Great work from my guys at RevTech Performance. They’ve done a great job with my supercharger installation and worked a lot with my tuner during the whole process. Car is now running great and perform well, just my front bumper was not aligned really well which I believe they’ll help me fix that too. They price matched an offer I received from another shop, the team there was very nice and seemed like good people. They installed my lowering springs perfectly and gave me a proper alignment. My only gripe is that I dropped my car off at 9 the day before and they only started working on my car the day after around 4. But once they started they got it done quick.

This first time here reached them through NAPA . I came for regular oil change / scheduled maintenance. Oil change rates vary by make / model I paid XXX

I was disappointed. First, for my Audi, I had a small exhaust crack (result in a slight sound) as identified during a routine service/ inspection elsewhere. Made an appointment with RevTech and took it there to get it welded as it was obvious based on the sound. Initially they indicated they cant look at the car until like next day or even after the weekend. Which defeated the purpose of an appointment I took to simply do the welding. Anyways. After some back and forth, they agreed for a quick look. And after ~$200, and 2 hours, they gave me an estimate that of ~$15000. Because according to them, both cat converters and resonator and exhaust etc need replacement. They even suggested that its better if I sell the car immediately before things get worse. They said if they weld the exhaust, it will break apart as soon as I drive. With all the good reviews that I saw here, I felt there is some truth to all the diagnostics. I slept on it for a few days, and took it to another well reviewed repair shop and they were amused with what I had heard and asked who even said there is a problem with cat converter and resonator etc. Regardless, they simply welded the exhaust crack and cost me $500. Been running perfectly for 6 months now with no issues. RevTech’s diagnostics were absolutely wrong in this case. Glad I didn’t throw away the money or the car.

Greg Mechanic showed up on time got straight to work. He did the job and did it well he double checked his work and walked me through what he did and explained everything very well. He’s a great mechanic very nice and respectful to me and my truck. He got the job done in a good timely manner. Easy to talk to all around great guy. I would definitely call on him again if i ever need another mechanic. Everything seems to be working great even got my cleaning exhaust filter working somehow and It’s the first time i have seen that notification show up and I have had the truck for about a year. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep my injectors clean of soot and how to keep them spraying evenly. Thank you man. GREAT WORK!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the team twice now. First, with inspections and recommendations for tires, then shortly after alignment work (which was very reasonable), and lastly, 100k maintenance. They never push things unnecessarily and really seem to over deliver in every area. I love the atmosphere of the shop, which makes it easy to stay and work, even with hours of work needed! I have never had a bad sense with this shop and can’t recommend them enough! They even added windshield fluid for me without prompting. So grateful.

4 weeks post op from having total knee replacement, I came out of physical therapy and my car would not start. Casey’s was able to accept my car and fix it within 24 hours. Took my car to NOVA Automotive to get my front bumper fixed because I had a few areas where the paint was chipping. They did such a good job! The paint match came out perfect and my bumper looks brand new again. Everyone was nice and professional and the process was super easy. Really happy with the results and would definitely come back if I ever need anything else done to my car.

We dropped off the car two weeks ago and the job was poorly done. They said it was ready, so we took time off work to pick it up before closing. My husband went twice, and each time the work wasn’t completed properly. The front bumper was replaced but misaligned and screws were loose. The second time, a different issue appeared. How can we trust to drive the car like this? Their service is unacceptable. The front desk keeps saying “I don’t know,” and the manager is never available. I’m extremely unhappy and frustrated with the time wasted and the car still not fixed.

The shop technicians have a real problem with attention to detail and the shop foreman is not following up and verifying work is 100% done and done correctly. My car was first in their auto body for 3 weeks. On first attempt of delivery there were obvious flaws in rear bumper cover and scratched sensor from crash. They agree to repaint rear bumper cover. Also agree to fix two paint chips techs put in rear quarter panels near trunk lid replacement work. Since they had to remove rear quarter glass trims and rear plastic deck to replace my trunk swing arms, interior work was needed. Headliner was dirty around both rear quarter glass and the trim was rippled/bulging near the glass from not being installed correctly – maybe clips not repositioned or missing. So, wasted trip to pickup car after 2 weeks had passed. After 1 more week I finally get the car back. But after washing the car I notice front windshield is hazy, all windows actually. Well, scraping with a razor blade reveals the ENTIRE car was oversprayed with clear coat. The new OEM trunk also has “orange peel” from too much clearcoat being applied or without enough compressed air. I call Geico, they contact shop, take car back. Another trip and 2 more days. They clean headliner and reinstall both rear quarter glass trims.They buff out the orange peel and buff/wax entire car. The rear trunk seal was not properly aligned (I removed seal in front of Mario and the sheet metal seam was not continuously vertical, obvious). The trunk seal had leaked after driving home from the beach in the rain for 3 hours. Water had sat in the weld grinding fragments (no clean up was done in trunk) and rusting under my spare tire. I only found rusty grindings oxidizing after they had the car the second time. I finally think I have my car back to pre-accident condition, as much as possible. Not done yet… The rear driver side quarter window trim is still not installed correctly! Now I also notice that no care was taken to clean the rear windshield interior after all the welding and grinding so interior glass is dirty between deck and glass. The third brake light area shows a lot of grime on the interior glass… No way to clean that area without removing side quarter trims and plastic deck again! Ugh. I contact Geico again about things remaining to be addressed and the rep has no words for what I’ve been through… The saga continues… My next visit to their shop will hopefully be the final. This will likely occur during Thanksgiving break as my son will have my car at college. They owe me a new right rear LED taillight (LKQ taillight used had imperfections). To clean rear windshield glass interior they will need to remove both rear quarter glass trims and deck to clean the glass – I’m hesitant to even consider asking them to work inside my car again to get the glass clean. I CAUTION YOU! I am a car guy and know what I am looking at. You need to know what you are looking at when you get your car back from NOVA Auto body. Oversight is not their strong suit. I am hoping the owner contacts me to discuss prior to my final visit.

