroom set. When we first visited Regency, a woman showed us some sets and gave us the possible prices. When we returned a second time, Jaime helped us. He truly made a difference. He dedicated a lot of time to showing us different options according to our budget and needs. He advised us on payment methods and ultimately gave us a very good price on a beautiful set that we ended up buying. We are very happy with both the bedroom set and Jaime and his service. Deceptive, Dismissive and Unprofessional On February 21st, we called the Sterling, VA Regency store to confirm that a particular model mattress was on the floor. Iris told us three times that she confirmed that model with Damian, and it was there. We made it clear we were driving a long distance specifically to see that specific mattress. When we arrived, Damian had "left," and Liz suddenly couldn’t find the mattress. Instead of producing what we were promised, she started steering us toward other models and brands – walking us for an extended and frustrating time through the store. After we insisted on seeing the one we were assured was available, Iris claimed it had been "sold during our drive." If that were true, we would have been told upon arrival — not walked around while being redirected. When we refused to look at other inventory, Liz told us to leave. We drove a significant distance based on confirmed assurances and were completely misled. The experience felt deliberate and dishonest. Bait & Switch? Proceed with extreme caution at this location, our trust was violated.

Outstanding place to shop for a mattress. Incredible staff, clear pricing, and no-bull full service. A family-owned store that fosters customer loyalty. I highly recommend working with them. They’ll make sure you get the mattress you need, at the best price point, and get it to you quickly (while hauling away the old one).

We were both surprised & thrilled to see Mr. Baer himself pull up to deliver our mattresses. This is our second time buying mattresses for the whole family from Baer. Their knowledge & attention to detail in every step of the process is unmatchable. They even put our bed frame together around our new adjustable bed. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

I was concerned about aggressive sales personnel so hesitated in getting a much needed new mattress. I read about Baer's Mattress Den, that it was a local owned shop in business for 40 years. So I finally went there. Delighted that I was encouraged to stay on each mattress for at least 10 minutes, take my time. Michael talked with me about my health needs. He didn't push at all. He explained the structure of the different mattresses. I then made made purchase. The mattress was delivered today right on time. Michael and Matthew automatically took their shoes off at my door since I have carpeting. There was no extra charge for delivery and they removed my old mattress. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

The sales person, Teresa was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to make a decision. And being a family run business, it was very easy to communicate about my delivery, which came within a few days of my purchase. Father and son were a well oiled machine bringing in my new mattress and removing the old. 10 stars!

Recently bought a new dining table and had a great experience with Belfort. They have so many options, its almost overwhelming! I wish I had written down the name of the woman who assisted us. She was very kind, helpful, and didn't try to push any products. Their prices are great too, especially considering they carry quality brands. Will be back!

Gorgeous Furniture! Outstanding service! Everyone knows Belfort Furniture is the best furniture supply retailer in the NOVA area. 😉However, we wanted to see ( again) ,for ourselves as a return customer, if it was still true. First, we visited Belfort, fell in love with a Master King Bedroom set .. then shopped around. We ended up returning that day and purchasing our "dream furniture" that replaced our 41 year old bedroom set. ( it was time!) We bought a 6 piece King bed /master Bedroom set. The construction was substantial of solid walnut, soft closure drawers, mid-century modern/traditional design, brass hardware and unbeknownst to us, an under the nightstand lighting system which is so convenient for navigating in the dark. ( pleasant surprise feature !) Kam Nasir was our Sales Consultant the day we shopped. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He spent several hours with us finalizing all the coordination for purchase. In addition, he walked the large Belfort Property to another building to help us with the mattress purchase. I felt like he was an advocate for us to get our questions answered, get a "good deal" and be a "one point person" for all our needs. The delivery service was seamless. The "white glove" set up and removal of the old mattress was likewise professional, courteous and timely. Jose and Sergio kept us informed of the delivery window, were careful with cleanliness ( considering snow and salt on the ground) and efficiently placed and assembled our pieces in less than an hour. From start to finish we had an excellent experience including the delivery service and flexibility of advancing our delivery by 2 weeks when our plans changed. Do yourself a favor… go ahead and look at the retail stores in the NOVA area but if you want quality furniture that will endure, professional sales and seamless delivery service make sure your first and last stop is Belfort Furniture!

