I had a sizable lipoma that needed removing. My dermatologist could not take it out. My primary doc recommended Dr. Mountcastle. He and his team were fabulous! I could not be happier. Didn’t need a full anesthesia, walked right out of there. Kristen was so sweet and helpful. Everything ran like clockwork and the wound has now healed so nicely. Dr. Mountcastle and his entire team were absolutely wonderful. I was incredibly nervous going into my appointment, and my anxiety got the best of me, leaving me a bit lightheaded during the procedure. I went to a number of places for a tummy tuck consultation and always walked away feeling uneasy about it until I came to this place. Dr. Mountcastle could’ve told me to get a tummy tuck but he was the first doctor to give me the 360 liposuction option. No other doctor did, he said I qualified for it and it was less traumatic and a quicker healing process. He could have never mentioned it to me to get more money but he didn’t. I didn’t even think about liposuction because it was never on my radar. That sealed the deal for me, he was looking out for my best interest, gave me options and actually listened. The staff were/are so kind and sweet, one appointment I had to bring my toddler and they were so understanding and told me this is a kid friendly place. Before, during, and after the procedure the staff and Dr. Mountcastle were so supportive and helpful, I thought my anxiety would get the best of me but NOPE, it was a walk in the park and they had a lot to do with it. If anyone is looking to get something done, this is the place for you 🙂

I was able to schedule an appointment for next-day and all the staff was super kind. They were very efficient and I was brought right back into a room. After speaking with the nurse, I only had to wait about 2 minutes for Dr. Mountcastle to come in. He was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this clinic!

I was referred to Dr. Mountcastle by Dr. Wilhelm, a fantastic podiatrist. Originally I was seeking schlerotherapy, and underwent one round of injections at the Med Spa. However, during the follow up, the Med Spa RN immediately sent me for an ultrasound — that very minute— based on some symptoms I was having. Dr Mountcastle himself did the ultrasound within 15 minutes and discussed the ablation procedure that was necessary. I am so impressed and grateful that, instead of continuing the schlerotherapy which they could have easily done, they wanted to ensure that the problem was treated. Although I had to wait for my insurance preapproval longer than I would have liked, scheduling both legs was very easy. I can’t say I enjoyed the procedures but the staff and nurses made the experience very good and Dr Mountcastle is excellent. I felt like I was in the best of care from the minute I entered his practice. That is the hallmark of a great physician’s office. I’m still anxious to see the results (I guess it may be several months) but I’m posting after today’s second procedure to say that I am very impressed by Dr Mountcastle, the Med Spa, all reception staff and nurses. First class. I live 50 minutes from his office and worth the travel!

I started going to Mountcastle in January 2026, and have primarily seen Maria for 2 micro-needling treatments and 1 Morpheus treatment. The place is extremely clean/well maintained, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and Maria, is the absolute sweetest. She’s very real and honest about the process, what to expect, and realistic about the results. Micro-needling needs more than 1-2 sessions so I don’t want to speak on results, but the staff all seem knowledgeable and my experiences there have been great. They are priced higher than many other places in the NOVA area for micro-needling, however, I’m confident in the staff and “you get what you pay for” so I’m happy to pay a little more if it’s a place I feel confident in! I highly recommend, only giving 4 stars because I can’t speak on results yet and the pricing.

I had the CO2 laser done at Mountcastle Medical Spa and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was very nervous going into the procedure, but they took the time to answer my questions, applied excellent numbing cream, and gave me a sedative that really helped me relax. Dr. Mountcastle was wonderful as well. He even took the time to personally call me before my procedure to answer my questions and ease my concerns, which I really appreciated. To my surprise, the procedure was much more comfortable than I expected and was made fairly pain-free thanks to their numbing protocol. I felt well cared for throughout the entire appointment. I’m only in the early stages of healing, but based on my experience so far, I will absolutely be back in six months for another CO2 laser treatment. I highly recommend Mountcastle Medical Spa to anyone considering this procedure.

