One Loudoun is one of our favorite places to go in Loudoun County. It has a great mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and open space, so it works for a family outing, date night, or just walking around and grabbing something to eat. We love that there’s always something to do without it feeling too overwhelming. It’s clean, well-kept, easy to walk around, and has a fun community feel. The kids enjoy the space and energy, and there are plenty of good food options for everyone. It’s become one of those reliable local spots where we know we can go and have a good time. Patel Brothers in Ashburn has been my family's go-to South Asian grocery store for years, and it's actually my grandma's favorite place to shop. They have everything you could possibly need, from fresh produce and authentic spices to snacks, frozen foods, sweets, and hard-to-find South Asian ingredients. Their bakery section is always stocked with fresh breads and delicious desserts that taste homemade. One of my favorite parts is their made-to-order street food counter. The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and has the perfect level of spice if you enjoy authentic South Asian cooking. Every meal we've had has been high quality and consistently delicious. The store is clean, well-organized, and the selection is unbeatable. Whether you're stocking up on groceries or grabbing a hot meal, Patel Brothers has it all. Highly recommend!

This is a mega Indian store in Ashburn catering to all the needs from grocery, fresh vegetables, juices and packed snacks. They have a fast food place, sell all type of rotis and pre made snacks like samosa etc. Nice and clean place. Well organized with reasonable prices and plenty of parking

Someone said that it is an 'Indian Disneyland' as far as food is concerned. Huge variety of Indian groceries and packages snacks. Plus they have their own prepared food and snack items. Only issue I found was that they do not use 100% whole wheat flour for rotis. Hence what you think are whole wheat rotis may not be 100% whole wheat and can have a mix of whole wheat and refined flour (but still labeled as whole wheat). So it's a personal choice. You may read up about it on whole wheat labeling laws and what the difference is between whole wheat flour and 100% whole wheat flour.

My Brazilian friend got me hooked on Trader Joe’s, and today was only my second time ever shopping here. I can already tell you I’m obsessed. Everyone is so nice. You almost feel like you walked into a Hallmark movie where everyone greets each other, smiles, and is genuinely kind. I am absolutely here for it! The Ashburn store is clean, very well stocked, organized, and the customer service has been outstanding both times I’ve visited. Thank you for being kind and creating such a pleasant shopping experience. We definitely need more of that in this area. Five out of five stars, easily. And Trader Joe’s, if you’re listening, we have plenty of space in Sterling for another location. Preferably right by my house. Just putting that out into the universe. 😂 Until then, I’ll happily keep making the trip to Ashburn!

Went there Sunday 5/11 in the morning. We asked about the trader Joe's tote bags that everyone is after and even though there were none available, Ivy was a great help. Ivy answered all our questions quickly and succinctly with a smile and added additional information to her explanation. Additionaly, after we finished shopping, she quickly got up to check us out even though she was in the middle of stocking. Her welcoming and friendly approach combined with her efficiency, knowledge and willingness to help should be recognized and hopefully she is already a team leader. We definitely appreciated Ivy's help as she was much better than the snappy coworker with the glasses that initially talked to us that day. If the only employee interaction we had that day was with the snappy lady, I'd have given this place 3 stars. It's Ivy that saved the day. She's great. Go Ivy! You're the best! Keep doing what you're doing! 👍👍👍👍

"Worth the extra drive!" This is hands down the best Trader Joe's in the area. The inventory is always fresh and well-stocked, and the team here is so welcoming. I’ve noticed the quality of the same items is often better here than at other locations. Plus, returns are a breeze. Highly recommend this specific branch!

Giving Trader Joe's in Ashburn a solid 4 stars feels right because when things go sideways, you can genuinely tell they are trying their absolute best, and it is rarely their fault. Let's be honest, walking into this location is usually an absolute vibe. The store footprint is tight and efficient, parking is surprisingly manageable compared to other chaos zones in the area, and the shelves are routinely packed with top-tier specialty goods, organic finds, and killer wine selections. When you are hunting down frozen orange chicken, fresh flowers, or unique snacks you cannot get anywhere else, it delivers a great grocery run. The crew working the floor is typically as welcoming as it gets, whether they are hustling to check out a massive queue or helping someone track down viral mini tote bags with a smile. But perfection is hard to sustain. Sometimes you walk in hoping for a birthday bouquet perk only to find out supplies ran dry, or you run into a cashier who looks like they are having a rough shift, or corporate-level supplier recalls make national news over stray particles in the dumplings. At the end of the day, it is a phenomenal market with a stellar team that genuinely cares about the community experience. They are putting in the work, and even on an off day, it beats the alternative grocery grind any day of the week.

Very disappointed with Lotte. I paid $7 for this watermelon and bought it just an hour ago. When I cut it open, it had a large hollow center and was poor quality. For how expensive everything is, I expected much better. Definitely not worth the price.

