I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new vet. Goose Creek came highly recommended and exceeded every expectation I had! I’ve now seen Dr. Stewart & Dr. Cleland for my fur-child’s care. They are so compassionate & you can tell they care a lot about providing you with the best care. They answered all my questions, even the ridiculous ones lol, without judgement. They went into extreme detail, which made me feel comfortable knowing my pup was being well cared for. Also, I don’t want to forget all the wonderful nurses that helped in the care of my pup. We have taken our beloved Bimmer here for the past 7 years since we first moved to the area. We have always really liked them. Sometimes it felt like they ran extra testing, which did add to the cost, but at the same time, I would always prefer them to be extra careful rather than miss something. Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to our family member. At the moment when we needed support the most, this team truly stepped up. Dr. Fernandez sat there and cried with us, you cannot imagine how connected I felt to them during such a tough time. This was our first time going through this, and I am actually crying writing this six months later because I am reliving the moment. But Dr. Fernandez gave us comfort and peace of mind when we needed it most. We weren’t rushed at all; instead, we were encouraged to stay with him as long as we needed. It was the saddest day of my life, and it meant everything to not feel pressured to leave before I was ready. They even sent us a beautiful gift afterward, which brought us to tears all over again. It was a wonderful gesture. If we ever welcome another four-legged child into our lives, this is exactly where we will bring him. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team to care for their family members. The pic is bimmer in 2022 at the Vet’s. Though we love them, Bimmer was not too fond of the place, but he liked the people :).

Losing our 16.5-year-old Westie, Leo, was immensely difficult, but the team at In Memoriam treated us with extraordinary compassion, patience, and kindness during a painful time. I want to extend a special thank you to Christina, who guided us through the entire process. She could not have been more thoughtful, understanding, or supportive. The memorials they created in honor of Leo were beautiful, deeply personal, and truly special to our family. We are so grateful for their exceptional care and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have worked in the veterinary field for over a decade and have grown familiar with several different pet cremation services over the years. I was always so blown away by the care and dignity that In Memoriam showed to the pets entrusted to them. I have known for years that, no matter where my career or life took me, this was the company I wanted handling my beloved pets. I reached out to In Memoriam months ago when my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. Scott called me personally to go over all the details and options. He also checked in periodically to see how my dog was doing, at one point even asking if my dog was able to enjoy the snow storm that came through. When the time came to say goodbye, they fit me in after hours on a weekend and Harry, who was equally as wonderful as Scott, asked if I wanted to be present for the whole process. That transparency alone speaks for itself. I can see this has been said in other reviews, but In Memoriam truly made one of the worst days of my life a little more bearable. I cannot thank them enough for the relief and reassurance I felt knowing my pet was safe in their care, and that he is now back home safe with me.

Everyone was so kind and made it all as easy as it possibly could be. In March 2026, our Dog Lana Lang died and we brought her here where they treated us and her with the highest respect.When we were there, we found out they also cremated my horse last, April, Sonny Madison.I highly recommend them. They made a heartbreaking experience a little bit easier

In Memoriam Pet Services was very caring about my dog’s passing and were very respectful and accepting of my requests. The terra-cotta pawprint was perfect and the urn I got with his photo and name plate was such a beautiful tribute to him. They even set aside a small amount of ashes so that maybe I can get a necklace made with it or something.

We are very grateful to In Memoriam Pet Services for the care and respect they showed during a difficult time for our family. Losing Louie was not easy, but their team (along with Dr. Megan Lowman) handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and dignity.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had to euthanize my heart horse and they were there within and hour and a half. It was the most respectful, gentle and honorable process I could imagine- and that’s for a 1,300 lb horse. Every contact I had with the company was sensitive, and deeply honoring of the power of the loss. His ashes were hand delivered to me at our home 4 days later. I hope you never have need of this service – but if you do, know that you and your beloved companion will be well cared for. Our vet recommended them and she said that every experience she has had has been wonderful and that why she trust them with such a sacred responsibility.

First class in every way. Our dog’s ashes were ready quickly which gave us peace. The staff was wonderful and kind and it was very comforting to bring our beloved Nanook back home. Highly recommend In Memoriam.