Me and my mom came for an appointment with Kim. Mom asked for a V-cut from Behind and she didn’t do as asked and I asked for layers but she didn’t do a single layer with my hair, just trimmed the edges and made it shorter. Plus, she kept hurting me with the comb and wasn’t gentle with here hands. Each one of us paid $85, so $170. They already got our money. On the other hand, Kudos to front desk ladies for changing our appointment date when asked for it without taking fees.

If there is an option I would give a negative rating for this saloon. I went to this saloon for hair color and blow dry. I got what I need but later I realized that they ruined my hair forever. During blow dry they used flat iron as well, my hair is naturally curly. Even after 7 washes my didnt came back to normal and when went back to them and asked for a reason their behavior shocked me even more. They just said they dont know the reason and also said I need to pay put chemicals to get my normal hair back. When I said no the stylist is very rude and said I cant help you and dont waste my time I need to take my next customer. So I lost my money and in return they ruined my hair.

I love Radiance Salon! I’ve been seeing the same stylist since he started there 1,000,000 years ago. I like the color, we change up the cut from time to time and it’s always a fun atmosphere! You’ll love it too… just go!

I highly recommend Amenity Esthetics & Day Spa for anyone considering laser hair removal. Avoid. Not worth the frustration. Was bumped by 15 minutes and then had to wait an additional 22 minutes for my appointment. Only received a 40-minute massage when it was supposed to be 60. There is an unauthorized charge of $26.40 on my credit card. The staff wasn’t pleasant and clearly didn’t resolve the problem they caused. Go somewhere else… not worth the frustration.

Rubi is the best! She is knowledgable and gives personalized advice on what is best for my skin. I have had facials, electrolysis, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, micro needling (meso)and every time the results are terrific. I highly recommend Amenity Day Spa and Rubi.

Very expensive and the basic membership doesn’t include anything more than regular facials. Spent a lot money here for wedding prep and unfortunately not worth the money. Monthly membership for $169 includes facial and weekly B12 shots but availability for appointments is limited. Despite the discount you get as members for microneedling, 3 sessions cost me over 2k with minimal results. Macy is great and I loved her facials but not worth $169. Especially when they don’t tell you ahead of time if there is an upcharge for certain type of facial and I ended up paying $269 for a hydra facial, when I’ve definitely gotten a similar or better one for less than $100. There is a 6 month commitment when you first sign up and I thought it would end the membership but they don’t let you know that you have to give a written notice 30 days before for cancelling and I kept getting charged despite writing an email. Staff is nice and professional and facility itself is aesthetic and clean, but the place screams money grabbing and that’s what they do. The results/service just does not warrant the price tags. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience but if money is not an issue and you have flexible work schedule (because the appointments are also limited), this is a decent place for your monthly maintenance. For people looking for more affordable skincare clinics, there’s better options out there.

I waited until my sessions were over to give an honest review of my experience with Ahsburn Laser & Skincare Med Spa, especially with Massie and the young woman at the front desk who always greets you with a big smile when you arrive smile. I found this place by searching on Google Maps for nearby locations offering laser treatments. Initially, I was a bit skeptical because of the pain and the treatment process, especially since I was diagnosed with PCOS, which makes it even harder to get rid of unwanted hair. So, I was very worried about how this experience would turn out, but I can definitely say that I am now in very good hands. After my first visit, they really gave me all the information I needed. They do not make you wait unnecessarily; they are very punctual. Once you agree on the prices and procedures, you begin the treatment. As everyone knows, laser treatments can be somewhat painful. Massie was very kind, explained the process step by step, and offered advice on how to improve my skin. After my first visit, I had a very positive experience and a great first impression. I continued with sessions roughly between one to two months apart until the last one. I can honestly say that after completing the entire process, it was all worth it. The hair started to decrease, and ingrown hairs also reduced. I noticed that my skin became brighter than it was before. I am really happy with the results! After the 6 sessions, they recommended touch-up sessions for even better results. In my opinion, the prices are very affordable, and the customer service and quality of service provided deserve recognition! Thanks for such a great experience! I definitely recommend this place.
