We had a ~20 year old r22 AC setup at our home that unfortunately went out unexpectedly. We called FH FURR to get a quote. Our HVAC install technician Alex Marquez and Danny came by and did the install on a very hot 100+ degree summer day…. Neal K. the sales tech that recommended the new system promised Thursday for install but over delivered and got us the install the next day on Wednesday! Which was great because it’s literally 100 degrees out yesterday and today…. They did a very clean install. They explained all the features of the new unit and gave us sense of comfort knowing we have a very reliable unit for our home. The whole FH Furr team has been very good with communicating with us through the whole process. We really appreciate your team and please give Alex M, Neal K, and Danny a bonus or raise cause they deserve it. (They did the install in 100+ degree weather) Thank you to the FH Furr team!

Allen "A.J" Robey was my sales estimator. Very thorough, direct, and to the point. Offered a price point and didn’t price-gouge me at finalization. Alexander Melgar was my service engineer and he was AWESOME! My house is OLD, and the original builders cut SO many corners that Alex had to work around. The ONE thing that I didn’t like was that they cut a hole in my wall and they don’t offer the option to repair that…. Even I’d be willing to pay for it. All in all….Its clear to see why this company is huge locally.

Michael Davis was the perfect person we could have received. He was a very nice, respectful and professional person who took his time with his work and showed true passion and care. He made sure he left our home with us understanding everything he did, while also answering any questions we had. He also gave us all the tips needed to prevent future problems with our water heater.

Service has gone completely downhill. A few technicians are still good, but most are inexperienced and careless. During our annual HVAC inspection, the technician left tools and trash behind and disconnected a pipe in our basement system—causing a leak that flooded the entire hallway. The plumber who came after was great and cleaned everything up, but that’s where the good experience ended. We were told a manager would call to assess the damage. No one ever did. I’ve called every single day, had to repeat the same story to different employees, and keep getting promised a callback that never happens. Meanwhile, the damage is getting worse—and this was 100% caused by their technician. Zero accountability. Terrible customer service. This will absolutely be our last year using FH FURR.

Hamid and his colleague did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. They were professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and why it’s so important for safety and efficiency. Everything was cleaned meticulously, and they made sure the area was spotless before leaving. Highly recommend working with Hamid and F.H. Furr!