I recently purchased pomegranates from Lotte Plaza Supermarket, and the quality was extremely disappointing. When I opened them, many sections were clearly spoiled — the seeds were discolored, mushy, and had an off appearance that made them unsafe to eat. This is not a minor quality issue; this is basic product handling and freshness. Produce should never be sold in this condition. It raises serious concerns about how inventory is stored, rotated, and inspected before being placed on shelves. I expect better from a grocery store. At minimum, there should be proper quality control to prevent customers from purchasing inedible food. I would strongly recommend management review their produce handling process and ensure that expired or spoiled items are removed before sale. Customers should be able to trust that what they buy is fresh and safe to consume

This store is pretty amazing. So many variety of items. Lots of fresh produce and bulk spices, fresh seafood, chicken, beef, etc. I stopped in today since a friend had bought the Mushroom seasoning for us last year and we were running low on it. My husband loves to cook with the mushroom seasoning. It’s in one of my photos and is on Aisle 2 on the bottom shelf. The shelving that is closer to the front of the store. They have a very large variety of Korean food items and they also have some regular American brands, but not in a large quantity so the prices may be a little higher on the American brands. I tried to get some photos of the pricing. I recommend checking it out. The produce section was very large. The pepper section was huge compared to regular stores. The is a crosswalk in front of the store to assist with wheel chair access and the stores doors are "auto-open". See photos.

My daughter in law had ordered a huge pickup and catering order and I was sent to pick it up. Ren made it a point to talk to the bakery so that I wouldn't have to go in to pick up the catering order. I lost my receipt less than an hour after making my purchase, so I went to Customer Service to ask for a copy. Instead of helping me, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. He claimed I needed a membership just to get a copy of my receipt and told me I would have to contact corporate instead. That makes absolutely no sense for a purchase that had been made less than an hour earlier. What disappointed me the most was that no one even tried to find a solution. Good customer service is about helping customers, not making excuses or creating unnecessary obstacles. This was a very frustrating experience and one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had at Harris Teeter.

I absolutely love shopping at the Whole Foods in Reston. They consistently offer top-notch products, and the variety is incredible. One of my go-to items is their organic rotisserie chicken—it’s always perfectly cooked, flavorful, and makes for a great, easy meal. I’m also a big fan of Maple Hill milk, which is hard to find at many other stores, but Whole Foods always has it in stock. Whole Foods seems to be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit. They’ve got a salad bar that’s incredible, and amazing warm food bar that changes throughout the day. Starting with breakfast of course but the food is really good. Their fresh baked bread is better than anything you could get at the normal grocery store. And their cheese selection is pretty expensive, considering the small area in the store. The meat counter is fine, not exceptional but it’s OK. Doesn’t seem as if they deal in much prime grade beef so expect choice grade for the most part. The produce department is solid, everything seems really fresh for the most part. Occasionally they have some questionable vegetables but nine times out of 10 it’s a solid choice. Tons of craft beers if that’s your thing, none of the big namebrand beers so just be prepared for that. The wine selection is great, and though most of their groceries are higher priced than a typical grocery store the wine selection seems to be reasonable in terms of price. They also have a large Amazon return section, that is well staffed and pretty seamless for returns. Really nothing bad to say about this location, it’s the nicest Whole Foods I’ve ever been in.

This is, by far, the worst Whole Foods I've been to. The food bar is predominantly junk food and never has any variety. In contrast, every other store has fish and a much wider selection of non-fried food and boneless chicken. The soup bar is poorly stocked; popular soups are frequently empty. Same goes for the bakery. Complaints to management go unanswered. Visit Wegmans instead.

Had a great meal at Ted's Bulletin in One Loudoun! We came to try their seasonal lobster menu, and it was amazing. The lobster was fresh, flavorful, and they were very generous with the portions, there were big chunks of lobster in every bite. We also ordered the Caesar wrap, and it was one of our favorite dishes. It was fresh, well-seasoned, and really filling. We also appreciate that they offer halal-friendly options, which makes it an easy spot to recommend to friends and family. The restaurant has a really welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for anything from a casual lunch to a business meeting or date night. Before we left, we checked out their in-house pastry and coffee bar, which is such a nice addition if you're looking for dessert or a coffee after your meal. Overall, everything from the food to the service was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back to try more of the seasonal menu!

