This review is for Michael Johns and his delivery crew for Liberty Safe & XCAL. Michael had fantastic communication, even while he was traveling out of the country for vacation. The process was simple and straightforward. It was really nice being able to walk into XCAL to view the comprehensive lineup from Liberty. A wide range for every budget. The delivery guys were professional, efficient and clean. They installed the dehumidifier and lights here at my house and it looks great. I was speaking to a couple other safe distributors/resellers and Michael/XCAL was by far the best value. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed myself at XCAL in Ashburn. They have a nice, modern facility that is very organized and well kept. The staff there was professional, friendly, and very patient when answering all of my questions, taking their time rather than rushing me. I thought it was especially impressive how safe and detailed-oriented they are; they take your comfort into account regardless of whether or not you are experienced with it. Their equipment is top-notch, and they have a very positive environment. Absolutely one of the best spots around.

I recently joined Xcal as a member. Having had memberships at other shooting ranges, all I can say is Xcal beats them hands down. The facility is extremely modern, clean, and completely on point for a 21st century indoor shooting range. In my opinion though the staff definitely makes the difference. Everyone is polite, professional, and welcoming. No attitudes, just geniune gun enthusiasts enjoying what they do. I'm glad I joined and look forward to many years as a member. Cheers!

Took my son for his first time at a range. Every staff member from the front desk to registration to RSO’s were polite and informative. The entire facility is clean and inviting so don’t worry about brass building up around you; without being intrusive it was swept away when needed by the staff. We are already planning a return trip next week and I appreciate the option to shoot everything from a 22 to a 50cal. Prices are reasonable, especially for the amenities and we definitely will be looking into a membership.

Awesome place. Super friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to assist my sons shooting pistols and automatics for the first time. Went with my family of 5 from Australia in April 2026. No issues with my sons 8, 13 and 14 shooting a variety of firearms including automatics. Very safe and fun. Would love to come back again!

I just learned about this new bike place in Ashburn, and it was super timely because my son was due for a new bike! We walked in and immediately saw the perfect bike for him! He did a little test drive, and it was a winner. We also got a helmet that fit perfectly as well as a bike lock. The owner/manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be back for my own helmet! Love this place!

So incredibly impressed by this shop. I’ve wanted to get into road biking for the past year or so and had been exploring Facebook marketplace, but with limited knowledge, felt like going to a shop was a better move. Boy did that turn out to be the case! Tyler worked with me for a few hours this past Saturday and got me hooked up with my first road bike and I’m now hooked. So incredibly professional and an amazing demeanor. They’ve got a customer for life and I highly recommend checking them out!

My experience was actually 5 stars! First I called to ensure I could drop off and have my bike back soon. The technician could not make any promises but once I dropped off I was immediately given an assessment and cost estimate. I was able to get my bike back the following day and it was like riding a new bike. The work was expertly done and the estimate was on target.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chris, the mechanic is great. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my bike and got it back to me quickly. Prices are reasonable, too.

Great shop! They fixed up my 30+ y.o. GT mountain bike and it rides so smooth now. I was worried they would push for an expensive overhaul given how old the bikes was, but they gave a very reasonable and sensible quote to fix up my bike. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alan who instantly knew my bike from that era.

I bring my own Ammonia free (Tints of Nature) made in England; hair color. Ms. Amina has been doing my color & cut since 2018. She does a GREAT job and a very pleasant person. I think this is a GREAT place and every one is so nice.

We went to Momo & Grill roadhouse and the food is pretty good and the decor and ambience is warm and cozy. Service was excellent. They do add 20% tip automatically and add also add card processing fee to Sales tax on the tab

I had the steak and eggs for brunch. It was good however that cut of meat had more fat around it more than usual which made it less enjoyable. The service was good. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The way things are now prices are up everywhere so I'm not surprised to pay almost $100 for 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The staff is very friendly.

I love this lake. They did a excellent job with the landscaping… some shady and some sunny areas on the trail creating a nice balance of tempatures for cooling on a hot day. I love the variety of flowers and there are turtles, birds, fish what you might spot while walking the trail. The trail is 1.5 miles, but you don't really notice it because there is so much to see as you walk.

Been a member for over two years. But lately noticed couple of issues. The steam room has not worked since December. Also, the same with one of the fitness equipment. I do understand needing maintenance. But 5 months out of service, with no reponse for a plan/date to fix is unacceptable. Other than that experience, I did like the place!

Good gym but alot of machines do not work, also the Leg press doesnt have any weight on it I think its broken. But they did not leave a note on it or anything. Needs improvement in the machine area but overall good

Easily the best gym I have ever been to. Extremely pleasant atmosphere and I give my utmost recommendation. Very inspirational and welcoming environment. The gym staff are Amazing, Michelle is always so welcoming and always with a smile on her face.

