The Ashborough

We just moved into the Ashborough three weeks ago. We absolutely love it. We didn’t know we were getting a premier apartment that was newly renovated. Everything was new Including all the appliances. We had an issue with the upstairs neighbors, making way too much noise in retaliation for reporting them. The office staff listened to our complaints and quickly moved the tenants to another apartment. Shout out to Tyler Monroe for making it happen. Now we are extreme happy. It’s such a peaceful area with trails everywhere and a dog park that we can easily walk to. Never mind the convenience of being able to walk to One Loudoun and Ashbrook Plaza. They also have a great clubhouse. We have lived in two other apartment communities in Loudoun County and this is by far the best already. And I should mention that all the office staff and maintenance crew are really nice and helpful.

Don’t move here if you can! New management is AWFUL! No one answers your calls, no one answers your emails, even the office staff are unsure of the new management and new program. Trying to charge us fees from our move in even though we were required to pay those in order to get our keys. Yet with the new online service to pay, I can’t even pay my rent right now since it MAKES me pay those random fees too. Then someone in the office just said to bring a certified check, but I WONT KEEP SPENDING MONEY ON MONEY ORDERS FOR THIS! I have a roommate, it was easy to split the rent online and pay separately, now we can’t even do that!!!!

Inyat came to fix my AC, and he did that and fixed the heat too! He is very skilled and friendly and explained everything. He arrived within 2 hours of my maintenance request. I LOVE living at Ashborough!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex due to multiple maintenance/appliance issues during my two years. However, I do want to recognize Tyler Monroe, the Assistant Community Manager. He was always calm, understanding, and genuinely helpful. No matter what came up, he consistently tried to find solutions and made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I truly appreciated his professionalism and support throughout everything.

**1st Update Update: After posting my Google review management contacted me about providing a video. I have so many I decided to post a few on since I couldn't email them. ***It is a nice community but kind of old. Nice spacious units. However I have had problems since moving in. Little ones but nonetheless problems. Recently the noise is unbearable especially when I have to get up early for work. My upstairs neighbors are so inconsiderate.THE CONSTANT STOMPING and dragging stuff across the floor back and forth!!!! It is enough to drive anyone crazy. I have videos that I took. It is so loud it sounds as if they are coming through the floor. I have complained multiple times which didn't seem to work. I even requested a meeting from management but nothing. 850pm on a Sundvieway night and I can hear everything. IT IS SO LOUD I CAN'T EVEN HEAR MY OWN TV. A couple of nights they woke me up at 1am which sucks when you have to get up at 4am for work. We all pay way too much to not be able to live in peace. ***2nd update. Nothing has changed even after posting videos. The only response I received was we will inform them. Also you could move to a different apartment. Really?!!! Who is going to help move my things, I am not hiring movers again just to move ve to another apartment for a few months and then again when my lease is up. That would be two sets of movers in about four months. I should not be penalized for trying to live noise free. Ugh!!!
