CrossFit Verity

Great Box for a drop in if your from out of town. They do a great job of guests feeling welcome by starting the class with a icebreak question. Drop in hack if you buy a shirt they will give you a free drop in class! The gym was spotless clean, well laid out and with plenty of room. Got to do 2 classes one with the owner Monroe and the other one with Kaleb. Both coach’s do a great job of breaking down movements as well as helping you improve with tips. Kaleb even gave me a tip on my handstand walks that I had never heard before that with practice I think it’s going to improve my longevity with them. Thanks CrossFit Verity for creating a great welcoming box!

Crossfit Verity is great!! Stopped in on my visit home and instantly knew I had found my temporary home gym! The people are great and welcoming, the coaching has been awesome, the gym space is large, well equipped, and clean. If you are a local or just needing a few good workouts while in Loudoun County this is the place! Thanks for everything so far!!

I came to Verity a little over two years ago and I could not recommend this gym more. Their coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, there service is genuine, and their community is filled with welcoming people who support you daily along your fitness journey. Not only have I grown as an athlete in my technique and capacity, I have really grown in my confidence and mindset which has impacted me far beyond the gym. The owners and their manager truly go the extra mile to create something special here. Added bonus: they have 3 showers which is super helpful when trying to stack your day before or after work.

Intense, Energetic, Fun, and Efficient training. I had my free session with coach Morgan, and learned some cool workouts and movements I look forward to doing again. The equipment is all top class, and there is a sense of community of everyone workout out at the same time trying to be a better version of themselves. I totally recommend it, but just a warning: it's not easy, but that's the best part. 10/10

I remember the first time I ever set foot inside CrossFit Verity like it was yesterday. I have always been an active person and have enjoyed challenges. My friend Eugenie brought me to try CrossFit for the first time about a year ago. That's when I met Monroe, one of the best coaches I have ever worked with. His passion and perfection in everything he does make CrossFit Verity’s workouts fun and safe. The level of support you'll get from everyone who works out next you will make you feel like part of a big family. It's a really great activity that will make you grow mentally and physically. Every coach at CrossFit Verity is a highly trained professional who will make sure that you are executing every movement correctly and safely. I want to thank everyone who has been part of my CrossFit journey at Verity. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try a new challenge, get fit, and feel great. #LiveALifeYouWillRemember
