ABC Pediatric Urgent Care - Eugene Chung, MD

The front desk staff and nurses were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Chung was very thorough and carefully checked my child’s condition. All the tests and prescriptions were handled quickly and efficiently. We visited late at night when all the pharmacies were already closed, but they kindly gave my child the first dose of medication right away and arranged for us to pick up the rest the next morning, which we really appreciated. My child had been constantly touching his nose, causing the wound to become irritated. Dr. Chung noticed it right away and even prescribed an ointment to help it heal faster—something we hadn't even thought to ask about. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and professional. I was especially impressed by how accurately and promptly Dr. Chung diagnosed and treated my child. Because of this experience, this will definitely be our go-to place whenever our child gets sick on weekends or late at night. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. The front desk lady was so welcoming and kind, and the nurse was incredibly sweet and caring with our child. Dr. Eugene provided outstanding care. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. He listened carefully to all of our concerns, answered every question, and was extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and reassured the whole time. You can truly tell that everyone here cares about their patients and wants families to leave feeling better and supported. They definitely made sure we left with a smile. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their family!

We were on vacation for my daughter’s softball tournament and my three year old came down with an ear infection. His primary suggested an urgent care. Every interaction with ABC was amazing they kept in contact with me via phone every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Going into the office was probably the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere. We are only here for a short time but i highly recommend this urgent care to everyone. The dr was amazing from the moment he walked in the door although my 3year old was feeling so down he managed to make the appointment fun for him and even got him to smile. I wish we had an urgent care like this in PA. Thank you everyone in the office

I have worked in Pediatrics my entire nursing career and can confidently say there hasn’t been a better place to bring my sick children. I travel an hour to ABC for sick visits every single time. The staff is knowledgeable and hand selected as pediatric focused and the compassion and care received is unmatched. 10/10 recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Charmaine and Noelle! The level of care, attention, and professionalism they gave my ten-month old daughter is incomparable. Charmaine made sure our concerns were heard and validated. Her follow-through was excellent. She wasn’t quick to discharge- she took her time to accurately diagnose and treat. It is clear that she was born to do this, but what I loved most about her is her humanness. She even went as far as helped me pack the diaper bag and helped me carry it to my car because we had a late night discharge. Where in healthcare can you find this level of kindness and humanity anymore? Needless to say- don’t look further for pediatric urgent care.