My dog has been going to Dogtopia Canton for years. She loves it there. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Such a great daycare experience here with my Great Dane. When I first started bringing him, he pulled me away from the building due to separation anxiety and was terrified to go inside. After a few weeks of regular visits, the staff had worked with him so much that he pulled me TO the door for the remainder of time using their services. We experienced the sweetest staff and really appreciated having Dogtopia so close to where we lived at the time. We would definitely go back if we are in Baltimore again.

Yesterday while at Daycare, my Buddy got a deluxe bath/blowout and had his nails clipped. They did a great job! He was a clean, fluffy, happy boy when I picked him up, and he took many naps once he wa home. My thanks to Houndstown and their groomer, for a job well done!

Our Black Lab Puppy, had his first Meet and Greet on the 11th of December. I was able to view him on the webcams. He was having a ball with all the other dogs. Bruno was scared to be around other dogs and the barking. Now he hears neighborhood dogs bar and is not scared. He also approaches other dogs when he goes for a walk, where before he use to cower by me feet until we passed the other dog. The personnel there were friendly when they picked him up and dropped him off at the front of the building due to COVID restrictions. Bruno seemed happy to be with other dogs once he was in the Dogtopia dog environment. We signed Bruno up for 5 more visits and will see about getting more visits for him as we monitor his progress and demeanor once he gets home from every visit. First Meet and Greet session was very good and seemed to be a lot calmer at home for the next few days. We don’t know about other Dogtopia sites but we would definitely recommend Dogtopia of Canton.

Loved the cameras. And the team was very responsive on email which is important to me. Was able to see that the employees kept the areas pretty clean and even took the time to give a doggy report card and answer any questions at pickup. Dog came out smelling normal which is AWESOME compared to other places I’ve tried near college park where there are no camera and the dogs smell like straight urine

We can’t recommend Pack Place K9 enough! Our Border Collie puppy, Linkin, has endless energy and a very strong personality. Before training, he was definitely running the house, and we knew we needed someone with real experience who could help us understand how to properly train such an intelligent, high-energy breed. From the moment we met Jimmy, we knew Linkin was in great hands. Jimmy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. Linkin absolutely loved going to training, and it was obvious he enjoyed every session. One thing we especially appreciated was the communication. Jimmy kept us updated every step of the way with videos, photos, and even personal phone calls to explain Linkin’s progress and what we needed to continue working on at home. It gave us so much confidence and made us feel like we were truly part of the training process. The progress Linkin has made has been amazing, and we now have the tools and confidence to continue building on everything he learned. The lead trainer, Jimmy, is a miracle worker. But not only that, he teaches you step by step through instructional videos that he makes every day he spends with your dog, how to get the same great positive results in your own home. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, hard working, and reliable. He took a reactive dog and inspired her to feel calm around other dogs. Jimmy understands dogs and is able to earn their trust and cooperation quickly. You can trust him to deliver exceptionally well!