Amazing gym, by far the best one I’ve ever been to. Top of the line equipment and any piece you could think of. Lots of space inside as well as plenty of parking too. Very friendly staff as well!

Still the best gym in Northern Virginia. Sure it could use a sauna, and the locker/storage situation isn't ideal, but it has enough machines and space that it's rare to have to wait.

An iron paradise. Multiple machines for every body part. Some I've had to Google because in 32 years of lifting, I've never seen. Only 2 issues. They play music obnoxiously loud and the floors are concrete so it echos like crazy. Also you have step over tripods and around every 20 year olds camera shot. Update. The music is still obnoxiously loud.

Great gym, I always travel to the area for work and get their punch card. The day passes are a lil expensive but this place is still awesome.

Called to ask their membership rates. the lady who picked up thought I’m calling to sell them something because I asked for a sales consultant! She shared the rates are $99/ month. for a $100/ month I’m expecting some amenities or different type of machines compare to the other local gyms but the lady just didn’t care and said yeah we don’t have any amenities and didn’t really explain then what is the different between their gym vs. commercial gym that’s $40/ month

My fiancée and I came in this past Saturday, 4/18, with about 30 minutes until closing. The store was packed! You could see the employees running around helping everyone — it was awesome. We immediately noticed the team effort from the moment we walked in. Every customer had different needs: some wanted specific styles, some were focused on looks, and others, like me, needed a wide and stable shoe. My fiancée needed something comfortable for walking since she’s on her feet a lot for work. It was great watching how well the employees interacted with everyone. We worked with Tori, and she was amazing — fun, knowledgeable, and clearly knew her shoe game. Her interaction with us and other customers was top‑tier. She was professional but also felt like a real person with a great personality. She genuinely cared about what would be best for our feet while also considering how we felt about the look of each shoe. She brought out several pairs and explained why each one could be a good fit. If a particular color wasn’t available, she offered alternatives and even checked other stores. So helpful! This was the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. This store is always great, and we will definitely be back!

I’m new to running and was recommended to go to this store by a friend, as I suffer from lower back pain and really want supportive shoes. I walked into the store and was not greeted. The lady helping another customer simply glanced at me. After a while of me standing around, she asked if I needed anything. However, the group that entered right after me was immediately greeted and the gentleman at the front counter who appeared to be free the entire time, approached them to assist. I was eventually approached and asked if I needed help by an another older woman( don’t know her name). but by that point I already felt overlooked, so I left. I understand stores get busy, but as a new runner, it made me feel overlooked and uncomfortable. I know I may not dress like a typical runner (because I’m not) and I am young. But I think everyone deserves the same basic level of acknowledgment and customer service. Everyone can try a new hobby.

Great time at the Puma demo. Had a good run, also. Won the Puma shoes in the raffle. Shoes are great. I am enjoying running in them.

My first time in the Ashburn location. Overall, nice store and excellent experience. Zach was awesome – very professional, knowledgeable, thorough in evaluation, super nice, patient, and provided great options. During checkout, I was ready to pay full price because the shoes felt great and the customer service was exceptional. To my surprise, it rang up with a fabulous discount, so I purchased TWO pairs! I definitely plan on coming back and highly recommend PR Run & Walk in Ashburn.

I was only able to get 1 pair of inserts for my running shoes at the Reston location, so they called a hold order into the location at One Loudoun in Ashburn. I felt a bit bad as that is the store that is close to home and I should have checked there first. However, Reston was close to another visit. They arranged for curbside pick-up but I masked up and entered to find Chris who was with another customer. I had a chance to look around the store and then he handed me my inserts. Will stop by again later to look at other good walking shoes. Very friendly and I hope this local store remains open.

Outstanding place to get your racquet restrung. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a great guy. I've had several racquets restrung and always been happy with the quality. I highly recommend it for your next stringing.

My wife and I play recreational tennis and needed guidance with what racquet and string to upgrade to. We drove almost 2 hours to visit the store based on other reviews and we are so glad we did!! Sean at the Ashburn location was so patient and helpful teaching us about each racquet and string. He also helped me with finding shoes that worked best for me. We walked out with two new strung racquets and a pair of shoes. I highly recommend Sean and Tennis String Theory!!!

Pat was SO helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out a racket and determining my grip size/ options because I’m kind of in-between 0-1. He was also super informative while helping me decide on strings & tension based on my needs. They did same day stringing & it was done by the time I finished running an errand. Very excited to get back into playing after a ten year break! 10/10 my new go-to place for all things tennis. Thanks, Pat!

By far the best place for everything tennis in all of Virginia. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a massive selection of rackets and strings for prices that cannot be matched anywhere. I’ve been doing business there for over 4 yrs and I couldn’t be happier

Incredible experience! I have attended this store multiple times, and my most recent one was incredible. I came into the shop looking for a very specific vintage ETB as I have always wanted to open up packs from that era, which they had. When I put my entire order together, I was short of the funds needed to purchase it, so I was about to take cards off of my order to do so. The shop owner then allowed me to make my purchase at effectively a large discount ($50), to which I am incredibly grateful. If you are interested in vintage products, this is definitely a great location, as well as for modern Pokémon as well. So happy with my experience!!!

