The technician, Charles, did an excellent job giving us the second opinion and we decided to move forward with meeting with Jason to discover options with replacing or keeping our system. Jason was very thorough with analyzing the system but also listening to our concerns. We are moving forward with replacement and we are very happy with the price quoted.

We had a fantastic experience with Meades, thanks to our technician Mason. He came out to our rental property on a Sunday to assess an issue with our AC unit, ordered the necessary parts first thing Monday morning, and was back on Tuesday to complete the repair. That kind of turnaround is hard to find. Mason was punctual and took the time to clearly explain what he was fixing and why. We’ve had other technicians simply recommend cleaning our units, but Mason was the first to actually take it upon himself to hose them down and do the work himself. Our tenants were equally impressed. They texted us afterward saying the technician was "very friendly and professional" and that he "went above and beyond" by cleaning both units to improve their efficiency. Our experience with Meade's Heating and Air has been exceptional! Scheduling this appointment for a non functioning AC unit was easy over the phone. The technician, Mason came on the same day and was very positive, thorough and explained options in a professional manner. He was able to diagnosis and fix the problem. We have had several HVAC companies provide service for us over the 20+ years we have lived in Northern Virginia, and our initial impression is that they are a very competent reasonable company that provides excellent service.

I had Matt in today, with Jonathan shadowing him, and they did great work! Every part of the process was explained to me – what was wrong, what that meant, what it was supposed to look like, and how to fix it. They originally came in for the yearly free maintenance check you get with a membership, but they found an issue with our water pressure system. They fixed it within a couple hours, and were out of my house by noon with a full comprehensive list of what they had done, how long it should last, and an easy expectation that if *anything* was wrong later, they would fix it (for free, up to a year later). Both young men were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Gustavo Hernandez was excellent! Fh furr has always given us excellent service from plumbing to HVAC. The technicians are respectful of my home. They are very knowledgeable. I have been having issues with my sump for a while with three floods to deal with. No one seemed to know what the issue was and my last sump pump failed in less than a year. But today, Mr Hernandez was able to solve the problem and we are forever grateful. We have the home service plan and it has really paid off. They have a lot of availability and are great with communicating on the day of service.

Loudoun Valley Floors completed a phenomenal flooring job for me. I had ancient carpeting in most of the house that desperately needed replacing. Melanie Stone provided all the information I needed to find an LVP flooring that was an extremely close match to the older wood flooring in the house. Once chosen, the measuring, estimate, and setting of installation dates followed swiftly. Melanie, Kiley, and Nicole answered all of my questions as I prepared for the installation with four cats in the house. Oscar and team actually started early so that he could assess the basement floor concrete, and they provided much needed self-leveling before the basement installation. Oscar and his team were very helpful in helping us stage where to corral the cats as they worked to install the LVP in 3 bedrooms, an upstairs hallway, and the basement as well as install good pine on two flights of stairs. Everything went so smoothly and they did an outstanding job! William and his helper came the following week to stain and finish the stairs in a beautiful English Chestnut. They too, did an outstanding job. I love my new floors and I really love those stairs. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Loudoun Valley Floors.

I am extremely pleased with the finished result and craftsmanship delivered by Loudoun Valley Floors, particularly the hardwood floors. On one level of my home, existing hardwoods were sanded and refinished, and new hardwoods were installed where there had previously been carpet. Everything was stained and sealed for a uniform look, and the result is beautiful and a major upgrade. I am also very pleased with the new carpet and its installation. On the front end, the estimate and sales process were handled quickly and thoroughly. I appreciated the clear communication, efficiency, and personal approach. I also appreciated the detailed terms and contract. With three separate teams working on the project, there was some lack of continuity around home access, securing the home afterward, and clarity on what each team was handling. The home was vacant at the time, so this mattered to me. I communicated the concern and respected how it was handled.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had our main floor replaced with engineered hardwood. Loudoun valley floors had a large selection that was price competitive. The sales person Nicole was excellent, she was quick to answer all our questions and provided all the details needed for a smooth process. The installers removed tile, carpet and hardwood in 1/2 a day and installed the hardwood very quickly while doing an amazing job. The job only took 2 total days and the team was excellent keeping the rest of our home with as little dust as possible. I highly recommend Loudoun Valley flooring, we had a great experience and love our new floors!!!

