WM - Sterling Recycling Facility

I live .3 miles away and seemingly every morning, they begin work in their warehouse at 4am. Their equipment produces a loud beeping sound that literally wakes me up and keeps me up daily. As a veteran, I'm unable to sleep with earplugs in, so there doesn't seem to be a solution. It would be really nice if something could be done to minimize the sound produced in the early hours of the morning.

WM is the worst. They show up when not scheduled, can't keep track of what containers I have (they came by the other day to empty a compactor I have never had). I have called them literally every week to correct the schedule and they mess it up again the next week. Today they showed up before we opened and took a container that was practically empty and was scheduled for p/u in two weeks. Calling the office doesn't help, nobody pays attention to what the operators write down. How do I get out of my contract?

From a business account, countless problems especially over the last two years. Tried repeatedly to resolve amicably but constantly overcharged, left without service, sloppy container, container not placed correctly. $150 monthly account charged over $1500. Then find out they trick you into a contract you never wanted to be in. Incredibly disappointing.
