The saga of having over month to have my car repaired and returned is complete. But I write this as erie insurance and VA T&A tried not repair the bolts shearing off the wheel as not caused by the incorrect brake installment as my fault to fix. That stung and I thanks a few representatives of VA T&A for being such nice guys in my decision to call off further legal action. Long story short the newly replaced front brakes on drivers side malfunctioned causing the tire to shear off the vehicle while driving. What I thought was minor noise of new brakes became an issue preventing my car from full functionality. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but this event could have gotten myself or others either seriously injured or a fatality if the star aligned for that situation. Our vehicles are not there for mechanics with training wheel experience to play with or to cause damage just to pad a companies pockets. I would like to continue to get oil changes but I'm still not sure it's worth the taking the risk.

Exceptional customer service and support... Arrived this morning right at 730 opening time for an emissions test. I was a walk in and there was a line of people ahead of me already. RJ was exceptional. He was very thorough and professional and had a demeanor that showed he really cared about what he's doing and who he was helping. He was proactive spending the time to explain how emissions test are reported to the DMV and the expected time. he then asked if I was on my way right now to the DMV and he gave me the physical copy and said this is all you would need. This really stuck out to me, especially in 2025 America.. I also sat and observed how the other employees were interacting with customers and was very surprised. Even the guys working in the shop showed patience and genuine compassion when explaining things to customers so the customer didn't feel "stupid". When they passed customers in the waiting area, they said good morning. It was outstanding. They had me in and out in 30 mins despite the waiting area being full of customers. They even brought my suv up and parked it right at the front door. Wow! Whoever manages this location, they are doing a great job, it clearly shows. Will definitely be back for other services. They passed my car state inspection in 2024 with all the same equipment the car currently has. I bring it in for a 2026 inspection and they fail it for the LED headlights. Quoted $190 dollars to replace and they used the cheapest bulbs possible. They try to extort someone who drives a 10-year old Subaru, like I'm made of money. They used to be a decent shop. Now they're another place that actively looks for items to pinch you on. Shame on Virginia Tire & Auto of One Loudoun and their practices. I will never return and I actively discourage others in the community to avoid this establishment.

Excellent service. Ray and RJ were extremely friendly and attentive and the customer service was way better than any other Virginia tire & auto. Wait times were not bad either. Definitely check this location out if you hate those long wait times!

Safety negligence: Shop attempted to release my Mercedes-Benz with a standard tire instead of the required Run-Flat (MOE), which is a major liability. Additionally, the alignment was returned with Caster specs significantly below Mercedes factory standards. UPDATE 5/5: Director of Sales (Jeff Trump) attempted to settle this with a $50 gift card while ignoring the out-of-spec alignment and the safety negligence. Management has now gone silent. Formal complaints filed with the VA Attorney General and a chargeback initiated. Avoid this chain if you value safety and professional accountability. UPDATE 5/12: Following my escalation to corporate leadership, Director Jeff Trump contacted me personally to apologize for the safety oversight and the unprofessional conduct of the store manager. They have since issued a full refund for the alignment labor and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. While the initial service was a major failure, I appreciate the executive team taking ownership of the safety risk and resolving the matter professionally.