Morgan from Petti Pest Control didn’t just spray my basement… he answered a call to battle. For weeks, a tiny but absolutely vicious spider queen had claimed dominion over the depths of my basement. Now, to be fair, she wasn’t very big — but what she lacked in size, she made up for in pure evil. This tiny orange menace had apparently been ambushing and devouring wolf spiders THREE TIMES her size like some kind of eight-legged serial killer. Her web looked less like a spiderweb and more like a warning to others. Enter Morgan. Calm. Professional. Unshaken by the nightmare scene unfolding before him. While I was mentally preparing to surrender the entire basement and list the house "as-is," Morgan stepped into the arachnid thunderdome armed only with pest control supplies and courage. He sprayed the basement, eliminated the spider tyrant with precision, and restored balance to the ecosystem. Somewhere out there, the wolf spider community is finally at peace. 10/10 experience with Petti Pest Control. If Morgan shows up at your house, just know the forces of darkness picked the wrong basement.

I called 6 different businesses in my area for quotes to have my broken and leaking water heater replaced. Clover hands down had the best value AND the best customer service experience! I was blown away! While most companies charge for a quote or require a technician visit, Clover offered me a free, no-hassle quote over the phone by simply sending a few pictures (which they offer for certain services). I initially spoke with Lizzie on the phone who helped me get the process started. She was extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive with my primary call and follow up questions. She also walked me through their many guarantees and signature service benefits. After choosing Clover, they were able to schedule me for next day service to quickly have my water heater replaced. The service technicians (Austin and Ricky) were incredibly professional and walked me through everything they were doing. They are clearly knowledgeable and highly trained in their craft and we’re well equipped to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Clover and will plan on using their services again if needed!

We received quotes from a lot of HVAC companies and ultimately used Clover. Ryan did an awesome job at helping us figure out the issue with our Furnace – blower motor and inducer was bad. Since the unit was so old (20 years old) we went ahead and replaced that. We noticed major corrosion on our water heater and I asked them about fixing the dryer exhaust pipes in the wall because somehow that was crushed. Long story short we replaced the furnace, water heater and they fixed the damaged dryer exhaust pipe in the wall. They even replaced/fixed all the old gas and water pipes hooking up to the furnace/water heater. They did an awesome job. We added on some extras like the Honeywell air filtration system and the extra home air purifier with a humidifier for the home. This has helped tremendously with allergies, and dry nose during the winter. I only have the "after photos" but compared to before it looks 100% better, our furnace works great now. The piping system is still complicated but they made it way better than before. Also want to say thanks for the muffins.

Clover Services was one of very few responses I received (and were extremely quick) to respond to my request for an estimate to repair (but most likely replace) my elderly father's old boiler system from the 1970's. They arranged for one of their best technicians to evaluate the system as soon as possible and he spent a lot of time analyzing how best to replace and dispose of the the old system. Their prices were competitive and the total amount was exactly what we expected it would cost to replace. The company went above and beyond to get the equipment ordered and installed as quickly as possible so my father would have heat in time for the cold weather. This was not an easy job and not one that many companies wanted to attempt – but Clover Services, Ryan and all of their technicians took this job without hesitation and worked hard for two days to get it done. Ryan, the lead tech, was extremely professional, communicative and friendly (as was Wendy in the office) and they both made sure I understood the estimate, the timeline and all that the job entailed. They also treated my father and his home with dignity and respect. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I hired Clover Contracting for some plumbing work at my home, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained the repair process in simple terms. They fixed a leaky pipe and also checked the water heater to ensure everything was running smoothly. The service was professional, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because the cleanup could have been a bit more thorough, but I’d definitely call them again.

