CCRM Fertility of Northern Virginia - Vienna

We love the Vienna location. A little TMI but it was hard to see my ovaries via ultrasound and at the DC one the ultrasound tech was so rough and didn’t care about my pain at all. We switched to Vienna and the ultrasound techs and the nurse practitioner were so gentle and kind. I was so thankful. The vibes are so pleasant and nice. The lab tech Mark is the sweetest! I can say enough for this clinic. It was amazing! The doctors, the nurse practitioner, the ultrasound techs, the nurses, and the front desk ladies were amazing. Thank you all!!!

CCRM has been exceptional from start to finish. Every person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The staff is organized, reassuring, and incredibly personable — the kind of team that immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. Dr. Sarhan, the physician who performed my procedure had outstanding bedside manner: calm, confident, and compassionate in a way that made a stressful day feel manageable. The nurses and surgical team were just as wonderful — supportive, thoughtful, and consistently checking in to make sure I felt safe and informed. It’s rare to find a medical environment that blends expertise with such warmth, but CCRM truly does. I’m grateful for the professionalism, the humanity, and the care they showed me throughout my experience.

I can't speak about the providers because I have yet to be seen by anyone. I've been trying to schedule an appt for the past 2.5 months because my OB referred me for a procedure. I have called every day, multiple times a day during my cycle week for this appointment and have left messages and no one has returned my call. It is absolutely ridiculous that it's this impossible to talk to someone on the phone just for an appointment. It's already a stressful time that I need to be seen at a fertility clinic, and can only have the procedure done within a certain time frame. So having to wait month after month to try and get in contact with this office for the appointment is just insane. Needless to say I've asked my OB to give me a referral to a different clinic. Cause I can only imagine how long it'll take for this place to give results if the procedure was ever to be done.

Dr. Carpinello was very personable as well as thorough during the visit. She didn't rush and asked us a lot of questions. We've worked with her before so we were very familiar. Additionally, she was clear with us on next steps regarding the information we would need to provide/tests we'd need to schedule and what the assistant would be reaching out and providing to us. We left informed and certain of next steps and what to expect.

Walking into my fertility journey, I carried so much fear and vulnerability. From the very beginning, Dr. Owen made me feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Her compassion and dedication gave me a sense of peace I didn’t expect to feel during such an emotional time. She didn’t just guide me medically—she supported me with genuine care and humanity every step of the way. I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Owen, Nurse Michelle, and the entire team at CCRM. They treated me with kindness, patience, and respect throughout the entire process, and their support meant more to me than words can express. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic where the team truly cares about their patients, I wholeheartedly recommend CCRM.

It's been over a week and I've received no results on anything. I'm getting bounced around to different medical offices and can't get a clear answer. When I had my appointment I received very little guidance on anything and it felt extremely cold. This has been one of the worst medical experiences of my life and I'd love to actually get some lab results at least.

I have had virtual consultations with four different clinics. This is the only one that billed my insurance provider for a in-person visit with an ultrasound even though none of that happened. It left me with a large co-pay that my other consultations didn't. CCRM's billing is reported in several IVF groups as being the worst and it has already proven to be true for me. I chose another clinic with better billing practices. This journey is challenging and costly enough. No need to add fraudulent billing practices to the experience!
