06/06/26 I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters location in One Loudoun. The entire team went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a high level of customer care. I truly appreciate the effort they put into creating a positive experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding service and repair. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding my expectations!

Wow! I genuinely had a pleasant, enjoyable, and even fun glasses‑shopping experience. Bernard was incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel effortless. He knows the frames inside and out, and his perspective on what suited me was spot‑on. Even though there are LensCrafters locations closer to me, I’ll gladly keep coming to this store. I'm happy with the new glasses I received. I’d love to work with Bernard again.

I am writing to complain about my experience during my eye exam appointment today at 12:30 PM. The white lady (front desk) who assisted me was extremely unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Before properly verifying my insurance information, she immediately told me that my insurance was not accepted. She did not appear willing to take the time to check my coverage thoroughly. Her attitude made me feel dismissed and unwelcome, and I felt as though she was trying to rush me out rather than assist me. What makes this even more concerning is that I went to another LensCrafters location afterward, and they accepted the exact same insurance without any issues. This leads me to question whether my insurance was ever properly verified at your location. I also want to express that, as a person of color, I left feeling that I was treated differently because of my race. I cannot know her intentions, but the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel discriminated against, and that is deeply upsetting. No customer should leave an appointment feeling disrespected or unwelcome. LensCrafters has been my preferred place for eye care, but after today’s experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I ask that you investigate this incident, review how I was treated, and take appropriate action to ensure other customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I paid a lot of money for my eye exam, and after everything, I still cannot see properly with the prescription I received. I understand that I arrived about 20 minutes late, and I take responsibility for that. However, Kiana handled the situation very poorly. She wasted a significant amount of my time going back and forth about rescheduling my appointment instead of helping me. The entire interaction was frustrating, and I felt that my time was not valued. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, an accurate eye exam that would actually help me see clearly. Unfortunately, I received neither. I’m very unhappy with the service and the overall experience.
