Loudoun Valley Floors

Loudoun Valley Floors completed a phenomenal flooring job for me. I had ancient carpeting in most of the house that desperately needed replacing. Melanie Stone provided all the information I needed to find an LVP flooring that was an extremely close match to the older wood flooring in the house. Once chosen, the measuring, estimate, and setting of installation dates followed swiftly. Melanie, Kiley, and Nicole answered all of my questions as I prepared for the installation with four cats in the house. Oscar and team actually started early so that he could assess the basement floor concrete, and they provided much needed self-leveling before the basement installation. Oscar and his team were very helpful in helping us stage where to corral the cats as they worked to install the LVP in 3 bedrooms, an upstairs hallway, and the basement as well as install good pine on two flights of stairs. Everything went so smoothly and they did an outstanding job! William and his helper came the following week to stain and finish the stairs in a beautiful English Chestnut. They too, did an outstanding job. I love my new floors and I really love those stairs. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Loudoun Valley Floors.

We recently had our floors leveled and new flooring installed by Loudoun Valley Floors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was meticulous, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the project. They took the time to properly address the floor leveling, which gave us confidence that the installation would be done the right way, not the easy way. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work, and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic. They were not the cheapest option we considered, but after seeing the quality of their craftsmanship, communication, and overall execution, I completely understand why. Sometimes you truly get what you pay for, and Loudoun Valley Floors is a perfect example of that. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in their work, stands behind their craftsmanship, and delivers exceptional results, I would highly recommend Loudoun Valley Floors. They exceeded our expectations and transformed our space.

I am extremely pleased with the finished result and craftsmanship delivered by Loudoun Valley Floors, particularly the hardwood floors. On one level of my home, existing hardwoods were sanded and refinished, and new hardwoods were installed where there had previously been carpet. Everything was stained and sealed for a uniform look, and the result is beautiful and a major upgrade. I am also very pleased with the new carpet and its installation. On the front end, the estimate and sales process were handled quickly and thoroughly. I appreciated the clear communication, efficiency, and personal approach. I also appreciated the detailed terms and contract. With three separate teams working on the project, there was some lack of continuity around home access, securing the home afterward, and clarity on what each team was handling. The home was vacant at the time, so this mattered to me. I communicated the concern and respected how it was handled.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had our main floor replaced with engineered hardwood. Loudoun valley floors had a large selection that was price competitive. The sales person Nicole was excellent, she was quick to answer all our questions and provided all the details needed for a smooth process. The installers removed tile, carpet and hardwood in 1/2 a day and installed the hardwood very quickly while doing an amazing job. The job only took 2 total days and the team was excellent keeping the rest of our home with as little dust as possible. I highly recommend Loudoun Valley flooring, we had a great experience and love our new floors!!!

Loudoun Valley floors did an excellent job installing LVP in my house and refinishing stair treads to match. They made sure everything was done with high standards and no short cuts. Their price was very competitive. Shannon, my sales rep, was really helpful and responsive. Highly recommend them.