I would like to start with do not hesitate to trust them in the process and have Jimmy trained your dog!. I remember the first day I walked with my dog having no control over him. Jimmy really listen to my needs and the dog as well. I think the price! Is great and he has giving my dog such a great foundation of commands where I can continue with his training and fulfillment. I wish I could give Pack Place K9 1,000 gold stars!!! My husband and I were referred to Jimmy at Pack Place K9 and we cannot say enough good things about this place and Jimmy!!! We were on the fence about taking our 4 month old aussiepoo puppy to petco or spending thousands of dollars on police-like training(which she really doesnt need), we couldnt find a middle ground until our friend told us about Jimmy at Pack Place K9! Jimmy walks you through the psychology of dogs and trains YOU so you can continue to see growth even after the program. We enrolled her in to the puppy training program which was 3 weeks(2 full days/week), we dropped her off according to her morning routine and were able to pick her up after our work day. Jimmy is super thorough and communicates everything he does. I loved that he checked in every day while she was there to send pics/videos of her progress/socializing with other dogs. She is much more comfortable/confident around other dogs since she gets neutral supervised hangout time with other dogs in the program/passed the program. Which is much better than the experiences she’s had at dog parks with misbehaved dogs/inattentive owners. We have seen a huge improvement in not only her behavior (no nipping, less reactivity, obedience) but our relationship with our pup since Jimmy taught us the proper dynamic between human and dog. Our pup respects us and wants to be with us and learn. Jimmy taught us how to make training fun for our pup and how to fulfill her so she’s not acting out of boredom. We plan on continuing her training here and using their daycare services because all the staff here is amazing!! We had a really amazing experience with Pack Place K9 and the owner Jimmy for our dog Toby! We got Toby as a puppy during COVID so he was definitely under socialized and struggled with reactivity. We decided to look into a training program and found Pack Place. During our first meeting, Jimmy immediately impressed us with his professionalism, expertise, and experience. Right off the bat, he had really great insights for what we could be doing differently as owners to help manage Toby’s behavior, and we felt really confident signing him up for the orientation program with training. Jimmy’s training philosophy really emphasizes building a genuine and trustworthy relationship with your dog, which was definitely apparent with Toby! He was definitely nervous at first but by the end of the program we could tell he really enjoyed going to day camp and having new experiences, like trying agility exercises and meeting new dogs. Throughout the process, Jimmy sent us many video and photo updates personally and even took Toby to different environments in the area to help with his socialization. He really went above and beyond, providing us with tools and knowledge we needed to be better owners. I really felt like he genuinely cared about Toby and our needs. We now know how to manage Toby’s reactivity a lot better; Toby is a lot less reactive on walks and the socialization he’s gotten with other dogs has been a complete game changer. I cannot recommend Pack Place and Jimmy enough for anyone looking for any type of support with their dogs!! It has been worth every penny. We’ll be continuing to send Toby for day care since we can tell it is a really great addition to his life 🙂

I can tell all the staff genuinely like their job and have a true love for animals. I especially appreciate how informative they are of my pet’s current condition and what preventative care would benefit my pet in the future to optimize their quality of life. This clinic sends follow up messages to check in on your pet after appointments and also provides pricing estimates that help me decide on future care for my pet. I can’t say enough good things about Caring Hands! I recently moved from Arlington to Ashburn, and finding a new veterinarian can be nerve-wracking—but we truly hit the jackpot here. Everyone is incredibly kind, gentle, and thoughtful, and it’s clear that the entire team genuinely loves animals. They also take wonderful care of the humans! They take the time to explain what is happening, answer questions, and make sure you feel informed and comfortable. You never feel as though they are rushing through your appointment just to get to the next one. I grew up in a small town, and Caring Hands has that same warm, personal, small-town approach—where you feel like you and your pet are truly known and cared for. I’m so grateful we found them!

Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Ashburn has been our go-to veterinary practice for our two dogs. The staff is always friendly, caring, and attentive, and we truly appreciate that they follow up to check on our dogs after their visits. The one concern I’ve noticed over the years is the significant increase in prices. About nine years ago, we paid around $75 for a veterinary visit, and now the cost is over $100 not counting vaccinations, etc. The increases seemed to happen gradually and without much communication, which was disappointing. We have been happy with the care our dogs have received, but if we decide to get another pet in the future, we will likely research and compare other veterinary options in the area.

Caring Hands has been absolutely phenomenal with both of our dogs! From routine visits to a couple of unexpected emergencies, their team has consistently gone above and beyond. They’ve always found a way to fit us in quickly, and every time, they take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on so we feel informed and confident about our pets’ care. What truly sets them apart is their compassion. The last two visits, we had the same vet tech, and she was incredible—so warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our dogs’ well-being. You can instantly tell that everyone there truly loves animals and treats them like family. I wholeheartedly recommend Caring Hands to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. My husky Kodak had a great experience at Caring Hands! I wanted to find a new vet in the area so we went in for a check up and vaccine update. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The vet and vet tech seemed to genuinely care about Kodak and his wellbeing, plus he got lots of treats, so he was happy!

Morgan at Woof Gang is the best! This was Chiku’s first grooming appointment, and she made it such a wonderful experience. Chiku is a mini Goldendoodle, and after I showed her a reference photo, she groomed him exactly the way I wanted—he looked perfect! She was patient, caring, and Chiku absolutely loved her. Morgan even went the extra mile and sent me grooming photos, which I really appreciated. He came home looking adorable and smelling amazing. Her attention to detail and genuine love for dogs truly show. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Wood Gang! This was our dog’s very first haircut, and the entire team was incredibly patient and kind with him. As nervous dog parents, we really appreciated how well they cared for him and made the experience positive. The grooming itself was done surprisingly quickly, and they even gave us a 15-minute heads-up before he was ready for pickup, which was so helpful. And the haircut? Absolutely adorable! He looks fantastic. The shop itself is also the cutest space. You can tell they truly care about both the dogs and their owners. We’re so happy we found them and will definitely be back!

