Needed a second key fob for my truck after losing the spare. Bought a blank fob online and the programming couldn’t have been easier: done in my driveway in about 10 minutes. On time, professional service and a fair price. Highly recommended
Andrea from National Key and Lock did an outstanding job for us. We needed a peephole installed in a very thick metal door, and he completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Before starting, he took the time to ensure it was perfectly centered and positioned at the exact height we requested. Throughout the process, Andrea was professional and courteous. He represented the company exceptionally well. We are extremely pleased with the quality of his work and highly recommend both Andrea and National Key and Lock.
Very professional, kind & courteous, punctual. Super easy to work with and even waited until I tested everything before leaving. Definitely recommend National Lock & Key. Others were charging double what they charged me and I feel like the quality of service was equal if not better. I forget my guy’s name, but he helped me with my Jeep Grand Cherokee in DC 5/8 - good guy!!!
I wish I had called them years ago! Quickly repaired locks on two doors that were a little finicky and annoying and made quality copies of the key. Thoughtful, measured approach at reasonable cost.
I called National Lock and Key when I lost one of my smart keys for my Toyota Camry. They responded quickly, were professional, answered all of my questions and collaborated willingly with my efforts to make sure there was no misunderstanding as to my needs and wants before coming out to the house. One of their technicians, Andre Fernandez, came to the house at the agreed upon time and was a pleasure to work with. I don't want to lose a key again but would definitely call National Lock and Key again if I did!