On Jan 16th I called CLOVER HVAC service because my HVAC was shutting down and home wasn't heating. They sent two technicians to home in short time. They observed the code 31 or 13 flashing on the carrier HVAC and told me it’s the pressure switch that is faulty. Since they claimed they were licensed and experienced technician I trusted them and paid $478 in total ( $99 for the visit + $379 advance payment o replace the pressure switch for next visit ). After they left, the HVAC system was working, blowing hot air but doesn't take break when indoor temperature reaches thermostat set temperature. (This is quite dangerous for multitude of reasons). It was like furnace inside the home. I called them to visit home and check. They suggested, I should attempt to fix while they instruct me how to do it on phone. WHAT A WORST IDEA. JUST to keep my property safe I attempted it with lot of hesitation and fear of the furnace. Then I see the furnace started accumulating water quite close to the electric/mother circuit board. I was scared because its basic electrical 101, water with active current is a worst scene. They came back on the same evening and fixed it. I was really unsatisfied & frustrated and called their office and ASKED THEM "PLEASE CANCEL MY NEXT SERVICE OF REPLACING THE PRESSURE SWITCH" because of their inexperience and the mess. They told me that they will refund that day visit cost $99 and will send a senior technician to do "FULL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC CHECK AND IF AT ALL NECESSARY, THEY WILL REPLACE THE SWITCH". I didn't like the idea but I finally agreed after they repeatedly declining to cancel the next appointment with them. Then the senior tech came and couldn't really pinned down the issue and replaces the pressure switch without concrete evidence. The HVAC ran fine for 4 days and on fifth day it started flashing the same error code 31 or 13 . I called them and they sent same senior tech again as soon as they could. At this visit he claimed he did what he should have done in his earlier visits . i.e HVAC 101. ANY LICENSING SCHOOL WOULD TEACH THIS, WHENEVER HVAC FLASHING PRESSURE SWITCH CODE YOU SHOULD 1) OPEN THE BLOWER FAN, CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS, DEBRIS AND CONDENSATE LIQUID? THEY DIDN'T DO THIS. NOT EVEN TOUCHED IT. 2) CHECK EXHAUST, INTAKE AND DRAIN PIPES TO CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS. THEY DID EXAMINE THIS. 3) CHECK THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR ANY ISSUE. THEY TESTED THIS. WHY DIDN’T YOU CHECK THE BLOWER FAN?? WAS IT TOO SIMPLE AND DOESN’T COST MUCH TO CUSTOMER? The HVAC stopped working again for the second time and this time knew I will be a total fool if I call them because $379 + three CLOVER technicians + four visits couldn't fix it . Either they knew what was the problem and they choose not to operate and scam me by replacing a well-functioning part or they don’t know above point (1). By looking at the below attached pictures and not doing HVAC 101 point (1), you might be convinced the first case is likely true. i.e they wanted to do something which would bring more money and not doing simple cleaning which could have done during their first visit for just $99. After waiting for two cold nights a genuine technician came and said there is nothing wrong with old pressure switch (he tested it by replacing it) or another component. AND just the ducts and pipes needed further cleaning. IT has been a couple days it’s working. I called them for a refund since they claim "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" if their service was unsatisfactory. SINCE YOU COULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND DIDN’T DO THE BASIC CHECK IN YOUR FIRST VISIT YOU SHULD REFUND. They tell me, they already gave $99 discount and cannot offer any further discount. I WANT TO REMIND; YOU GAVE ME $99 BECAUSE YOU PUT MY WHOLE HVAC AT RISK BECAUSE OF THE WATER LEAKING FROM THE EXHAUST PIEPE. IT WAS YOUR FAULT. YOU DIDN’T DO A FAVOUR TO ME. Now I am asking for refund because even after four visits and charging me $379 you couldn't fix the issue AND REPLACED A WELL FUNCTIONING PART WHICH WAS TOTAL UNNECESSARY. You break my confidence and trust.

Miguel and his crew were able to complete a job very quickly in a home that had water damage due to a leak in the ice maker line to the refrigerator. He completed the estimate quickly and over to insurer. He was able to start job that weekend after insurer approved the bid. It had to be completed quickly due to home being under contract and closing on Nov 10. The job was completed in twelve days and done with care. All new flooring was installed on main level, drywall repairs in basement and carpet dried, stretched, and cleaned. We had a great experience working with Mike and his team on our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations. Mike was very communicative throughout the project, quick to address any issues that came up, and the work was completed in less than four weeks. Everyone we worked with was friendly, polite, and professional. One thing we especially appreciated was how Mike handled an issue with our quartz countertop. We were told at the last minute that our selected stone was out of stock and needed to choose something else. We couldn’t find an alternative we liked as much, and Mike was able to pull some strings and get us the exact quartz we originally wanted. Our designer, Eva, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful with guidance. Our only feedback would be to provide a few more options for finishes and materials. We were often shown only one or two choices, which felt a little restrictive since we prefer to compare several options before deciding. We did end up sourcing a few items ourselves, but Eva was still helpful along the way. Overall, we felt the pricing was good. As with most renovations, change orders can get expensive. We added heated floors in our bathroom, and the final cost was higher than the initial estimate, but the quality of the work was very good. We also noticed a few small issues after the project was completed, and Mike was quick to address them. We’re very happy with the finished renovations and would absolutely recommend Mike and his company.