Avoid This Shop – Dishonest, Incompetent, and Unprofessional If you value quality work, honesty, and customer service, stay far away from Nova Automotive Center. What was supposed to be a simple paint job my Lexus ES 250 turned into an absolute nightmare—costing me more money, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. 1. Horrible Paint Job – Visible Bubbles & Imperfections The paint job was poorly done, leaving visible bubbles and dots on the passenger door. A professional shop should be able to handle a basic repaint, but Nova Automotive clearly lacks the skill or care to do it right. Their so-called “lifetime warranty” is worthless if they refuse to fix their own mistakes. 2. They Broke My Car’s Sensors & Tried to Ignore It While my car was in their shop, I received an automated Lexus notification about sensor warnings. I assumed it was part of the disassembly and would be fixed by the time I picked up my car. Wrong. When I arrived, they didn’t even mention the dashboard warning lights—they were hoping I wouldn’t notice! When I confronted them, Cesar told me “Don’t worry about it.” That’s their solution? Just ignore the problem they created? Completely unacceptable and dishonest. 3. Broken Promises, Missed Appointments & Wasted Time After refusing to pay for the damage they caused, they finally agreed to send a technician to fix it at my home. That’s when the lies and excuses started: – January 30: Left work 2 hours early to meet their technician. No one showed up. – January 31: Left work early again—no show. Called them, they said “Oh, the vendor tried calling you earlier, so they decided not to come.” Total lie—I never got a call. Escalated to the manager. Turns out they gave the wrong phone number to their vendor. Rescheduled for Monday, February 2. – February 2: Vendor confirms appointment at 2:00 PM. I left work early for the third time. Guess what? No show AGAIN. – 4. Financial Losses & Terrible Customer Service I have now lost over $300 in wages, paid $223 more than my original estimate, and wasted 2+ weeks chasing down a fix for something Nova Automotive broke. They took my money, damaged my car, wasted my time, and gave me excuse after excuse. Final Verdict: STAY AWAY. 🚨 If you want shady business practices, terrible customer service, broken promises, and subpar work, then by all means, go to Nova Automotive. Otherwise, take your car to a professional shop that stands behind its work. I will be taking legal action to recover my costs. If Nova Automotive had any integrity, they would have fixed my car properly the first time instead of dragging me through this mess. Save yourself the headache—go somewhere else.

If you have an exotic or specialty car that needs paint correction, partial respray, a wrap removed, etc., and you’re not sure where to take it, these are you guys. My wife brought our 85 Ferrari in to remove some racing graphics and get the nose panel repainted, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Perfectly blended the correct year shade of Rossa Corsa, and I’d challenge anyone to point where the new paint starts and the OEM paint ends. And while they were at it, the mounted some new tires for me too!

I took Tim our high-mileage SUV to get an an axle replaced and some regular maintenence items taken care of. He came recommended to me from someone I trust. The work was done at a high level and reasonably priced. He understood we were taking care of the vehicle for the long run, and offered helpful observations about its condition and suggestions of future work to consider without a hard sell. I’ve wanted to find someone I can trust to look after our family rides. Tim has become that guy for us.

If you have a Porsche, you’d be a fool to go to any other shop than Intersport. Before I found out about these guys I was bouncing around multiple shops trying to get my suspension upgraded & fix my 997.1’s unexplainable weak start (it was not the battery or alternator). This whole process wasted months of my time and thousands of dollars with no luck, when I finally brought my car to Intersport it was like Porsche heaven. Omar, Artist, & Matt took great care of me and had my car back on the road running good as new in 5 days. I will not be taking my 997 to anyone ever again.
