Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia

We recently had a water leak in our laundry and living room. Paul Davis Restoration assigned Pablo and his team to start the water mitigation. They were professional and efficient throughout the process by staying on schedule, providing an open communication and maintaining the cleaniness of our home. Thank you for doing a great job!

Everyone at Paul Davis was amazing, the Project Manager Hassan Malik, the Abatement Team, the Rebuilders and the Pack Out Team. Our home was a HUGE project with plumbing issues, water damage and asbestos in multiple rooms. Mr. Malik and the rest of the team treated us and our home with professionalism, compassion and respect. Outstanding job! I definitely recommend Paul Davis and their services.

They were extremely response and the team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and treated my home and belongings with great care. Their professionalism helped calmed me during a very stressful water leak and damage. I’d like to provide a special thank you to my two project managers, Tre and Malik, as they were especially professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the stressful situation much easier to manage. The cleanup and restoration work was completed thoroughly and with impressive attention to detail. I truly appreciate the care, respect, and quality service Tre, Malik, and the entire team provided. Miguel the project Manager was amazing. He provided us an amazing crew of hard-working men who were very professional and very clean and did a great job. I would recommend him and his crew for other jobs.

Miguel and his crew were able to complete a job very quickly in a home that had water damage due to a leak in the ice maker line to the refrigerator. He completed the estimate quickly and over to insurer. He was able to start job that weekend after insurer approved the bid. It had to be completed quickly due to home being under contract and closing on Nov 10. The job was completed in twelve days and done with care. All new flooring was installed on main level, drywall repairs in basement and carpet dried, stretched, and cleaned. I as the listing agent for the home appreciated his timely communication, work ethic, and understanding of the situation. Thank you Miguel!
