Located in Sterling, Virginia, Ridgetop Coffee and Tea offers a spacious layout with a variety of seating options and a community-oriented ambiance, featuring a kids’ play area in the back, a selection of books, and ongoing activities, including watercolor classes for beginners starting on June 24th. The coffee is excellent, sourced from the popular Café Amouri, and the pastries are also top-notch, especially the Cherry Almond Bundt cake, though it is priced high for a small portion. Unfortunately, no scones were available during our visit. Overall, it’s a vibrant community café, though it may not be for everyone. It can be less than relaxing when crowded, especially when children are actively playing, and it can feel somewhat disorganized.
Stopped here with my "Faith" mug. It’s a sweet place with a friendly homie vibe. Plenty of vegan, gluten free, & alternative food options, milks, coffees, teas, etc. Indoor & outdoor seating. Friendly people to greet & take care of you too!
Being local to the Sterling area for almost 3 decades, Ridge Top Cafe is one of my favorite spots to meet clients and friends. Coffee and tea are best, customer service is also top-notch, and desserts are delicious. It can be a bit loud at times, but I don't mind. Love the ambiance.
Lovely coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, the treats are fresh, and the staff are always welcoming. The playground area is such a bonus clean, safe, and perfect for keeping kids happily busy while parents relax. The whole place feels very family-friendly and cozy. A great spot to enjoy a good latte and let the little ones play. Highly recommend!
Loved the space, their mission, the kind employees and the family friendly atmosphere! You can’t have a bad day when you hear giggling kids around you. Food was good, not exceptional but good. Our croissant was dry and over heated and the fresh grind pick your own coffee that I had made into a shaken express with oat milk and hazelnut was very watered down and lacked flavor. The cappuccino was great with a really cute leaf design on top. Overall I would go back for a second experience, I’ll just be better at picking out more basic drinks. Give them a visit to support an amazing purpose!