Just took a day out with the kids to visit the Loudoun One area and passed by the outdoor seating here. The vibe was pleasant, we were hungry, so we checked it out. Ted's Bulletin feels fancy but comfortably homey at the same time. Seating was a bit tight, but that's the closest I have for a complaint of any kind. The place was busy even in the middle of the week, but we were seated inside without a wait. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and informative about menu questions. One appetizer really stood out to me and that was the spinach and artichoke dip. It was the one and only time I have had actual artichokes in this type dip – everywhere else it is literally one piece. This was packed with artichokes, you can see and taste the spinach, and the sauce isn't oily or gooey. It was perfection for an appetizer. The mozzarella appetizer was crisp exterior, soft cheese interior, and just the right temperature to dig in immediately- again not greasy or oily. After the appetizers we enjoyed a combination of wonderful entrees from sandwich, to burger, salad (which was large, fresh, and bountiful!), and finished with very generously sized desserts, which were shareable. We will visit here again when in the NOVA area again.

This was my first time at this location but have been to the NOMA location a few times. It was such a perfect spring evening so we definitely wanted to eat outside. We started with an order of cornbread with cinnamon butter. The cinnamon butter was sinfully good! I chose the chicken piccata pasta. I’m not one for a thick creamy sauce but this was lighter with the white wine and lemon. Dave love’s breakfast for dinner so he chose the Big Mark and quite enjoyed every bite of it. The hash browns looked so crispy and yummy! Happily for me, it came with a Ted’s tart and he picked my choice, the seasonal Cherry Blossom. Not only was it beautiful with petals on top it was tasty too!!! Services was very good also.

Ive been here several times and every time they provide excellent service, top quality food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I love their breakfast foods. Everything is made in house and the food certainly reflects it. Whether you order the breakfast burrito, hash browns, tots, eggs, steaks, tarts, biscuits and gravy (honestly anything on the breakfast menu since thats what I mainly get), you will not be disappointed. Im not a big fan of paying exorbitant prices for "fancy" brunch foods that dont fill you up. But here they do it right, and its reasonably priced. Id go here for their breakfast any day, just make sure you make a reservation in advance or come super early.

Great shopping experience From the very first bite, I could tell that these sweets were made with love, care, and top-quality ingredients. The freshness, aroma, and texture were absolutely perfect — every piece melted in my mouth and left a lingering taste of happiness. Whether it was the rich chocolate flavor or the traditional sweets, everything tasted authentic and well-balanced — not too sugary, just right. The presentation was equally impressive! The packaging was clean, elegant, and handled with care, which made it feel extra special. It’s clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are top priorities here. I also appreciated the prompt service and friendly attitude — the team truly values their customers and makes the entire experience smooth and pleasant. These sweets are perfect for any celebration, family gathering, or simply to treat yourself after a long day. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family, and everyone loved them too. It’s rare to find sweets that bring such joy and comfort in every bite. If you’re looking for something truly delightful, high-quality, and made with passion, these sweets are a must-try! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. 😊🍬💖

We visit Ashburn Town Square often as our preferred pharmacy is there as well as we could grab a delicious breakfast bagel or some sushi from Chin Chin cafe, and for some Asian grocery you have the Lotte plaza as well. They have a bunch of other places like Manhattan pizza, GNC, Frozen yogurt, karate classes, dentist, etc. One complain I have is that the plaza needs a face lift and some of the stores need some decent upgrades, it looks like it’s run down and getting degraded.

Ton of places to see… not a damn place to park. My hat is off to the Einstein that designed this like a metro station was right around the corner.

We just had great help with the self service checkout at this Harris Teeter. Brenda saw that we were having some problems of our own making and very cheerfully and helpfully stepped in to help. After our watermelon overturned a bag, she helped us get it all off the floor and back in the cart. And when we then, absorbed with reliving our clumsiness, walked off without running our charge card, she found us in the parking lot to clear it up and signed off on our ticket — all with grace and a great smile.

We ordered a cake for my son's birthday and were absolutely disappointed. The frosting was very visibly low quality and generic. The cake was way to dry and tasted nothing like cake. I am never going back their for cake.

This place could be better. Having to grab a basket outside is weird to me and more then likely go without n buy less. Dont know how they make money if they make baskets inconvenient. Pricing is crazy high. I only go here if i dont feel like driving far. Staff is nice. Most of the food is fresh but one can tell it sits long due to the prices here. Now the main issue i have with this store is how they let their lines get long and me and other customerssit n watch as managers are in office NOT noticing. Most stores know their flow of customers and this shouldn't happen. So about 5 times ive come here and the lines has been long with bare minimal cash registers open (2 at most) and people seem to be guided to self checkout which isn't the best when the line over there gets long as people can easily butt in front of someone, its just badly akward where the self checkout is if the line gets long. They should do better with customers not waiting in long lines or any lines if you have such high prices like it is there. Do better in that area and I'd understand your pricing but right now this place is acting like a walmart with much higher prices and I believe they can do better.

Store manager Alison needs to learn some lesson how to be helpful. Everyone is busy and we do understand that it doesn’t mean to be disrespectful to another person.
