Terrible return policy - I went there to return some Xmas gifts that didn’t work out and was told it’s a 14 day return policy. I bought the items 3 weeks ago and they wouldn’t even offer a store credit so now I’m stuck with clothes that will never be used - have never had that experience with a retailer. This review is for awareness for others.

Used to love shopping there but received a gift with a receipt and it couldn’t be exchanged. Zero willingness to assist. Very disappointed.

I had the best experience at Scout & Mollys. The women who worked there (i wish i had her name!!) helped me pick out an outfit for date night. Her suggestions were amazing and it was an outfit i never usually would have picked out. She made me look and feel amazing. She also was just wonderfully kind. Thank to the team! I will be back often.

Beautiful clothes with amazing customer experience. Stylists are very knowledgeable about all the lines they carry as well as fit and wearability. Great choices for all figure types with great quality! Offer styling sessions options that help you with developing your personal style, that are comfortable and a fun experience! A gem of a boutique!!

Awesome place to shop l spent two and a half hours there today,and totally enjoyed every single minute.l left with a jacket l'm loving,and waiting for another coming in,in my size,also saw some other great stuff that keeps scrolling my mind tonight so l know l'm going back soooon!and customer service outstanding so helpful.
