PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We had a great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care in Ashburn! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet and even gave me a list of local pediatricians since we’re new to the area, which I really appreciated. Our nurse, Kris, was awesome! She explained everything to my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable. Dr. Charles was wonderful as well—very personable, kind, and patient. She showed my daughter what she was going to do, talked her through everything, and explained everything clearly to me. Such a positive experience from start to finish. If we ever need pediatric urgent care again, this is definitely where we’ll be going!

PM Pediatric Care is such a great place! From the beach-themed decor throughout the office to the friendly front desk staff and the amazing doctor, every part of our experience was wonderful. Everyone took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. Dr. Charles was exceptional, very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She took the time to ask detailed questions, carefully assess my son's condition, and develop a treatment plan that was perfectly suited to his needs. I would highly recommend this place to any parent who is struggling to find the right care for their child. My son especially loved the beach theme throughout the office. He said it made him happy and helped him forget about feeling sick, which made the visit even more special. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

Had a Nursemaid’s elbow issue with my 2.5years old son… got to the facility at 9.50pm and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk lady, Nurse Assistant and the Physician were very helpful and attended my son promptly. Thank you to all again.

My daughter was sick and she was quickly taken inside for treatment! The nurses and the doctor took care of her and helped her to feel better. They are the nicest people and always showing what is to be a good professional. They realized what the issue was and treated her accordingly. Always grateful to know where to go when you need it.

We had a good experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We waited about 45 minutes with my 4 month old, and there were 2 people before us when we arrived. When we finally got taken back everything moved pretty smoothly and they ensured we sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was open late at night. The doctor was very kind and the appt went smoothly.