After multiple problems that were "fixed" the best yet was finding paper towel shoved into a crack between the bathroom vanity and the wall. The attempt to conceal this with a lump of caulk was even poorly done. I’m pretty sure this merited ripping out the vanity and starting over and not creating a huge eye sore of a box around the cabinet base with a 2 inch awkward overhang. I’m not sure what the problem is but this does not look like the work of "professionals". If you care about the aesthetic of your home, look else where.

Communication was smooth and constant — even in the evenings when needed — and both managers handled our questions, revisions, and scheduling perfectly. We have used Langley's services for three projects. The frist wassthe conversion of our fireplace from gas to electric, along with the corner wall which held our 65"" tv. The staff developed a design that included the fireplace and a mantel as well as the TV. The crew then got to work and made the changes, coordinated all country permits and finished up the job in a week. I was impressed enough to contact them when we had a water leak and need repair to our laundry room ceiling. I contacted Langley told them my issue, we agreed on a price that included labor and material They pulled the damaged ceiling down replaced it and painted it. It both projects the crew was respectful of our property and made sure everything was protected and cleaned up when complete. The last project was based on my comfort level. WE were having replacement windows put in our great room wall and I wanted to ensure that the custom made plantation shutters were not damaged. so because of the craftsmanship used in the two previous projects in contacted Langley. Then came in before the replacement and removed the shutters and returned after the installation was complete and reinstalled them again a job well done.

Langley Remodeling did an entire kitchen remodel for us from design concept through completion of the kitchen of my dreams. I didn’t think I had the space to expand, but they came up with a beautiful design and made it happen; and it is stunning. The entire team worked seamlessly with the highest quality of work. Langley Remodeling was referred to us by friends who had a bar built in their basement. I cannot begin to tell you how HAPPY we are with our experience with Langley Remodeling. From the very beginning Langley was professional and helpful. They made high quality 3D renderings for my kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms – even though they knew it might be a while before I could get the bathrooms done. I must have changed my design for the kitchen and laundry room 8 times before we settled on the final design. Not once did UE lose his patience with any of my questions or requests, as a matter of fact I always got new renderings from the designer the same day – sometimes within the hour! Let me first start by saying if you are looking for a company to do a remodeling project, large or small, we highly recommend calling Langley Remodeling. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We moved into our home nearly 9 years ago with a completely unfinished basement, and we were ready to build our dream basement. We first contacted a contractor that we had previously used and whose work we were happy with but as circumstances would have it and several months later with no progress, we parted ways with him and began our search for someone new. After scouring the internet and reading multiple reviews, we decided on our top 3 companies to interview. In the end, we decided on Langley, and we are so happy we chose them. From the very beginning, you feel like a valued customer. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry and later that evening we were talking to UE, the president of the company, about our project. UE was very friendly, patient, and transparent about how their company works and explained in detail their process from the design to the construction. We knew what we wanted in our basement, but it was the design where we most needed direction. When UE first came out to our house, he spent more time than any of the other contractors we had interviewed going over our project and taking measurements, photos, and video of our basement. He promised one of his designers would be contacting us in a couple of weeks because they were finishing up other projects; however, Pinar, our designer, reached out to us within a week and immediately guided us, inquiring about our interests and style. She gave suggestions on how best to communicate our interests like sending her pictures and/or setting up a Pinterest board, which worked well for us. Throughout the design process, Pinar was patient, creative, and a pleasure to work with. If we had different thoughts about her rendering, she would be open to our ideas and would incorporate them into her design. Construction began very soon after we agreed on the design and contract details. Our project manager Starlyn and assistant project manager Kenia were very professional and pleasures to work with. Starlyn was very patient with us and was at our job site practically every day making sure progress was moving along. As first-time customers and since the project was quite large, we were naturally a bit stressed about how things would go, but Starlyn was patient and understanding, and he would address all our questions or concerns as they came up. All the construction workers were Langley employees from the carpenters, plumbers, painters and electricians. We really did not interact with them too much but when we did, they too were very polite and professional. At the end of every day, my wife and I would look at the progress, and we could tell they were very skilled due to the quality in the craftsmanship. I could keep going about how excellent our experience with Langley was, but I will let the photos of our project do the talking.