WORST EXPERIENCE – I would think twice before making a major furniture purchase from Belfort AT ALL. I usually don't post reviews, but it is INSANELY frustrating to pay up to 10k for "extremely high quality furniture" and be sold it all up and down the sales floor just for the builders to put holes all over it and turn the screws way too much that I get to see forever. I could have built it better by myself, my Ikea furniture doesn't have screw chips all over when I did it! It's actually unbelievable to think of them just continuing to turn the screws and break it more and more and then have them actually ship this to us and Belfort's team apparently not even look at it or look at it and think nothing's wrong even though apparently their whole team is aware that "oh Daniel's Amish has some major issues I'm sorry about that." This is NOT the way to do business when they KNEW in July that Daniel's Amish was being acquired and still apparently shipped this to me without a basic look at all of the quality. Look at the images for yourself this is insane. And all this just so we can have Belfort tell us to "exchange for something else" when they can't even get that same brand anymore since IT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS and now anything comparable costs MORE so we get to lose our pieces we really wanted and now have to pay more for what we didn't even want, great! All this after waiting 3 full months with NO STATUS UPDATES until we called 4 times ourselves. And now they have stopped responding to our emails, leaving us to just accept broken 10k furniture and have NOTHING TO DO ABOUT IT. I've attached a subset of the 35+ images I have of damage ALL OVER IT on EVERY SINGLE PIECE such as images of 2 of the 20+ screw chippings! Here's the full details: We spent thousands of dollars on a custom Daniel’s Amish bedroom set because we expected premium quality and a retailer that would stand behind what it sold. Instead, the furniture arrived with numerous chips and damaged areas, over-drilled screw marks, and drawers that don’t even stay open on their own. The condition was so poor that one of Belfort’s own employees told us it should never have been delivered. Belfort then informed us that Daniel’s Amish had closed and that replacement pieces could no longer be obtained. We tried to work with Belfort on another solution and even returned to the showroom to look at replacement furniture, but there was nothing comparable in the same style and quality without spending thousands more. Most frustrating of all, Belfort has now stopped responding. We have emailed repeatedly asking for a resolution and have received no answer. After spending thousands of dollars, we are now left with defective custom furniture, no replacement available, and no clear resolution from the retailer that sold it to us. The quality issues were extremely disappointing, but the lack of communication and accountability afterward has been even more frustrating. Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable making another major furniture purchase from Belfort and would recommend considering other retailers.

I ordered a solid wood swing from Kashmir Arts gallery. What an amazing wood material! Both wood and cushion along with fabric is s very high quality. Customer service is beyond words. All parts were packed very professionally, even along with pliers and clamps. They go above and beyond in arranging for installation as well as shipping all the way to other part of the country. I am very impressed and grateful to Kashmir Arts Gallery for everything they did for us 🙏

I've been looking for a custom flat bed for a few years, and finally found this amazing Kashmir Art Gallery which had exactly what we needed. I am amazed by the quality and finish of the custom furniture here, it's just marvelous. Also bought a 3-piece wooden sofa set for our family room. This is the cutest home decor place in Ashburn! When we arrived the owner greeted us immediately and set our kiddos up with crayons at the table. The store, right now, has a huge X-mas selection and the prices are very reasonable. The decor is a contemporary , rustic look. Very much up my alley. I throughly enjoyed coming here and I’m told a coffee shop is on the way too!

My husband and I initially visited another Arhaus location and fell in love with a set of counter stools and dining chairs. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing enough that we were seriously considering walking away from Arhaus altogether. Thankfully, we decided to visit the Laurel location and met Megan and Lauren. The difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. They were knowledgeable, patient, relatable, and never once made me feel pressured, judged, or like I was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to sell us furniture, they helped me visualize our home and make decisions with confidence. Not only did we end up with the dining chairs and counter stools we originally loved, but we also furnished much of our main living space and found light fixtures I honestly thought I’d never find. Megan and Lauren transformed what could have been a lost customer into a loyal one, and I am incredibly grateful that we found them.

Yesterday, I went with my husband to buy a sectional. We had a great experience with Andre and another guy. We were satisfied with our buy just waited for our sectional to arrive at home. So far incredible service!

Just left the store after purchasing our sofa, and I have to say, Brian and the rest of the staff here are great: they know their product inside and out, they were patient and helpful as I obsessed over which of the various shades of off-white to choose, and they were actually super nice to each other, too. Great purchasing experience! UPDATE: The delivery service was awful: less than 24 hours notice to be ready to drag dozens of boxes inside, with rain approaching, and that wasn’t the entire shipment needed to complete the sofa. I tried to like it anyway, but in the end sent it back. The footprint fit but the scale was too bulky for my room. This would be fine for a basement rec room.

Love my new Lovesac! Sales rep Doug and Ahmad were awesome and took the time to demo, answer questions and go over all the design details and different configurations for my set.