Sold some old Pokemon cards in binders and card sleeves. Dropped them off with Daniel at the store so they could catalog and get a price list, took about a week but they came back right in the range expected. Full list of cards and prices, offer was more than fair. Payment was quick and easy. Their site and staff are upfront with the prices they will pay off retail for cash or store credit, so it’s clear ahead of going forward. Store was very clean and organized, every staff member I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for selling, buying, or visiting this shop!

Awesome store!! Trying to master an older Pokemon set, and it’s been so hard to find – This store has their bulk organized by set! And they had a ton of the set I was looking for so bonus points there :’) They’re super friendly and chill, and very very organized. Will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I have visited Continental Cards several times, and it's our favorite store! The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly and inviting. The staff is kind, always willing to help, and their knowledge is impressive. They always recognize us, making us feel like valued customers. They’ve even gone out of their way to look for things that I’m personally looking to collect. Their product selection is vast and interesting, especially for collectors like me who seek out Japanese Pokémon cards. Highly recommended!

Severely disappointed. I had every intention of spending significant money on pokémon products. The selection was not bad, if not a little more expensive than comparable stores in the area. The most egregious offense though, which compelled me to write this review, was a complete lack of welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean and in a nice area but the staff were dismissive. Perhaps some customers like to move in and out without exchanging any words, but I would have expected at least a "Welcome to our store!" or "Anything I can help you find?". Absolutely nothing. I don't expect to be treated like a king, but it was hard to not leave with a bad taste in my mouth when the staff were chit-chatting away across the store, looking at their phones, and not even acknowledging me despite looking at the display case and sealed product for a good 10 minutes or so. These guys were more interested in watching the TV. I saw about four or five other customers within that time whom were also not acknowledged and walked out. It's so unfortunate considering the last time I came, there was a really kind gentleman (asian guy) who was friendly and extremely informative about any questions that I had.

went to Diventures to get a snorkel and goggles, and the service was great from start to finish. Walter helped me, and he did an excellent job. He knew exactly what he was doing and did not rush anything. He took time to explain the differences between each option and helped me find gear that actually fit my face properly. That made a big difference because fit is everything with goggles and snorkels. He adjusted the goggles for me and showed me how to check the seal before buying. He also explained how to position and clear the snorkel. Those details helped a lot because now I know how to use everything correctly without guessing. The store felt clean and organized. The gear looked high quality and well maintained. It felt like a place that focuses on safety and doing things the right way. Walter’s customer service stood out the most. He stayed patient, answered every question, and made sure I was confident before I left. It did not feel like he was trying to rush a sale. It felt like he wanted me to get the right gear.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Diventures on our recent trip to Dominica! As first-time scuba divers working toward our Open Water certification, we were a bit nervous going in—but the entire team made us feel completely comfortable and supported from day one. A special shoutout to Walter Sweeney, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, patience, and passion for diving really stood out and made a huge difference in our experience. The instruction was clear and thorough, the dive sites were stunning, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to scuba diving. Highly recommend to anyone—especially beginners!

Willie was SUPER helpful breaking down equipment basics for a beginner and helping find the right gear to get started. Very knowledgeable and personable – explained things in a way that wasn’t at all overwhelming. Thrilled with my new bag of gear!

Willie was incredibly patient as I agonized over a 2XL/S wetsuit or a single XL/S wetsuit. He insisted I keep the one I ordered online that was the right size rather than buying the wrong size from him. Now I’m in the Bahamas ready to go! I wanna take a trip with Diventures for my next one!

I’ve come to expect a certain level of service when I walk into Lululemon, and this location definitely delivered—maybe even exceeded expectations. The staff here are almost too friendly (and I mean that in the best way possible). Janine stood out right away. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. Throughout the entire experience, she had a smile on her face and a positive, helpful attitude. This location is truly lucky to have someone like Janine on their team. She made the whole visit enjoyable and effortless.

Shane was super helpful with a return and exchange. He showed me how to use all the cool features with my travel bag, and I can now pack and travel a lot easier now.

The employees here are the sweetest people EVER!! I have never had an amazing experience at lululemon, friendly sometimes sure, but this was so amazing. I felt so seen and happy when conversing with the employees. 10/10 reccomend!!!!!

Just called here to get some information on some leggings and let me tell you something the customer service was out of this world! He was so kind on the phone answered every single question at pointed me into the right direction. I love our customer service over the phone I haven't been in yet I will say that but I'll tell you this over the phone it was spectacular!So they will definitely be seeing me coming in the store. Knowing that they have great customer service over the phone makes me feel very comfortable to go inside.