We love Wolf Gang Bakery! It’s such a nice, intimate grooming salon and shop. We were shopping around for a great experience in Ashburn and we are so lucky to have found them. Our dog Nero has never looked better and his grooming lasts forever. We now do a full every other month and mini in between. There is no comparison. Come here for your pet needs!

“We knew our goldendoodle had some matting and discussed it openly with the groomer before the appointment. We specifically chose Woof Gang because it markets itself as a premium boutique grooming experience — the kind of place where you pay more for patience, communication, and individualized care instead of a rushed ‘assembly line’ shave-down like you’d expect at a big box pet store. We were told to expect roughly a 3-hour appointment. Instead, after barely more than an hour, we received a text that our dog was ready. When we arrived, our dog had been completely shaved down — unevenly at that — with virtually none of the coat preserved. To make matters worse, we were charged a ‘de-matting fee’ despite the fact that no meaningful de-matting appears to have been attempted. The explanation we later received was essentially that brushing through the matting would have ‘taken too much time.’ That’s exactly the problem. We paid boutique pricing ($145) expecting boutique-level effort and care, not the fastest possible shortcut. What’s especially frustrating is the completely contradictory communication from staff and management: * At pickup, my wife was told all groomers are the same experience level. * When I called to complain, the manager (Jamie) suddenly explained that not all groomers have the same skill level, and that a ‘more skilled’ groomer completed the job much faster than the person who did intake would have. * We were also told the dog was too matted for real de-matting, despite the fact that this was never clearly communicated during intake as an unavoidable full shave. If a full shave was truly the only humane option, then say that upfront before starting. Don’t set expectations for a thoughtful grooming session, rush the appointment in one-third the quoted time, and then charge extra for de-matting that never happened. Jamie was polite, but the apologies felt rehearsed and empty. No accountability, no adjustment to the bill, and no meaningful resolution — just ‘I’ll have to speak with the owner.’ The before-and-after speaks for itself. We trusted Woof Gang with our dog because of the premium reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed, misleading, and entirely inconsistent with the level of service they advertise.”

I could not be happier with our experience at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming today. My 6 month old 50lb Bernadoodle named Rowan, went in and saw Jamie, and our experience was phenomenal from top to bottom! Unfortunately, we did not go see her or Woof Gang for his first groom, and I wish we had! We went with a different company, and we had a really difficult experience with his first groom. The experience left both myself and him very nervous for another one. His first was only a partial groom with that company in order to introduce grooming, and I had been dealing with repercussions of that groom at the vet for the last few months since Rowan had gone (lack of communication throughout, nicks from grooming tools in sensitive areas, ear infections, my puppy now being anxious around grooming tools, etc.) Need less to say, I went in to Woof Gang today so nervous for a full groom appointment, after what we had been going through. To my complete relief and elation the staff at Woof Gang were so patient, accommodating, understanding, and kind, and especially our groomer Jamie! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Embarrassingly, I was so nervous, I had forgotten his vaccine paperwork at the house! They were so kind and understanding, they let me text it to them, and then bring them the hard copy when I returned to pick him up! It was so incredibly nice of them! As we spoke before the groom, Jamie really listened to every concern and request when I arrived, and made me and Rowan feel so welcome and heard, especially with all of the complications of the last groom so fresh. I left him at his appointment feeling so at ease and like he was in wonderful hands, unlike with the other company. He came out looking fantastic and exactly as I had requested. The best part was seeing my pup look so unbelievably happy and relaxed. I could tell that he absolutely loved Jamie and he just kept giving her kisses, and he was more than content to go with her anywhere! No signs of the nerves, anxious behavior, or red “whale eyes” like with the other company either! What a relief! She was a wonderful communicator and very knowledgeable from beginning to end, and she walked me through all of the feedback and how his groom went. I cannot thank Jamie and Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming enough! We will absolutely be returning and the experience today has earned our trust and loyalty as a customer. Also, I just want to mention that their baked goods are made with such care and love. My son enjoyed picking out a beautiful baked treat for his puppy to enjoy when we got home. This was the proverbial icing on the cake! Rowan loved it! Lastly, I’d like to mention that the price was also unbelievably reasonable for the service provided! Especially compared to the fact that the other company charged double only for the partial groom, compared to what Woof Gang’s price was for the full (and Rowan was twice the size and coat)! I want to thank Jamie and Woof Gang so much for taking such wonderful care of my fur baby and for helping us to have such a positive experience for the whole family. This is absolutely a groomer I would trust with my puppy as he grows, and I would recommend Jamie and Woof Gang to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, supportive, patient, and caring groomer! I cannot recommend them and Jamie enough!

