Ketterman's Jewelers

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience making our wedding bands at Ketterman's. I've been a customer for years, they made my engagement ring and have helped with several other pieces, and every experience has been wonderful. Sergio and Debra were fantastic to work with. Sergio made the band-making process fun and memorable, and both of them made us feel genuinely cared for. What sets Ketterman's apart is the entire team. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and supportive of each other. You can truly feel how much they care about their customers. Ketterman's is hands down the best jewelry store ever!

I have never been to a jewelry store that had such a friendly staff! Not to mention that their jewelry is gorgeous & customer service outstanding! All this and more! They have a boutique section with clothing and shoes, as well as accessories like purses, wallets and more. There is also a gift area, a childrens section with childrens toys, clothing and fun items etc., And more sections that I didn't have time to see! All together a positive and entertaining visit! I will go back for all of the above reasons and to explore more of their product offerings!

I had a great experience with Gabriella to get some custom engraving done! I had a specific request and Gabriella was an expert with understanding what I needed done, including size and depth of the engraving. I also consulted with her about a custom ring and stone setting, and she was very helpful in finding a setting style and rough pricing. I highly recommend Ketterman's! They seem like a great family-owned business, and based on folks in the store while I was there, they clearly have a great reputation in the area.

I have been coming to Ketterman's for 23 years! I love the selection of beautiful jewelry and Brighton items. I have had several repairs and appraisals done over the years. And I've been thrilled with my purchases! I love Mr. and Mrs. Ketternan and their staff and feel like part of the family! ❤️

Lizzy was amazing! I don't know the correct spelling of her name. She helped me with my watch issue. She went above and beyond to figure out some stuff that I had given up on. She was extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and definitely guided me to a successful watch repair. Thanks again 👍
