Live Better Hearing + Balance

My wife and I recently visited Live Better Hearing + Balance to be fitted for hearing aids, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Anders and his assistant, Megan, were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire process was thoughtfully tailored to our individual needs — from scheduling appointments to helping us select the hearing aids that would work best for each of us and ensuring they fit comfortably and perfectly. Dr. Anders took an incredible amount of time with us, testing the hearing aids using computer-generated real-world sound environments such as a crowded bar, a coffee shop, and a busy city street. He even took us outside to test how well they performed at different distances in everyday situations. Those experiences gave us complete confidence that we had chosen the right devices. A week later, our hearing aids arrived, and Dr. Anders had everything ready to go. He programmed each set specifically for our hearing needs and paired them with our iPhones quickly and seamlessly. He also carefully showed us how to wear and care for them. We have now been wearing our hearing aids for ten days and could not be happier with the results. We strongly recommend Dr. Anders and Megan to anyone looking for hearing aids and exceptional, personalized care.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Live Better Hearing in Ashburn! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, but the real standout was Anders. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Anders is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my options. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' quality of life. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Live Better Hearing. Megan at the front desk is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, and Anders, the licensed hearing instrument specialist, is knowledgeable and attentive. Live Better Hearing in Ashburn is a perfecg fit for those who have hearing airs, I recently had an appointment for a hearing test, as I could sense a decline. After the test, Lars, the haering aide technician, tol me my hearing test was stable, but comprehension had declined, maybe due to an aufitory nerve isues. The reason I'm telling you this, is that Lars was honest about the results, did not try to sell me new hearing aids, but instead pointed me in the direction of other technlogy to try.

I have very good experience with Live Better Hearing. The office very clean and the audiologist very kind and professional. I will recommend this practice to anyone needing hearing aid.

Live Better Hearing worked with my insurance to come up with the best competitive price and product. Andres and staff did an excellent job with calibrating my Hearing Aids and took the time to thoroughly instruct me and set up my phone to control the important features. I would highly recommend Live Better Hearing and Andres to anyone suffering from hearing loss.

Incredible support staff, very patience, knowledgeable and courteous. Both doctor Andres and Megan are awesome. Highly recommend them.
