Azita is amazing! She is always so kind, professional, and does a fantastic job on my eyebrows every time. She pays attention to detail and makes sure they look perfect. Her prices are very reasonable, and the quality of her work is outstanding. It's clear that she cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I made the mistake of having my brows and eyelashes done before I went on a anniversary vacation with my husband. The results were absolutely disastrous. I looked like I had overgrown, and war torn, black caterpillars above my eyes. I’m blond so that was fun. (Truly, I looked insane. It was giving, I have returned from conquering Prussia, and own my own cast of falcons.) I spent the next two weeks constantly applying castor oil on them, trying to fix the damage done. And my eyelashes were curled too tight, and I think the solution was left on too long? Because what lashes didn’t just curl in a complete circle backwards, just broke off. Live and learn. But be careful. I can’t speak to every individual who works here obviously, but my experience was horrendous. I’m six weeks out and my eyelashes are starting to grow back. They’re coming in all different directions. I looked ridiculous for good four weeks. Never never never never never again.

I recently visited this studio for a brow lamination after searching for a place closer to home. The location is convenient, parking is easy, the studio is very clean, and the interior is beautiful. The pricing is reasonable as well. Those aspects definitely deserve recognition. I want to mention that I rarely leave negative reviews unless I am extremely disappointed. In this case, I am. The service felt very impersonal and cold from the moment I arrived. I understand that not every appointment needs to feel like a social experience, but there was no consultation or effort to build rapport. I tried engaging and asking questions, but the interaction felt indifferent. More importantly, the quality of the work did not match the price or expectations. I paid $80 for brow lamination and threading. I specifically asked for fluffy, brushed-up brows. There was minimal consultation beyond a quick question about trimming. Too much hair was cut, the brows are uneven, and they are not fluffy as requested. The result does not look professionally done. Additionally, the threading was barely done. I still had noticeable side hairs that I had to remove myself afterward. Since brows frame your entire face, precision and attention to detail are extremely important. This appointment was done by Durga who said that she is the owner, which made the outcome even more disappointing. Because the studio itself is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located, I am giving two stars instead of one. However, I would not return and cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I also like to keep track of where I go, and writing a review helps me remember my experiences clearly.