I have been here many times and it’s a 60-70% success rate if you don’t have a fixed hair styler. Sometimes the hair cut is too bad that you need to redo it again. I have seen this especially with newer staff. Overall everyone is very friendly here and greet you well. The hot towel at the end is refreshing but the hair cut is a hit or miss depending on on who you get that day. For the price, I think it’s okay but if you have an important presentation next day and want a 100% good hair cut, I would skip this place.

Have been to Ashburn Friends Barbershop for the past year and a half and they never disappoint. Attention to detail, efficient, and quick with the haircuts. Entire staff is welcoming and a pleasant atmosphere there. Shoutout to Jeannie for a fantastic haircut today. Hope they continue with their great service. Cheers!!

I’m so glad I stopped in for a haircut today. The place was very clean and calm. Grace did an excellent job on my hair. It looks better than it ever has!

I wasn’t happy this time. After the lady finished, she asked me to check my hair, and I found an area was over-cut. When I asked her, she stated it was because I have a lot of gray hair on that side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t wearing my glasses, so I couldn’t confirm. But when I went home, the uneven area was very clear. I think she is new; it was my first time seeing her. She’s the tallest lady in the shop!

Excellent service, close attention to details. Best haircut for the price in the area by far! I will be going back! Highly recommend

Best chiropractor I have ever dealt with. He is about making sure you are cared for over the money and in today’s day and age that means alot. Truly recommend trying the shockwave therapy as part of your treatment it is a game changer.

This Pet Supplies Store is awesome! I went to the store early Friday, March 20th, 2026 morning. I believe the individual who helped me was Christine. She was absolutely fantastic! She greeted me right at the entrance when I walked inside the store. I told her I was rescuing a cat today and had a list of items I needed; I also mentioned how I was on a time crunch due to a work meeting I needed to attend. Without even hesitating, Christine said, “No problem, let’s go” and walked the whole store with me helping me with every item. Not only was Christine so knowledgeable [both as a store operator and personal owner of a cat], but she was so kind, respectful, conscious of my budget constraint, and amazing at every step of the way. Christine was the exact type of person I was hoping to run into inside the pet store, which felt very daunting and intimidating at first to me, as I have never owned a cat. Through Christine’s thoughtful and considerate approach though, I was done with getting everything in about 15 minutes or less; I thought it would take me over an hour! Christine deserves a raise, promotion to management, and should be a role model for new trainees, other store operators, and customer service in general, as she exemplifies the best in all of us. Two thumbs up for her and this specific Pet Supplies Plus that has everything I needed!

Great store all around! Christine and all the staff are awesome folks and always helpful. This location has a decent selection of cat food and treats, especially the varieties of Delectables and Churus I normally don’t see in other stores.

Poor management! Dog wash being monopolized by 2 adults while only using 1 wash. Reported to management and they did nothing. Not the first time this has happened. Other customers cutting their dogs hair and taking over an hour. Employees never enforced their policy. Never waste time or $ in that store ever again.

The cats that are for adoption are in a dirty cage, the sandbox was full of poop and the smell coming from the cage was unbearable. It is so sad because while the employees were talking and hanging out, that is okay, they could have been cleaning the sandbox and the cage as well. My husband and I brought attention to it talking to the employees, we hope they can start to clean the cats’s space and sandbox more often

This store is smaller than chantilly. Apparently they have a mobile vet here that you can take your pets to. I came here for some Earth Animal chicken Jerly that is on sale, and my girls eats about 1 bag a day. They also have the aquarium Graceland vacuum which they have.
