ToiletKing

10/10 experience. I needed a toilet replaced but didn't want to deal with the hassle of going on a website and submitting a request for a quote and jumping through a bunch of hoops before talking to someone. I called ToiletKing and was surprised that Chris answered within the first two rings (used to dealing with robots and automated phone services). Chris was extremely helpful and right to the point. On this 5 minute phone call, I received my quote and scheduled my appointment. When Chris came to install the toilet, he was very professional and took less than an hour to remove the old toilet and install the new one. Will definitely be using ToiletKing in the future.

I talked to chris and the next day he came out and replaced 5 of my toilets. He was super nice, professional and I am glad I came across his company. If you need a reliable and efficient company to replace your toilets. Give them a call!

Chris was fantastic. Professional, polite, super efficient, everything was clean afterwards, including hauling away the trash for the new toilet. Can't recommend him enough if you need a toilet replaced.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received yesterday when Chris and his son came to install a new toilet in my basement bathroom. From inception to completion, just as his ad states, took less than 24 hours. He was professional, polite, prompt and extremely efficient in every way. He even assured me that I did not in fact need a new shut off valve that I’d added to the order, and is going to credit my account for the price of the valve. That’s the kind of honesty and professionalism that seems to be all too rare these days, but I surely did appreciate it! I will absolutely be calling Chris the next time I need a new toilet, and if you’re reading this review, and looking to get a new toilet, I highly suggest you call him as well, as you won’t find better service or value. Thanks again Chris!

I’m a DIY-er but to watch Chris work was impressive! Worth leaving it to a professional! New toilet, new stop valve to replace an old leaky one. In and out in no time, Chris was wonderful! 5 stars, WILL recommend!
