This place is phenomenal and legit! We ordered calamari, dumpling sampler which was divine, crispy duck basil, pineapple fried rice with seafood and chicken noodle for my daughter. All were fantastic! Don’t let the hole in a wall vibe fool you cz the food and service is worth your money! This is not a vibe, instagram restaurant but the food! The food! It’s delicious!

This place exceeded expectations! We love Thai food because it’s always hot and fresh. The host was kind and welcoming. Someone (perhaps one of the owners or managers?) also stopped by our table and had a whole 20 min conversation with us about how fresh they keep the ingredients and how much they value quality. My husband never orders roti and curry but he did this time and it was packed with flavor and piping hot. This is the best paid Thai we’ve had in NOVA. The pork belly was crispy and tender, which is hard to find for us. The vegetable spring rolls literally came to the table steaming and the vegetables tasted crisp and fresh as well. We can’t recommend this place enough and will be happy to return. Even if you’re in the Alexandria area it’s worth the drive!

First and last time ordering from here. We read the reviews and thought it would be a safe bet. We were wrong. The food had absolutely no flavor and the crispy chicken basil was all breading and laughable over-cooked chicken strips. And when I say chicken strips, I mean something maybe a half inch wide and 1.5 in inches long, and 1/8 inch thick. It was so bad I took pictures (chicken outlined in red - everything else is breading) . In this day and age when everything is so expensive, it's a shame to finally eat out, pay over $94, and end up throwing most of it away. Ridiculous.

Amazing hidden gem of a restaurant - felt like I was back in Thailand! My wife and I have been to Thailand multiple times and consider ourselves Thai food snobs. Everything we ordered was so delicious, and the tastes were very authentic. In addition, the service was great and we got complimentary ice cream! Don’t miss out on this amazing dining experience!

With a 4.8-star Google rating, we were looking forward to trying this restaurant for lunch while we were in the area. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to the glowing reviews. The restaurant is quite small, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, while waiting for our food, I couldn’t help but notice a few things that distracted from the experience. We were the only customers, yet there was a plate of food left sitting on a table for the entire time we were there. There also appeared to be an old chest freezer covered with a rug, and overall the dining area felt a little tired and could really benefit from some freshening up and a bit more attention to detail. I ordered the Bangkok Wings, described as lightly dusted and tossed in a spicy, tangy sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point where it overpowered everything else, and I simply couldn’t finish them. We also shared the Roti Canai with chicken yellow curry. The roti itself was enjoyable, but the curry was much thinner than expected. It did have some pleasant flavour, although the watery consistency let it down. My husband chose the Thai Chicken Pho, which was the biggest disappointment of the meal. It lacked the rich, aromatic depth you’d normally expect from a broth and tasted quite bland. To their credit, when they saw I hadn’t eaten the wings, they removed them from the bill without any fuss, which was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated. We’ve enjoyed Thai food in many places over the years, so perhaps our expectations were high. Sadly, this visit didn’t deliver the bold, vibrant flavours we were hoping for. While the friendly service deserves recognition, the food and overall presentation simply didn’t match the restaurant’s excellent online reputation.
